Abstract

This PkM activity uses the method of empowerment (Community Development) for tourism managers who attend as many as 15 people. The post-test value showed that there was a change in the form of an increase in the understanding of the public understanding of the green marketing concept material, which was 93%. This change in a mindset based on the environment can occur due to awareness about the efficiency of Green Marketing products and shared responsibility to create an economic climate without massive sacrifices to the natural environment in the future.

Abstract

At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of policies regarding large- scale social restrictions had a very significant impact on companies in North Sumatra. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, the conclusion in this study is the regulation of termination of employment due to the covid-19 pandemic which is regulated in Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning job creation, namely by reason of efficiency because the first in the provisions of Article 154 a paragraph of the job creation law states that "the company performs efficiency, either followed by the closure of the company or not followed by the closure of the company due to the company experiencing losses". The collective agreement is the result of a final agreement that should not be contested in the future from both the workers and employers. Termination of employment due to COVID-19 in Indonesia, the average layoff is not because the company is closed or closed, but because of the implementation of Work from Home which is a recommendation from the government.

Abstract

This research conducted to find out the quality of the Islamic financial accounting information of BMT in the city of Bandar Lampung. The object of research is the quality of financial accounting information consisting of relevance , reliability, comparability, consistency, and understandability by distributing questionnaires to 13 BMTs which are active in the city of Bandar Lampung. Abstract

This study is to empirically test the effect of cumulative GPA, English language skills, and gender toward the employment waiting period of the graduates of DIII Accounting of State polytechnic of Lampung. This research was conducted on the batches III to V of graduates of Diploma in Accounting of State Polytechnic of Lampung. A multiple regression model was used to test the hypothesis proposed. The results indicate that Academic ability (GPA ) and English language proficiency give a negative effect on employment waiting period of the graduates, while gender did not affect differently.Keywords : employment waiting period, GPA , English language proficiency : gender

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the application of quantitative research methods in the context of Islamic education management. In order to achieve this goal, the study identifies the most relevant and effective quantitative research methods in understanding various aspects of Islamic education management. It also identifies the challenges faced in the application of quantitative research methods in the context of Islamic education and provides prospects for future development in this field. The results show that there are several quantitative research methods that are relevant in the context of Islamic education management. Some commonly used methods include surveys, experiments, secondary data analysis and regression analysis. In addition, the study also identified some challenges faced in applying quantitative research methods in Islamic education, such as difficulties in measuring qualitative variables, constraints

Abstract

Palangkaraya's economic growth to date has only reached 2.95%. The aim of this study is to examine the magnitude of the increase in unemployment rates and its impact on economic progress. Variable X1: effect of unemployment, X2: unemployment and Y: economic growth. Literature studies were used in this research using a number of journals as a focus point for analysis and comparing research results. A number of studies show how high unemployment rates affect economic growth.

Abstract

This study looks at customer behavior on e-commerce platforms, with a particular emphasis on Shopee in Indonesia. The study involved 102 respondents to evaluate the relationship between variables. The results show that these factors have an impact on the repurchase intention of e-commerce customers on Shopee. The study was conducted using quantitative methods and used SPSS for statistical analysis. The results show that the components present in this study have an influence on customer repurchase intention. However, other factors not present in this study, for example, price, user experience, and promotion, may have a greater impact on customer repurchase intention than other factors. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the components that influence customers' willingness to make repeat purchases on e-commerce platforms. While product and service quality remain important, companies and marketers should consider these additional elements when they create their marketing strategies. This calls for further future research using large samples and deeper analysis to understand this more complex context and help run businesses better in the ever-evolving e-commerce market.

Abstract

The world of education and teaching in this contemporary phase cannot be separated from hegemonic relations between policy stakeholders. Policymakers who will exist in 2022-2023 are involved with Gen X, individuals born in the 1965-1980 period. In its power as a policy maker, education is directed and expected to become a concrete step like a machine that produces moral human beings. Morals in education are intended so that students can have the values of love, love each other within the limits of norms and have commendable ethics both in religious and cultural values. The problem in this research concerns contemporary issues regarding the hegemony of power over the moral educational process in the view of the philosophy of science at the ontological, epistemological and axiological levels. The aim of this research is to reveal the hegemony of power over the moral educational process in the view of the philosophy of science at the ontological, epistemological and axiological levels. The method used in this research is qualitative with a philosophy of science approach. From the perspective of the philosophy of science, the hegemony of power over moral education goes through three phases; ontological as a search for the nature of what and why of moral education; epistemological as a review of the hegemony of power towards moral education in the philosophical aspect and axiological as a review of the usefulness of aspects of the hegemony of power towards moral education. The results of the research show that there is a hegemony of rulers who have power which is marked by the symbol of the Minister of Religion as the ruler of Gen With this moral education, educators will continue to be wise and wise in their lives, because the function of Islamic education in Indonesia is to improve and teach morals to their students so that they become human beings who have moral values.

Abstract

Nowadays, business development is increasingly complex and competitive, therefore companies must improve their performance. In an effort to improve company performance, the accounting information system (AIS) and internal control system (SPI) are very influential, because good implementation of SIA will make the tasks carried out by all employees easier. Therefore, this research aims to determine the effect of implementing AIS and SPI on the performance of the XYZ Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) case study company. The data used is primary data, this data was obtained through distributing questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were all KSP XYZ employees, namely 33 people spread across four branch offices. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 29 test tool. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results show that partially SIA and SPI have no effect on company performance and, simultaneously, SIA and SPI have an effect on company performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the accounting treatment of fixed assets in non-profit entities, a case study at the RMS Foundation and to determine the suitability of the accounting treatment that has been applied based on PSAK 216 dated 1 January 2024. The method used in this research is a qualitative method to find out in depth the treatment. fixed asset accounting at the RMS Foundation. The data collection technique in this research uses triangulation techniques, namely researchers collect data using different data collection techniques to obtain data from the same data source. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model by carrying out data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing/verification. The results of this research are that there is conformity regarding the accounting treatment of fixed assets at the RMS Foundation and there are some that have not been implemented. Appropriate accounting treatment is recognition, measurement upon recognition, measurement after recognition, and presentation of fixed assets. The accounting treatment for fixed assets that has not been implemented is termination and disclosure.
