Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan instrumen kemampuan berpikir kreatif  dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kausalitik untuk mrngukur tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif momentum dan impuls peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development), dengan desain menggunakan model 4D. Prosedur penelitian yang dilakukan dalam mengacu pada langkah-langkah pengembangan model 4D yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Namun pada penelitian ini hanya dilakukan sampai pada tahap develop. Perangkat pembelajaran model kausalitik untuk mengukur tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif momentum dan impuls peserta didik berupa instrumen tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif (KBK). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui validasi perangkat pembelajaran oleh validator. Hasil validasi instrument kemampuan berpikir kreatif  mencapai rata-rata nilai validitas 88,02% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Sedangkan rata-rata nilai realibilatasnya adalah 92.04%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen kemampuan berpikir kreatif model kausalitik untuk mengukur tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif momentum dan impuls peserta didik layak dalam pembelajaran Kata kunci: model pembelajaran kausalitik; kemampuan berpikir kreatif; momentum dan impuls ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the feasibility of the creative thinking ability instrument using a causality learning model to measure students' level of momentum and impulse creative thinking ability. This type of research is a research and development study using a 4D model design. The research followed the 4D development model steps, which are defined, designed, develop, and disseminated, but only until this research's development stage. The causality learning model tool to measure students' level of momentum and impulse creative thinking ability is an innovative thinking ability test (KBK) instrument. Data was collected through the validation of the learning tool by a validator. The results of the creative thinking ability instrument validation showed an average validity score of 88.02% with the criteria being very valid. Meanwhile, the average reliability score was 92.04%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the causality learning model instrument to measure students' momentum and impulse creative thinking ability is feasible in learning. Keywords: causality learning model; creative thinking ability; momentum and impulse

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mastery of learning outcomes in the cognitive domain of students in Waves and Optics lectures using PhET simulation media. This pre-experimental research is a quantitative descriptive study. The research subjects consisted of 14 students in class IVB who took the Waves and Optics course in the Even Semester of 2023. The lectures were held in 6 meetings, from 16 February to 30 March 2023. The research instrument used a written test in the form of an essay which was given after the lecture had used PhET simulation media. The percentage of completeness of students' cognitive learning outcomes is obtained by dividing the total score by the maximum score multiplied by 100%. Students are declared to have completed their learning outcomes (individual completeness) if they have reached a score of 75 as the limit for mastery of the material, while classical completeness in this study determined that a class is said to have completed learning if in that class there are more than 80% of students who have completed their studies. The results showed that the average student score was 81 (grade conversion was B+). The lowest score is 70 (grade conversion is C+), while the highest value is 90 (grade conversion is A). Of the 14 students, there were 2 students whose learning outcomes were declared incomplete. Thus, the percentage of students' cognitive learning outcomes in the Waves and Optics course is declared classically completed by 86%. PhET simulation media can be an alternative learning media to help students master the physics concepts of waves and optics

Abstract

Massa jenis adalah konsep IPA yang masih abstrak bagi peserta didik tingkat sekolah dasar, sehingga sulit bagi mereka memahaminya. Penelitian bertujuan menggambarkan model pembelajaran kafah memberikan kebermaknaan dari konsep yang diajarkan. Model ini memberikan makna yang sesungguhnya terhadap satu konsep sehingga peserta didik mendapatkan ilmu secara kafah. Pembelajaran kafah adalah pembelajaran yang mengajarkan keterkaitan suatu konsep dengan agama, aplikasi dan kebermaknaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan lembar observasi, angket respon dan tes kebermaknaan konsep. Lembar observasi digunakan untuk memastikan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran kafah, angket respon digunakan untuk mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran kafah pada massa jenis (density) dan tes kebermaknaan konsep digunakan untuk mengetahui pemahaman peserta didik secara kafah. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari 15 peserta didik dan 2 guru di SDIT Yarsi Mataram mendapatkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran kafah pada kategori baik, 83% peserta didik memberikan respon memberikan makna yang sesuai dengan kehidupan sehari-hari dan berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep massa jenis (density) secara kafah.

Abstract

Corona virus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) diketahui menyebabkan infeksi saluran nafas pada manusia mulai dari batuk pilek hingga yang lebih serius seperti Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) dan Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Persebaran virus COVID-19 meningkat semakin cepat melalui tetesan air liur atau keluar dari hidung ketika orang yang terinfeksi batuk atau bersin. Pandemi COVID-19 ini pada masa era new normal menyebabkan semua aktifitas dilakukan dirumah. Melihat kondisi di desa Babussalam sendiri masih banyak masyarakat khususnya anak-anak yang tidak menggunkan masker atau bahkan memtauhi protokol kesehatan. Selain itu anak-anak juga terkendala akan masalah pembelajaran jarak jauh dari rumah. Oleh karena itu, perlunya ada bimbingan belajar di daerah atau wilayah masing-masing. Lokasi tersebut merupakan padat penduduk. Oleh karena itu, perlunya peningkatan pemahaman COVID-19 dan pentingnya mematuhi protokol kesehata. penanggulangan COVID-19 serta edukasi anak-anak selama pandemi. Berdasakan permasalahan tersebut, penulis melakukan pengabdian pada masyarakat melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Era New Normal Universitas Mataram. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan tema Mengajar Di Desa dengan cara mengabdikan diri ti TPQ maupun di desa-desa yang warganya membutuhkan jasa mengajar. Pada program KKN ini dilakukan proses edukasi terkait agama, pelajaran atau edukasi kepada anak, kepedulian terhadap lingkungan, COVID-19 dan protokol kesehatan untuk anak-anak dan masyarakat. Telah berhasil dilaksanakan setiap hari, dalam bentuk kegiatan mengajar pelajaran agama seperti mengaji, tadjwid, mengajar pelajaran umum seperti bahasa inggris, menggambar sera mengadakan kegiatan bersih-bersih maupun lomba.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to develop physics-based learning media based on Android with the help of smart app creators on mechanical wave material. Tests were conducted to determine the effectiveness of the media to improve student learning outcomes. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) development research method. The research subjects were 22 students of SMAN 1 Gunungsari class XI IPA1. The results obtained were an average pre-test score of 43.33 and a post-test score of 72.50, with an average N-gain of 0.52 which qualified in the medium category. This shows that the Android-based physics learning media assisted by smart app creators is effective in improving student learning outcomes in mechanical wave material.   Keywords: physics learning media, smart apps creator, learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan penguasaan konsep kapal selam secara kafah dengan mengunakan Kit IPA Kafah. Sampel penelitian adalah  guru IPA SD Negeri 23 Cakranegara. Data didapatkan dari hasil pre-test dan post-test penguasaan konsep secara kafah dan angket respon guru-guru terhadap penggunaan Kit IPA Kafah. Secara Kafah guru diberi kompetensi yang utuh karena satu konsep yang ditemukan dikaitkan agama, aplikasi dan kebermaknaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan terhadap penguasaan konsep kapal selam secara kafah dan respon guru dalam menggunakan Kit IPA Kafah sangat baik, sehingga pemanfaatan Kit IPA Kafah sangat dianjurkan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to produce Problem Based Learning model learning tools using Google Classroom that are feasible, effective and practical to improve students' mastery of concepts in temperature and heat material. This type of research is development research (Reasearch and Development) using a 4D model (Define, Design, Development and Disseminate). The products that have been developed in this research are syllabus, RPP, LKPD, Google Classroom, and concept mastery test instruments. Data on the feasibility, effectiveness and practicality of learning tools were obtained from feasibility tests, N-gain tests and practicality tests. Feasibility data was obtained from the assessment of 6 validators consisting of 3 expert validators from Physics Education Lecturers at Mataram University and 3 practitioner validators from Physics Teachers at SMAN 3 Mataram. Effectiveness data was obtained from the results of the N-Gain test conducted on 17 students at SMAN 3 Mataram. Practicality data was obtained from observations of learning implementation and student response questionnaires. The results of the device feasibility test analysis were obtained at 89.70% with very feasible criteria. The results of the effectiveness test analysis using the N-gain test results were obtained at 73%, which is in the high category and the criteria are quite effective. The practicality test results were obtained at 90% with very practical criteria. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been obtained, it can be concluded that the learning tools that have been developed using the Problem Based Learning model with Google Classroom are declared feasible, effective and practical for increasing students' mastery of concepts in temperature and heat material.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of the Learning Management System (LMS), Google Meet, and PhET interactive simulations as an effort to develop student creativity and communication skills in Waves and Optics lectures. This research, which uses a one shot case study design, was carried out in the 2023 academic year (odd semester) at the Physics Education Study Program, FKIP, University of Mataram. The research subjects included all University of Jambi students who took Waves and Optics courses with code 133414. These students took part in the Independent Campus program, namely the Independent Student Exchange (ISE), with a total of 20 people. The instrument for creativity uses a product assessment sheet uploaded to the LMS, namely SPADA Unram, while the instrument for communication skills uses an observation sheet during product presentations via Google Meet. The product in question is a paper that discusses a particular topic accompanied by data from PhET interactive simulations. The assessment score for each indicator for both creativity and communication skills uses a scale of 4. The scores for creativity and communication skills are expressed in percentage form. The research results show that the average score for student creativity is 83.0 (B+ criteria), while student communication skills are 86.8 (A criteria). The lowest score in the creativity aspect is 75 (B criteria) with the highest score being 90 (A criteria). The lowest score in the communication skills aspect is 80 (B+ criteria) with the highest score being 90 (A criteria). Thus, implementing LMS, Google Meet, and PhET interactive simulations can be an alternative in developing creativity and communication skills. Optimizing learning media needs to be done to produce better creativity and communication skills

Abstract

This study is aimed to investigate the effect of Learning Cycle 7E model on the physics problem-solving abilities (PSA) of students. This study is an experimental research with a non-equivalent control group design. The population is all students of class X MIPA SMAN 3 Selong. The sampling technique was purposive sampling in which class X MIPA 4 class as the experimental class and X MIPA 1 as the control class. The experimental class was treated with Learning Cycle 7E model, while the control class was given a conventional learning. Before and after being treated, both classes were given a PSA test which amounted to 5 questions. The results of the initial and final PSA tests were analyzed for homogeneity and normality to conduct hypothesis testing. Hypothesis test analysis shows that  is rejected and  is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Learning Cycle 7E model on students' physics problem solving.

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad 21 menuntut peserta didik memiliki keterampilan dan keahlian. Sejalan dengan hal tesebut Kemendikbud merumuskan keterampilan 4C yang haruus dimiliki peserta didik, salah satunya adalah kemampuan problem solving. Namun kemampuan problem solving peserta didik masih dalam kategori rendah. Hal ini juga terjadi di SMAN 1 Masbagik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak pengaruh model guided inquiry learning terhadap kemampuan problem solving peserta didik pada pembelajaran fisika, Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimental design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga terpilih kelas XI MIPA 5 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI MIPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Pembelajaran pada kelas eksperimen diberikan perlakuan model guided inquiry learning, sedangkan kelas kontrol meggunakan model konvensional. Instrumen yang digunkan untuk mengukur kemampuan problem solving berupa tes uraian. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang didapatkan  yakni . Oleh karenanya,  ditolak  diterima. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa model guided inquiry learning berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan problem solving peserta didik pada pembelajaran fisika.
