Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya kejadian pernikahan usia dini di Kecamatan Lubuk Sikaping Kabupaten Pasaman, yang salah satu penyebabnya karena pola asuh demokratis orang tua. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan Pola asuh demokratis orang tua, menggambarkan kejadian pernikahan usia dini, dan melihat hubungan antara pola asuh demokratis orang tua dengan kejadian pernikahan usia dini di Kecamatan Lubuk Sikaping Kabupaten Pasaman. Penelitian ini termasuk kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah 45 orang remaja yang menikah diusia dini. Sampel diambil 67% yaitu 30 orang dengan teknik sampel Simple Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket dengan alatnya berupa kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pola asuh orang tua dalam mendidik anak dikategorikan kurang demokratis; (2) Kejadian pernikahan usia dini di Kecamatan Lubuk Sikaping tergolong tinggi; (3) Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua yang kurang demokratis dengan kejadian pernikahan dini di Kecamatan Lubuk Sikaping Kabupaten Pasaman. Disarankan kepada (1) Orang tua agar meningkatkan pola asuh demokratis dalam mengasuh, membimbing dan mendidik anaknya; (2) Lembaga pemberdayaan keluarga agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengasuhan demokratis orang tua dalam mendidik anak; (3) Kepada peneliti lain agar dapat meneliti variabel lain yang mempengaruhi pernikahan usia dini.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas belajar peserta pelatihan menjahit di LKP Gadis Collection Kota Solok. Rendahnya aktivitas belajar tersebut diduga disebabkan karena rendahnya minat belajar peserta pelatihan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan minat belajar peserta pelatihan, menggambarkan aktivitas belajar peserta pelatihan, dan melihat hubungan antara minat belajar dengan aktivitas belajar peserta pelatihan menjahit di LKP Gadis Collection Kota Solok. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian yaitu semua peserta pelatihan menjahit sebanyak 20 orang di LKP Gadis Collection Kota Solok dan sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 80% yakni sebanyak 16 0rang dengan teknik simpel random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket/kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan korelasi Spearman rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: minat belajar peserta pelatihan menjahit di LKP Gadis Collection Kota Solok dikategorikan masih rendah, aktivitas belajar peserta pelatihan menjahit di LKP Gadis Collection Kota Solok dikategorikan masih rendah, dan terdapat hubungan yang siginifikan antara minat belajar dengan aktivitas belajar peserta pelatihan menjahit di LKP Gadis Collection Kota Solok. Disarankan agar instruktur meningkatkan minat belajar peserta pelatihan dengan menciptakan aktivitas belajar yang menyenangkan dan kondusif.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat ibu dalam mengikuti kegaiatan di Posyandu Dahlia Desa Perintis, hal ini terkait dengan rendahnya latar belakang pengetahuan ibu balita tentang kegiatan posyandu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu balita yang terdaftar di Posyandu Dahlia Desa Perintis selama setahun yang berjumlah 28 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan mengunakan metode sensus dimana seluruh sampel dijadikan populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan pedoman kuisioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik korelasi rank order. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) pengetahuan ibu balita tentang kegiatan posyandu di Posyandu Dahlia Desa Perintis sangat rendah, (2) minat ibu balita dalam mengikuti kegiatan di posyandu Dahlia Desa Perintis masih sangat rendah, (3) terdapat hubungan yang disigfikan antara pengetahuan dengan minat ibu balita untuk mengikuti kegiatan posyandu. Diharapkan kepada kader posyandu agar dapat meningkatkan pelayanan pada kegiatan posyandu serta diberikan arahan bahwa datang ke posyandu itu penting bagi kesehatan anak. Dan disarankan kepada peneliti lanjutan untuk dapat meneliti variabel lain yang berhubungan dengan minat.

This research is background by the high discipline of scout members in participating in scout extracurricular activities at SMA N 8 Padang, which is thought to be influenced by the activeness of students in organizations. This study aims to see an overview of the activeness of student organizations in participating in scout extracurricular activities at SMA N 8 Padang. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all students who took part in scout extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 8 Padang. The population is 29 people and 70% of the sample taken is 22 people using simple random sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, with data collection tools in the form of a list of written statements or a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results showed that: (1) participation in management was very active (2) getting to know and being known by the school environment was active (3) often visiting the secretariat of the organization was active (4) in responding to problems very active (5) in communicating, discussing, and very active in coordinating (6) in expressing opinions very active (7) in spending time very active (8) in having information about the organization very active (9) in contributing very actively. It is suggested to coaches to be able to maintain scout extracurricular activities which are already very good and also be able to add and improve activities related to scout extracurriculars at SMA N 8 Padang.Keywords: liveliness, discipline, scout extracurriculars

This research is backround by the lack of interest and motivation in learning of students, and students are more preoccupied with student council activities. The purpose of this research is to find out the description and whether there is a relationship between the activeness of student council organizations and student learning outcomes. The type of research used is correlational with a quantitative approach. With a population of all OSIS administrators at SMPN 34 Kota Padang, totaling 36 people consisting of 21 class VII students and 15 class VIII students. While taking samples using stratified random sampling technique. In this study there were two strata, namely class VII and VIII. So, the sample taken is 70% of the class level. Where the sample is 15 class VII and 11 class VIII with a total sample of 26. The data collection technique is a questionnaire or questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using the proportion formula and rank order. The results of the study show that the results of the research data management and discussion that have been described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded (1) Members and OSIS administrators of SMPN 34 Padang City are included in the active category. Where the level of attendance in OSIS activities is high, is responsible for the position held, dares to provide suggestions, criticism and opinions in good and polite language, has a willingness to sacrifice, and has high motivation to increase self-confidence and potential that exists within. (2) The learning outcomes of students who become members and administrators of the OSIS are modified into the good category with the lowest score of 72.10 and the highest score of 84.70 (3) There is a moderate positive relationship between the activeness of OSIS organizations and student learning outcomes. this is seen from the significant value of 0.002. Where 0.002 <0.05 and the tcount value is 0.586 which is in the medium category.

The background of this research is the success of members in opening and developing businesses. This study aims to: 1. See the describtion of guidance in the construction of PNM Mekaar in the Economic walfare of the community in Pauh Padang district, 2. See the description of the development in the economic walfare of the community in Pauh Padang district, 3. See the description of supervision in the guidance of PNM Mekaaar in the economic welfare of the community in Pauh Padang District. The study uses a quantitative approach, with a descriptive type. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The research population was 30 study residents and a sample of 67%, namely 20 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Technique in collecting data using questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran berbasis peserta didik di era digital, dengan fokus pada strategi peningkatan keterlibatan peserta didik melalui penggunaan platform pembelajaran, alat interaktif dan gamifikasi, pembelajaran kolaboratif, pengembangan keterampilan digital, dan penggunaan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pembelajaran. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dengan menganalisis literatur dari berbagai jurnal pendidikan terkait inovasi digital dan peran teknologi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi secara efektif dapat meningkatkan partisipasi aktif peserta didik, memperkaya pengalaman belajar, serta memfasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan digital yang sangat diperlukan di masa depan. Selain itu, penggunaan alat interaktif dan metode kolaboratif terbukti memperkuat keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih dinamis. Penggunaan AI dalam mempersonalisasi pembelajaran juga membantu memenuhi kebutuhan individual siswa secara lebih efektif. Kesimpulannya, teknologi bukan hanya berperan sebagai alat pendukung, tetapi juga komponen utama dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan global di era digital.

The background is the low motivation of automotive trainees to learn. The purpose of this study is to gain an understanding of the learning climate of automotive training, as well as a picture of the learning motivation of automotive training participants, and to examine the relationship between the learning climate and the learning motivation of automotive training participants at LKP Smart College Kota Padang. This study took a quantitative approach to correlational research. The participants in this study were 18 trainees who attended automotive training at LKP Smart College Kota Padang. In this study, the sample size was 14 participants drawn from 80% of the population, for a total of 18 people. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, and the data analysis technique uses a percentage formula and a ranking order correlation formula. The results of this study show that (1) the learning climate for automotive training is classified as less conducive, (2) the learning motivation of automotive training participants is low, and (3) there is a relationship between the learning climate and learning motivation which is stated to be significant because this is classified as really high. It is essential that instructors pay attention to participant variety so that participants feel appreciated and driven to further develop their talents. It is essential that training organizers provide suitable facilities in order to establish a comfortable learning environment and boost participants' learning motivation. It is also recommended that learners boost their motivation to learn. Keywords: Learning climate, learning motivation

This study aims to understand the development of research on technology in the context of adult learning over the last ten years. This study used bibliometric analysis to identify research trends, relationships between concepts, and author collaborations. The data is obtained from the Google Scholar database with relevant keywords, and the number of publications is limited to 1,000 journals. The results show fluctuations in the growth of publications about technology in the context of adult learning from 2014 to 2023. Out of 1,000 publications indexed by Google Scholar, only 628 have information on year and publisher, while 308 do not. The peak of publication growth occurred in 2021, with 105 publications (16.7%), while the lowest number of publications was recorded in 2017, with 50 documents (8%). Research shows that the use of technology in adult learning continues to evolve. Nonetheless, there is still a paucity of research on technology and knowledge of andragogical content in adult learning. This provides an opportunity for other researchers to continue to develop this research trend.

Community LearningĀ Center (CLC) as one of the government's partners in educating people's lives through non-formal education service programs, it is hoped that CLC is not only able to grow a learning society (learning society), but also can improve their abilities and skills in dealing with socio-economic progress through entrepreneurship assistance activities which are one of the focuses of the purpose of the presence of CLC in the midst of the community. The facts on the ground show that CLC, especially in West Sumatra Province, has not been able to optimally become a community education institution that accommodates entrepreneurship-based activities for the community. Entrepreneurial activities carried out by CLC have not been able to create an entrepreneurial spirit and have not been able to maximally facilitate the marketing of CLC business products widely, which is still only local so that CLC entrepreneurial activities are underdeveloped and have not produced significant results. This study aims to see the optimization of entrepreneurship at the Community Learning Activity Center (CLC) through E- Commerce marketing. The results of the study show in fact the main obstacles in the lack of utilization of e-commerce by entrepreneurship activities today are; 1) There is still a lack of understanding of partners regarding E-Commerce; 2) Lack of partner expertise in creating online stores as a means of marketing; 3) Lack of use of smartphones as a marketing medium 4.
