Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of developing E-book-based teaching materials in SKI lessons, because these lessons make students bored and less interesting. This study aims to determine the application of E-book teaching materials using Flip PDF Professional in Islamic cultural history subjects, and the effectiveness of E-book teaching materials using Flip PDF Professional in Islamic cultural history subjects. This research uses research and development. The sample in this study was using class X students at MAN 1 Trenggalek with a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection techniques and instruments used tests, distribution of e-book products, questionnaires or questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the effectiveness test through the normality test and the assumption test using the paired t test and two independent samples (parametric). The results showed that the development of Flip PDF Professional teaching materials was carried out with reference to the development and research of ADDIE Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, evaluation. Material development shows that the student learning outcomes for the experimental class posttest and the control class posttest have significant differences, thus the e-book teaching materials using Flip PDF Professional are effective in the subject of Islamic cultural history. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan urgensi corporate social responsibility and ethics in education berdasarkan hasil literatur review yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti dari berbagai sumber. Metode penelitian yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah literatur review. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa terdapat 3 urgensi corporate social responsibility and ethics in education yaitu pertama, berfokus pada pemberian kesempatan akses belajar bagi seluruh masyarakat yang belum mendapat akses belajar. Kedua, peningkatan SDM dibidang pendidikan seperti pelatihan dan pendidikan lanjut untuk guru. Ketiga, Peningkatan sarana pra sarana yang kurang mendapatkan perhatian pemerintah maupun belum representative untuk mewujudkan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Students' difficulty in understanding English language as a subject usually leads to poor learning outcomes. The problem is, however, observed to be getting worse due to the unavailability of suitable learning media for educators and students. This research was, therefore, conducted to develop an English for Beginner pocketbook media to improve student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, pocketbook media is an alternative packaging of information through the use of user efficiency elements. This research was developed based on the Borg & Gall model with the data collected using questionnaires, tests, and documentation and analyzed through Independent Sample T-test. The results showed the sig. (2-tailed) < sig. level (0,000 < 0.05), therefore, Ha was accepted while H0 was rejected. It was discovered that average students learning outcomes increased to 83,4 and learning completeness by 83.33% after receiving the treatment in the form of the English for Beginner pocketbook media. This shows this material is feasible to be implemented as a learning medium due to its effectiveness in improving the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of MI Masaran 1 Trenggalek.

Abstract

Research on the strategic formulation of the Qur'an memorization program needs to be carried out. The findings obtained can be a foothold for application in strategic formulation to maintain existence and increase competitiveness between Islamic educational institutions. The research here aims to describe the strategic formulation of the Qur'an memorization program at Madrasah IslamiyahI Qur'an (MIQ) Gudo Jombang. Qualitative research methods, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation. This research is focused on three research focuses, namely: (1) Strategic analysis of the Qur'an memorization program through SWOT analysis. (2) Strategic Planning through the right vision, mission, goals, and objectives. (3) Selection of strategies in the Qur'an memorization program to increase competitiveness and maintain the existence of madrasas. TPQ Bustanul Ulum is part of the business unit strategy managed by MIQ Gudo Jombang to improve the program of memorizing the Qur'an. The strategy formulation implemented is to take advantage of strengths and opportunities to become a superior strategy to expand the market and create competitiveness and be able to close the shortcomings and challenges of competitors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis religious culture di SD IIS PSM Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada lembaga pendidikan di SD IIS PSM Kediri. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan keabsahan data yang digunakan melalui ketekunan pengamatan, diskusi dengan teman sejawat, trianggulasi sumber, metode dan waktu. Adapun hasil penelitin dari pengembangan kurikulum berbasis religious culture di SD IIS PSM Kediri adalah terwujudnya nilai karakter islami yang membudaya di lingkungan sekolah melalui pembiasaan sehari-hari. Pengadaan rapor Syafawi untuk mengontrol pelaksanaan religious culture menjadi penguat bagi siswa untuk melaksanakan religious culture berupa pelaksanaan adab-adab di seluruh ruangan di sekolah. Religious culture juga menjadi salah satu prioritas sekolah yang membuat sekolah tersebut berbeda dengan sekolah lainnya hingga menarik minat pasar pendidikan yang dapat dibuktikan dari hasil survey menunjukkan 90% walimurid memilih sekolah tersebut karena memiliki pengembangan kurikulum relious culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam kurikulum K13 untuk SD/MI. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus yang berusaha untuk menggambarkan suatu keadaan saat ini dalam implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam kurikulum K13 yang ditunjukan untuk SD/MI sebagai tombaknya pendidikan utama disatuan lembaga pendidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan keabsahan data yang digunakan melalui ketekunan pengamatan, diskusi, trianggulasi sumber, metode dan waktu. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah tentang implementasi PPK dalam program yang terdapat di kurikulum K13 berbasis pendidikan karakter, dimana tujuan dari kurikulum K13 berbasis karakter ini adalah untuk dapat mengembangkan pendidikan karakter tersebut pada diri setiap peserta didik, selain itu dapat mempertinggi mental, moral budi pekerti dan memperkuat keyakinan beragama, mempertinggi kecerdasan dan keterampilan, serta dapat membina dan mengembangkan fisik yang kuat dan sehat pada diri peserta didik, dan nantinya dapat terwujudnya nilai karakter sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh lembaga pendidikan dan para orang tua wali. Peendidikan karakter yang islami dan ber-moral.

Abstract

Innovative learning strategies for Islamic Religious Education are needed to improve cognitive abilities, including analysis, application, creation, presentation, and implementation; affective abilities, including appreciation and organization or characterization; and psychomotor abilities, with the perception of the Qur'an and Hadith, which can enrich the vocational needs of students. This qualitative case study research aims to describe and analyze innovative learning strategies for Islamic Religious Education at Mambaul Ulum Vocational High School based on the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. Data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. Testing the validity of the collected data through triangulation, expert discussions, and member checking. Data analysis using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana methods with data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The study showed that the Islamic Religious Education teachers implemented three innovative learning strategies. First, problem-based learning integrates religious concepts with real issues to develop cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities. Second, inquiry-based learning through independent investigation and applying religious concepts in everyday life to deepen understanding. Third, flipped classroom combines independent learning at home with classroom discussion activities. Applying three innovative learning strategies has an impact on increasing learning motivation, knowledge of worship, and critical thinking skills. The value of this research lies in the application of learning strategies that connect religious concepts with actual practices to improve the quality of learning in vocational environments. The research findings strengthen constructivism through problem-based, inquiry-based, and flipped classroom theory by showing that active, collaborative, and interactive learning improves understanding and application of learning materials.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of prophetic leadership on educational quality in Islamic higher education institutions, specifically Ma'had Aly and Ma'had al-Jami'ah, using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Through an analysis of 26 articles published between 2015 and 2025, this study aims to answer three main questions: how is prophetic leadership conceptualized from an Islamic educational perspective, how it impacts educational quality, and effective implementation strategies. The results indicate that prophetic leadership, rooted in the values ??of shiddiq (belief), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (discipline), and fathanah (prophetic conduct), plays a crucial role in creating a spiritual atmosphere, shaping character, and strengthening a management system based on Islamic values. These values ??have been shown to improve academic and spiritual quality, discipline, and institutional loyalty. Identified best practices include exemplary leadership, the integration of prophetic values ??into the curriculum, spiritual training for educators, and the revitalization of values-based governance. This study emphasizes the importance of adopting a transformative and values-oriented leadership model in addressing the gap between the ideal goals of Islamic education and the reality on the ground. Theoretically, this study provides a conceptual synthesis linking prophetic leadership to improving educational quality. Practically, it provides strategic recommendations for institutional leaders. The findings also open up opportunities for further research that empirically tests the implementation of this model in a broader institutional context. Thus, prophetic leadership presents itself as a contextual, adaptive, and integrative leadership model to strengthen the quality assurance of Islamic education. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan profetik terhadap mutu pendidikan pada lembaga pendidikan tinggi Islam, khususnya Ma’had Aly dan Ma’had al-Jami’ah, dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Melalui analisis terhadap 26 artikel yang diterbitkan dalam kurun waktu 2015–2025, kajian ini bertujuan menjawab tiga pertanyaan utama: bagaimana konsep kepemimpinan profetik dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam, bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap mutu pendidikan, serta strategi implementasi yang efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan profetik yang berakar pada nilai shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, dan fathanah, memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan atmosfer spiritual, membentuk karakter, dan menguatkan sistem manajemen yang berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Nilai-nilai tersebut terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas akademik dan spiritual, kedisiplinan, serta loyalitas kelembagaan. Praktik terbaik yang teridentifikasi mencakup keteladanan pemimpin, integrasi nilai profetik dalam kurikulum, pelatihan ruhiyah bagi pendidik, serta revitalisasi tata kelola berbasis nilai. Kajian ini menekankan pentingnya adopsi model kepemimpinan yang transformatif dan berorientasi pada nilai dalam merespons kesenjangan antara tujuan pendidikan Islam yang ideal dan kenyataan di lapangan. Secara teoretis, studi ini menyusun sintesis konseptual yang menghubungkan kepemimpinan profetik dengan peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Secara praktis, kajian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi para pemimpin lembaga. Temuan ini juga membuka ruang untuk penelitian lanjutan yang menguji implementasi model ini secara empiris dalam konteks kelembagaan yang lebih luas. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan profetik hadir sebagai model kepemimpinan yang kontekstual, adaptif, dan integratif untuk memperkuat penjaminan mutu pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Strategic management is the formulation of the strategic concept of an organization, or organizational sub-unit to achieve the desired goals. In madrasah, strategic management can be achieved through the cooperation of all elements. The purpose of writing this article is to understand the concept, model, and implementation of madrasah-based strategic management in improving the quality of education at MAN 4 Kediri. This research is a descriptive qualitative study to describe phenomena or events in depth and detail, focusing on understanding the context, experiences, and perceptions of research subjects. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation studies which are then analyzed inductively to produce a holistic understanding of the phenomenon under study. The results showed that madrasah-based strategic management is a continuous process starting from strategic formulation, implementation, review and improvement. The model is in the form of management based on Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Information Technology, Total Quality (TQM), Educational Innovation, and Participatory management. In its implementation, the academic work program, student affairs, infrastructure and public relations are the basis for the preparation of the Madrasah Work Plan (RKM) which serves as a guideline for the implementation and development of the madrasah. This RKM produces quality education that is able to answer various challenges and problems.Quality improvement at MAN 4 Kediri can be seen by the number of students who continue their education to a higher level through the SMBT, SMBP and SPAN PTKIN channels.

Abstract

IRE teachers are the spearhead of success in learning religious education at schools. Curriculum changes will not have much impact on the quality of learning, if the quality of teachers is not improved. The strategy taken is to improve the performance and quality work of teachers, because the function of teachers are not only as an educator and facilitator, but also acts as an innovator in education. Innovators are not only means “changing" but also presents something that is really new and able to make the old things become new existence in context to the present. So innovative teachers are required and have a good performance, not only physically but also responsibility and performance, so as to improve the quality of education and special learning in Islamic religious education. The main performance of teachers from the physical aspects such as appearance and fashion, but far more important is competence in the mastery of learning materials, the ability of managing the class, the authority as education, social interaction and exemplary both at school and in the community. IRE teachers with good performance will not only able to inspire for learners, and even will be able to produce renewal in IRE.
