Abstract

Economic development is a continuous effort to improve people’s welfare. The main problem in regional development lies in the development of policies that are based on the specific characteristics of the area concerned (endogenous development) by using the potential of human resource, institutional, and natural resource locally (regions). Potential leading sectors in Bandung Regency are agriculture, plantation, livestock, fishery, industry, and tourism. Each sub-district in Bandung Regency region has potential leading sectors that need to be set as leading sectors to be further developed. The purpose of this research was to identify the variables that influence the determination of superior potential of sub-districts in Bandung Regency. The method used to create a model in determining the superior potential of sub-districts in Bandung Regency was the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In this research, 4 sub-districts were taken as an example of the model that were Majalaya, Banjaran, Soreang, and Cimenyan District. Leading sectors assessment of the four districts had the following priority sequence: Majalaya District is for the Industrial sector with a priority weight of 0.326, Agriculture 0.254, Tourism 0.163, Plantation 0.149, and Livestock 0.107; Banjaran District, had the Plantation sector with priority weights 0.294, Industry 0.207, Tourism 0.205, Agriculture 0.165, and Livestock 0.128; Soreang District, had the Agriculture sector with priority weights 0.278, Industry 0.222, Plantation 0.208, Tourism 0.199, and Livestock 0.093; Cimenyan District, had the Tourism sector with priority weights 0.373, Agriculture 0.223, Industry 0.195, Plantation 0.129, and Livestock 0.081. The sub-criteria/factors that were priorities in determining the superio sectors of the district, the top 5 of the 12 sub-criterias/factors were capital, technology, business management, market availability, and prices.

Abstract

Abstract. PT Nazar Aneka Warna is a manufacturing company that focuses on the production of wall paint with pail (bucket) and kilo units, this company implements a make-to-stock marketing strategy. Based on the research that has been conducted, there are problems that currently occur, namely the number of overproduction products that cause accumulation, and the company does not have a raw material procurement plan for future production needs. As a result of the problem of overproduction, it can cause the product to expire if stored for a long period of time, the expired product needs to be reprocessed so that it can be marketed again, which will increase the expenditure of greater costs. Indications of the problems encountered are due to the low level of accuracy of demand forecasting and excessive production levels in meeting market demand so that the number of return products is found due to unsold products, and does not have strategic planning for raw material procurement schedules for production needs. The proposed research is a production plan with Material Requirement Planning (MRP) approach. The results that have been obtained include demand forecast data for the next period with the selected method, namely Double Exponential Smoothing Holt and has been validated with a Moving Range Chart (MRC) graph, aggregate production plan data with a total production cost of Rp 264.752.418, master production schedule data for each product, and raw material procurement schedule data with lot sizing at level 1 and level 2 using the selected method, namely Period Order Quantity (POQ) which results in inventory costs that need to be incurred of Rp 166.751.807.508. Abstrak. PT Nazar Aneka Warna merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang berfokus pada produksi cat tembok dengan satuan pail (ember) dan kiloan, perusahaan ini menerapkan strategi pemasaran secara make to stock. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ditemui permasalahan yaitu terdapat sejumlah produk stok yang berlebih (overproduction) sehingga menyebabkan penumpukan, serta perusahaan tidak memiliki rencana pengadaan bahan baku untuk keperluan produksi pada masa yang akan datang. Akibat permasalahan dari overproduction dapat menyebabkan produk menjadi kedaluwarsa jika tersimpan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang, apabila produk kedaluwarsa diperlukan reprocessing agar dapat dipasarkan kembali yang mana akan menambah pengeluaran biaya (cost) lebih besar. Indikasi permasalahan yang ditemui yaitu karena tingkat akurasi peramalan permintaan rendah dan tingkat produksi berlebihan dalam memenuhi permintaan pasar sehingga ditemui jumlah produk return akibat produk tidak laku terjual, serta tidak memiliki perencanaan yang strategis terhadap jadwal pengadaan bahan baku untuk kebutuhan produksi. Usulan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu rencana produksi dengan pendekatan Material Requirement Planning (MRP). Hasil yang telah didapat diantaranya data ramalan permintaan untuk periode selanjutnya dengan metode yang terpilih yaitu Double Exponential Smoothing Holt serta telah di validasi dengan grafik Moving Range Chart (MRC), data rencana produksi agregat dengan jumlah biaya produksi sebesar Rp 264.752.418, data jadwal induk produksi untuk masing – masing produk, serta data jadwal pengadaan bahan baku dengan lot sizing pada level 1 dan level 2 menggunakan metode terpilih yaitu Period Order Quantity (POQ) yang menghasilkan biaya persediaan yang perlu dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 166.751.807.508.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan diperlukan untuk suatu usaha. Dengan melakukan pencatatan keuangan membantu mengetahui kondisi usaha dan perkembangannya. UMKM salah satu sektor penting dalam perekonomian di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2023 tercatat sebanyak 64 juta UMKM di Indonesia. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya adalah rendahnya permodalan. Pemerintah sudah membantu UMKM melalui perbankan supaya dapat memberikan bantuan modal bagi UMKM melalui program KUR. Salah satu persayaratan dalam pengajuan program ini yaitu pelaku UMKM harus mempunyai catatan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik bagi para UMKM dipengaruhi oleh literasi keuangan yang mereka dapatkan. Dengan begitu dapat dikatakan bahwa literasi keuangan memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan seberapa baik pelaku UMKM dapat mengelola keuangan mereka. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yaitu pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan keuangan yang dihadapi, meningkatkan daya saing, dan mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan. Kegitan pelatihan dilaksanakan di desa Cibinong Kecamatan Jatiluhur Kabupaten Purwakarta. Peserta pelatihan merupakan masyarakat desa cibinong sebagai pelaku UMKM produk olahan ikan patin. Hasil dari pelatihan adanya peningkatan 37% pemahaman peserta pelatihan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan sangat penting untuk usah mereka dan peningkatan 67% pemahaman mengenai tatacara pengelolaan keuanagan. Pelatihan yang dilakukan memberikan dampak positif bagi peningkatan pemahaman peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

Improving the quality of higher education is one of the strategic priorities in developing competitive human resources. The Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) is the main mechanism mandated by Permendikbud Number 53 of 2023 to ensure the quality of higher education services in accordance with the National Higher Education Standards (SN-Dikti). This study aims to examine the strategy of the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) IV of West Java and Banten in accelerating the implementation of SPMI in Private Universities (PTS). This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through interviews, document studies, and field observations. The results of this study conclude that SPMI Clustering in the red, yellow, and green zones is an important instrument in mapping the readiness and progress of quality implementation in private universities in LLDIKTI IV. Universities in the red zone face major challenges in compiling and reporting SPMI documents, while universities in the yellow zone already have documents but are not yet fully complete or validated. On the other hand, universities in the green zone have met all reporting requirements and have a more established quality system. As a form of support, LLDIKTI IV has taken various acceleration steps, including the SPMI Clinic, the Regional Facilitator Assistance Program, and various SPMI innovations, such as the development of the SPMI Dashboard, the SPMI Guidelines, and award mechanisms for facilitators and the best universities. Through these steps, it is hoped that more universities will be able to move from the red and yellow zones to the green zone, so that the quality of higher education in the LLDIKTI IV region continues to improve and become more competitive.

Abstract

Abstrak. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi pesawat terbang. Pemilihan mesin dan komponen kritis berdasarkan downtime dan frekuensi kerusakan, diperoleh mesin dan komponen yaitu CNC Deckel Maho (profibus module) dan Cyrilbath (oil seal jaw). Saat ini, total biaya pemeliharaan mencapai Rp 2.611.708.603 dengan keandalan masing-masing komponen sebesar 42%. Interval pemeliharaan yang diterapkan adalah 226,972 jam (oil seal jaw) dan 241,265 jam (profibus module), menghasilkan downtime masing-masing 113,75 jam dan 35,18 jam. Agar mereduksi downtime, 3 skenario pemeliharaan diusulkan, yaitu pemeliharaan masing-masing dan gabungan. Kemudian, ditentukan interval pemeliharaan 36 jam (oil seal jaw) dan 42 jam (profibus module). Skenario ketiga (pemeliharaan bersama setiap 42 jam) menghasilkan biaya terendah, yaitu Rp 972.003.667. Melalui skenario ini, keandalan mesin CNC Deckel Maho meningkat menjadi 95% dan Mesin Cyrilbath menjadi 94%. Downtime juga diprediksi turun signifikan, dari 113,75 jam menjadi 9,971 jam (CNC Deckel Maho) dan dari 35,18 jam menjadi 3,078 jam (Cyrilbath). Abstract. PT XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces aircraft. Critical machines and components were selected based on downtime and failure frequency, identifying the CNC Deckel Maho (Profibus module) and Cyrilbath (oil seal jaw) machines. Currently, total maintenance costs amount to IDR 2,611,708,603, with a reliability of 42% for each component. The current maintenance intervals are 226.972 hours for the oil seal jaw and 241.265 hours for the Profibus module, resulting in downtimes of 113.75 hours and 35.18 hours, respectively. To reduce downtime, three maintenance scenarios were proposed: individual maintenance and combined maintenance. Maintenance intervals were then set at 36 hours for the oil seal jaw and 42 hours for the Profibus module. The third scenario (combined maintenance every 42 hours) produced the lowest cost, at IDR 972,003,667. Through this scenario, the reliability of the CNC Deckel Maho machine increased to 95%, and the Cyrilbath machine to 94%. Downtime is also predicted to decrease significantly, from 113.75 hours to 9.971 hours (CNC Deckel Maho) and from 35.18 hours to 3.078 hours (Cyrilbath).

Abstract

Abstract. PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk is a company that produces various types of shoes, one of which is Tomkins school shoes. However, the company always produces defective products above tolerance, namely 2% of production output. In addition, types of waste (waste) other causes production lead time becomes longer, namely excessive transportation and waiting activities. Percentage calculation results Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) current condition is 49.24%. Results of calculating the average value level sigma in January - November 2024 is 3.95. Based on these two indicators, it shows that improvement efforts are needed. Improvement efforts are carried out using the method Lean Six Sigma. Recommendations for improvement are made by increasing supervision during the production process, providing measuring tools and visual systems, rearranging component and mold storage areas, improving mold quality and material control, optimizing drying time and temperature settings, as well as changing transportation equipment from trolleys to transport cars. If the recommendations for improvement are implemented, it is hoped that there will be an increase in the PCE percentage value, namely to 58.74% and the average value level sigma increased to 4.19. Abstrak. PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi berbagai macam jenis sepatu salah satunya adalah sepatu sekolah Tomkins. Namun perusahaan selalu menghasilkan produk cacat di atas toleransi yaitu 2% dari hasil produksi. Selain itu, ditemukan jenis pemborosan (waste) lain yang menyebabkan production lead time menjadi lebih panjang yaitu aktivitas transportasi dan menunggu yang berlebih. Hasil perhitungan persentase Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) kondisi saat ini sebesar 49,24%. Hasil perhitungan rata-rata nilai level sigma pada bulan Januari - November 2024 adalah 3,95. Berdasarkan dua indikator tersebut menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya upaya perbaikan. Upaya perbaikan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Lean Six Sigma. Rekomendasi perbaikan dilakukan dengan melakukan peningkatan pengawasan selama proses produksi, penyediaan alat ukur dan sistem visual, penataan ulang area penyimpanan komponen dan cetakan, perbaikan kualitas cetakan dan kontrol material, optimalisasi pengaturan waktu dan suhu pengering, serta perubahan alat transportasi dari troli menjadi mobil angkut. Apabila rekomendasi perbaikan tersebut diimplementasikan, maka diharapkan terjadi peningkatan nilai persentase PCE yaitu menjadi sebesar 58,74% dan rata – rata nilai level sigma meningkat menjadi 4,19.

Abstract

Cibaduyut, Kota Bandung, dikenal sebagai sentra industri alas kaki nasional yang sempat berjaya pada era 1990-an hingga awal 2000-an. Namun, sejak 2008, industri ini mengalami penurunan akibat kebijakan Perdagangan Bebas ASEAN-China (ACFTA), serta berbagai tantangan seperti persaingan produk impor, kualitas produk yang belum standar, akses pasar terbatas, minimnya teknologi, dan lemahnya branding lokal. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas dan inovasi produk, memperluas pasar melalui e-commerce, serta memperkuat daya saing dan kemandirian pengrajin. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada sembilan pengrajin alas kaki di Bandung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pengembangan produk dari rata-rata 66,67 menjadi 82,22 (naik 23,33%), serta e- commerce dari rata-rata 80 menjadi 88,89 (naik 11,11%). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mampu meningkatkan literasi digital dan keterampilan kewirausahaan peserta, serta mendorong terwujudnya UMKM alas kaki yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing global.

Abstract

Analisis Situasi Industri Rumah Tangga (IRT) merupakan salah satu pilar penggerak ekonomi masyarakat. Namun, banyak IRT pelaku usaha yang menghadapi hambatan dalam pengembangan usahanya, terutama terkait aspek legalitas, sertifikasi halal, dan pemasaran digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Ibu Rumah Tangga (IRT) pelaku usaha mikro melalui pendampingan dalam tiga aspek utama, yaitu legalitas usaha, sertifikasi halal, dan pemasaran digital. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan mengenai legalitas dan prosedur sertifikasi halal, serta kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran produk. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan intensif kepada IRT. Hasil kegiatan pada program ini adalah peningkatan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku Industri Rumah Tangga (IRT) dalam mengurus perizinan usaha dari aspek administrative untuk memperoleh Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), menyiapkan dokumen yang diperlukan untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi halal, dan mengimplementasikan pemasaran digital melalui sosial media dengan membuat konten promosi yang menarik konsumen. Kegiatan ini dapat menumbuhkan motivasi dan kemandirian pelaku usaha untuk keberlanjutan usaha halal yang memiliki daya saing tinggi. Sinergitas antara legalitas usaha, kehalalan, dan digitalisasi pemasaran mampu meningkatkan posisi Industri Rumah Tangga menjadi bagian dari ekonomi halal yang modern dan kompetitif.
