Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Termination of Employment on Poverty in Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the method of Multiple Linear Regression (Ordinary Least Squares) and the analysis tool using the help of Eviews 10 software. Simultaneously, the variables of layoffs and unemployment affect poverty in Indonesia.

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the effect of physical evidence and educational service products on student decisions to choose a management study program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Malikussaleh. The number of samples obtained in this study was 270 respondents. The data were processed using the SPSS program and analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The results of the research and data analysis were partially obtained, physical evidence and service products significantly influenced the student's decision to choose the Management Study Program at the University of  Malikussaleh Lhokseumawe. Keywords: physical evidence and service products, purchase decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personal factors on purchasing decisions for fashion products at the CB Fashion Store in Lhokseumawe. The samples consisted of 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling method. The data was collected by a questionnaire survey and analyzed using regression analysis. The results indicate that the variable of Age and Life Cycle Characteristics (X1), Job Characteristics and Income (X2), Lifestyle Characteristics (X3), and Personality Characteristics (X4) have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions for fashion products at CB Fashion Stores in Lhokseumawe. The findings have implications for establishing the concept of personality in purchase decision model.

Abstract

Currently in Indonesia, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the development of the national economy. This study aims to develop an integrated framework that incorporates the innovation and strategic sustainability behaviors into the cluster business development model of agribusiness-based MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses mixed methods with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The subjects in this study were 150 members of the center member entrepreneurs, managers of the Regional Innovation System (SIDa), cooperative administrators/managers, related agencies, universities and other parties involved in the implementation of the SIDa program, and MSMEs business development. The results of the analysis using the radar scale and scoring analysis show that there are twelve potentials and economic opportunities for MSMEs business spread over three zones. The results of the mapping using the value-added matrix found that most of the MSME business characteristics had a "none" or "simple" value. This study also found developing an integrated framework that incorporates the innovation and strategic sustainability behaviors into the cluster business development model of agribusiness-based MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The main theoretical contribution of this paper is that this study proposes a model that explains how the different elements of strategic sustainability behavior and innovation types that focus on the cluster business into the model affect the business performance, business sustainability, and business survival of the cluster business of agribusiness-based MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of high-performance work systems and servant leadership on organizational performance through the mediating role of employee engagement at Bank Indonesia Lhokseumawe Representative Office. The data in this research were 133 employees who responded to the questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis tool uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated with Amos. The research results found that High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) and Servant Leadership have a significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Employee engagement also significantly improves employee performance. In testing the mediating effect of employee engagement, it became a partial mediating variable between High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) and Servant Leadership on the performance of Bank Indonesia Aceh Representative employees. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an important contribution to stakeholders in developing employee development strategies as an important resource for every organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of electronic word-of-mouth, trust, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty among Lhokseumawe City Lazada users. The primary data utilized in this study was collected by giving questionnaires to 140 consumers in Lhokseumawe City who had purchased products using the Lazada application. With the aid of SPSS software version 26, multiple linear regression is the data analysis technique employed. The findings indicated that partial satisfaction, trust, and electronic word-of-mouth had a favorable and significant impact on customer loyalty for Lazada users in Lhokseumawe City.

Abstract

Aceh merupakan salah satu daerah yang sering terjadi bencana, baik Gempa, banjir, kebakaran, dan Tsunami. Kemudian Aceh juga memiliki gunung berapi dan juga berada di Kawasan pesisir. Lhokseumawe juga merupakan daerah yang berdampak terhadap gempa dan juga daerah Industri Kimia dasar dan Industri Gas. Oleh karena itu Lhokseumawe merupakan daerah yang rawan bencana yang harus di waspadai, seperti Gempa, Banjir, Bocoran Gas dan ledakan serta kebakaran. Untuk pengurangan risiko bencana yang dimaksud, pengabdian masyarakat dari perguruan tinggi dilaksanakan untuk mendorong terciptanya Masyarakat 6 (enam) Gampong lingkungan Universitas Malikussaleh wilayah Kota Lhokseumawe, yakni Gampong Blang Pulo, Gampong Padang Sakti, Gampong Batuphat Timur, Gampong Batuphat Barat, Gampong Lancang Garam, Gampong Uteun Kot yang aman dan tangguh terhadap bencana. Gampong lingkungan merupakan salah satu Gampong yang menjadi perhatian Universitas Malikussaleh. Didalam pelaksanaannya akan di latih 6 orang setiap Gampong, sehingga total partisipasi masyarakat lingkungan sebanyak 36 orang. Masyarakat Gampong disekitar kampus masih belum memahami seutuhnya tentang penanggulangan bencana alam, daerah ini merupakan salah satu wilayah yang rawan akan terajadinya bencana alam. Sehubungan dengan ini program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) memberikan jalan keluar untuk permasalahan ini dengan cara memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat dalam mewujudkan Gampong tangguh bencana berbasis masyarakat sebagai objek pengabdian pada masyarakat agar menjadi Gampong tangguh bencana. Tujuan Gampong tangguh bencana adalah untuk penguatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan perilaku pengurangan resiko terhadap bencana alam maupun bencana yang bersifat human error. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada Juni 2024, dengan kegiatan berupa pemberian materi tentang kebencanaan, diskusi, latihan dan simulasi teknik evakuasi. Pelatihan kesiapsiagaan bencana ini merupakan awal dari usaha membentuk Gampong tangguh bencana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing, inovasi layanan, dan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan e-commerce di platform Shopee, dengan fokus pada mahasiswa Universitas Malikussaleh sebagai responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan survei dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen—digital marketing, inovasi layanan, dan kualitas layanan—memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi digital yang efektif, pembaruan layanan yang berkelanjutan, serta peningkatan mutu layanan dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna e-commerce, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand trust, product quality, and price on the decision to purchase Make Over cosmetics among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Malikussaleh University. This study uses a quantitative method with purposive sampling and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that brand trust, product quality, and price have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The stronger the consumers' trust in the brand, the higher the perceived product quality, and the more aligned the price is with the value received by consumers, the greater the likelihood that consumers will make a purchase. This study contributes to the development of marketing strategies and the improvement of consumers' purchasing decisions regarding Make Over cosmetics.
