Abstract

Abstract. Ethics is part of humans and also an important part in the marketing of Islamic banking. This paper examines marketing ethics in Islamic banking with a literature study. The aim is to provide a global explanation of the marketing ethics of Islamic banks. This study uses a type of qualitative research method with a reference-based approach that focuses on text reviews and literature reviews. The results of this study indicate that Islamic banking has many marketing ethics. Such as promoting products with soft words, marketing that is done well, professionalism, integrity, transparency, placing customers as partners, and emulating the Prophet Muhammad in all life activities. Abstract

Penyakit Moler merupakan salah satu ancaman serius bagi budidaya bawang merah (Allium sp.) di seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Penyakit ini dapat mengakibatkan kerugian yang signifikan dalam produksi bawang merah dan dapat menyebar dengan cepat dalam kondisi yang sesuai. Tulisan ini bertujuan memberikan informasi terkait  aspek-aspek utama penyakit Moler, penyebab penyakit moler, gejala dan pengendaliannya. Penyebab penyakit Moler adalah cendawan atau jamur Fusarium oxypsporum. Gejala awal penyakit ini meliputi penurunan pertumbuhan tanaman, daun yang menguning, dan akhirnya pembusukan pada umbi. Upaya pengendalian penyakit Moler melibatkan praktik-praktik budidaya yang baik, penggunaan varietas tahan, pengendalian mekanis, pengendalian hayati menggunakan Trichoderma. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman yang baik tentang penyakit Moler pada bawang merah dan tindakan pencegahan yang efektif menjadi kunci dalam meminimalkan dampak negatifnya terhadap produksi bawang merah secara global.

Abstract

Planned and sustainable human resource development is important for every organization or company. Several factors that influence employee performance include leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through work discipline in the electrical industry. The research method used is quantitative research, and quantitative data was collected through a questionnaire survey to analyze the relationship between latent variables. This research involved 133 samples of organic employees from one of the electricity companies in Indonesia. The data analysis technique uses SEM PLS with Smart-PLS. The research results show that the application of leadership style and organizational culture in the electricity industry has a positive and significant effect on work discipline and employee performance. Likewise, work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable. So, it can be concluded that the application of leadership style and organizational culture through work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the electrical industry.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the logistics industry has impacted competition between companies, and human resource planning is a critical factor in achieving company goals. A company's success can be determined based on the performance of its human resources. Several factors influence employee performance, including transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation. Improving employee performance to enhance success and productivity is a challenging task for every company. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, with work motivation as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative, with variables measured using a Likert scale. This research involved a sample of 64 employees from a logistic company. Data collection techniques included interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with Smart-PLS version 4. The results of this study show that transformational leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. However, work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, transformational leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable, and organizational culture has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Application of the Role Playing Method to Improve Statistics Learning Outcomes of Elementary School Students. This study aims to find out the results of learning statistics on data presentation and calculating the average (mean) through the role playing method in learning mathematics. Classroom action research was carried out at Mangasa 1 Public Elementary School, Somba Opu District by taking 26 research subjects. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection activities. Data was collected using a filled-in test with a total of 10 questions. Data on learning outcomes were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive analysis method, namely finding the average student score and learning completeness. Data were taken from two activities, namely cycle I and cycle II. Learning outcomes data obtained by students in cycle I, namely with an average value of 73.26 and learning completeness reached 46.15% and cycle II obtained an average value of 98.84 and learning completeness reached 100%. In this study it can be concluded that the application of the Role Playing method can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) dalam mengubah status mustahik menjadi muzakki, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memotivasi proses perubahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada Baznas Kota Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis zakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Makassar Makmur, yang mencakup bantuan modal usaha dan pelatihan keterampilan, berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi mustahik dan membentuk pola pikir kemandirian. Selain aspek ekonomi, pembinaan berkelanjutan serta dorongan spiritual dan sosial menjadi faktor penting dalam mendorong transformasi mustahik menjadi muzakki. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan kemandirian finansial dan meningkatkan kesadaran berzakat, sehingga memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pengurangan ketergantungan dan penguatan ekonomi umat.
