Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training on Human Resources Information System, then investigate and analyze the demographics influence the organization of the Human Resources Information System, the latter is to know and analyze the effect of the organizational skills of the Human Resource Information System. This study uses a quantitative research methods. The population used in this study was 36. The sampling technique in this research is census techniques. Methods of data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square. The study shows that, training and demographics affect the Human Resources Information System. It shows that the Human Resource Information System can be used without special skills how to use the Human Resources Information System.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the e-service quality in the online food business. The population of this study is GoFood application users in Indonesia who have visited, purchased, or used the services provided by the GoFood online food application at least once in six months aged over 17 years, totaling 354 respondents. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling. This research uses SEM-PLS. The results of this study are three dimensions of e-service quality, namely GoFood application design, customer security or privacy and fulfillment affect overall e-service quality. However, customer service is not significantly related to e-service quality as a whole. e-service quality as a whole is statistically significantly related to customer behavior. Future research should consider different methodologies for similar products, namely GrabFood and ShopeeFood.

Abstract

Creative industries must innovate in this digital era to face the rapidly changing business environment and fierce competition. This study explored the collaborative business incubation model by stakeholders in the creative economy sector and its impact on tenant innovation. The innovations emphasized in this study are product innovation and marketing innovation. A total of 190 creative entrepreneurs in East Java have been researched using a set of questionnaires and produced quantitative data, which is then analyzed statistically through PLS analysis. The study results show that business incubation mentors significantly affect product innovation, not marketing innovation. On the other hand, the business incubation method significantly affects marketing innovation but not product innovation. Meanwhile, the business incubation curriculum significantly affects both product and marketing innovation. Further research is expected to analyze the type of mentor and the right business incubation method for tenants to significantly impact product and marketing innovation.

Abstract

Shopee has successfully positioned itself as a key e-commerce platform in Indonesia, with a significant and growing number of users. It is worth mentioning that a considerable proportion of Shopee's customer base comprises students from Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Asia Malang. The phenomenon of young students actively engaging in internet buying is widely acknowledged. The primary objective of this research is to examine the influence of information quality on decision-making processes related to online purchases, specifically focusing on the platform of Shopee. The study utilised qualitative research methodologies, specifically interviews and document analysis, to investigate a sample of 10 students enrolled in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Institute of Asia Malang. The findings of the study indicate that there are four primary determinants that exert an influence on consumers' decision-making process while engaging in online purchases on the Shopee platform. These elements include the ratings assigned to the stores, the descriptions provided for the products, the reviews received by the stores, and the prices associated with the products. The value of high-quality information in the e-commerce arena is underscored by its potential to facilitate educated purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan AI dalam mendukung UMKM di Kelurahan Bunulrejo dengan menggunakan AI untuk membuat logo yang meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing bisnis. Pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara langsung dengan pemilik UMKM untuk memahami kebutuhan desain logo mereka. Aplikasi ChatGPT kemudian digunakan untuk membuat desain logo berdasarkan informasi yang dikumpulkan. Logo dievaluasi dan direvisi secara berulang berdasarkan umpan balik dari UMKM. ChatGPT menghasilkan beberapa alternatif desain logo untuk setiap UMKM, yang kemudian dievaluasi dan disesuaikan menurut umpan balik pemilik. Proses ini mencakup beberapa revisi untuk mengatasi masalah seperti gambar yang tidak jelas, warna yang tidak sesuai, dan elemen yang tidak perlu, memastikan desain akhir menarik secara visual dan selaras dengan identitas bisnis. Penggunaan AI, khususnya ChatGPT, secara signifikan mendukung UMKM dalam pencitraan merek dan pemasaran, menawarkan manfaat langsung dan wawasan berharga untuk aplikasi AI di masa mendatang dalam mendukung usaha kecil.

Abstract

Kesamben Village, Ngajum District, Malang Regency faces serious problems in waste management that have an impact on the environment and public health. This community service program aims to introduce "Smart Trash Bin" technology as an innovative solution in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of waste management in the village. This technology uses automatic sensors that allow people to dispose of garbage without touching the trash can, making it more hygienic and comfortable. Early results show high enthusiasm from the public for this technology, which can be seen from active participation in socialization, training, and question and answer sessions. The application of this technology has also succeeded in improving environmental cleanliness and reducing health risks. However, some challenges such as high implementation costs and difficulties in technology adaptation still need to be overcome through adequate financial support and ongoing training. With collaboration between the government, local communities, and related parties, this program has great potential to become a model in the application of smart technology for sustainable waste management in other regions.

Abstract

Role of Entrepreneurship in Eastern Seroja very important in the realization of an increase in economic welfare. The purpose of this study is to see how far the entrepreneurial role in improving the economic welfare of residents in the Village East Seroja Mergosono Kedungkandang District of Malang. (1) the role of entrepreneurship for Eastern Seroja; (2) the representation of entrepreneurship in East Seroja; (3) problems faced by Lotus East. The results showed that entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviors shaping innovative proactive, representation of the attitudes and the behavior is the Chairman of the PKK and its citizens East Seroja applying social entrepreneurship. The problem faced is the first, yet animating entrepreneurial profession. Second, entrepreneurs simply to raise revenue. Third, self-employment is not considered a stable job. Fourth, the majority of entrepreneurs are Housewife. Fifth, afraid to use e-commerce. Sixth, the majority of entrepreneurs are more comfortable using mouth-to-mouth.

Abstract

Kearifan lokal menjadi sumber nilai yang kaya untuk manajemen situasi, terutama dalam konteks kepemimpinan. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi praxiologi kepemimpinan Jawa, yang dikenal dengan pendekatan berbasis harmoni, adaptabilitas, dan kebijaksanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan Jawa yang relevan dalam manajemen situasi, terutama di era modern yang penuh ketidakpastian. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis narasi, dokumen budaya, dan wawancara dengan pemimpin yang mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan Jawa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praxiologi kepemimpinan Jawa memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemimpin dalam mengelola konflik, menjaga harmoni, dan menciptakan keputusan strategis yang inklusif

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in digital marketing for street food businesses in Malang, focusing on training housewives to improve content creation and promotion strategies. The research aims to bridge the digital gap for small-scale food vendors by providing essential digital skills and AI tools. Method: The research employed a mixed-method approach, including pre-training assessments, online training sessions, and personalized mentoring. A total of 20 housewives running street food businesses participated in the training, which was conducted over three months. The AI tools used included Canva AI and Flair AI for photo editing, content creation, and social media optimization. Practical Applications: The study demonstrates how AI-driven tools can enhance social media engagement, brand visibility, and customer interaction for street food vendors. This initiative provides a model for empowering small business owners to leverage digital marketing tools effectively, contributing to their long-term success. Conclusion: The training resulted in significant improvements in participants' digital marketing capabilities, with increased confidence in using AI tools. The findings highlight the transformative potential of AI for MSMEs, particularly in enhancing the competitive edge of street food businesses in Malang.
