Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the relationship between the idea of Rangga (masculinity) in the Maja Labo Dahu culture of the Bima people based on sociological studies and social education. The approach used in the research is a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documents. The results showed that several religious doctrines are directly related to preserving the idea of male dominance over women, which in turn allows the formation of a discourse of violence in the Bima Maja Labo Dahu cultural community. The doctrines are related to (1) the meaning of the origin of the creation of women from men and for men; (2) the meaning of Adam's expulsion from heaven caused by women; (3) the meaning of Rangga for men in gender roles as a figure who protects and dominates women; and (4) the meaning of wife beating as something legitimized by community culture. This understanding and meaning tend to position men as a figure who bears the idea of Rangga, masculine, male, which is then legitimized as a protector and dominator of women. Women are controlled, subordinated, and used as property. So that the impact of Rangga's thinking on Maja Labo Dahu Culture not only resulted in women becoming victims of domestic violence but also women were not given ample space to contribute to improving community growth and economy.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya pembentukan kewarganegaraan ekologis (ecological citizenship) adalah melalui pendekatan kearifan lokal (local wisdom). Amihud dan Mendelson memprediksi populasi penduduk dunia pada tahun 2025 mencapai 8,5 milyar. Akibatnya, kebutuhan pokok terus meningkat dalam rangka untuk memenuhi kebutuhan milyaran umat manusia. Hal ini mendorong adanya sektor produksi yang memicu eksploitasi alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan memotret pembentukan kewarganegaraan ekologis masyarakat adat berbasis kearifan lokal. Penelitian dilakukan selama sembilan bulan di Desa Tenganan pegringsingan, Kecamatan Karangasem, Kabupaten Karangasem, Provinsi Bali. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode etnografi. Keterlibatan masyarakat adat melalui berbagai aktivitas adat dan ritual keagmaan serta kepercayaan masyarakat setempat turut serta dianalis dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kearifan lokal terhadap kelestarian lingkungan di wilayah setempat

Abstract

Bullying merupakan salah satu tindakan perilaku agresif yang disengaja dilakukan oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang secara berulang-ulang dan dari waktu ke waktu terhadap seorang korban yang tidak dapat mempertahankan dirinya dengan mudah. Kasus bullying kini marak terjadi, tidak hanya di masyarakat namun kasus ini terjadi di dunia pendidikan. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, pelu dilaksanakan sosialisasi terkait implementasi model penanaman nilai kesetaraan gender guna mencegah tindakan bullying di lingkungan sekolah. Model ini dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif strategis bagi pihak sekolah dalam menciptakan suasana lingkungan belajar yang harmonis tanpa adanya kekerasan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialiasasi dan penyuluhan kepada guru serta membimbing guru agar memiliki pemahaman akan nilai-nilai kesetaraan gender. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi 3 tahapan, diantaranya: kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan akhir. Kegiatan awal meliputi observasi dan FGD bersama mitra dan tim, kegiatan inti adalah pelaksanaan sosialisasi, ketiga yaitu tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahamn dan kemampuan peserta sosialisasi mengalami peningkatan yang sangat signifikan. Data awal menunjukkan pada aspek pengetahuan awal terhadap pemahaman nilai kesetaraan gender dan dampak perilaku bullying 11,1 % diantara mereka yang memahami, hal tersebut meningkat menjadi 100% setelah pelaksanaan sosialisasi. Selanjutnya pada aspek pemahaman terhadap penerapan model penanaman nilai kesetaraan gender melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, sebelum dilaksanakan sosialisasi hanya 33,3% peserta yang memahami dan pernah mengikuti sosialisasi terkait gender dan setelah pelaksanaan sosialisasi meningkat menjadi 100%. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan baik dan berhasil memeberikan pemahaman yang komperhensif kepada peserta dalam mengimplementasikan model penanaman nilai-nilai kseteraan gender dalam mencegah perilaku bullying.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi model auditory, intellectualy, repetition (AIR) berbantuan media edmodo terhadap high order thinking skill (HOTS) siswa SMA. Salah satu keterbaharuan riset adalah penggunaal model mada masa  masa pandemi covid-19, sehingga proses pembelajaran berlangsung secara online. Kajian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif jenis quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan  posttest only with non-eqiuvalent control desain..  Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS-2 dan XI IPS 3 yang diambil secara random sampling. Data penelitian berupa HOTS diambil menggunakan tes uraian yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya.  Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa  model pembelajaran AIR (auditory, intellectualy, repetition) berbantuan edmodo efektif terhadap pencapaian high order thingking skill siswa SMA masa pandemi covid-19. Implikasi teortis bahwa penggunaan model-model pembelajaran inovatif dalam kontes masa pandemic covid 19 menjadi keniscayaan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work Life Balance on employee job satisfaction at PT Kaltim Diamond Coal. The research is based on the importance of achieving a balance between work and personal life to foster optimal job satisfaction. A quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method was employed. The sample consisted of 40 employees selected using a non-probability saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires that had passed validity and reliability tests and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, indicated by a significance value of 0.025 (< 0.05) and a regression coefficient of 0.968. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.187, suggesting that 18.7% of the variation in job satisfaction is explained by Work Life Balance, while the remaining 81.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings highlight that improving Work Life Balance practices can serve as a strategic measure to enhance employee job satisfaction within the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang pendidikan multikultural di sekolah menengah pertama umumnya masih terfokus pada kurikulum nasional atau pendekatan universal, tanpa secara khusus mengeksplorasi bagaimana kearifan lokal dapat diintegrasikan secara sistemik untuk merespons krisis toleransi dan civic problem seperti sentimen kelompok serta menurunnya rasa saling menghormati. Penelitian ini mengisi gap tersebut dengan kebaruan pada eksplorasi pola integrasi pendidikan multikultural berbasis kearifan lokal dalam konteks SMP Negeri di Kota Mataram, wilayah dengan heterogenitas etnis (Sasak, Samawa, Mbojo, Bali) yang belum banyak dijadikan sebagai lokus studi kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pola integrasi pendidikan multikultural serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya dengan memanfaatkan kearifan lokal. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus digunakan, melibatkan guru, kepala sekolah, dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis dengan triangulasi. Temuan pertama, integrasi pendidikan multikultural dilakukan melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler berbasis kearifan lokal. Kedua, melalui budaya sekolah seperti kegiatan IMTAQ inklusif dan program "Sabtu Budaya". Faktor pendukung: komitmen kepala sekolah, kompetensi multikultural guru, keterlibatan orang tua dan tokoh adat, serta kebijakan dinas pendidikan. Faktor penghambat: minimnya pelatihan guru, kurangnya sumber belajar baku, tantangan globalisasi, serta fasilitas sekolah yang tidak setara. Implikasi teoretis memperkuat konsep pendidikan kewarganegaraan multikultural berbasis kearifan lokal, sedangkan secara praktis, pembelajaran perlu dirancang secara integratif dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal untuk menujudkan sikap toleransi siswa dalam merespons krisis identitas kebangsaan

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi tradisi magibung sebagai sarana belajar karakter bagi masyarakat. Agar memperoleh gambaran secara holistic, penelitan ini menggunakan studi deskriptif, dengan mengamati tradisi magibung yang ada diDesa Pakraman Seraya, Kecamatan Karangasem, Kabupaten Karangasem, Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan teknik triangulasi, dengan melakukan tiga langkah, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah (1)Tokoh-tokoh senior (panglingsir) masyarakat Desa Pakraman Seraya, (2) BendesaAdat Desa Pakraman Seraya, (3) Pemerintahan adat Desa Pakraman Seraya, (4) Pemerintah Dinas setempat, (5) Pemuda Desa Pakraman Seraya, (6) Tokoh masyarakat, (7) Masyarakat Desa Pakraman Seraya yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai fokus penelitian yang akan di teliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tradisi magibung mampu menginternalisasi nilai-nilai karakter di lingkungan masyarakat, seperti; karakter religius, kerjasama (gotong-royong), mandiri, jujur, disiplin serta peduli. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter; magibung; tradisi ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to be explored as a means of learning character for the community. In order to obtain a holistic picture, this research uses a descriptive study, with the maintenance of the magibung tradition in Pakraman Seraya Village, Karangasem District, Karangasem Regency, Bali Province. This research was obtained by using a qualitative descriptive analysis using triangulation techniques, by doing three, namely: data reduction, data presentation and drawing steps / levers. The subjects in this study were (1) senior figures (panglingsir) of the Pakraman Seraya Village community, (2) Bendesa Adat Pakraman Seraya Village, (3) Pakraman Seraya Village customary administration, (4) Local Government Service, (5) Village Youth Pakraman Seraya, (6) community leaders, (7) Pakraman Seraya Village community who can provide information about the focus of the research to be studied. The results showed that the magibung tradition was able to internalize character values in the community, such as; religious character, cooperation (mutual assistance), independent, honest, disciplined and caring. Keywords: Character Education; magibung; tradition

Abstract

Digital literacy encompasses not only technical skills but also an understanding of social dynamics such as polarization and the need for social integration in digital environments. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of a web-based Mobile Polarization and Social Integration application in improving students’ digital literacy. A quasi-experimental design with a control group was employed, involving students from an Islamic senior high school. Data were collected using a validated test and analyzed through comparative statistical methods. The application significantly enhances students’ digital literacy and supports their awareness of polarization and social integration. This study highlights the potential of web-based learning applications to strengthen digital citizenship and encourage responsible and inclusive participation in digital spaces.
