Abstract

This study aims to find out about financial performance in assessing the soundness level of the financial aspects of Infrastructure Service Companies for the 2017-2021 period based on the decree of the minister of BUMN Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002 concerning the assessment of the soundness level of BUMN in this assessment using eight indicators, namely Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), cash ratio, current ratio, collection periods, investory turnover, total asset turn over (TATO), and total own capital to total asset. The financial performance of infrastructure service companies for the 2017-2021 period has increased and decreased when viewed from a total score of eight financial ratio indicators during 2017-2018 infrastructure service companies have experienced increases and decreases for the level financial soundnes of infrastructure service companies are as follows in 2017 the total score 30,2 getting unhealthy predicate with category B, in 2018 a total score 21,7got an unhealthy predicate with the CCC categoty, in 2019 a totel score of 23,2 7got an unhealthy predicate with the CCC categoty, in 2020 a total score of 24 7got an unhealthy predicate with the CCC categoty, and finaly in 2021 a total score of 22,5 7got an unhealthy predicate with the CCC categoty.

Abstract

The study is entitled “The Effect of Dividend Policy, Debt Policy on Firm Value with Profitability as an Intervening Variable in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2018-2022 Period”. With the aim of knowing the results of the analysis of the effect of dividend policy (DPR) on firm value (PBV), to find out the results of the analysis of the effect of debt policy (DER) on firm value (PBV), to find out the results of the analysis of the effect of profitability (ROA) on firm value (PBV). ), to find out the results of the analysis of the effect of dividend policy (DPR) on profitability (ROA), to find out the results of the analysis of the effect of debt policy (DER) on profitability (ROA) in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. And to prove the results of the analysis of the influence of dividend policy (DPR), debt policy (DER) on company value (PBV) with profitability (ROA) as an intervening variable. Sample selection used a purposive sampling technique using certain criteria so that 46 samples were obtained that met the criteria. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression and path analysis. The research results show that dividend policy influences company value, debt policy influences company value, profitability influences company value, dividend policy influences profitability, debt policy influences profitability and profitability is able to mediate the relationship between dividend policy and debt policy on company value.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 membawa dampak luar biasa pada perekonomian di Indonesia. Kebijakan physical distancing untuk mengurangi resiko penyebaran virus Covid 19 berimbas pada meningkatnya resiko kredit dan menurunnya profitabilitas perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh CAR, FDR, BOPO, ukuran perusahaan dan PDB terhadap profitablitas bank umum syariah di Indonesia dengan NPF sebagai variabel moderasi pada masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series yang diambil dari laporan keuangan semesteran bank umum syariah periode tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2020. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial yang diolah dengan smartpls 3.2.8. Populasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah 14 bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di OJK. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 11 bank umum syariah yang diperoleh dengan metode metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CAR tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA, FDR berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA, BOPO dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap ROA, PDB tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA. NPF mampu memoderasi pengaruh CAR, FDR, dan BOPO terhadap ROA namun NPF tidak mampu memoderasi ukuran perusahaan dan PDB terhadap ROA.

Abstract

Construction industry is a complex system as a main driving force of the economy. In such a complex system, the excellent performance of all components of the construction company system is a must to achieve the project's success goals. The link between employee performance and the availability of facilities, the use of technology, and appropriate leadership has become the concern of researchers in human resources because these three factors are crucial in increasing employee productivity. This research is a cross-sectional study to determine the influence of leadership, facilities, and technology on the performance of contractor company employees at Putera Jaya Andalan Co. Data collection was carried out by direct observation and questionnaires, which were then analyzed using the T-test to path analysis. The results of this study indicate that applying the right leadership style, work facilities, and technology in the company can positively and significantly impact employee performance. The better the leadership style, work facilities, and technology, the better the performance of employees. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and total assets turnover on profit growth in telecommunications companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period. The population in this study is all Telecommunication Companies listed on the IDX. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained samples of 8 companies. The data were processed using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using partial tests (t) and determination tests (R2) using the SPSS program 25 The results showed that the current ratio did not affect profit growth, debt to equity ratio did not affect profit growth, total asset turnover did not affect profit growth policy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return On Assets (ROA) and Curret Ratio (CR) on stock returns. This research uses quantitative research, the sampling technique is purposive sampling method, namely because it can choose certain targets that can provide information based on predetermined criteria. So, in this study, the population taken was all Manufacturing companies in the industrial sector for the 2018-2021 period which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as many as 32 companies. The method of collecting data is secondary data, which is the financial statements of companies that make stock returns. The amount of data used is 128 samples. From what was done, the results of the study showed that the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return On Assets (ROA) and Current Ratio (CR) did not affect stock returns as evidenced by the significant value of each variable greater than 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price To Book Value (PBV) on stock prices. The research took samples of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. This purposive sampling method is a sample selection method based on predetermined population characteristics. The sample in this study is 32 LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. In research using secondary data sources in the form of financial reports. While the data collection method used is the collection technique. In this study, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear analysis supported by the classical assumption test. The results of this study are that Return On Assets (ROA) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Price To Book Value (PBV) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. So the conclusion is that Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while Return On Assets (ROA) and Price To Book Value (PBV) have a negative or insignificant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, liquidity, and profitability on company value with dividend policy as an intervening variable in primary consumer goods companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This study used quantitative methods. The samples used were a number of 25 companies with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test and f-test with SPSS 25 program and sobel test. Investment Decision Variables are calculated by Market to Book Value of Assets (MBVA), Liquidity is calculated by Current Ratio (CR), Profitability is calculated by Return On Asset (ROA), Company Value is calculated by Price Book Value (PBV), while Dividend Policy is calculated by Devidend Payout Ratio (DPR). The results showed that investment decisions have a positive and significant influence on dividend policy, liquidity has a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy, profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on company value, liquidity has a negative and significant influence on the value of the company, profitability has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, dividend policy has a positive and insignificant effect on the value of the company, dividend policy is unable to mediate the influence between investment decisions on company value, dividend policy is unable to mediate the effect between liquidity on company value, and dividend policy is unable to mediate the effect between profitability on company value.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the impact of Liquidity Risk which is proxied by Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on financial performance which is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) at commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling method, found 10 banks with the largest assets. The data taken in the form of secondary data obtained through the annual repost and financial report. The results showed that there was a significant effect between Net Interest Margin and Good Corporate Governance on financial performance, while liquidity risk had no effect on financial performance. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, physical work environment and career development on affective commitment with extrinsic motivation as an intervening variable in the Yogyakarta Special Region Manpower and Transmigration Service. The subjects and objects in this research were all employees at the Yogyakarta Special Region Manpower and Transmigration Service, namely 100 respondents. This type of research uses quantitative techniques and data processing techniques in research using SmartPLS 3.3.3. Work Discipline Has No Effect on Extrinsic Motivation with a Parameter Coefficient (Original Sample) of 0.095, with a t-statistic value of 1.347 and a p-value of 0.179. With a p-value > 0.05. The physical work environment has a significant effect on Extrinsic Motivation, having a Parameter Coefficient (Original Sample) of 0.501 with a t-statistic value of 5.684 and a p-value of 0.000. With a p-value < 0.05. Career Development has a significant effect on Extrinsic Motivation. Has a Parameter Coefficient (Original Sample) of 0.368 with a t-statistic value of 4.373 and a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on Affective Commitment having a Parameter Coefficient (Original Sample) of 0.305, with a t-statistic value of 2.956 and a p-value of 0.003<0.05. Career Development has no effect on Affective Commitment having a Parameter Coefficient (Original Sample) of 0.255 with a t-statistical value of 1.909 and a p-value of 0.057>0.05. Extrinsic Motivation (Y2) has no effect on Affective Commitment, having a Parameter Coefficient (Original Sample) of 0.187 with a t-statistical value of 1.166 and a p-value of 0.244> 0.05.
