Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh citra perusahaan dan relationship marketing terhadap kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan pada business to business (B2B). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS). Jumlah responden adalah 100 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan metode convinience sampling dimana pelanggan PT. Dian Cipta Perkasa adalah subjek dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan, relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan, citra perusahaan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Secara umum ditemukan relationship marketing masih menjadi variabel yang paling menentukan dalam mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cash flow, cash conversion cycle, and networking capital on cash holding both partially and simultaneously. The population used in this study were 21 food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The sample used uses the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the method of multiple regression analysis with a significant level and hypothesis testing using the F test and t-test. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that cash flow has no effect on cash holding. Cash conversion cycle variable has a significant negative effect on cash holding. The variable net working capital has a significant positive effect on cash holding. While simultaneous variables of cash flow, cash conversion cycle, and networking capital affect the cash holding of food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Impression of finance technology (Fintech) in the form of benefits as well as theeasy to use that has an impact on SME intentions to use it, even though problems in its implementation are indicated. The sample used was 80 SMEs spread in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data collection using purposive sampling technique provided that the respondents chosen already use fintech. Data analysis using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the benefits of fintech had a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of SMEs to intend to use it. The more the benefits increase, the behavior of using fintech is growing. It is human's rational nature that what is beneficial to him will encourage behavior. The impression of ease of use of fintech has no positive and significant effect. It is generally known that the attitude towards computer use is a significant determinant of the intention to use fintech. However, the impression of simplicity did not encourage the intention to utilize fintech. Although fintech is perceived as easy, if the benefits are low, UKM does not intend to use it. The implemantation problem has not been proven to have an effect on preventing SMEs from using fintech. Public awareness of the importance of security has not been considered, this is because the community has never felt the impression of the impact of cyber risk. That the problem of fintech implementation is realized is a risk that has a negative effect on the intention of adopting fintech. However, the problems that arise do not reduce the interest of SMEs to use fintech.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of the community on the implementation of Village Fund Allocation that is used for the Implementation of Village Governance, Village Development, empowerment of rural communities, and Community Activities. with the influence of moderation good governance. The purpose of village fund allocation in principle to improve the welfare and equity of village development through improving public services in the village, promoting the village economy, overcoming the inter-village development gap and strengthening the village community as the subject of development. This is in accordance with the substance of Village Law No. 6/2014 to grant greater autonomy to the village in order to become self-reliant. currently there are still many parties who do not understand the use of village funds. There needs to be an appropriate and understandable media for village community can see and know the village government has done in the use of the village budget. This study uses secondary data collected from village administration, while primary data is collected from Bantul village community. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling based variance with the help SmartPLS software. The results showed that the simultaneous administration of village funding for all programs has a positive and significant impact on the perception of the village community perception, while the program partially for each funding does not significantly affect. Good governance as an independent variable significantly influences the perceptions of village communities, but the role of  Governance for the implementation of each partial funding program has no significant effect on community village perception.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership style and non-physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of BBTKLPP Yogyakarta. This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sesnus technique, where all populations are taken, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 110 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.042 <0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Leadership style has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.455 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. Non-fictional work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.256 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.006 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.57 < 1.96 then hypothesis VI is rejected. Non-physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.51> 1.96 then hypothesis VII is accepted. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between teacher training and transformational leadership on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in teacher members of SMA N1 SEMIN. This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sessus technique, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 44 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that teacher training had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.018 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Teacher training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance level of 0.021 <0.05, so hypothesis III is accepted. Transformational leadership has no positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance level of 0.352 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Teacher training on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.08 > 1.96 then hypothesis VI is accepted. Transformational leadership on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.80 < 1.96 then hypothesis VII is rejected. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji perceived co-worker, perceived supervisior support, perceived organizational support, employee participation in decision making, career development, safety and health compliance pada job satisfaction, dan organizational citizenship behavior. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan atasan yang dirasakan dan pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Studi ini menemukan bahwa perceived co worker, perceived organizational support, employee participation in decision making, dan safety and health compliance tidak berpengaruh pada job satisfaction. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan atasan, pengembangan karir, keselamatan, dan kepatuhan kesehatan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dukungan rekan kerja, dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan, partisipasi karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan, tidak mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dimediasi antara pengembangan karir menuju perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the most influential and important variables that cause the low quality of employee performance at BBTKLPP Yogyakarta in accordance with the problems that have been formulated. A sample size of 90 that can represent the population is determined using the Krejcie-Morgan method. The method of analysis in this study is to use a variance-based analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling using a questionnaire instrument. Non-physical work environment variables have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance by showing p values of 0.581; Workload variable has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance with p values of 0.058; Non-physical work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on work stress and p values of 0.000; Workload variable has a positive and significant effect on work stress with an original sample value of 0.180 and a p value of 0.05; Work stress variables have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.270 and p values of 0.327; Work stress as intervening influences the relationship between non-physical work environment variables and employee performance with tcount (9.26)> ttable (1.96); Work stress as an intervening effect on the relationship between workload variables and employee performance with a tcount (8.33)> ttable (1.96).

Abstract

The research aims to analyze: (1) the effect of competence on performance, (2) the effect of compensation on performance, (3) the influence of non-physical work environment on performance, (4) non-physical work environment moderates the effect of competence on performance, and (5) non-physical work environment moderates the effect of compensation on performance. This research is quantitative with a survey method. The data collection uses a questionnaire with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis methods are descriptive and inferential. The results of the study for significance of 5%: (1) competence influences performance with P Values = 0.001, (2) compensation influences performance with P Values = 0.033, (3) non-physical work environment has no effect on performance because P Values = 0.168, (4) non- physical work environment does not moderate the effect of competence on performance because P Values = 0.797 and Original Sample (O) = 0.038, (5) non-physical work environment does not moderate the effect of compensation on performance because P Values = 0.325 and Original Sample (O) = -0.099.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis hubungan antara siklus konversi kas dengan karakter keuangan perusahaan sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel menggunakan laporan keuangan Sektor Aneka Industri periode 2011-2014 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dengan kriteria: (1).Perusahaan Aneka Industri yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2011-2014; (2) Perusahaan mempunyai laporan keuangan yang berakhir 31 Desember dan telah diaudit oleh auditor independen; (3).Perusahaan menggunakan laporan keuangan dengan mata uang Rupiah. Karakter keuangan perusahaan menggunakan model yang dilakukan Keown et al (2003), Gill et al (2010), dan Nobanee et al (2011), yang diukur dalam 7 indeks yaitu: Productivity Index (PRI), Profitability Index (PI), Liquidity Index (LI), Debt Index (DI), Market Index (MI), Size Index,dan Deviden Index (DI). Analisis data menggunakan pearson correlation. Hasilnya, 7 (tujuh) indeks karakter keuangan perusahaan menunjukkan korelasi negatif signifikan dengan siklus konversi kas. Kata kunci: Siklus Konversi Kas, Karakter Keuangan.
