Abstract

Abstract The study discusses about the integration of relational bonding, relational quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty at the state-owned bank in Central Java. The locations of research include Semarang City, Surakarta City, and Cilacap City. Research method uses multi stage sampling. The sample of research counts to 278 customers of Regular Saving from Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Tabungan Negara, and Bank Pembangunan Jateng. The hypothesis test in this research employs descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The descriptive analysis has loading factor and 5 % significance rate. The objective of research will be to understand and to analyze the relational bonding between the Bank customers through corporate image, customer value, and relational quality as well as customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The state-owned banks in Central Java already use this model. Result of research in relative with the result of SEM analysis indicates that the relevancy of relational bonding, corporate image, customer value, and customer satisfaction has significant effect on customer loyalty. Therefore, this model should be developed by the state-owned banks to increase the customer loyalty. Abstract

This research aim to analyze causality influence between innovations, market capability, social modal, entrepreneurs oriented into marketing performance. Organizational innovations is a basic focus on Total  Quality Management. Innovation has a role to technological development and competitive economy environment. The sample technique used is Purpusive sampling amount 58 respondent owner of Batik Small Medium Enterprise known as UKM.  Small businesses have small medium or medium can grow and develop so that it is able to increase its product and sustainability efforts on the creative industry. The technique analysis used is Parsial Least Square (PLS), this result shows entrepreneur orientation doesn’t influence into market capability and social modal, innovation has positive influence and significance into market capability and marketing performance. This results shows innovation has important role in advantaging market capability while influencing to increase marketing performance of Small Medium Enterprise known as UKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kausalitas antara inovasi, kemampuan pasar, modal sosial, pengusaha berorientasi ke kinerja pemasaran. Inovasi organisasi adalah dasar TQM. Inovasi mempunyai peran pentinga dalam pengembangan teknologi dan lingkungan yang penuh persaingan. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling jumlah 58 pemilik responden dari Batik Kecil Menengah dikenal sebagai UKM. UKM dapat tumbuh dan berkembang melalui industri kreatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Parsial Least Square (PLS), hasil ini menunjukkan orientasi entrepreneur tidak mempengaruhi ke kemampuan pasar dan modal sosial, inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam kemampuan pasar dan kinerja pemasaran. Hal ini menyebabkan menunjukkan inovasi memiliki peran penting dalam advantaging kemampuan pasar sementara yang mempengaruhi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran Kecil Menengah dikenal sebagai UKM.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh brand equity, nilai pelanggan dan lifestyle yang dimediasi kepuasan konsumen terhadap pembelian ulang produk gadget di Kota Semarang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian produk gadget merek Samsung, sebanyak 120 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh brand equity terhadap kepuasan, namun dalam konteks lifestyle dan nilai pelanggan tidak ada pengaruh terhadap kepuasan. Sedangkan kepuasan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terhadap pembelian ulang. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini mampu meningkatkan pembelian ulang melalui brand equity, lifestyle dan nilai pelanggan dalam konteks kepuasan. The objective of the research was to test the influence of brand equity, customer value and lifestyle which were mediated by consumer satisfaction toward re-purchasing of gadget products in Semarang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh Kualitas layanan, Fasilitas wisata, Promosi terhadap  Niat berperilaku  yang dimediasi variabel Citra Destinasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan  menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Taman Nasional Karimunjawa Kabupaten Jepara sampel yang diambil  sebanyak  100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan purposif sampling. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan  bahwa  Kualitas layanan, fasilitas wisata dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap Citra Destinasi dan Citra destinasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat berperilaku.

Abstract

Various models of relationship marketing were developed with the aim to create sustainable performance. Old model of marketing is a conventional marketing that only rely on face to face marketing. However, in line with the advances in market information technology, customers should be pampered and served well. E-commerce and E-business is the application of busi-ness operations conducted through the Internet so that it can expand product marketing both in national and international markets. The purpose of this study is to develop and test models of relationship marketing, that is, the relationship among determinants of marketing performance increase. Sample in this study is 41 Batik SME owners in Semarang City. The analysis used in this study is the SEM-PLS. Data processing in this study uses the Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that: (1) social capital has no influence on market capabilities; (2) relation-ship quality has influence on market capabilities; (3) entrepreneurial orientation has influence on social capital; (4) market capabilities has influence on marketing performance; (5) e-com-merce has influence on marketing performance, meaning that a better e-commerce or online marketing will be able to improve the marketing performance of SMEs.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to test the influence of brand equity, customer value and lifestyle which were mediated by consumer satisfaction toward re-purchasing of gadget products in Semarang. The respondents of the study were all consumers who have purchased Samsung gadget products. It was a purposive sampling study with 120 respondents. The data were analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the study showed that there was an influence of brand equity toward satisfaction, but in the lifestyle context and customer value did not give any influence toward satisfaction. Whereas; the satisfaction gave influence toward re-purchase. It is expected that this study can increase the repurchasethrough brand equity, lifestyle and customer values in the satisfaction context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi              e-repurchase. Website, E-WOM dan E-trust adalah faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya. Responden yang merupakan konsumen yang melakukan pemesanan hotel melalui Pegipegi di Kota Semarang akan diteliti melalui faktor website, E-WOM dan e-trust yang akan mempengaruhi e-repurchase.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksplanatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 100 responden yang melakukan pemesanan hotel melalui Pegipegi di Kota Semarang dengan cara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala Likert. Metode analisis data menggunakan PLS.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah karakteristik website mempengaruhi e-WOM dan e-trust dengan hubungan positif. Dan e-WOM memiliki pengaruh yang positif pula terhadap e-trust. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa e-WOM dan e-trust memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap e-repurchase.

Abstract

Indonesian political dynamics over the last 16 years since the Reformation movement initiated, the building shows the fragility of the Indonesian political experience. This can be seen how the level of community participation in the General Election in the Reformation era tend to decline until today. Election deemed not produce leaders who provide real change. This is exacerbated by the political system characterized transactional fraud. The purpose of this study was to look at the political behavior of society and give provisions regarding political education to the public ahead of the elections simultaneously in Semarang, especially in the Village Meteseh and Mangunharjo on December 2015. In this research use several theories: theory of rational choice and the theory of political participation.

Abstract

Learning Organisation is an organisation aim for capacity building, self adjusment and continuosly changing to keep up with enviroment dynamic change and guarantee organisation longetivity learning model can be conducted within group or team or units within organisation and individual is a process achieved by person throuh learning to improve human resource capacity. To create learning organisation it takes five elements, the are : individual skill, vision, metal model, learning team and thinking sytem. Therefor organisation will be able to accept future  challenge.
