<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the role of teachers as agents of change in improving the quality of education at SMK Negeri 4 Padang. Teachers are viewed not only as transmitters of knowledge but also as key drivers in fostering the transformation of students' values, attitudes, and skills. In the context of 21st-century educational dynamics and the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, teachers are required to possess competence, innovation, and responsiveness to change. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The findings indicate that teachers and staff at SMK Negeri 4 Padang play a strategic role as agents of change, although there are still obstacles such as limited facilities, low access to technology, and individual readiness to embrace innovation. The success of educational transformation is influenced by collaboration, leadership support, as well as teachers’ mental preparedness and professionalism. This study contributes to a better understanding of the strategies and readiness that teachers need in order to effectively meet the demands of educational change.]]>

<![CDATA[Orthopedics implants have become more crucial for bone replacement as the need for bone replacement increases. Titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V is widely used as an orthopedic implant due to its high biocompatibility and superior mechanical properties. However, it has several serious drawbacks, such as low corrosion resistance. In order to overcome this demerit, coatings should be applied. Hydroxyapatite, a mineral similar to bone composition, is a good candidate for this purpose. By compositing hydroxyapatite with graphene, the mechanical properties and adhesion of the coating are enhanced. Various coating methods are employed to fabricate this composite coating. This work summarizes and discusses trends, fabrication techniques, and the future perspectives of hydroxyapatite/graphene as a Ti-6Al-4V implant coating.]]>

<![CDATA[The topic of binary numbers often poses challenges for students in understanding fundamental concepts of computer science and mathematics. To address this difficulty, this research designs and implements an educational game application based on mobile platforms aimed at facilitating the learning process of binary numbers. The application is developed using Flutter, an open-source framework that enables efficient cross-platform mobile application development. Key features of this application include interactive tutorial modules, exercises for converting binary numbers to decimal and vice versa, and educational games designed to reinforce concept understanding through gamification methods. Additionally, the game features can be shared via email, allowing for enhanced collaboration and feedback among users. Testing results indicate that users experience a significant improvement in their understanding and skills in binary number conversion. Specifically, 87% of users agreed that this application can be effectively used as a practice medium for converting binary, octal, decimal, and hexadecimal number systems. With an intuitive interface and an enjoyable learning approach, this application is expected to become an effective learning aid for students in mastering binary numbers..]]>

<![CDATA[Work motivation is an important factor that influences individual performance in an organisation, including in a school environment. At SDIT Haji Jalaluddin, the relationship between work motivation and teacher and employee performance is the main focus to improve the quality of education and school operations. Work motivation can come from various sources, such as financial incentives, a conducive work environment, recognition of achievements and opportunities for professional development. Motivated teachers tend to have high enthusiasm in teaching, innovate in teaching methods, and show high dedication towards improving student learning outcomes. Similarly, motivated employees will make maximum contributions in administrative and operational tasks, thus creating an efficient and productive school environment. This study aims to identify the extent to which work motivation affects the achievement of teachers and employees at SDIT Haji Jalaluddin. Then for the principal can actively always pay attention to the development and progress that has been achieved by teachers and employees in producing good performance. The methods used include surveys and interviews to collect data on the level of motivation and individual performance. The results of the study are expected to provide strategic recommendations for school management in designing effective motivation programmes, so that the performance of teachers and employees can be continuously improved, which ultimately contributes to the achievement of the vision and mission of SDIT Haji Jalaluddin.]]>

<![CDATA[PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru adalah sebuah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang mengelola perkebunan karet dan kelapa sawit. Dalam pemanfaaatan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya, PTPN V menggunakan Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) sebagai sistem pengawasan untuk pemeliharaan. Selain itu, CMMS juga memiliki kemampuan untuk meningkatkan kondisi peralatan dan hasil produksinya. Hingga saat ini, belum ada pengukuran tingkat kualitas untuk mengevaluasi kualitas keseluruhan dari aktivitas bisnis yang menghasilkan solusi TI pada CMMS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau sejauh mana perkembangan tingkat manajemen kualitas dari yang direncanakan dengan yang sudah direalisasikan sekaligus pengusulan suatu rekomendasi perbaikan dalam CMMS pada PTPN V Pekanbaru menggunakan framework COBIT 5 domain APO11 tentang manage quality. Melakukan pengisian kusioner kepada 5 orang responden, kemudian mewawancarai salah satu responden yang terkait dengan CMMS, diperoleh hasil tingkat kemampuan keseluruhan (capability level) dari subdomain APO11 pada CMMS di PTPN V Pekanbaru sebesar 4,45 atau berada di level 4 (Predictable Process). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PTPN V Pekanbaru telah mampu menghasilkan proses secara berkelanjutan dan melakukan perbaikan secara konsisten untuk masa depan. Namun, berdasarkan keadaan yang ingin untuk dicapai dan keadaan sekarang, CMMS yang digunakan pada PTPN Pekanbaru harus melakukan pengembangan secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan untuk mencapai keadaan yang diinginkan.]]>

<![CDATA[Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) menjadi kunci dalam membantu Perguruan Tinggi dalam memberikan layanan kepada mahasiswanya. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan TIK yang khusus ditujukan untuk mahasiswa adalah sistem informasi akademik mahasiswa. Sistem informasi akademik merupakan elemen penting dalam sebuah instansi pendidikan. Sistem informasi akademik dimiliki semua instansi pendidikan terutama Universitas. Namun, dari hasil pengamatan sarana sistem informasi akademik di Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau masih belum efektif dan efisien terutama dalam bentuk mobile. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan sistem informasi akademik tidak memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang desain prototype sistem informasi akademik UIN Ssuska (Suska Mobile) dengan memperhatikan aspek kebergunaan (user experience) dan aspek tampilan antarmuka (user interface). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode Lean UX yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan Declare Assumptions yang menghasilkan asumsi permasalahan, Create an Minimum Viable Product yang menghasilkan rancangan prototype, Run an Experiment melakukan demonstrasi dan Feedback and Research yang menghasilkan hasil pengujian serta perbaikan dari rancangan prototype. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah prototype yang dibangun menggunakan aplikasi figma dan telah diuji kepada 8 responden menggunakan pengujian System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan nilai 83,75%.]]>

<![CDATA[Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan aplikasi yang sangat penting dalam memetakan dan memberikan informasi mengenai berbagai lokasi dan objek di suatu wilayah. Aplikasi ini memanfaatkan teknologi geospasial yang terus berkembang pesat, seperti penginderaan jauh, sistem informasi geografis, dan teknologi navigasi, sehingga dapat memberikan informasi yang sangat akurat dan detail mengenai suatu wilayah. Balai Budidaya Perikanan Laut Lampung (BBPL) merupakan sebuah lembaga yang bergerak di bidang perikanan, yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perikanan tangkap dan perikanan budidaya di wilayah Lampung. Dalam menjalankan kegiatannya, Balai Budidaya Perikanan Laut Lampung memerlukan informasi yang akurat mengenai lokasi dan fasilitas yang tersedia di dalam area tersebut. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat urgen dilaksanakan sebagai sarana informasi dan promosi dibutuhkan aplikasi SIG yang dapat memudahkan pengunjung dalam mendapatkan informasi yang mereka butuhkan mengenai Balai Budidaya Perikanan Laut Lampung. Aplikasi ini harus memiliki fitur-fitur yang lengkap, mulai dari pemetaan area, informasi fasilitas dan area, rute menuju Balai Budidaya Perikanan Laut Lampung, hingga informasi tambahan yang dapat membantu pengunjung dalam mengakses informasi yang mereka butuhkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan kali ini berupa pembuatan WebGIS BBPL yang dapat menjadi sarana informasi dan promosi sehingga pengunujung lebih mudah dalam memerlukan informasi yang lebih cepat dan efektif.]]>

<![CDATA[In the contemporary digital landscape, the necessity for an AI-driven Email Campaign Generator is progressively vital for firms to enhance the promotion of new products. This sistem extracts the most recent product information from the database, employs a language model to create appropriate advertising descriptions, and subsequently automates the distribution of emails to the target demographic. The connection encompasses Airtable as the primary data repository, OpenAI for the creation of promotional content, and the Gmail API to facilitate the automation of the email distribution process. This technique enables marketing operations to be executed more efficiently and reliably, while minimizing time-consuming manual processes. The deployment results demonstrate that the sistem can generate compelling promotional content and automate the entire promotional procedure. This improvement is anticipated to assist organizations in broadening their marketing reach, expediting product information dissemination, and enhancing digital marketing methods that can swiftly respond to evolving demands.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research problem is about the influence of school principal's leadership and teacher's performance on the quality of education, which is closely related to the role of school principals and teachers in managing educational institutions to become quality, developing, and desired by the community. The performance of madrasah teachers depends on how much the Madrasah Head contributes in influencing the behavior of teachers when performing their duties. Has explained that the improvement of school quality is very dependent on the synergy between teachers and school principals. This research uses a quantitative approach using the product moment correlation method. The results show that the regression equation for principal leadership is Y = 68.08 + 0.257X₁, meaning that if the Principal's leadership score is increased by 1 unit, the quality of education increases by 0.257 units. Teacher performance has a positive and significant effect, with regression equation Y = 68.08 + 0.502X₂, indicating that if the Teacher's performance score is increased by 1 unit, the quality of education increases by 0.502 units. Simultaneously, both variables together influence educational quality with the equation Y = 89.17 + 0.257X₁ + 0.531X₂.
