Abstract

This scientific article presents a novel approach to address the challenges of shoe drying by developing a controlled shoe drying system. The system utilizes a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller with internet connectivity, enabling monitoring and control of the drying process via a smartphone application. By integrating temperature and humidity sensors, the system optimizes the drying time and prevents damage to shoe materials, thus ensuring the preservation of their quality. The research objectives were to enhance drying efficiency, reduce drying time, and maintain the integrity of shoe materials. Experimental methods involved the design and implementation of the system, followed by rigorous testing and evaluation. The results demonstrated significant improvements compared to conventional shoe dryers, reducing drying time from 1-2 days to an efficient duration. The implications of this research are profound, as the developed system offers a sustainable solution to shoe drying, contributing to the preservation of shoe materials and reducing wastage. The findings have relevance for the global footwear industry, with potential applications in shoe care services and consumer households alike. Abstract

Ayam pedaging merupakan bisnis usaha yang menjanjikan, tetapi ada berbagai permasalahan terkait dengan kebersihan kandang yang ditimbulkan oleh kotoran ayam dan bau amonia. Bahaya yang ditimbulkan antara lain produktivitas dan pertumbuhan ayam menjadi lambat. Oleh karena itu, dari permasalahan tersebut diperlukan sebuah sistem monitoring pengendalian gas amonia serta pembersihan kotoran secara otomatis. Sensor MQ135 digunakan untuk mengetahui kadar gas amonia dan DHT11 untuk membaca suhu kandang. Jika sensor MQ-135 membaca nilai konsentrasi gas amonia (>=20ppm) maka akan menghidupkan kipas dc selama beberapa detik sampai nilai amonia dibawah 20 ppm, jika gas amonia melebihi atau sama dengan 30ppm maka akan menghidupkan kipas dc dan menghidupkan pompa air sebagai pembersihan kotoran pada kandang selama beberapa detik sampai kotoran bersih. Blynk sebagai monitoring yang menampilkan hasil pembacaan dari sensor MQ-135 dan DHT11 di handphone, dan juga hasil dari pembacaan sensor-sensor akan tersimpan google sheet. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prototipe kandang pintar berhasil memonitor kadar amonia di dalam kandang dan membersihkan kotoran secara otomatis. Sensor amonia berhasil mendeteksi kadar amonia yang tinggi dan memberikan notifikasi pada pengguna. Sistem pembersih kotoran otomatis berhasil membersihkan kotoran secara otomatis. Alat ini dapat membantu peternak meningkatkan kesehatan dan kenyamanan anak ayam secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Keselamtan di jalan merupakan hak seluruh bagi pengguna jalan. Pada kenyataannya hal tersebut masih sulit untuk dicapai karena tingkat kecelakaan yang masi begitu tinggi. Salah satu faktor kecelakaan adalah kendaraan yang tidak berkeselamatan dengan penyebab didominasi masalah pada rem. Masalah yang sering terjadi yaitu tingkat panas berlebih (overheating) pada sistem rem yang mengakibatkan gagal rem (fading). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi suhu kerja pengereman dan memberikan sistem peringatan dini (early warning system) overheating kepada pengemudi. Metode yang digunakan pada sistem ini dirancang menggunakan Nodemcu ESP8266 dan sensor Thermocouple yang akan bekerja jika suhu suhu mencapai batas-batas yang sudah di tentukan dari program akan mentranfer sebuah notif peringatan kepada sang pengemudi melalui indikator LED, dan mengirim notifikasi ke peringatan suhu mencapai keadaan panas yang berlebih. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa alat dapat mengukur suhu dengan ketepatan 97% sebagai inputannya. Dan untuk output nya juga suda bisa berfungsi sesuai denga napa yang diinginkan.

Abstract

Vending machine is a machine made to provide various needs of the community. This tool is intended to reduce physical contact in the Covid-19 era and provide Indonesian people experience shopping in the modern era. In this study, a vending machine was made to provide medicines in nursing homes to make it easier for nurses in nursing homes to prepare for the needs of medicines for the elderly who have comorbid diseases such as heart, diabetes, hypertension and shorten time and physical contact in the Covid-19 era. In this research using the ESP8266 microcontroller as a microcontroller and Telegram's IoT (Internet Of Things) for media data base notifications when drugs have been taken. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) as a card-shaped data identification tool for each elderly person has been programmed according to the diseases suffered by seniors. For the drug dispensing drive system, it uses a servo motor. For information on whether the drugs issued are appropriate, an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) is added as a display on the vending machine. In this study, the best results were found where all drug inputs issued were in accordance with disease data that had been adjusted to the disease prescription on the RFID tag card.

Abstract

Keeping ornamental fish, especially guppies, is a type of ornamental fish that is widely kept because it has a very beautiful color pattern. The growth of guppies is influenced by environmental factors, including water temperature, water pH, and water turbidity. Fish feed is also a very important factor in the survival of fish. In general, the ideal temperature that can make guppies develop well between the range of 23-27 °C, the pH of the water is in the range of 6-8 pH. and the turbidity of guppy water requires a water turbidity level of 0-25 NTU. The purpose of this study is to design and create a water quality monitoring system in guupies using LoRa and automatic feeding according to realtime. The hardware used is Arduino Uno as a microcontroller, LoRa SX1278 as long-distance communication, Turbidity Sensor, DS18B20 temperature sensor, water pH sensor as LCD 16x4, RTC, Relay, Water pump. The system created can monitor the water temperature, water turbidity level, and Ph of aquarium water automatically. Testing is carried out by detecting the quality of aquarium water with all sensors simultaneously to determine the condition of the water which will later be monitored using LoRa. The test results determine if the water state is cloudy with a range of >2000 NTU, the water pump will automatically turn on until the water state reaches the range of <2000 NTU.

Abstract

This study elucidates the impact of a dynamic robot-focused socialization endeavor on the students of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Porong. Targeting grades 7, 8, and 9, the initiative aimed to bridge the educational void resulting from the school's relocation. The presentation encompassed diverse national and international junior-level robot contests, along with rudimentary insights into robot components and their functionalities, aligning with the students' foundational aptitudes. Practical involvement, including hands-on interaction with an android smartphone-controlled sumo robot, generated enthusiasm reminiscent of play. A noteworthy upshot was the emergence of approximately 10 female students displaying a newfound interest in robotics. This venture not only augmented general knowledge but also spurred curiosity and engagement, emphasizing the potential for broader academic implications in the realm of junior high school education. Highlights: Interactive Exposure: The socialization event introduced students to national and international robot contests, fostering awareness and igniting interest in the field. Hands-on Experience: Through direct interaction with a smartphone-controlled sumo robot, students were engaged in a playful yet educational manner, encouraging active participation. Gender-Inclusive Impact: The initiative notably attracted around 10 female students, potentially contributing to gender diversity and inclusivity in the realm of robotics education. Abstract

Energi Listrik saat ini menjadi kebutuhan paling penting dalam kehidupan sehari hari, mulai dari rumah maupun skala industri oleh karna itu diperlukan teknisi yang selalu mengawasi panel listrik 3 fasa, oleh karna itu diperlukannya IoT sebagai kemajuan teknologi dan membantu memonitoring secara realtime dimanapun tanpa harus berada di dekat panel. Dengan menggunakan sensor PZEM-004T sebagai pengukur tengangan dan dimasukkan pada MySQL dan diteruskan agar bisa dibaca pada Web-app maka aplikasi bisa dilakukan kapanpun itu. Hasil dari implementasi tersebut mengahsil Web-app yang mudah digunakan dengan tingkat kesalahan dibawah 5% pada sensor dan memiliki tampilan yang responsiv diharapkan dapat membantu teknisi, kedepannya bisa ditambahkan kemana sistem login, agar bisa dimasukkan pada area nyata industri.

Abstract

Taxation stands as a potential income factor, significantly contributing to regional revenue. The objective of community service in Randubango Village, Mojokerto, is to elevate public awareness of tax payments and foster innovation in the queuing system for administrative services. The implementation of this community service unfolds in three stages: licensing, awareness-raising counseling, and assistance in deploying the queuing system for administrative services, integrating KTP scanning and monitoring. The outcome of this program manifests in an increased awareness of the importance of tax payments and the improved operation of the administrative services queue system.

Abstract

This community service involves the elderly and posyandu cadres in Wedoro Village, with the most common health issues being diabetes, high blood pressure, and temperature-related concerns. The objective of this service activity is to provide education and training to the residents of Wedoro Klurak Village, particularly the elderly posyandu members, to improve their health and enable them to conduct independent health checks. Methods for implementing this community service include outreach programs and urban farming training to cultivate organic plants as alternative medicine sources. The outcomes of this community service initiative include increased awareness of common metabolic diseases among the elderly. Urban farming training has brought joy to the elderly, promoting improved health through increased activity and productivity.

Abstract

Tofu is a side dish or food used by many people. As a processed food product made from soybeans, white tofu contains protein and high water content so it is very good for the growth of spoilage microorganisms. As a result, tofu is not durable and easily damaged. Damage to white tofu is characterized by a sour and slimy odor. The usual preservation methods for traders include soaking tofu in formalin to make tofu more resistant to decay, resistant to microorganisms, and maintaining its freshness for up to seven days. Formalin to prevent unwanted things. In food Because of the above problems, there needs to be special treatment against excessive use of formalin in food in Indonesia. Formalin should be limited within International Chemical Safety Programme (IPCS) limits for adult foods containing formaldehyde. And also sensors made of polymeric materials combined with activated carbon to detect formalin in food. The development of technology continues with the development of internet products from things that can communicate with each other through the internet. Then a tool was developed to solve the above problem. As part of the research, a formaldehyde detection device will be made in tofu food with a monitoring telegram. The system uses HCHO sensors and a Node MCUESP 32 microcontroller, which is then transmitted through a database that allows you to view through the LCD screen and the Telegram Android smartphone application, of which of course many applications are installed to facilitate this. Users are able to check formalin plates remotely via an internet network connection.
