Abstract

Suatu pelayanan kesehatan dikatakan bermutu apabila mampu menimbulkan kepuasaan bagi pasien yang dilayaninya. Kepuasan pasien tidak hanya dilihat dari bagaimana sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia pada pelayanan kesehatan namun juga melihat bagaimana perawat melayani pasien dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode service quality. Metode ini pertama kali dikenalkan oleh Parasuraman, Zeithaml, dan Berry dalam Lissa (2016), yang telah diuji secara empiris dan telah dikembangkan kedalam instrumen pengukuran untuk perspektif mutu menurut pelanggan yang meliputi lima dimensi, yaitu: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy. Saat ini survei kepuasan pasien terhadap mutu pelayanan rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Penyangga Perbatasan Betun masih secara manual, dimana Pasien harus mengisi form penilaian di kertas dan menyerahkan, kemudian admin Rumah Sakit menghitung nilai survei tersebut secara manual. Hal ini tentunya membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam menentukan hasil survei tersebut dan juga Rumah Sakit sulit menentukan tingkat kepuasan pasien secara detail. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan dengan Black Box Testing, maka sistem ini sudah berjalan dengan fungsional sebagaimana mestinya. Sistem ini dapat membantu pihak Rumah Sakit Penyangga Perbatasan Betun dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit bagian rawat inap dengan cepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi pada saat ini khususnya di Indonesia sudah berkembang dengan cepat. Pengaruh manusia sangat berperan dalam perkembangan teknologi dan inovasi baru. Perkembangan teknologi sudah dimanfaatkan oleh berbagai kelompok baik perusahaan besar atau kecil yaitu sebagai alat yang mempermudah banyak pekerjaan manusia sehari-hari seperti halnya pengolahan data yang lebih cepat dan pekerjaan menjadi lebih efisien baik tenaga maupun waktu. Usaha laundry merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang jasa cuci dan setrika. Bisnis ini menjamur di kota-kota besar yang banyak terdapat rumah kost dan rumah kontrakan, di mana penyewa kost atau kontrakan tidak sempat atau tidak bisa melakukan cuci dan setrika baju sendiri dikarenakan kesibukan sebagai mahasiswa maupun pekerja. Saat ini bisnis usaha laundry sedang menjamur khususnya di sekitar tempat tinggal penulis, salah satunya adalah Prima Laundry. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Waterfall merupakan metode yang menyediakan pendekatan alur hidup perangkat lunak secara skuensial atau terurut. Proses pembuatannya mengikuti alur mulai dari analisis, desain, kode, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Sistem Informasi pelayanan jasa laundry pada prima laundry kefamenanu sudah berhasil dibangun dengan menggunakan tahapan-tahapan yang ada dalam metode waterfall dan sistem informasi pelayanan jasa laundry yang dibangun dapat membantu pemilik usaha laundry dan juga pelanggan dalam pengelolaan dan laporan yang lebih baik dibandingkan sistem sebelumnya.

Abstract

Assignment problems that are often encountered in local life are problems related to the optimal allocation of various productive resources or personnel that have different levels of efficiency for different jobs. The Hungarian method can be used to solve balanced assignment problems, namely the number of workers is equal to the number of jobs and unbalanced assignments, and namely the number of workers is not the same as the number of jobs. The assignment problem in this study is an unbalanced assignment problem where the number of workers is 90 (ninety) people divided into 4 (four) work teams while the number of work items is as much as 7 (seven) work items. This assignment can be completed by applying a modified Hungarian method with the aim of minimizing work completion time, worker wages and minimizing completion time and worker wages together. From the research results, after using the modified Hungarian method, the optimal total time is 25 days with the optimal total cost of IDR 57,080,000 and the combined completion time and total wages calculated jointly is 87.3.

Abstract

Posyandu bertujuan untuk memantau kesehatan dan pertumbuhan anak. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan di posyandu manektob setiap bulan sekali adalah penimbangan berat badan dan pengukuran tinggi badan setiap tiga bulan sekali. Petugas posyandu menggunakan Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS) untuk mengetahui status gizi balita. Dimana saat menentukan status gizi balita dibutuhkan ketelitian saat menarik grafik agar tidak salah dalam menarik grafik status gizi balita. Hal tersebut membuat para petugas posyandu harus memiliki ketelitian lebih agar dapat memberikaan kesimpulan mengenai status gizi balita.. Sehingga pada penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam pemantauan kesehatan balita di posyandu manektob. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibuat menggunakan metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment (WASPAS) dengan kriteria berdasarkan standar antropometri anak yaitu (berat badan menurut umur (BB/U), panjang/tinggi badan menurut umur (PB/U atau TB/U), berat badan menurut panjang atau tinggi badan (BB/PB atau BB/TB) dan indeks massa tubuh menurut umur (IMT/U)) berdasarkan Keputusan Mentri Kesehatan Nomor 1995 MENKES SK XII 2010. Metode WASPAS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengurangi kesalahan dan mengoptimalkan proses pengukuran. Pembuatan SPK mengikuti tahapan metode waterfall dan pemodelan sistem menggunakan unified modeling languange (UML). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu memberikan solusi yang praktis dan efektif dalam penilaian status gizi balita di posyandu manektob

Abstract

Kulit merupakan bagian dari tubuh manusia yang memiliki banyak peran. Salah satunya sebagai alat pengeluaran berupa kalenjer keringat dan tempat di buatnya vitamin D dengan bantuan sinar matahari. Pada beberapa macam penyakit kulit peran ini terganggu karna kulit terlihat bersisik, tebal, kasar dan kering. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, penulis berusaha merancang dan membangun suatu aplikasi sistem pakar untuk bisa digunakan mendeteksi penyakit kulit dengan tujuan mengimplementasikan metode Certainty Factor ke dalam aplikasi sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit kulit pada balita (studi kasus : Puskesmas Mamsena). Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem pakar untuk diagnosa penyakit kulit pada balita ini adalah metode waterfall atau yang biasa disebut metode air terjun. Hasilnya menunjukkan penyakit yang diderita oleh anak, nilai tingkat kepercayaan dari hasil diagnosa tersebut, serta solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk penyakit yang diderita. Penerapan sistem Pakar ini dapat membantu masyarakat atau para orang tua dalam menangani penyakit kulit pada balita dengan tepat. Kesimpulan yang didapat User dapat menganalisa sendiri penyakit kulit yang dialami oleh balita berdasarkan informasi yang disediakan dalam website. Sistem pakar yang telah dibangun ini masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan sehingga dibutuhkan pengembangan lebih lanjut agar lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

SMKN Kakuluk Mesak is a vocational high school located in Dua Laus Village, Kakuluk Mesak District, Belu Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, which prepares students to work in specific fields. Students can continue their education at SMK after completing their education at the junior high school level. The study period for SMK students is carried out for three to four years of learning, which is divided into three years of study at school and one year in the related industry department. SMKN Kakuluk Mesak has five majors: APAT, NKPI, WBE, TKPI, and APHPI. One of the problems at SMKN Kakuluk Mesak in terms of technology is the manual attendance and grading of students. Attendance and grades are recorded using books. Therefore, a web-based student attendance information system with QR code is needed to facilitate the student attendance process. This system is built using the waterfall method, which is a systematic and directed approach to developing software in which it is used step by step until it runs in order. This research resulted in a website-based student attendance information system with QR code that helps the school manage attendance data and students can view grades and attendance records anytime and anywhere. Abstract

Selecting the right type of wood is a crucial factor in the furniture industry to produce strong, durable, and quality products. Lack of knowledge in determining the best type of wood often causes furniture production to be less than optimal. This study aims to build a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) that helps furniture entrepreneurs in North Central Timor Regency in selecting the best type of wood using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The criteria used in the selection process are the physical properties of wood, wood durability, wood mechanical properties, wood diameter, and wood texture. The wood alternatives evaluated include mahogany, acacia, angsana, and white teak. The results showed that mahogany obtained the highest value with a score of 0.691, so it is recommended as the best choice. This system is expected to be an effective tool for furniture entrepreneurs in making decisions more systematically and objectively.

Abstract

The livestock sector plays a crucial role in supporting regional economic development, including in North Central Timor (TTU) Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. Currently, the selection of superior livestock commodities in this area is still carried out manually, which results in slow, inefficient, and error-prone decision-making processes. Therefore, a system is needed to assist in making decisions more accurately and objectively. This study aims to develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) to analyze and determine superior livestock commodities in TTU Regency using the Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (Fuzzy TOPSIS) method. The system was developed using the Waterfall model and implemented with PHP and MySQL. The decision criteria include productivity, market potential, production cost, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure support. The livestock alternatives considered in the analysis are cattle, goats, pigs, chickens, sheep, and horses. The implementation results show that beef cattle achieved the highest preference score of 0.76, making it the most superior livestock commodity in the region. This system provides easy access to accurate and real-time data for users and facilitates more effective and efficient decision-making. It also minimizes human error and speeds up the analysis process. With this system, stakeholders and livestock-related agencies can make better-informed decisions, improve resource management, and support sustainable development in the local livestock sector.Keywords: Decision Support System, Leading Commodities, Livestock, Fuzzy TOPSIS

Abstract

The selection of the right pesticide is very important in pest control efforts on bean plants to maximize yields and maintain crop quality. Often, farmers face a mismatch between expectations and reality related to the products they use. The market offers a wide range of pesticide products, each claiming to have certain advantages. Mismatches in pesticide selection can affect the yields obtained by farmers. This study aims to provide insight to farmers in choosing the best pesticide to control pests on bean plants. this study relies based on the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method as a means to weigh various options based on various aspects in a structured manner. to assess each criterion from various alternatives and provide a ranking of the best pesticide recommendations. The criteria considered include price, how it works, shelf life, number of pests, and its impact on bean plants. The application developed uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages. Based on the results of the study, the alternative pesticide Spinosad obtained the highest score of 0.85, making it the best recommendation.Keywords: Pesticide selection, Decision Support System (DSS), MAUT

Abstract

The skin is an essential part of the human body that plays a role in protection, temperature regulation, and sensation. Maintaining skin health is crucial because skin infections can arise from bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites, and often spread through direct contact. Environmental factors, such as the availability of clean water, are among the main causes of skin diseases. Unfortunately, many people consider skin diseases to be trivial, whereas if left untreated, these conditions can become fatal. A lack of understanding and information often leads to delayed treatment.To address this issue, an expert system has been developed to enable early diagnosis of skin diseases. This system uses the forward chaining method, an approach that starts from initial facts and moves toward a conclusion through a structured series of questions. One of the advantages of this method is its ability to process limited data into useful and accurate information. The expert system is designed as a web-based application to ensure broader public access.The diseases that can be diagnosed include ringworm, tinea versicolor, scabies, chickenpox, boils, dermatitis, rhinitis, and urticaria. This system is expected to help the public in recognizing symptoms of skin diseases and provide early support before consulting a doctor. Based on previous research, the lack of disease and symptom data was a challenge. Therefore, this study added 15 types of skin diseases and 20 symptom data points.For future development or further research, it is recommended to expand the system with more types of diseases, different diagnostic methods, and additional features to improve accuracy and user-friendliness in diagnosing skin diseases. Test data from 30 users showed a 90% accuracy rate, indicating that the expert system successfully helps users and provides solutions.Keywords: Expert System, Forward Chaining, Skin Disease, Early Diagnosis dini, Web
