Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan telelomunikasi seluler periode 2018-2023. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Du Pont System. Analisis Du Pont System bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan Net Profit Margin, Total Assets Turnover, Return on Investment dan Equity Multiplier yang saling berkaitan untuk menentukan kinerja Return on Equity. Sampel penelitian ini adalah XL Axiata, Tbk; Smartfren Telecom,Tbk; Telkom Indonesia, Tbk ; Indosat, Tbk. Keempat perusahaan ini dipilih karena memiliki fokus produksi pada produk kartu prabayar. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan rasio-rasio keuangan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dengan cara mengoptimalkan aset yang dimiliki sehingga perusahaan bisa mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan keempat perusahaan tersebut memiliki nilai NPM, TATO, ROI dan EM yang berfluktuasi selama periode penelitian yang menyebabkan nilai ROE ikut mengalami fluktuasi. Adanya fluktuasi pada nilai ROE perusahaan ini menggambarkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan kurang baik dikarenakan perusahaan kurang mampu dalam mengefisienkan beban dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan aset yang dimiliki untuk dijadikan pendapatan dan laba bersih. Hasil perbandingan kinerja menunjukan bahwa PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk memiliki kinerja yang paling baik, PT XL Axiata, Tbk dan PT Indosat, Tbk memiliki kinerja yang cukup baik serta PT Smartfren Telecom, Tbk memiliki kinerja yang paling rendah diantara keempat perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rumusan masalah yang dituju, yaitu: Adakah Pengaruh Dakwah Lapas Isyrafu Ad-Dakwi Yayasan ArRisalah Alkhairiyah Terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan Agama Islam Warga Binaan Kelas II B Lubuk Pakam? Penelitian ini dilakukan karna meningkatnya pengetahuan agama Islam warga binaan kelas II B Lubuk Pakam. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh warga binaan yang mengikuti dakwah kajian lapas di Lembaga Permasyarakatan Kelas II B Lubuk Pakam dengan jumlah sampel 40 orang. Pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan teknik sampling purposive. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan koesioner dangan skala likert. Data penelitian diolah dan dianalisis dengan metode korelasi Spearmen Rank. Untuk mempermudah dibantu dengan spss versi 24.0. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel dakwah kajian lapas dengan variabel peningkatan pengetahuan agama Islam. hasil ini menunjukan bahwa dakwah memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap peningkatan agama Islam di Lapas Lubuk Pakam.

Abstract

الصرف هو العلم المهم الذي يتعلمها في اللغة العربية. ولتقديره لابد من مراحل يجتاز، أحدها هو تطبيق الطريقة المناسبة في تعليم الصرف. إحدى من طريقة التعليم التي يمكن استخدامها في تعليم الصرف هي طريقة التعليم التعاونية لنوع "Teams Game Tournament". وغرض البحث لمعرفة تأثير استخدام طريقة التعليم التعاونية على نتائج تعليم الصرف للتلميذات في الفصل الثامن بالمعهد سبيل المؤمنين ديلي سردانج. والمنهج المستخدم هو المدخل الكمي بالنوع التجريبي مع تصميم البحث (Pre Experimental Design) مع تحكم ما بعد الاختبار القبلي والاختبار البعدي (One Group Pretest-Postest). طريقة الجمع البيانات هي الاختبار. وطريقة التحليل البيانات المستعملة هي طريقة إحصائية البارمترية (Statistic Parametrik Inferensial). النتيجة من الاختبار-ت (To) هي 5،345. والنتيجة Tt من df 27 في معيار 1% هي 2،771. هذا يدل على أن To < Tt (5،345 < 2،052) فيكون الفرض العدمي (Ho) مردود والفرض التبادل (Ha) مقبول. والخلاصة أن وجود تأثير باستخدام طريقة التعليم التعاونية لنوع "Teams Game Tournament" على نتائج تعليم الصرف للتلميذات في الفصل الثامن بالمعهد سبيل المؤمنين ديلي سردانج.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ustaz Asyrofi's preaching on the understanding of Islam among the congregation of the al ikhlas mosque in Koto Mandakek Hamlet, East Pauh Village, Pariaman. The population of this study amounted to 200 people with sampling done by simple random sampling technique or random sample with a total of 40 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The research data were processed and analyzed with the spearman rank correlation test using the help of SPSS 26 for windows. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant influence between the variable of preaching ustaz Asyrofi on the understanding of Islam with a coefficient value of 0.429. These results indicate that preaching has a fairly strong influence on the understanding of Islam in Koto Mandakek Hamlet. For the significance test the results are significant or can be applied to the population because the significance value is 0.018 < than 0.05. then see the contribution of variable X to Y with the coefficient of determination formula, which is r2 x 100% = 0.1840 x 100% = 18.40%. While 81.60% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in this study.

Abstract

Kemampuan shortpass masih kurang, variasi latihan yang monoton sehingga siswa mengalami kejenuhan dalam latihan, dan setelah melakukan passing siswa tidak movement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan passing movement terhadap keterampilan shortpass pada siswa U14 di Sekolah Sepakbola 89 Selindung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain Pre-Experimental Design, khususnya One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 siswa U14 dari Sekolah Sepakbola 89 Selindung. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes passing bola rendah dalam sepakbola. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test, diperoleh nilai thitung 27,606, sedangkan dengan taraf signifikan 0,05% diperoleh nilai ttabel 1,729. Ternyata nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (27,606 > 1,729), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan passing movement terhadap keterampilan short pass siswa SSB 89 Selindung U14. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan latihan passing movement merupakan metode yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan shortpass pada siswa SSB 89 Selindung U14.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Management Accounting Information System and Performance Measurement System on Managerial Performance at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur Tbk. This research uses a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. The respondents in this research were the Business and Administration Department at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. The independent variable used in this research is Managerial Performance. In this research, the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that the management accounting information system and performance measurement system have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. So it can be concluded that H1 and H2 are accepted. The research results also show that the management accounting information system and performance measurement system simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on managerial performance at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur Tbk

Abstract

Abstract—E-commerce-based sales information system at Toko Sahabat Motor, to overcome the problems of the conventional sales system used before. This system is designed to provide convenience in managing product data, transactions, and store information in integrated manner, as well as making it easier for customers to obtain information and online purchase car spare parts. The research uses the waterfall method, with steps such as requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system testing using the black-box testing method. The results showed that the information system built can improve store operational efficiency, provide faster and more accurate services, and support digital marketing strategies. The system is also designed with key features such as product data management, user registration, order processing, and payment options via COD and bank transfer, which are relevant to meet the needs of customers in the target area. Abstract

This study evaluates the contribution of Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-T) students from the Islamic College (STAI) As-Sunnah in enhancing children's enthusiasm for Islamic religious learning and Quranic reading in Ridan Permai Village. Using a qualitative descriptive method with an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, data were collected before and after intervention through observation, interviews, and activity documentation. Results show significant improvements in children's enthusiasm for Islamic studies and Quranic reading abilities following KKN-T student interventions through various learning activities such as Quran memorization and tahsin circles, Arabic language learning, prophetic biography studies, ablution and adhan practice training, and Islamic competitions. Community participation in village religious activities also increased. These findings demonstrate that the KKN-T program can serve as an effective model for enhancing learning enthusiasm and community engagement in religious education at the local level.

Abstract

Doping is the administration of oral or paralytic drugs or concoctions to an athlete with the aim of increasing unnatural accuracy. In Indonesia, the prohibition on the use of doping consisting of prohibited substances and/or methods is regulated in Law Number 11 of 2022 concerning Sports. The use of doping is contrary to the principle of "fair play" in matches and also harms the spirit of sport which upholds the values of honesty and justice. However, currently the law on sports in Indonesia does not yet contain criminal sanctions regarding violations of the use of prohibited substances and/or methods, so it is still based on the Law on Narcotics in imposing sanctions. A normative method based on legal materials as the main source.

Abstract

Drug-induced autoimmunity (DIA) presents a complex obstacle in pharmacological safety due to its rare occurrence and unpredictable manifestation, often compounded by class imbalance in clinical datasets. This study investigates the influence of three loss functions, Binary Cross-Entropy (BCE), Focal Loss, and Dice Loss, on the performance of deep learning architectures comprising Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), and 2-Layer Neural Network (SimpleNN). Models were trained using numerical molecular descriptors from the publicly available DIA dataset. The architectures were chosen based on their complementary properties: MLP is suitable for high-dimensional tabular descriptor data, CNN was examined to explore whether 1D convolutions can capture localized feature interactions among correlated descriptors, and 2-Layer Neural Network served as a lightweight baseline for comparison. A stratified 5-fold cross-validation strategy was employed to ensure statistical robustness. The results demonstrate that the MLP model, optimized with Focal Loss, consistently delivered the highest classification performance, achieving average scores of 94% accuracy, 93% precision, 95% recall, 94% F1-score, and an AUC of 0.97. In contrast, CNN and SimpleNN architectures yielded less favorable outcomes under the same loss configurations. These findings highlight the importance of aligning loss function choice with model complexity in the context of imbalanced biomedical data. The insights from this work contribute to the development of more reliable computational frameworks for early-phase immunogenicity screening and support the advancement of precision pharmacovigilance strategies.
