Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out 1) Social studies learning history material at MTs Al-Mansur Biangloe Regency. Bantaeng 2) The attitude of nationalism based on local wisdom in students at MTs Al-Mansur Biangloe, Bantaeng Regency. 3) The effect of learning social studies history material on the attitude of nationalism based on local wisdom in students at MTs Al Mansur Biangloe, Bantaeng Regency. This research is a quantitative research with the type of correlational research. The population in this study were 60 students of class IX and a sample of 52 using random sampling technique. Data analysis used simple regression analysis and t-test. The results showed that 1) Social studies learning with historical material was carried out well where the learning outcomes of students had met the learning mastery standards. The learning process carried out by social studies teachers has met existing procedures such as lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning 2) The attitude of nationalism based on local wisdom at MTs Al-Mansur Biangloe, Bantaeng Regency is in the high category. This shows that the attitude of nationalism is shown by an attitude of self-sacrifice, love for the homeland, pride as an Indonesian nation and unity and integrity. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between social studies learning and historical material on the attitude of nationalism based on local wisdom. That is, social studies learning with historical material can increase the attitude of nationalism based on local wisdom of students at MTs Al-Mansur Biangloe, Bantaeng Regency.

Abstract

Masyarakat Desa Duampanuae yang berkultur agraris, memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan sebagai penunjang pemenuhan pangan rumah tangga. Fenomena tersebut patut dielaborasi lebih lanjut dengan tujuan untuk mengungkap cara pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek kelestarian lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lahan pekarangan yang dikelola dengan memperhatikan aspek kelestarian lingkungan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi rumah tangga, sekaligus pemenuhan kebutuhan kesehatan. Tanaman yang diusahakan di lahan pekarangan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan vitamin berupa sayuran dan buah-buahan, sekaligus obat untuk pertolongan pertama pada penyakit. The people of Duampanuae Village, who have an agrarian culture, use their yards to support household food fulfillment. This phenomenon deserves further elaboration with the aim of revealing how to use yard land in fulfilling economic needs while still paying attention to environmental sustainability aspects. The method used is a qualitative research method by means of observation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the yard that is managed by taking into account the aspects of environmental sustainability can meet the economic needs of the household, as well as fulfill the health needs. Plants cultivated in the yard can be used to fulfill vitamin needs in the form of vegetables and fruits, as well as medicine for first aid for diseases.

Abstract

bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan serta kompetensi  bagi guru mata pelajaran IPS. Pelatihan dilakukan di sekolah selama 5 kali pertemuan. Pelatihan melibatkan guru yang tersertifikasi dan non sertifikasi.Metodologi pelatihan adalah pemberian materi secara langsung, kemudian disajikan contoh-contoh icebreaking, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyusunan icebreaking oleh guru secara berkelompok dan perorng.Hasil pelatihan icebreaking menunjukan bahwa ada pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki oleh guru baik secara inddivvidu maupun secara kelompok. Baik model tunggal maupun model majemuk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya menjelaskan tentang latar belakang terjadinya konflik kawasan hutan di Barambang dan Bonto Katute mulai dari sejak pengukuran dan penetapan tapal batas tahun 1994-1995, pelaksanaan program GN-RHL tahun 2005, hingga eksplorasi tambang tahun 2010 yang berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakat setempat. Terjadinya konflik tersebut dilatar belakangi oleh adanya penetapan Kawasan Hutan Lindung Apparang pada tahun 1982 yang menjadi dasar dilakukannya pengukuran dan penetapan tapal batas wilayah kelola masyarakat dengan kawasan hutan pada tahun 1994-1995 yang memicu aksi protes dari masyarakat, pelaksanaan program GN-RHL Disbunhut Kabupaten Sinjai tahun 2005-2008 yang menyebabkan terjadinya sengketa tanah, dan pada tahun 2010 dikeluarkan perpanjangan IUP kepada PT Galena Sumber Energi dan menuai aksi penolakan yang menjadi puncak perlawanan dari masyarakat setempat, hal ini menimbulkan dampak terhadap perekonomian, kehidupan sosial dan budaya masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan penelitian historis (Historical Research), yang terdiri atas beberapa tahapan yakni: (1) Heuristik, dengan mengumpulkan data mengenai Konflik Kawasan Hutan Barambang Katute Kabupaten Sinjai dengan cara wawancara dengan Ismail, Ali Hasan, Hasibe, Rudi, dan Muh. Masri selaku pelaku dan saksi serta mengumpulkan arsip Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Sinjai, arsip Kantor Desa Bonto Katute dan dokumen lainnya. (2) Kritik atau proses verifikasi keaslian sumber sejarah. (3) Interpretasi atau penafsiran sumber sejarah, dan (4) Historiografi, yakni tahap penulisan sejarah.Kata Kunci : Konflik, Hutan, Bonto Katute

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji Eksistensi Indo’ Botting Waria Di Tengah Persaingan Make Up Artist (MUA) di Kelurahan Kalukku, Kecamatan Kalukku, Kabupaten Mamuju. Indo’ Botting merupakan pelaku usaha jasa rias pengantin tradisional yang telah lama berakar dalam budaya local yang ada di Kabupaten Mamuju. Namun, kemunculan MUA dengan pendekatan modern menghadirkan tantangan tersendiri bagi waria pelaku usaha ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai strategi yang digunakan untuk mempertahankan eksistensi usaha indo’ botting waria. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Strategi yang digunakan antara lain menggunakan strategi 4P yaitu product, price, place, dan promotion selain itu adaptasi terhadap tren, inovasi kreativitas layanan, serta kolaborasi dengan komunitas MUA dan sesama waria. Penelitian ini menunjukkan kontribusi baru dalam kajian gender dan kajian sosiologi ekonomi serta usaha tradisional melalui perspektif modernitas cair.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, intrinsic motivation, and differentiated instruction on students’ academic achievement, as well as to examine the moderating role of differentiated instruction among students of UPT SMPN in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency. The background of this research arises from the persistent issue of low academic performance, which is presumed to be associated with students’ emotional competence, learning motivation, and the implementation of instructional practices that have not fully accommodated diverse learning needs. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4.The results indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on academic achievement. Intrinsic motivation also demonstrates a positive and significant influence on students’ academic performance. Furthermore, differentiated instruction significantly affects academic achievement, suggesting that instructional strategies tailored to students’ readiness, interests, and learning profiles contribute toimproved learning outcomes. The moderation analysis shows that differentiated instruction strengthens the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic achievement; however, it does not moderate the effect of intrinsic motivation on academic achievement. Overall, this study affirms the importance of enhancing students’ emotional competence, fostering intrinsic motivation, and implementing differentiated instruction to improve academic performance at the junior secondary level. These findings provide valuable implications for teachers, schools, and policymakers in designing more adaptive and student-centered instructional practices.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of the Bugis diaspora in Penajam Paser Utara Regency from 2002 to 2024, focusing on the formation and roles of social, cultural, economic, and political networks within the region. The migration of the Bugis ethnic group to Penajam Paser Utara has been driven by economic factors, the openness of coastal areas, and strong kinship networks connecting origin and destination regions. This research is motivated by the author’s interest in understanding the socio-economic, political, and cultural networks established by the Bugis diaspora. The study aims to analyze the role of these networks in shaping the economic, political, and socio-cultural life of the Bugis community in Penajam Paser Utara. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, literature review, and documentation. The findings reveal that the Bugis diaspora has successfully developed strong social networks based on kinship and religious values, which serve as a fundamental foundation for cultural adaptation and local economic development, particularly in the fisheries, trade, and maritime transportation sectors. In the political sphere, the Bugis community actively participates in local governance structures and has become one of the influential ethnic groups in regional political dynamics. The integration of Bugis cultural values with the local social context has produced a distinctive diaspora identity adaptive and open to change, yet firmly maintaining ethnic solidarity and the values of siri’ na pacce as guiding principles of life. In conclusion, the Bugis diaspora in Penajam Paser Utara represents a significant example of how migrant communities build resilient socio-cultural and economic networks in new environments, contributing substantially to sustainable community development.
