Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at BLPT Yogyakarta which is mediated by work motivation. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method that takes samples from the entire population of 105 people and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool with a Likert scale. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique (census). The data analysis technique used is inner model with SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results of this research show that the impact that Self-Efficacy has on Employee Performance is shown by the Original Sample Coefficient (OS) value of 0.320 and the p-value of 0.000 is smaller than the 5% significance level (0.05) which indicates a significant effect. Work Discipline on Employee Performance is shown by the Original Sample Coefficient (OS) value of 0.400 and the p-value of 0.000 is smaller than the 5% significance level (0.05) which indicates a significant effect. Work Environment on Employee Performance is shown by the Original Sample Coefficient (OS) value of 0.295 and the p-value of 0.000 is smaller than the 5% significance level (0.05) which indicates a significant effect. It can be concluded that employee performance can be influenced by self-efficacy, work discipline and work environment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis Kinerja Berbasis Beban Kerja Dan Konflik Kerja Dengan Mediator Stres Kerja. Stres adalah faktor umum yang sewaktu-waktu dapat dialami oleh manusia, khususnya pekerja. Studi ini berupaya untuk menganalisis beban kerja dan konflik kerja karyawan di PMI Kota Yogyakarta dengan mediator stres kerja. Studi diterapkan melalui eksplanatori, dimana pendekatan kuantitatif terletak pada sampel berjumlah 77 informan dengan metode sensus. Mereka di interview dengan kuesioner tertutup. Pengujian instrumen diterapkan melalui metode korelasi bivariate Pearson untuk menguji validitas dan Cronbach's Alpha untuk menguji reliabilitas. Hasilnya, kami menemukan jika beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif tidak signifikan pada stres kerja sedangkan konflik kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan pada stres kerja. Temuan lain mempresentasikan bahwa beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif tidak signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, sedangkan konflik kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan, dan stres kerja justru berdampak negatif tidak signifikan. Hanya dua hubungan yang pengaruhnya telah terbukti signifikan dan stres kerja tidak memberikan efek mediasi yang searah sesuai usulan hipotesis.Kata kunci:Beban Kerja; Konflik Kerja; Mediasi; Stres Kerja; Kinerja Karyawan  Abstract: Analysis of Workload Based Performance And Work Conflict With Job Stress Mediators. Stress is a common factor experienced by humans at any time, especially workers. This study attempts to analyze the workload and workconflict of employees at PMI Yogyakarta City with work stress mediators. The study applies an explanatory method with quantitative approach and census technique using a sample of 77 informants. The participants are interviewed with a closed questionnaire. For the instrument testing, Pearson's bivariate correlation method is used to test the validity while Cronbach's Alpha is applied to test the reliability. The result shows that the workload has an insignificant positive effect on work stress while the work conflict has a significant positive effect on work stress. Another finding shows that workload has an insignificant positive effect on the employee performance while the work conflict has a significant positive effect but work stress has an insignificant negative impact. Only two relations have a significant effect and work stress does not provide a direct mediating effect according to the proposed hypothesisKeywords:Workload; Work Conflict; Mediation; Job Stress; Employee performance

Abstract

This analysis examines the phenomenon in the management of civil servants performance allowances that are not in accordance with financial governance, accountability and transparency because the civil servants performance management system is not in accordance with competence so that it affects work ethic. The study aims to analyze the partial effect of competence, performance allowances and work ethic on accountability and transparency in civil servants in Bantul Regional Government. This type of research is quantitative, using the survey method. Data collection using questionnaires with validity and reliability tests, descriptive and inferential data analysis methods. To get newness from previous researchers, researchers added mediation analysis using the path analysis method. This study used a sample of 88 civil servants who received performance allowances in Bantul Regional Government. The results of the study according to the hypothesis test show that competence, performance allowances and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on transparency and on the variables of competence, performance allowances and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on accountability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the independent variables, namely funding decisions, devidend policies, invesmenst decisions on the dependent variable namely frim value. This research is a descriptive statistical study with the population used is a manufacturing company in the food and beverage sub-sector that has been listed on the indonesia stock exchange in the 2015-2019 period. The sample was determined using the purposive sampling method from 55 total samples in the 2015-2019 period, only 11 companies that met the criteria. The type of data used is secondary data from the sample company’s financial statements. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method.The results of this study indicate that funding decisions have a positive effect on frim value, dividend policy has a negatif effect on frim value and investment dcisions have a positive effect on frim vakue.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Profitability, Leverage, Company Size, and Asset Growth as independent variables on Company Value as the dependent variable. Profitability is measured by Return On Assets, Leverage is measured by Debt Ratio, company size is measured by Ln total assets, asset growth is measured by asset growth, and company value is measured by Price to Book Value. This research is quantitative research. The sample in this research was obtained using a purposive sampling method, namely selecting samples using predetermined criteria. Based on the purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria, 105 samples were obtained from 21 property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2018-2022 period. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, heteroscedasticity tests, as well as multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing used is the coefficient of determination test (R square), F-test and test. -t which was processed using the SPSS version 26 program. The research results show that profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value, leverage has no significant effect on company value, company size has a positive and significant effect on company value, asset growth has no significant effect on company value.

Abstract

This study was conducted to test whether financial literacy, lifestyle, income and gender on the financial behavior of the millennial generation. The selected method used in this study is a quantitative method. This type of research uses descriptive and quantitative statistics, which are used to determine the level of financial literacy and what influences financial behavior in students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. The variables used are financial literacy behavior as the dependent variable, lifestyle, income and gender as independent variables. The sample is part of the selected population obtained based on certain procedures that can represent the population. So based on the calculation of the sample using the Slovin formula, the research sample was obtained as many as 80 active student respondents from the 2017 - 2020 class. The sampling technique was based on research needs. This means that purposive sampling is more used by researchers if a study requires a sampling technique in this study, namely using a purposive sampling technique, The results of the analysis show that financial literacy has no effect on financial behavior, lifestyle has a positive effect on financial behavior, lifestyle has a positive effect on financial behavior and lifestyle has a positive effect on financial behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, capital structure, and ROA on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2020. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study were 20 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression and the data is processed using SPSS. The hypothesis testing method uses a significant level of 0.05 (5%). The results of this study indicate that the inflation variable has a significant effect on stock returns, capital structure has no significant effect on stock returns, ROA has a significant effect on stock returns

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji perceived co-worker, perceived supervisior support, perceived organizational support, employee participation in decision making, career development, safety and health compliance pada job satisfaction, dan organizational citizenship behavior. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan atasan yang dirasakan dan pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Studi ini menemukan bahwa perceived co worker, perceived organizational support, employee participation in decision making, dan safety and health compliance tidak berpengaruh pada job satisfaction. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan atasan, pengembangan karir, keselamatan, dan kepatuhan kesehatan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dukungan rekan kerja, dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan, partisipasi karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan, tidak mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dimediasi antara pengembangan karir menuju perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the most influential and important variables that cause the low quality of employee performance at BBTKLPP Yogyakarta in accordance with the problems that have been formulated. A sample size of 90 that can represent the population is determined using the Krejcie-Morgan method. The method of analysis in this study is to use a variance-based analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling using a questionnaire instrument. Non-physical work environment variables have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance by showing p values of 0.581; Workload variable has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance with p values of 0.058; Non-physical work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on work stress and p values of 0.000; Workload variable has a positive and significant effect on work stress with an original sample value of 0.180 and a p value of 0.05; Work stress variables have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.270 and p values of 0.327; Work stress as intervening influences the relationship between non-physical work environment variables and employee performance with tcount (9.26)> ttable (1.96); Work stress as an intervening effect on the relationship between workload variables and employee performance with a tcount (8.33)> ttable (1.96).

Abstract

The research aims to analyze: (1) the effect of competence on performance, (2) the effect of compensation on performance, (3) the influence of non-physical work environment on performance, (4) non-physical work environment moderates the effect of competence on performance, and (5) non-physical work environment moderates the effect of compensation on performance. This research is quantitative with a survey method. The data collection uses a questionnaire with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis methods are descriptive and inferential. The results of the study for significance of 5%: (1) competence influences performance with P Values = 0.001, (2) compensation influences performance with P Values = 0.033, (3) non-physical work environment has no effect on performance because P Values = 0.168, (4) non- physical work environment does not moderate the effect of competence on performance because P Values = 0.797 and Original Sample (O) = 0.038, (5) non-physical work environment does not moderate the effect of compensation on performance because P Values = 0.325 and Original Sample (O) = -0.099.
