Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Additional Employee Income (TPP) and Islamic Organizational Culture on Internal Service Quality in sub-district offices throughout Tulang Bawang Regency. The background of this research is based on the importance of improving public service quality, which is determined not only by external services delivered to the community but also by the quality of internal services among employees within governmental organizations. The provision of TPP as a performance-based incentive instrument and the strengthening of Islamic organizational values are considered strategic factors in enhancing employees’ motivation, discipline, and professionalism. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of all Civil Servants (ASN) in sub-district offices across Tulang Bawang Regency, with a sample size of 134 respondents using stratified sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results indicate that Additional Employee Income (TPP) has a positive and significant effect on Internal Service Quality. Likewise, Islamic Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on Internal Service Quality. These findings suggest that improving employee welfare through fair and performance-based financial incentives, combined with the internalization of Islamic values such as trustworthiness, honesty, responsibility, and professionalism, can significantly strengthen internal service quality within governmental organizations. This study implies that the synergy between material and non-material factors is essential for enhancing organizational performance and sustainable public service quality.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that requires a holistic approach to its management. Kampar Regency, with 89.12% of its population being Muslim, has successfully reduced the prevalence of stunting from 1,300 children to 571 children through the integration of Islamic religious education values in its prevention programs. This study aims to describe the implementation process of Islamic religious education values in stunting prevention programs in Kampar Regency, identify inhibiting factors in implementing Islamic religious education values, and propose strategies to overcome barriers in implementing Islamic religious education values in stunting prevention programs. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 6 key informants, observations of 5 stunting prevention programs namely Gadih Ancak, Ocu Mapan, Gemarikan, Mobile Posyandu, and BAAS, as well as documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The implementation of Islamic religious education values was manifested through three main dimensions: aqidah values that teach that maintaining children's health is Allah's trust, sharia values that apply the concept of halal-thayyib in providing nutritious food, and akhlaq values that form social solidarity through the BAAS program. The religious approach increased community participation from 60-70% to 85-90%. Inhibiting factors include limited religious understanding among health workers, differences of opinion among religious scholars, and the absence of formal regulations. Strategies to overcome barriers include cross-sector training for human resources, strengthening cross-sector coordination, developing formal regulations, and standardizing health da'wah materials. The integration of Islamic religious education values has proven effective in increasing community motivation and participation in stunting prevention programs. The Kampar Regency model can serve as a reference for best practices with improvements in formalization and standardization aspects.

Abstract

This study analyzes how punishments and violations are managed as part of character development among students at MTs Darul Hikam Seputih Banyak, Central Lampung. The study responds to recurrent student violations, including truancy, damage to school facilities, low honesty in learning activities, and formalistic participation in religious practices. This research employs a qualitative field approach with descriptive analysis. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that character development is planned through value formulation, mapping of student violations, integration into learning and habituation programs, and the formulation of graduated educative sanctions. Implementation is carried out through teacher exemplarity, religious routines, classroom integration, school regulations, corrective guidance, and parental involvement. Evaluation is conducted through continuous behavioral observation, feedback, rewards, and follow-up meetings. The study concludes that punishments and violations become meaningful instruments of character formation when managed as educative, restorative, and participatory processes rather than as punitive control alone.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts of teachers in applying movement and song to children with autism in developing gross motor physical abilities in the 5-6 year old group at As Salam Branti Kindergarten. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research type. The research subjects were determined through a purposive sampling technique involving the principal, group B teachers, and one autistic child. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the teachers' efforts were carried out in a structured manner through the stages of preparation and song selection, individual approaches, gradual implementation of activities, and evaluation and adjustment of methods. The application of movement and song has been proven to have a positive impact on the gross motor development of children with autism, characterized by improved body movement coordination, balance, use of both hands, and the ability to follow simple activities in a more directed manner. Thus, the movement and song method can be an effective and adaptive learning strategy in supporting the gross motor physical development of autistic children in early childhood education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Friday Charity (Sedekah Jumat) habituation program, the role of parents, and its impact on the development of empathy and social care in children aged 5–6 years at RA Bustanul „Ulum Jayasakti. This research is motivated by the presence of egocentric behavior and a lack of social concern among some early childhood students. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects include the principal, Group B teachers, and parents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the Friday Charity habituation program is implemented regularly as part of character education. The role of parents is crucial, particularly through role modeling, providing understanding, and reinforcing values at home. Children who receive active parental guidance demonstrate better development of empathy, such as sharing and showing concern for others, while those who receive less support tend not to display optimal empathetic behavior. In conclusion, the Friday Charity habituation program is effective in fostering empathy and social care in early childhood when supported by active parental involvement and collaboration with the school.

Abstract

This article examines strategies for cultivating the values of religious moderation at SDNU Kota Metro as an effort to foster inclusive student character. The main problem addressed in this study is the absence of a comprehensive operational model at the elementary school level, despite the widely acknowledged theoretical urgency of religious moderation. This research aims to explore how curricular, cultural–behavioral, and institutional policy strategies are implemented, as well as their effectiveness in shaping inclusive character. Drawing on theories of character education, religious moderation, and critical pedagogy, the study employs participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal the development of an Integrated Three-Dimensional Strategy Model: (1) a curricular dimension through the teaching of Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah (ASWAJA) as the theological foundation of moderation; (2) a cultural–behavioral dimension through the practices of 5S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan, Santun) and Jum’at Beramal as internalization of empathetic values; and (3) an adaptive-institutional dimension through digital literacy initiatives and art festivals that create inclusive collaborative spaces. The study concludes that religious moderation can be effectively cultivated when it becomes an institutional culture rather than merely instructional content. It recommends strengthening behavior-based evaluation systems, conducting routine critical reflection, and enhancing school–family–community collaboration to ensure the sustainability of inclusive character development
