Abstract

Persepsi generasi Z terhadap makanan khas dari sagu di Provinsi Riau akan mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat terhadap makanan tersebut. Saat ini makanan khas sagu mengalami pergeseran nilai pada masyarakat Riau yang umumnya adalah generasi Z. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan gambaran tentang persepsi generasi Z terhadap makanan khas sagu di Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kampus Universitas Lancang Kuning. Mahasiswa kampus tersebut merupakan generasi Z yang berasal dari berbagai kota dan kabupaten di Provinsi Riau. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara dengan kuesioner atau penyebaran kuesioner, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dinas atau instansi terkait. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah 4 faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi persepsi generasi Z terhadap makanan khas sagu. Faktor pertama adalah kualitas produk dengan eigenvalue 6,779 dan persentase varians 37,659%; faktor kedua yang mempengaruhi persepsi generasi Z adalah daya tarik dengan eigenvalue 2,043 dan persentase varians 11,352%; faktor ketiga yaitu preferensi memiliki eigenvalue sebesar 1,807 dengan nilai persentase varians sebesar 10,037% dan faktor keempat yaitu pencarian informasi memiliki nilai eigen sebesar 1,1215 dengan nilai persentase varians sebesar 6,749%.

Abstract

Kesulitan peternak dalam penjualan sapi dimasa pandemi Covid 19, membuat penjualan sapi menurun setiap tahunnnya. Permasalahan utamanya adalah kesulitan dalam memasarkan sapi dikarenakan keterbatasan informasi dan ruang gerak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi penjualan sapi berbasis website. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pengembangan model SDLC Waterfall dengan lokasi penelitian yatu di Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru. Aplikasi dibuat seperti marketplace yaitu para peternak bisa memasukkan info sapi ternaknya dan harganya sehingga pembeli bisa dengan mudah melihat kondisi sapi dan mengetahui harga sapi tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi penjualan sapi berbasis web dibuat menggunakan bootstrap sehingga bisa diakses menggunakan smartphone baik bagi peternak maupun pembeli.

Abstract

The low accessibility of handling and services for persons with disabilities in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, will certainly be an obstacle to the fulfillment and protection of rights for persons with disabilities. These barriers will have an impact on the development and rights of life for these marginalized people. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an assessment to map the general situation and optimize the fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities. In this case, the researcher appointed Pekanbaru City as the focus of research. The stages of the research method are literature study, interviews, field observations, focus group discussions and data analysis. The results of this study will be used as a basis for developing policies that are inclusive of persons with disabilities so that they have equal opportunities before the State to enjoy social, economic, political, civil and cultural rights. The purpose of the study was to analyze the perception of the disabled community towards disability policies and facilities in the city of Pekanbaru and to analyze the preferences of the disabled community towards policies and facilities. The results show that the highest need for Infrastructure is 93%. In the Health sector, Hospital Needs with a percentage of 95.4%, Business Capital Requirements really help the economy of families with disabilities, namely the largest response of 94.70%, the Education Sector for special knowledge needs for disabilities the largest 84.3%, and the religious field needs lecturers and preachers disability-friendly 78.9%.

Abstract

Research Objectives : 1. Knowing the internal factors faced by the Honey Bee (Apis mellifera) business owned by Setia Jaya Madu in Tualang District, Siak Regency. 2. Knowing the external factors faced by the Honey Bee (Apis mellifera) business owned by Setia Jaya Madu in Tualang District, Siak Regency. 3. Knowing the right strategy in developing the potential of Setia Jaya Madu's Honey Bee (Apis mellifera) business in Tualang District, Siak Regency. The method used in this study is a purposive sampling method (intentional sampling), namely 1 business owner Setia Jaya Madu, 10 workers (specifically for the production department), and 9 consumers. The results showed that the internal factors were in the form of strengths and weaknesses. Its strengths are strategic business locations that are easily accessible via google maps and located on the side of the road, have labels on the packaging, the product has been listed in BPOM, honey has passed the purity test, the workforce has attended training, the availability of nectar from the base of the acacia tree leaves as raw material in production, and have regular customers. Meanwhile, the weaknesses are that it does not have a branch of business, the technology is still simple, the product packaging in large quantities does not include a business label so that it looks less attractive, and the lack of human resources in the field of marketing. External factors are in the form of opportunities and threats. The opportunity is that it can be used as a gift, the market share is still wide, there is support and guidance from the government, and a relationship with PT Arara Abadi as a company that provides raw material for nectar from the base of the acacia tree leaves. Meanwhile, the threat is that there are competitors who also have a honey bee business in the vicinity of the respondent's business location, pests (bears) attack, and production is very dependent on the weather regarding the water content in honey. The right strategy in developing the Honey Bee (Apis mellifera) business owned by Setia Jaya Madu in Tualang District, Siak Regency is the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, which is to retain regular customers to increase the market and take advantage of the availability of nectar from the base of the acacia tree leaves as raw material in production obtained in collaboration with PT Arara Abadi

Abstract

The IBNU Foundation (Insan Berguna Nusantara) is a disability group in Pekanbaru with 500 members, most of whose members have physical disabilities. With the condition of Foundation members whose activities are limited, to earn income it is necessary to pay attention to activities to meet daily needs without too much physical activity. The IBNU Foundation has land 45m x 50 m. Part of it has been used for the Foundation's businesses, including planting chilies, cultivating fish, cultivating maggots and also raising 6 free-range chickens. The Foundation already has a chicken coop, but the number of chickens kept is still very small so the results obtained from raising chickens are also inadequate, so the chairman of the Foundation needs more chickens to increase income, from free-range chickens the benefits of chicken eggs can be sold or hatched for increase the number of chickens, if there are already a lot of chickens, they can be sold and consumed by Foundation members themselves. The problems faced by partners are: The IBNU Foundation needs a business unit that produces results quickly and does not carry out much physical activity, the number of chickens that are kept is still small, so it is necessary to improve the quality of chicken feed and assistance. Seeing the problems faced by the IBNU Foundation, Community Service activities were held by Lecturers at the Faculty of Agriculture, Lancang Kuning University with training and counseling on raising free-range chickens as well as increasing knowledge by improving the quality of free-range chicken feed raised by members of the IBNU Foundation. The methods used for this service are training and counseling to increase knowledge about free-range chicken cultivation as a source of income; Providing chicken feed; Accompaniment; Evaluation to determine understanding and increase knowledge by giving questionnaires to partners. The provision of free-range chicken feed from the Community Service Team can increase growth which will increase income and increase member activities which are positive and do not require a lot of physical activity and can be done in one location that is easy for members to reach, especially in terms of economic growth for members and the community. around the IBNU Foundation. Abstract

Background: To enhance a region's economy, it is essential to implement a development strategy focused on key sectors. This includes identifying and leveraging the potential of the plantation crop subsector to create competitive, high-value agricultural activities that can increase regional income. Purpose: This study aims to identify the key commodities and areas within each plantation crop subsector in Meranti Islands Regency, Riau Province. Design/methodology/approach: It utilizes five years of production data (2017-2021) from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Meranti Islands Regency. Analytical methods used to identify the superior products of plantation crops include the Sectoral Contribution Index (IKS), Growth Ratio Model (MRP), Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), Composite Index (IK) and Hot Spot (Getis-Ord Gi*). Findings/Result: The results indicate that the leading plantation crop commodities in Meranti Islands Regency are sago, coconut, coffee, and areca nut. These commodities are identified as the most promising based on their contribution, growth rate, production capacity to meet regional needs, export potential, and future prospects. The flagship areas are Tebing Tinggi Timur District for sago, Rangsang District for coconut, Rangsang Pesisir District for coffee, and Rangsang Barat District for areca nut. Thus, the government must make a plan for the development of plantations with the potential of each region that can improve the economy of the region.Conclusion: The government must make a plan for the development of plantations with the potential of each region that can improve the economy of the region.Originality/value (State of the art): This study uses GIS for spatial analysis and mapping of land potential based on factors such as soil fertility, rainfall, and topography. Abstract

This study examines the financial management of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia and Malaysia which are the drivers of the economy in both countries, but this sector has not been able to become an independent sector and become the foundation of the national economy in both countries. The problem is that financial management in Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) ignores the importance of financial management standards, the problem is that poor financial management makes Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) insignificant in advancing the economy. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained from MSME actors by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study indicate that MSME financial management in Indonesia is not as good as Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malaysia, meaning that Malaysia has better MSME management, this can be seen from various research indicators, namely: planning indicators, budget use, recording, reporting and controlling. Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia and Malaysia when compared to Indonesian Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) do not have good planning, have not carried out standard records, standardized reporting, are not concerned with standard financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss, cash flow, do not have or install systems in their business units, such as control of systems and procedures, billing records of sales notes, it is very clear that Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia have not done so. Meanwhile, from the other side, when compared to Indonesian MSME respondents, the level is very small, more so for micro cart businesses, small shops that are not in the form of their own buildings, the context is very small. In Malaysia, micro, small and medium enterprises are not comparable to the conditions in Indonesia, while in Malaysia, the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) already have a more appropriate place. Thus, it is easier for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malaysia to get banking support, while Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are still difficult to upgrade and are still difficult to enter the bank compared to Malaysia.

Abstract

Tanaman buah yang sedang dibudidayakan oleh petani Desa Air Terbit adalah tanaman buah alpukat, klengkeng, blacksapote dan sawo abio. Dalam pelaksanaannya, petani melakukan penyiraman dan pemupukan secara konvensional yaitu dilakukan dengan cara menyiram dan memupuk langsung ke tanaman sesuai jadwal atau waktu luang petani itusendiri. Bilamana penyiraman dan pemupukan kelupaan atau tidak teratur tentu akan berdampak pada tanaman itu sendiri seperti tanaman menjadi kering atau kurang nutrisi. Selain itu, penyiraman dan pemupukan tanaman yang tidak teratur dapat mengakibatkan tanaman menjadi lama berkembang bahkan layu dan mati. Permasalahan pemeliharaan tanaman buah secara konvensional inilah yang akan dicarikan solusinya sehingga lupa melakukan penyiraman dan pemupukan menjadi penyiraman dan pemupukan yang teratur serta sesuai dengan takaran yang dibutuhkan dengan cara otomatis. Teknologi pemeliharaan tanaman buah ini dikembangkan lagi sesuai kebutuhan petani dalam membudidayakan buah alpukat, klengkeng, blacksapote dan sawo abio karena setiap tanaman memerlukan perlakuan berbeda khususnya takaran air penyiraman dan pemupukan. Penelitian ini membandingkan tiga pendekatan dalam sistem penyiraman dan pemupukan otomatis: (1) sistem berbasis timer switch, (2) sistem berbasis mikrokontroler, dan (3) sistem berbasis mikrokontroler yang ditambah sensor kelembaban. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dan efisiensi masing-masing metode dalam hal penggunaan air, pupuk, serta dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dilengkapi dengan sensor kelembaban memberikan hasil yang lebih optimal dibandingkan dengan sistem berbasis timer switch dan mikrokontroler tanpa sensor.

Abstract

Perusahaan Inti Indosawit Subur adalah perusahan swasta yang bergerak dibidang perkebunan kelapa sawit. Dalam melaksanakan aktivitas produksinya, perusahaan tetap memperhatikan masyarakat tempatan untuk meningkatkan perekonomiannya melalui program CSR. Program CSR diprioritaskan pada peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat melalui program bantuan sapi perah, pemanfaatan kotoran sapi dan limbah sawit untuk pupuk tanaman hortikultura mengurangi pengeluaran pembelian pupuk bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan IbwCSR dilakukan di dua desa yaitu Desa Makmur, Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci, Kabupaten Pelalawan, dan Desa Bukit Agung Kabupaten Siak Propinsi Riau. Dilaksanakan mulai bulan Maret sampai bulan Agustus 2017 ,Kegiatan yang dilakukan terdiri dari : Pembuatan instalasi biogas, Pembuat demplot hortikultura, Pemanfaatan pupuk organik untuk sayuran, Pelatihan analisis usaha, Penyuluhan kesehatan, Pelatihan olahan ikan, Pendampingan dan evaluasi hasil. Hasil kegiatan initelah dibuat kandang percontohan,demplot tanaman dan pelatihan ada peningkatan pengetahuanmanfaat mengkonsumsi ikan (100%), mengolah ikan menjadi nugget dan bakso ikan (80%),bahan baku pembuatan nugget dan bakso ikan (80%), dan manfaat olahan ikan (100%).Setelah diberi pelatihan, peserta telah meningkat pengetahuan mengkomsumsi ikan untuk gizi keluarga.

Abstract

KUB Sejahtera merupakan usaha rumahan yang membuat keripik singkong dan cukup banyak permintaannya. KUB Sejahtera hanya fokus kapada produksi keripik singkong saja, kulit singkong yang dihasilkan dibuang begitu saja, bahkan mengeluarkan dana untuk pembuangannya, sementara itu kulit singkong masih banyak mengandung senyawa orgranik yang dapat diolah menjadi produk lain yang bermanfaat, salah satunya adalah pupuk kompos yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh tanaman dan tanah serta mempunyai nilai ekonomis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendidikan dan pengetahuan tentang manfaat limbah singkong untuk dijadikan pupuk kompos dan mempraktekkan cara pembuatannya. Dari hasil evaluasi diperoleh (1) Pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan dan pembuatan limbah kulit singkong menjadi pupuk kompos; (2) pupuk Kompos yang dihasilkan merupakan peluang untuk menambah pendapatan usaha dan keluarga; (3) Peserta merasakan puas terhadap kegiatan ini
