Abstract

 Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel paling berpengaruh dan penting yang menyebabkan rendahnya produktifitas kerja karyawan Bakpia Kurnia Sari Yogyakarta sesuai dengan permasalahan yang telah dirumuskan. Peneliti telah menguji ide ini secara empiris dalam data survei ke 56 responden yang tersebar di Yogyakarta menggunakan persamaan struktural permodelan (SEM) berdasarkan Partial Least Square (PLS). Metode yang digunakan adalah Nonprobability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan otoriter berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja, kesejahteraan karyawan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja, sedangkan semangat kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja. Selain itu variabel kepemimpinan otoriter berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap semangat kerja, sedangkan kesejahteraan karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Kata Kunci : kepemimpinan otoriter, kesejahteraan karyawan, semangat kerja, produktifitas kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari Likuiditas, Kepemilikan Institusional dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Kebijakan Dividen sebagai variable moderasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk menentukan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan peneliti. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) yaitu SEM berbasis variance, dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan antara Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kepemiikan Institusional terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (4) terdapat pengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan antara Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (5) Kebijakan Dividen tidak dapat memoderasi antara Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (6) Kebijakan Dividen tidak dapat memoderasi antara Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (7) Kebijakan Dividen tidak dapat memoderasi antara Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.Kata kunci: Likuiditas, Kepemilikan Institusional, Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Dividen dan Nilai Perusahaan

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the impact of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior as an interverning variable moderated by work motivation. The data collection method used in this research was a census technique using a Likert scale. The instrument test in this study used the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software with the value of the validity and reliability of the r table sought at a significance of 0.05 with a 2-tailed. Inferential analysis and path analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools, namely variance-based SEM with SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that hypothesis 1 was accepted, hypothesis 2 was accepted, hypothesis 3 was accepted, hypothesis 4 was rejected, hypothesis 5 was accepted, hypothesis 6 was accepted. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, firm size and business risk on capital structure with profitability as an intervening variable in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2020 period. The population in this study are all food and beverage sub-sector companies that have been and are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 9 companies. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and sobel test. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, while firm size and business risk have no effect on profitability. Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, firm size has a positive effect on capital structure, business risk and profitability have no effect on capital structure. Profitability cannot mediate liquidity, firm size and business risk on capital structure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare the performance of Islamic banking in Turkey, Malaysia and Indonesia which consists of CAR, FAR, FDR, BOPO, Company Size, Inflation, Interest Rates, Exchange Rate, GDP, Asset Growth Rate, Business Risk, ROA. The sample in this study used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 5 Islamic banks in Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia. The data used is secondary data in the form of quarterly reports or financial reports through the official website of each Islamic bank. Researchers processed the data obtained based on purposive sampling using the annual reports of Islamic banking in Indonesia, Malaysia and Turkey in 2013-2020. The results show that BOPO on Business Risk is not significant in Turkey and Malaysia, but significant in Indonesia. CAR, FAR, and Exchange Rate against Business Risk are not significant in Turkey, Malaysia and Indonesia. FDR on Business Risk is not significant in Turkey and Indonesia, but significant in Malaysia. GDP, Interest Rate, Firm Size, Inflation, Asset Growth Rate to Business Risk are not significant in Malaysia and Indonesia, but significant in Turkey. BOPO to ROA is not significant in Turkey and Indonesia, but significant in Malaysia. CAR FAR Inflation Exchange Rate Asset Growth Interest rates on ROA are not significant in Turkey, Malaysia and Indonesia. GDP to ROA is not significant in Malaysia and Indonesia, but significant in Turkey. Firm size on ROA is not significant in Malaysia and Indonesia, but significant in Turkey. CAR FAR FDR to Asset Growth Rate is not significant in Turkey, Malaysia and Indonesia. Firm Size to Asset Growth Rate is not significant in Turkey, Malaysia and Indonesia. BOPO, Inflation, Exchange Rate, GDP to Asset Growth are not significant in Turkey and Malaysia, but significant in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas, Leverage, dan Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada perusahaan sektor Consumer Goods yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2019. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan Consumer Goods yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk memperoleh jumlah sampel. Berdasarkan teknik tersebut, 17 perusahaan didapatkan untuk dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis (Uji F dan Uji t) dengan tingkat signifikansi alpha 5%.  Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan deviden sedangkan variabel Leverage dan Invesment opportunity set (IOS) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan deviden.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas, Strutur Modal dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang dan konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2015-2019. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan menggunakan jenis data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunkan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji koefisien determinan yang dibantu dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Maka sampel yang diperoleh 11 perusahaan yang sudah memenuhi kreteria penelitian dan data penelitian yang dikumpulkan 55 data selama 5 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Namun pada variabel Struktur Modal berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan. Sedangkan variabel Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menguji serta menganalisis suatu pengaruh dalam kepemimpinan yang transformasional terhadap variabel motivasi intrinsik, melihat pengaruh dari budaya dalam organisasi terhadap variabel motivasi intrinsik, lalu meliaht juga pengaruh dari kepemimpinan yang transformasional terhadap variabel perilaku organizational.citizenship.behavior.(OCB), pengaruh suatu budaya dalam organisasi terhadap variabel perilaku organizational.citizenship.behavior.(OCB), pengaruh variabel motivasi intrinsik terhadap variabel perilaku organizational.citizenship.behavior.(OCB). Dalam penelitian ini metode yang dapat digunakan ialah pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner untuk pengambilan data, dan diuji menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan yang transformasional memiliki pengaruh yang positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi intrinsik, budaya dalam organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi intrinsik, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap variabel perilaku organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap variabel perilaku organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh secara positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap variabel perilaku organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Sehinggah pada kesimpulannya motivasi intrinsik tidak memediasi kepemimpinan yang transformasional terhadap variabel perilaku organizational citizenship.behavior (OCB) serta budaya organisasi terhadap citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstract

The research was conducted to see the development of KSPPS BMT Artha Barokah's financial performance in 2015-2019 by looking at aspects: capital, productive asset quality, efficiency, liquidity, cooperative identity as well as aspects of independence and growth. The research is descriptive quantitative, namely by analyzing financial data and then the results are presented in the form of numbers. The variables studied were the financial performance of KSPPS BMT Artha Barokah with documentation techniques. For data analysis using the instrument of the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and UKM for Health Assessment of Savings and Loans Cooperatives and Sharia Financing Number 07/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. From the research results, it is known that the financial performance of KSPPS BMT Artha Barokah in 2015-2019 is seen from: 1) The aspect of capital with the ratio of own capital to total assets is not healthy and the CAR is quite healthy; 2) The quality aspect of earning assets in the ratio of non-performing financing to the number of receivables and current financing, the ratio of risky portfolio financing is in the non-risk criteria while the PPAP ratio is doubtful; 3) The aspect of efficiency in the ratio of operational costs to services is less efficient, the ratio of fixed assets to total assets is good while the ratio of service efficiency is not good; 4) The liquidity aspect of the less liquid cash ratio and the less liquid financing to funds received ratio; 5) aspects of cooperative identity in high gross participation ratio and beneficial PEA ratio; 6) Aspects of independence and growth in low asset profitability ratios, low equity profitability ratios and less service operational independence ratios. Based on the results of the study, the financial performance of KSPPS BMT Artha Barokah was in the fairly healthy category although it had experienced a decline in several aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity (CR), leverage (DER), profitability (ROE), and activity (TATO) on stock returns. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The sampling criteria used a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 9 Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2020 period. In this study, the data were analyzed using the multiple regression analysis method and the classical assumption test which was processed using the SPSS version 25 program. . The results showed that liquidity (CT) had a negative and significant effect on stock returns, leverage (DER) had no significant effect on stock returns, profitability (ROE) had a positive and significant effect on stock returns, and activity (TATO) had no significant effect on stock returns. . The results of the study simultaneously show that the variables of liquidity, leverage, profitability, activity have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. From the results of the research above, it is expected that the company will always maintain the company's performance, especially liquidity (CR) because liquidity (CR) can have a negative and significant influence on stock returns. Meanwhile, investors and people who want to invest their capital need to consider the company's profitability (ROE) because profitability (ROE) can have a positive and significant impact on stock returns so that in the decision-making process it needs to be considered.
