Abstract

Effective user interface design in digital information systems can play an important role in improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pertumbukan Village, Wampu District. This research aims to design a digital information system that is easy to use and intuitive for MSMEs in the village. By using a user-centered design approach, this information system is expected to help MSMEs manage their business more efficiently, including inventory management, sales and communication with customers. The research methods used include literature studies, user needs surveys, as well as prototyping and interface testing. The research results show that simple, clear and responsive interface design can increase user satisfaction and efficiency, as well as encourage the adoption of digital technology among village MSMEs. The implementation of this information system is expected to have a positive impact on local economic growth by empowering small businesses to be more competitive in the wider market.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and implement a village activity management information system with User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design that focuses on transparency in Pertumbukan Village, Wampu District. This information system is designed to manage various village activities, including development planning, program implementation, and financial reporting, by providing easy and transparent access for the community. The UI&UX design used ensures that this system is intuitive and accessible to all levels of village society, including those who are less familiar with technology. The development of this system uses research and development (R&D) methods which involve the stages of needs analysis, design, development and system testing. The results of system testing show that this information system has succeeded in increasing the efficiency of managing village activities and strengthening the transparency and accountability of the village government to its citizens. Community participation in village activities has also increased, because the information conveyed through this system is easier to access and understand. The implementation of this information system in Pertumbukan Village has had a positive impact in the form of increasing community trust in the village government and speeding up the data-based decision making process.

Abstract

This Research aims to evaluate the implementation of yhe village governance information system and its impact on improving community services in Growth Village, Wampu District. The main focus of this research is user interface design which is expereted to facilitatee acces and use of the system by the community and village officials. The research methodology used include field studies, distributed to village residents and village officials.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a web-based inventory management system for the Wijaya Toys Store using the CodeIgniter framework. Wijaya Toys Store is a trading business that sells various kinds of toys and children's equipment. The system developed aims to increase efficiency in stock management, make it easier to record sales transactions, and provide accurate and real-time reports to management. The choice of the CodeIgniter framework as the basis for developing this system was based on its ability to provide a structured and easy to understand MVC (Model-View-Controller) structure. The research methods used include user needs analysis, web-based system design, implementation using the latest technologies, and testing to ensure system performance and reliability. The result of this research is a web application that not only simplifies the process of managing stock, but also increases the accuracy of inventory data at the Wijaya Toys Store. This system is expected to reduce recording errors, minimize stock losses, and enable management to make more appropriate decisions based on the data collected.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven the growth of e-commerce as one of the main solutions in meeting consumer needs, including in the coffee sector. This study aims to design a user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for an Android-based coffee e-commerce application with a Design Thinking approach. The Design Thinking method is applied in five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. These stages allow for an in-depth understanding of user needs, identification of key problems, development of creative ideas, prototyping, and iterative evaluation based on user feedback. The results of the study indicate that the resulting design is able to increase user convenience, efficiency, and satisfaction in shopping for coffee online. The application design displays intuitive navigation, attractive visuals, and functional features such as product search, user reviews, and secure payment methods. Prototype trials showed a high level of success in meeting user needs, with an increase in user satisfaction of up to 85%. This study makes a significant contribution to the development of Android-based e-commerce applications, especially in the coffee sector, and shows the great potential of implementing Design Thinking in creating user-centered digital solutions.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for a pet shop application using the Design Thinking method. This method emphasizes a deep understanding of user needs through five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This process ensures that the application design is not only user-friendly but also aligned with business needs. The study uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach to visualize system design, including use case, activity, sequence, and class diagrams. The results show that the Design Thinking method can generate innovative and effective application designs that support pet shop operations while enhancing user experience. This study contributes to creating relevant technology-based solutions for the pet shop industry. Keywords: Design Thinking, UI/UX Design, Pet Shop Application, Unified Modeling Language, User Experience Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) pada aplikasi petshop menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Metode ini mengedepankan pemahaman mendalam terhadap kebutuhan pengguna melalui lima tahapan: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Proses ini memastikan desain aplikasi tidak hanya user-friendly, tetapi juga selaras dengan kebutuhan bisnis. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan Unified Modelling Language (UML) untuk memvisualisasikan perancangan sistem, termasuk diagram use case, aktivitas, urutan, dan kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Design Thinking mampu menghasilkan desain aplikasi yang inovatif dan efektif dalam mendukung operasional petshop, sekaligus meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mengubah banyak aspek ekonomi, termasuk industri kafe. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengembangan aplikasi pemesanan dan pembayaran untuk Cafe Brandan Kopi menggunakan pendekatan User-Centered Design (UCD) serta integrasi QRIS. Tujuan utama adalah meningkatkan efisiensi dan kepuasan pelanggan melalui desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) yang optimal. Metode penelitian meliputi identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, pengumpulan data, analisis kebutuhan, dan pengujian aplikasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan UCD dalam desain aplikasi mampu menciptakan pengalaman yang menyenangkan bagi pengguna, dengan rata-rata nilai Sistem Usability Scale (SUS) sebesar 88,75, yang dikategorikan sebagai sangat baik. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya inovasi digital dalam meningkatkan layanan kafe dan mendorong adopsi pembayaran non-tunai di Indonesia. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan teknologi aplikasi di sektor pelayanan.

Abstract

As technology advances increasingly rapidly, especially in the field of e-commerce, Studios experience difficulties in handling orders for photography services. Ordering methods that still rely on WhatsApp (WA) show inefficiency and lack of optimization. This research focuses on designing the UI/UX of the application with the aim of increasing the efficiency of ordering photography services at Maka Studio. The testing process involves two methods, namely SUS (System Usability Scale) and analysis of data collected through questionnaires. The research subjects consisted of 10 respondents who were potential Maka Studio customers and 20 respondents among students. This research applies the Design Thinking method, through the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. These stages aim to understand user needs, identify problems, come up with solution ideas, create prototypes, and test prototypes. The research results show that the application of design thinking was successful in creating the Maka Studio online booking system. This system is expected to be able to overcome various obstacles previously experienced by customers when placing orders at photo studios. Usability testing results shows that the UI/UX design of the photography services ordering application has achieved excellent results and meets user expectations. This can be seen from the majority of respondents who gave positive assessments of various aspects of the application, as well as the SUS test results with an average score of 94.3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) untuk aplikasi e-commerce pada Toko Bolu Miranti dengan menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, keberadaan platform e-commerce menjadi semakin penting untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan produk, khususnya di sektor kuliner. Metode Design Thinking yang meliputi lima tahap empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test,digunakan untuk memahami kebutuhan pengguna dan menciptakan solusi yang efektif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa desain UI/UX yang intuitif dan menarik tidak hanya memenuhi ekspektasi pengguna dalam hal navigasi, tetapi juga meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan saat melakukan transaksi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan aplikasi e-commerce untuk UMKM di Indonesia.

Abstract

Geothermal Power Plant (PLTP) is a renewable energy source that has great potential to meet electricity needs in a sustainable manner with low carbon emissions. This research aims to develop mathematical models and Matlab-based control systems to increase the power capacity of geothermal power plants. The system model includes reservoir dynamics, production wells, turbines, and generators with control using the PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) method. Simulations were conducted to test the system response to variations in electrical load, reservoir temperature, and operational disturbances. The simulation results show that the PID control successfully maintains the electrical power output to be close to the reference value with a fast response despite the presence of overshoot and initial oscillation. Adjustment of PID parameters is recommended to reduce overshoot and accelerate stabilisation of power output. This research contributes to the optimisation of geothermal power plant operation so as to improve efficiency and national energy security based on geothermal energy.
