Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk memformulasikan dan menerapkan model Internships Work Based Learning pada pembelajaran praktik untuk meningkatkan life skill dan jiwa entrepreneur mahasiswa vokasi. Model penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini   dilaksanakan di Laboratorium  Media Penddidikan, dan laboratorium kelistrikan dan AC Mobil Jurusan Teknik Mesin FT. UNNES. Populasi dan sampel penelitian terdiri dari mahasiswa Program Studi D-3 Teknik Mesin (Pendidikan Vokasi) yang mengambil mata kuliah kelistrikan otomotif. Mahasiswa ini terdiri dari satu rombel berjumlah 21 mahasiswa.   Pemenuhan tolok ukur keberhasilan penelitian dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Pengukuran  life skill melalui instrumen tes parktik, sedangkan peningkatan jiwa kewirausahaan mahasiswa diukur melalui isian lembar observasi selama melaksanakan praktik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formulasi model Internships Work Based Learning pada pembelajaran praktik pada mahasiswa D-3 Teknik Mesin merupakan model pembelajaran yang dapat memberikan pengalaman kerja (work experience) atau kerja dalam bimbingan (work shad- owing) saat praktik, pembelajaran terjadi sebagai hasil aktivitas di tempat kerja pada pembelajaran praktik yang meningkatkan life skill dan jiwa entrepreneur. Model dikembangkan dari penjabaran kurikulum, pembuatan RPP, kelengkapan alat, bahan serta adanya kolaborasi antara mahasiswa dengan latar belakang SMA dan SMK dalam ke- lompok pembelajaran praktik. Setelah model diterapkan dalam pembelajaran praktik, pemenuhan tolok ukur penelitian terjadi pada tiga siklus. Siklus pertama, kedua, dan ketiga dengan nilai life skill mahasiswa berturut-turut sebesar: 79,17, 80,74, dan 81,91. Frekuensi mahasiswa yang memperoleh nilai diatas 81 berturut-turut sebanyak 41,86%, 47,62%, dan pada siklus ketiga sebanyak 52,38%. Sedangkan hasil obeservasi terhadap jiwa Entrepreneur mahasiswa  menunjukkan  jiwa  kewirausahaan  mahasiswa  D-3  Teknik  Mesin  meningkat  optimal,  kondisi  ini  ditunjukkan dari pemenuhan sifat-sifat kewirausahaan berupa   frekuensi kehadiran saat praktik, hadir tepat waktu, Suasana pembelajaran berlangsung interaktif, terjalin kerjasama dan diskusi yang efektif dan  interaktif dalam kerja kelompok.

Abstract

The problem revealed in this practical learning model developing assisted by mobile workshops research is to find out the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the learning model assisted by mobile workshop for students' practical skills and entrepreneurial spirit. Research conducted using research and development (R & D) methods with a 4D development model (define, design, develop, disseminate) limited scale trials with the technique before-after without control group design. The practical learning model applies 6 (six) aspects of practical skills and 4 (four) aspects of students' entrepreneurial spirit. The results showed that the learning model assisted by mobile workshop was declared valid based on the average score of Expert 1 cycle II of 3.57 and Expert 2 of cycle II with a mean score of 3.74 with a very valid category and very feasible to use. Based on the practicality questionnaire given to 42 students and 3 teachers the results were "very practical". Based on the assessment of effectiveness using the t test for a 95% significance level obtained the probability value / p value of the test t paired is 0,000 < 0,05. The gain test result with a mean score 0.5359 means that there is  increasing level of practical skills and an entrepreneurial spirit of the students after implementing the practical learning model assisted mobile workshop in medium scale, so that the practical learning model assisted mobile workshop is proven to enhance the practical skills and entrepreneurial spirit of the students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh model pembelajaran proyek berorientasi Ecopreneurship terhadap hasil belajar praktik pengelasan di SMK; (2) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap hasil belajar praktik pengelasan di SMK; (3) Pengaruh interaksi model pembelajaran proyek berorientasi Ecopreneurship dan motivasi belajar siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar praktik Pengelasan di SMK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random sampling yang dilakukan kepada 60 siswa. Pengambilan data diperoleh melalui angket dan tes serta dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji statistik anava dua jalan dengan interaksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada taraf signifikasi 5% : (1) Ada pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran proyek berorientasi Ecopreneurship terhadap hasil belajar praktik Pengelasan di SMK (2) Ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar praktik pengelasan di SMK. (3) Ada pengaruh interaksi model pembelajaran proyek berorientasi Ecopreneurship dan motivasi belajar siswa secara bersama -sama terhadap hasil belajar praktik Pengelasan di SMK. This study is motivated by low of student activity, lack of understanding on environmental problem and non maximum learning outcome of welding practice in class X TKR students in Vocational High School. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of Ecopreneurship-oriented project learning model on the learning outcomes of welding practice in Vocational High School; (2) The effect of motivation on the learning outcomes of welding practice in Vocational High School; (3) The interaction effect of Ecopreneurship-oriented project learning model and student learning motivation simultaneously on learning outcomes of welding practice in Vocational High School. This study was an experimental study using Simple Random sampling technique performed to 60 students. The data were collected through questionnaire and test and analyzed using descriptive statistic and two ways ANOVA statistical test with interaction. The results showed that at 5% significance level: (1) There was an effect of Ecopreneurship-oriented project learning model on the learning outcomes of welding practice in Vocational High School (2) There was an effect of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of welding practice in Vocational High School. (3) There was an interaction effect of Ecopreneurship-oriented project learning model and student learning motivation simultaneously on learning outcomes of welding practice in Vocational High School. This study has an advantage to add insight about the learning model/strategy to improve student learning outcomes, as well as a contribution of scientific work for the development of useful science for society.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi dan peningkatan hasil belajar menggunakan peraga sistem pengisian. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) model ADDIE jenis quasi experimental design dengan model nonequivalent control group design. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan tes. Hasil uji kelayakan oleh ahli media memperoleh persentase sebesar 85,94% sedangkan ahli materi sebesar 89,22%, keduanya memperoleh kriteria sangat layak. Peningkatan nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest sebesar 14,10% untuk kelas kontrol dan sebesar 25,93%. untuk kelas eksperimen. Hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh thitung sebesar -0,69 untuk pretest sedangkan hasil thitung untuk posttest sebesar 3,21. Hasil perhitungan uji n-gain memperoleh rata-rata ngain sebesar 0,23 untuk kelas kontrol dengan kriteria peningkatan rendah dan 0,41 untuk kelas eksperimen dengan kriteria peningkatan sedang. Sumbangan relatif sebesar 41,70%. sedangkan sumbangan efektif 67,60%.

Abstract

Cassava Wingko (Wingsing) is a traditional Indonesian food. Wingko is a kind of cake made from cassava, coconut and other ingredients. Wingsing has an important role for economic growth in the Kandrivillage. More foreign tourists are coming to the village Kandri which is a gateway to travel in wadung Jatibarang as wadug Jatibarang in villages Kandri were officially opened. The purpose of this activity was to: improve the quality and capacity of the Wingsing products through improving the production and the management aspects of the industry partners. The outcomes of this activity were; (1) increased understanding of the partner about management concepts and hygienicproduction techniques of Wingsing. (2) marketable Wingsing packaging techniques, (3) writing in national journals, or an accredited journal, or an international journal about Wingsing productionin the village Kandri. The methods used in the IbM consisted of (1) observation to identify the the problems faced bythe Wingsing producers, (2) a discussion meeting with the Wingsing producers to agree on the techniques to overcome the problems, (3) counseling of hygienictechniques of Wingsing production, (6) integrated training and assistance to improve the quality and quantity of products, marketableWingsingpackaging techniques, improved marketing system of Wingsing. The results of this activity indicated an improvement quality and quantity of Wingsing production, which included the results of a more marketable packaging design, understanding about more hygienicWingsing production process. The indirect impact of this activity was on the increase of production and revenue of Wingsing small business venture. Furthermore, the results of activities has been written in an article and have been sent to International Journal of Research in Higher Education published by Sciedu Press in Canada.

Abstract

Radiator is one of the engine cooling system components that has leakage problems due to corrosion. The leakage in the cooling system can cause bad effects namely overheating. This study aims to find out the effect of sodium chromate inhibitors (Na2CrO4) can reduce the corrosion rate of car radiator components and find out the type of corrosion that occurs in car radiator components in aquades environment. The research method used is a real experiment. The corrosion testing was conducted by specimens immersing from aluminum radiators. The specimen was immersed in distilled water solution with variations in the addition of sodium chromate inhibitors of 0%, 0.3%, 0.5% and 0.7%. The micro photo testing used an optical microscope to determine the type of corrosion. The analysis in this study is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicated of the corrosion rate of aluminum in an aquades environment without inhibitors is 0.0084 mmpy. Meanwhile the corrosion rate of aluminum decreased with the addition of sodium chromate inhibitors (0.3% by 0.0053 mmpy, 0.5% by 0.0051 mmpy and 0.7% by 0.0043 mmpy). Thus the use of sodium chromate inhibitors can extend the life / time of using aluminum radiators. While the type of corrosion that occurs is pitting corrosion.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kelayakan alat peraga yang dirancang dan perbedaan hasil belajar setelah menggunakan alat peraga sistem starter konvensional berbasis audio. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis quasi experimental design dengan model nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI TKR 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen sejumlah 30 peserta didik dan kelas XI TKR 2 sebagai kelas kontrol sejumlah 21 peserta didik. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes dan angket. Hasil uji kelayakan alat peraga oleh ahli media memperoleh persentase 90,00% sedangkan oleh ahli materi 87,49%, hasil tersebut menunjukkan kriteria media sangat layak. Peningkatan rata-rata nilai pretest dan posttest kelas kontrol sebesar 10,31% yaitu dari nilai rata-rata 68,38 menjadi 75,43, sedangkan kelas eksperimen sebesar 18,09% yaitu dari nilai rata-rata 68,53 menjadi 80,93. Hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh nilai thitung pretest sebesar 0,066 sedangkan nilai thitung posttest sebesar 2,970. Hasil perhitungan uji n-gain diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,218 untuk kelas kontrol dengan kriteria peningkatan rendah sedangkan untuk kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,391 dengan kriteria peningkatan sedang.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) kelayakan modul elektronik sistem injeksi bahan bakar bensin dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. 2) efektivitas penerapan modul elektronik sistem injeksi bahan bakar bensin. 3) perbandingan efektivitas modul elektronik sistem injeksi bahan bakar bensin dengan modul konvensional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi experimental). Hasil uji kedua validator ahli media memberikan nilai dengan kriteria sangat layak dan layak untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Sedangkan kedua validator ahli materi memberikan nilai dengan kriteria sangat layak dan layak untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penerapan modul elektronik sistem injeksi bahan bakar bensin pada kelas eksperimen mengalami kenaikan rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 38,29, dari yang sebelumnya 39,64 menjadi 77,93. Nilai rata-rata posttest pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi 6,86 dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang sebesar 71,07. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji dua rata-rata, nilai posttest pada kedua kelas diperoleh tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara kelas kontrol dengan kelas eksperimen. Kata Kunci: efektivitas, modul elektronik, sistem injeksi bahan bakar bensin.

Abstract

Teacher’s job description on the productive program practice consist of such activitiesas planning, implementation, evaluation of productive program practice output,giving guidance and training to students, and doing additional tasks other than theirmain task. The teachers implement their job description in teaching and learningprocess by teaching one subject in accordance with their the certified qualification.In addition, the teachers are involved in school management activities includingnew students enrolment, curirculum preparation and its supporting documents, nationalexamination, school examiantion and others. The teacher’s job description isspecifically determined by the school management and their teaching load consistsof 24-40 credit units, based on the their skills, usefulness and equal distribution

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility level of a planetary type starter motor maintenance aids at the Light Vehicle Engineering’s expertise program in the Vocational High Schools (VHS). The research was conducted in Semarang Vocational High Schools. The study uses of development models consist of 4 stage (Four D) namely: Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. This feasibility of props development results tested on media feasibility tests, material feasibility tests, test of improvement of learning outcomes between students whose learning is applied props with students who are not applied props and student responses to developed props. Analysis of media and material feasibility data using descriptive techniques, analysis of improved student learning outcomes using t-test tests that previously conducted normality tests, homogeneity tests. Based on the results of the study, props were declared eligible to be applied in vocational schools with an acquisition of 94.44% for media experts and 96.25% for material experts. Improved student learning outcomes from t-test results. The analysis of students' responses to props obtained by 87.60% was very well categorized.
