Facebook adalah salah satu platform media sosial yang berada di bawah naungan META. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan Facebook sebagai media promosi UKM alat pancing di Kecamatan Karangploso. Penelitian ini memiliki pendekatan melalui pendekatan studi kasus dengan metode kualitatif. Peneliti menentukan objek penelitian dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah sampling snowball dimana partisipan utama akan memiliki cabang yang saling berhubungan. Dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Analisa data berupa Teknik tringulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diidentifiksikan bahwa penggunaan facebook kurang maksimal karena hanya digunakan sebagai promosi saja tanpa terjadi transaksi secara online pembeli hanya dapat membelinya dngan datang ke toko.

Some countries have different regulations related to this maternity leave. female workers have the right to get maternity leave rations for 1.5 months before giving birth and 1.5 months after giving birth and still get full salary. Some cases in the field have different combinations, but the allotment of maternity leave given is three months. The methods used in this study are text mining and social network analysis. Text mining is used to see frequently appearing words related to maternity leave as well as twitter users' responses related to the word, while social network analysis is used to see what the female workforce really wants related to maternity leave policies. Based on the purpose of this research, there are 3 words that often appear, namely paid, sick and paternity. Most tweets that exist, have neutral and positive sentiment. However, what needs to be of particular concern in the future is that the implementation of this policy on maternity leave can be beneficial for both parties, namely workers and employers.

The development of various kinds of businesses in the city of Malang that is so fast becomes one of the bases for printing companies to develop businesses because many of these businesses require services for brochures, logos and so forth. This business development requires an increase in employee performance because employees become the main movers of service companies, especially in the CV. Intidesign. This research uses a quantitative approach to the type of causal research. The population in this study were employees of CV. Intidesign Malang, with saturated sampling technique where all existing populations are used as samples, that is, 40 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study suggested CV. Intidesign Malang is expected to continue to pay attention to the physical work environment around employees who carry out work and implement a good workload distribution to improve employee performance. Future researchers who are interested in reviewing employee performance are expected to develop research results through taking variables that have an influence on employee performance and the selection of different objects. Thus, it can help enrich the results associated with factors that can affect employee performance.

PT. Hou Tech Indonesia as one of the companies engaged in the wood panel industry that still survives in the disruptive era knows very well that the quality and reputation that it has owned is inseparable from the role of the workforce, but is currently facing a decline in performance that was allegedly derived from increased attendance rate. Researchers feel the need to reassess how the right decision for PT. Hou Tech Indonesia in order to be able to maintain and improve the performance of employees in the production department. The purpose of this study is how to make the right decision for PT. Hou Tech Indonesia in order to be able to maintain and improve the performance of employees in the production department. The study took a population and sample of all employees of the production department of PT. Hou Tech Indonesia with a total of 108 employees using a simple random sampling technique that is all employees of the production section at PT. Hou Tech Indonesia, which is willing to provide all the information researchers need. Primary data collected by researchers was conducted through a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that increasing employee commitment is the best option so that the production performance of employees would increase.

Creativepreneurs atau biasa disebut sebagai kelompok usaha ekonomi kreatif merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pengembangan UMKM di Kota Malang. Di masa pandemic Covid-19 hingga New-Normal yang masih berlaku social distancing banyak usaha-usaha ekonomi kreatif yang mengalami penurunan omzet secara drastis. Ini diakibatkan tidak siapnya para creativepreneurs untuk beralih ke dunia digital, khususnya dalam proses pemasaran dan distribusi produk. Sedemikian hingga pelatihan digital marketing sangat penting dilakukan. Melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat, pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi online “Imooji” sebagai alternatif pembuatan iklan atraktif sangat berguna bagi para creativeprenurs. Ini ditunjukkan oleh antusiasme peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan yang mencapai 95 creativepreneurs. Keberhasilan pelatihan yang dilakukan diindikasikan oleh kemampuan para peserta dalam membuat brosur-brosur atraktif yang animatif dan bermusik yang dapat dibagikan ke banyak media sosial dan dapat langsung terhubung dengan WhatsApp produsen dan google form. Namun, terdapat kendala-kendala teknis sehingga Imooji yang dibuat oleh beberapa peserta tidak dapat dijalankan. Sehingga diharapkan untuk pelatihan berikutnya dilakukan secara offline dengan protokol kesehatan dan diadakannya pelatihan digital marketing lainnya seperti pembuatan Ads Instagram ataupun Facebook maupun pelatihan-pelatihan digital lainnya untuk mendukung usaha-usaha kreatif yang ada di kota Malang dalam masa pandemic Covid-19 dan di era New-Normal saat ini agar mampu untuk tetap bertahan dan berkembang. Kata kunci— Creativepreneurs, Imooji, Iklan Atraktif Abstract Creativepreneurs or commonly referred to as economic business groups are an important part of developing MSMEs in Malang town. In the Covid-19 pandemic to the new-normal, there still had to social distancing so that many of creative industries encountered dropped dramatically in their turnover. This is due to the unpreparedness of the creative to switch to the digital world, specifically in the marketing process and product distribution. Thus, digital marketing training is essential. Through community service, training using the online application “Imooji” as an alternative to making attractive advertisements is useful for creativeprenurs. This was followed by the enthusiasm of the participants in the training which reached 95 participants. The success of the training carried out is indicated by competent participants in creating attractive and musical animative brochures that can be shared with many social media and can be connected directly with the manufacturer WhatsApp and Google forms. However, there is a technical transfer made by participants that cannot be carried out. The next training is expected be done offline with health protocols and will be held other digital marketing training such as making Instagram or Facebook Ads also other digital trainings to support creativepreneurs in Malang town during the Covid-19 pandemic and in the current New-Normal era in order to be able to stay afloat and grow. Studi ini meneliti model bisnis perusahaan tur dan travel yang fokus pada pengalaman liburan edukatif di wilayah Bromo. Dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada pemilik Gass Bromo, penelitian ini mengungkap beberapa aspek penting dari operasional bisnis tur dan travel pasca pandemi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat model bisnis baru bagi tur dan travel ke bromo pasca pandemi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan paradigma interpretif. Informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik dari Gass Bromo (Bisnis Tur dan Travel). Temuan utama penelitian ini adalah segmentasi pelanggan untuk Gass Bromo adalah pelanggan usia 18-30 tahun dan lokasi di Malang Raya, nilai tambah dari pengalaman liburan dengan Gass Bromo adalah juga memberikan edukasi, Gass Bromo juga harus melakukan penyesuaian terus-menerus dalam saluran distribusi, serta hubungan yang akrab dengan pelanggan melalui berbagai media komunikasi yakni Instagram dan Whatsapp. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian berikutnya meliputi penelitian lebih lanjut terhadap preferensi pelanggan serta pengaruh kemitraan bisnis tur dan travel dengan platform online.

The objective of this research was to examine the relationships between various variables in the context of startup companies in Indonesia. The study was conducted over the course of one academic year, specifically 2022/2023, within a startup company in Indonesia. A sample of 270 respondents was randomly selected from the target population. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed as the analytical technique. The t-test results indicated a positive influence of perceived e-leadership on teleworking output, subsequently impacting employee adaptive performance. Furthermore, transparent communication had a significant positive direct effect on employee adaptive performance, with a path coefficient of 0.286 (positive) and a p-value of 0.001-0.005 (significant). These findings highlight the importance of transparent communication in enhancing employee adaptive performance. The results have practical implications for decision-making processes and can potentially contribute to the development of effective strategies and practices within the industry.

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, spiritual intelligence and workload on employee performance at University of Muhammadiyah Malang alumni class of 2007 faculty of economics and business management majors. The results showed that the work performance of employees by University of Muhammadiyah Malang alumni in the year 2007 of the Economics and Business faculties majoring in management was influenced by the spiritual intelligence of each individual, while the work environment and workload had no effect. This is due to high spiritual intelligence that will make individuals have more meaning in addressing work and things that will be received by employees in the future. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using primary data collected through social media whatsapp.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return On Equity terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan yang terindeks LQ45 periode 2015-2017. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan LQ45 yang secara konsisten terindeks tahun 2015-2017. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari ringkasan catatan laporan keuangan. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Earning Per Share berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return On Equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham untuk perusahaan terindeks LQ45 secara konsisten periode 2015-2017.

Entrepreneurship necessarily present an important role for business development of Kampung Wisata Organik Pesona Agro. It is coused by the potential such as green house, organic water and fish ponds should be developed and the potential to improve production. The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of entrepreneurship and human resources could developed Kampung Wisata Organik Pesona Agro. The results showed that entrepreneurship has not contributed yet. Then, the quality of human resources of Kampung Wisata Organik Pesona Agro has its limitations as well as time management expert organic crops because it does as a side job.
