Abstract

User Interface is the initial display seen by the user on a system, this research was conducted in the village of klambir lima kebun. Klambir lima village is one of the villages in the hamparan perak sub-district with an area of 22.38 Km2, Klambir lima kebun village is bordered by, to the north bordering klumpang kebun village, to the south bordering tanjung gusta, to the east bordering Helvetia, to the west bordering klambir lima kampung. The Information System for grouping data on residents of the village of Klambir Lima Kebun is a system that is built based on user interface design with a responsive mobile system that is tested based on usability with the uman centered design method. Uman centered design is a method of approach in developing and designing a system that focuses on users according to aspects of the needs and habits of users. In the village of Klambir Lima Kebun, information about the population has not been done optimally and does not have a program to support work in the office. Office employees have difficulty in categorizing population data, still using manual methods or still in paper form. With this system design, it can help village officials in the process of grouping citizen data and accelerating services to the community and providing more effective and accurate information.

Abstract

At the Cooperative Office, currently the process of processing savings and loans data  is not optimal because the processing of savings and loans data  still uses manual methods.  Data processing like this can lead to data loss and insecure data storage. Therefore, the research will create a data processing system with sufficient computerization. So that the report that will be needed can be processed appropriately by the medan helvetia sub-district cooperative. Abstract

Abstract: Cloud is a metaphorical term that describes a computer network or the internet, where the cloud symbolizes a complex network system that is hidden from users. Through cloud technology, multiple computer devices can be combined into a single unit (cluster) and enable the creation of multiple virtual servers on a single physical device through a process called virtualization. The Pematang Serai Village Office currently does not have server network infrastructure. The situation on the ground shows that each room only has a stand-alone computer without any connection to each other. As a result, data storage in the office is not centralized, so employees often have difficulty accessing the data they need for work. To overcome this, centralized storage facilities are needed through a server. Therefore, this study aims to build a web server based on As Cloud infrastructure. The method used is an experimental method with steps including literature study, network topology design, system analysis, server design and configuration, and testing using the Ubuntu operating system. The results of the study show that the As Cloud-based web server can function well as a centralized data storage medium, and all stored data can be accessed smoothly. In conclusion, the implementation of this system is able to solve data storage problems at the Pematang Serai Village Office, so that data management becomes more organized and every employee can access data easily and efficiently. Keywords: Application, Borrowing, Returning, Library, Website Abstrak: Cloud merupakan istilah metaforis yang menggambarkan jaringan komputer atau internet, di mana awan (cloud) menjadi simbol dari sistem jaringan yang kompleks namun disembunyikan dari pengguna. Melalui teknologi cloud, beberapa perangkat komputer dapat digabungkan menjadi satu kesatuan (cluster) serta memungkinkan pembuatan banyak server virtual pada satu perangkat fisik melalui proses virtualisasi. Kantor Desa Pematang Serai saat ini belum memiliki infrastruktur jaringan server. Kondisi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa setiap ruangan hanya memiliki komputer yang berdiri sendiri tanpa saling terhubung. Akibatnya, penyimpanan data di kantor belum terpusat, sehingga sering kali pegawai kesulitan dalam mengakses data yang diperlukan untuk keperluan pekerjaan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dibutuhkan sarana penyimpanan terpusat melalui sebuah server. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun web server berbasis infrastruktur As Cloud. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan langkah-langkah meliputi studi literatur, perancangan topologi jaringan, analisis sistem, perancangan dan konfigurasi server, serta pengujian menggunakan sistem operasi Ubuntu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa web server berbasis As Cloud dapat berfungsi dengan baik sebagai media penyimpanan data terpusat, dan seluruh data yang tersimpan dapat diakses dengan lancar. Kesimpulannya, penerapan sistem ini mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan penyimpanan data di Kantor Desa Pematang Serai, sehingga manajemen data menjadi lebih teratur dan setiap pegawai dapat mengakses data dengan mudah dan efisien. Kata kunci: Perancangan, Infrastruktur, Server, As Cloud, Ubuntu

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has increased the demand for learning media that are more adaptive and easily accessible, including in the field of content management based on Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This study aims to design a mobile education platform focused on presenting materials, guidelines, and basic simulations related to website content management using SEO principles. The design process adopts a user-centered design approach, which includes user needs analysis, learning flow development, interface design, and the creation of educational content structures. The resulting product is a conceptual design of a mobile application that provides learning modules, illustrations of SEO techniques, and interactive features to help beginners understand the steps involved in content optimization. The design outcomes indicate that integrating SEO concepts into a mobile platform can produce a learning medium that is more practical and easier to comprehend. This study contributes by providing a blueprint for a mobile education design that can be further developed into an effective digital learning application that meets the needs of the search engine optimization era.

Abstract

The cloud is a metaphor for computer networks/the internet, where the cloud represents them, abstracted from complex, hidden infrastructure. Using cloud technology, we can combine several computer devices into a single unit (cluster) and create multiple servers on a single computer device through virtualization. The Pematang Serai Village Office is one of the villages without a server network infrastructure. Currently, the village office has several computers located in each room, and they are not connected. This decentralizes the village office's data storage, sometimes making it difficult for employees to obtain the data they need for their work. For this reason, the village office needs a means to support centralized storage on a server. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to build a web server based on a cloud infrastructure. This study uses an experimental method, with experiments conducted on the Ubuntu operating system across the following research stages: literature review, network topology design, system design analysis, server network configuration, and testing. The results of this study show that a cloud-based web server can be used for centralized data storage and that the data stored on it can be accessed properly. The conclusion from this study is that it can overcome problems with centralized data storage, ensuring that data management systems in the Pematang Serai village office are better organized and that every village office employee who needs data can access it correctly, specifically for shared data.
