Abstract

Social change is a change that occurs in the community environment, marked by the emergence of a decline in morals and social values in the surrounding environment. One of these activities is the rise of online gambling, this causes people's finances to be disrupted due to an unstable economy, but they fall into online gambling, which requires them to earn money in bad ways. As time goes by, information technology is being misused in the world of gambling, which offers several platforms through sites and applications that are spread across various social media. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of online gambling on the welfare of the Muslim community from the perspective of siyasah fiqh by using the literature study method in processing the required data and information. As found in reviewing several sources and information, there are various opinions expressed about this issue, some scholars are of the opinion that every gambling game that involves betting in the form of money or the like is prohibited, and there are also those who allow games that use thinking and strategy provided that they do not use betting. and not neglect in worshiping Allah SWT. In Islam itself, it has been explained in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 219 and Surah Al-Maidah verses 90-91 which explains about khamr and gambling, and also explains the conditions when the Prophet found the Muhajirin who were the imams of the Maghrib prayer incorrectly in reciting the holy verse Al- Qur'an due to drunkenness. Gambling and similar activities that cause harm are regulated in government law as stated in Article 303 of the Criminal Code which regulates and provides sanctions to perpetrators who are involved in gambling, in order to create a calm and peaceful community life.

Abstract

One important component of people's welfare is owning a house. Every family now faces the pressure of meeting the main priorities, namely food and clothing or having a decent home for their own family as a result of increasingly advanced times and rapid population growth. This research aims to determine the influence of price, location and brand image on consumer satisfaction when they buy a house in Citraland Celebes Makassar. Currently, a house is not only one of the main human needs but also a determinant of social status in society, so many people are trying to have a nice house. Apart from that, a house can also be used as an investment item if it has a strategic location so that many people have more than one house in various locations as their assets in the future. The population taken for this research were people who bought houses in the Blue Aqua Citraland Cluster, which was determined using a sample of 54 (fifty four) people and the Slovin system. Questionnaires and literature collected systematically and randomly based only on research objectives were used as a serial recording technique. The research used is quantitative descriptive research with a record analysis method using multiple linear regression and validity testing.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, understanding Arabic is becoming increasingly important, and starting language learning early provides an invaluable competitive advantage. Games as learning media can increase students' motivation and interest in learning. This educational game is designed in an interesting way, such as quiz and puzzle and this game is built based on android with high flexibility allowing children to learn anytime and anywhere, using devices such as smartphones and tablets. With the approach of playing while learning, children are believed to be able to understand Arabic without feeling burdened. The development of this game uses the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method with 6 stages including concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, distribution, and testing the effectiveness of the game by running tests using black box and User Acceptance Test (UAT) and using Unity software in building games that can be run on android smartphones. The results of Black box Testing obtained test results from the learning mode function, play mode, settings and all buttons in the game run well without any errors. From the results of UAT testing by giving the game to 13 respondents and getting a score of 90% with a very good category which means that the Android-based Arabic Language Introduction Game is feasible as a new learning media innovation and can increase children's interest.

Abstract

Technology is developing rapidly, providing convenient access to information, and sparking interest in technological developments. The growth of technology influences children's learning. The integration of technology creates new and exciting learning experiences, especially in early childhood education. The use of smartphones as innovative learning media offers interactivity and attraction. In game development, attention to the User Interface (UI) is crucial to ensure a suitable gaming experience that supports the overall game experience. The research methodology used in conducting this research is the "Design Thinking" method, this method uses a process of combining designer thinking and techniques to meet the need to find a way out and look for alternative solutions. Sampling was carried out deliberately from respondents who had criteria that were in accordance with the research. The samples used in this research were children who were introduced to Arabic. After asking questions from respondents consisting of 16 people from general public backgrounds, students and university students representing the results of the System Usability Scale calculation, there were interpretation results of the average SUS Score, namely 76.09375. So the User Interface design prototype of "Arabic Educational Game" is included in the Good scale. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that the User Interface has completed the design of the Design Thinking method with the Arabic Educational game to make it more interesting and easier to use, so that it can meet needs and provide interesting gaming experience for users.

Abstract

Pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap ilmu tafsir Al-Qur'an memiliki peran penting dalam konteks keagamaan Islam, memungkinkan umat Islam untuk menggali makna spiritual dan praktis dari teks suci tersebut. Salah satu ulama terkemuka dalam bidang tafsir adalah Ibnu Katsir, yang terkenal dengan pendekatannya yang teliti serta penggunaan hadis-hadis terkait dalam penafsirannya. Namun, memahami tafsir ini membutuhkan waktu dan latar belakang pendidikan Islam yang kuat. Dalam konteks ini, teknologi seperti ChatGPT dan chatbot muncul sebagai alat potensial untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman tafsir Al-Qur'an. Studi ini mengeksplorasi implementasi ChatGPT dan chatbot dalam konteks tafsir Al-Qur'an dengan menggunakan LangChain dan Large Language Models (LLMs). Penelitian ini fokus pada penerapan chatbot Telegram yang memanfaatkan LangChain dan LLMs dengan data dari tafsir Ibnu Katsir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa chatbot Telegram ini mampu menjawab pertanyaan seputar tafsir Ibnu Katsir. Validasi dilakukan dengan melibatkan para mahasiswa tafsir, dan menghasilkan tingkat akurasi jawaban sebesar 86% selain itu juga dilakukan uji coba menggunakan framework DeepEval yang menghasilkan nilai hallucination sebesar 0.1% dan nilai contextual precision sebesar 0.9%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa chatbot Telegram telah mampu menjawab pertanyaan dengan baik, namun perlu adanya penyempurnaan untuk hasil yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) menjadi kunci dalam membantu Perguruan Tinggi dalam memberikan layanan kepada mahasiswanya. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan TIK yang khusus ditujukan untuk mahasiswa adalah sistem informasi akademik mahasiswa. Sistem informasi akademik merupakan elemen penting dalam sebuah instansi pendidikan. Sistem informasi akademik dimiliki semua instansi pendidikan terutama Universitas. Namun, dari hasil pengamatan sarana sistem informasi akademik di Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau masih belum efektif dan efisien terutama dalam bentuk mobile. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan sistem informasi akademik tidak memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang desain prototype sistem informasi akademik UIN Ssuska (Suska Mobile) dengan memperhatikan aspek kebergunaan (user experience) dan aspek tampilan antarmuka (user interface). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode Lean UX yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan Declare Assumptions yang menghasilkan asumsi permasalahan, Create an Minimum Viable Product yang menghasilkan rancangan prototype, Run an Experiment melakukan demonstrasi dan Feedback and Research yang menghasilkan hasil pengujian serta perbaikan dari rancangan prototype. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah prototype yang dibangun menggunakan aplikasi figma dan telah diuji kepada 8 responden menggunakan pengujian System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan nilai 83,75%.

Abstract

The role of electronic money in increasing the effectiveness of monetary policy inIndonesia. In recent years, the use of electronic money in Indonesia has experienced significantgrowth, driven by the increasing adoption of digital technology and people's preference for noncash transactions. Electronic money has a positive impact on monetary stability throughincreasing transparency and accuracy of transaction data, which allows Bank Indonesia (BI) tomonitor and control inflation more effectively. In addition, the use of electronic moneystrengthens monetary policy transmission, where changes in interest rates can directly influencetransaction costs and consumption and investment behavior of the public. On the other hand,electronic money also contributes to the stability of the financial system by reducing the risk offraud and increasing financial inclusion, providing access to financial services to previouslyunreachable populations. Technological innovations in digital payments, such as QRIS, expandthe digital financial ecosystem and support transaction efficiency and security. This researchalso highlights the relevance of electronic money in the context of sharia economics, where theprinciples of transparency, accountability and social justice prioritized in sharia can be fulfilledthrough the use of electronic money. Thus, electronic money not only strengthens theeffectiveness of monetary policy but also supports financial system stability and financialinclusion in Indonesia, while also complying with sharia principles.Keywords: Electronic Money, Monetary Policy, Effectiveness

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence GDP (gross domestic product), interest rate,and  Inflation toward ROA (return on asset). The method that writer applied is multiple regression linear.The data are secondary, based on finance report 4 years. The results show that are simultaneous influence of variable GDP (grossdomestic product), Interest Rate,and Inflation toward ROA (return on asset).The result also show there is a significant partially influence toward ROA (returnon asset), whereas Interest Rate has no partially Influence toward ROA (return on asset). The result adjusted R square show that the influence of GDP (gross domestic product), interest rate,and  Inflation toward ROA are 94,6%,  and the rest 5,4% was affected by othervariables and not included into this regression analysis.

Abstract

Work motivation is an important factor that influences individual performance in an organisation, including in a school environment. At SDIT Haji Jalaluddin, the relationship between work motivation and teacher and employee performance is the main focus to improve the quality of education and school operations. Work motivation can come from various sources, such as financial incentives, a conducive work environment, recognition of achievements and opportunities for professional development. Motivated teachers tend to have high enthusiasm in teaching, innovate in teaching methods, and show high dedication towards improving student learning outcomes. Similarly, motivated employees will make maximum contributions in administrative and operational tasks, thus creating an efficient and productive school environment. This study aims to identify the extent to which work motivation affects the achievement of teachers and employees at SDIT Haji Jalaluddin. Then for the principal can actively always pay attention to the development and progress that has been achieved by teachers and employees in producing good performance. The methods used include surveys and interviews to collect data on the level of motivation and individual performance. The results of the study are expected to provide strategic recommendations for school management in designing effective motivation programmes, so that the performance of teachers and employees can be continuously improved, which ultimately contributes to the achievement of the vision and mission of SDIT Haji Jalaluddin.
