Abstract

Kendala yang dilalui mahasiswa ketika proses menyusun skripsi semakin bertambah di saat keadaan wabah pandemi Covid-19 melanda. Oleh karenanya mahasiswa diharapkan mempunyai pandangan yang positif, hal ini juga berkaitan dengan kepribadian seseorang yaitu suatu perkembangan diri seseorang yang asalnya dari sifat individu tersebut yang dimiliki ketika manusia dilahirkan ke dunia, salah satunya adalah kepribadian ihsan yaitu kepribadian baik atau positif di dalam islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian ihsan dengan stres akademik pada mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun skripsi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun skripsinya. Dari uji korelasi antara kepribadian ihsan dan stres akademik diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi r= -0,527 dengan p= 0,000 p < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang negatif antara kepribadian ihsan dan stres akademik pada mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun skripsi, hal ini menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa yang menyusun skripsi memiliki kepribadian ihsan yang tinggi dalam aplikasi sehari-harinya maka akan sukar mengalami stres akademik. Sebaliknya, jika mahasiswa yang menyusun skripsi memiliki kepribadian ihsan yang rendah dalam aplikasi sehari-harinya maka akan mudah mengalami stres akademik.

Abstract

Learning motivation is something that plays a very important role in the process of seeking knowledge. This study aims to determine the description of learning motivation and the factors that influence learning motivation in teenage hawkers who go to school. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach involving three haw kers as participants. The results of the study show that there are two aspects of learning motivation in students who decide to go to school while selling, namely internal encouragement and external encouragement. First, on the aspect of internal encourage ment, there are desires and desires to succeed, encouragement and needs in learning within the subject, and there are hopes and ideals. Second, in the aspect of external encouragement, there are rewards in learning, interesting activities in learning, and there is a conducive learning environment. Factors that influence learning motivation in teenage hawkers are emotional attitudes, stimulation with interesting learning media, affection, and positive reinforcement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the level of maternal guilt experienced by female intensive care unit (ICU) nurses in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. Maternal guilt is a common emotional experience among working mothers and often arises when women find it difficult to meet the dual demands of their professional responsibilities and the expectations associated with motherhood. Female ICU nurses, who work in a high-pressure environment with significant demands on their time and energy, are particularly vulnerable to experiencing this guilt due to the nature of their work, which requires constant vigilance and care for critically ill patients. This study was conducted using a descriptive survey design, involving 105 female ICU nurses from 11 hospitals in South Kalimantan. The study used the Maternal Occupational Guilt Scale (MEGS) to measure the level of maternal guilt. Findings showed that the majority of nurses surveyed reported experiencing moderate to high levels of maternal guilt. Those aged 30–39 years and those with two or three children were found to be particularly affected. This study highlights the need for targeted interventions to support female ICU nurses in managing their dual roles, with the potential for such initiatives to improve mental health outcomes and enhance the quality of care provided to patients. Furthermore, this study underscores the importance of understanding the cultural and social context of maternal guilt in South Kalimantan to develop effective and culturally sensitive strategies. A comprehensive understanding of this local context is essential to alleviate this emotional burden and support the well-being of these healthcare professionals.

Abstract

Chronic illness is a dangerous disease that cannot be underestimated or ignored because it can cause death at any time, but this is not an excuse for some students at UIN Antasari where they live and continue their studies well even though in their bodies there are diseases that can cause death, this is because they choose to trust God because with trust they can live their lives better. So from that researchers are interested in examining the description of the trust process in students who have chronic diseases at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin and factors that influence attitudes trust.  This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were 3 students of UIN Antasari who had chronic diseases.  Data collection in this study was obtained using Anecdotal Record observation techniques, and semi-structured interviews.  After the data is collected, it is then analyzed with the stages of editing, coding, description and concluding data.  Based on the results of this study, there are several aspects that arise after making trust, such as the emergence of calm and peace, generate strength, Rida, and the emergence of hope. The factors that influence tawakal behavior are, first, the environmental factors which come from the surrounding environment such as family, friends and the community.  These two factors are experiences in which the fator is able to provide input for life values.

Abstract

Fanaticism is an over-zealous attitude towards a particular perspective or attitude regarding community practice. For the recitation pilgrims, the Zuhdi teacher himself has a figure that is one of the things that is positive for everyone, because the respected figure is considered to be able to provide benefits that are considered positive and deserve fanaticism from many communities. How a person interacts is inseparable from the environment that shapes a person's personality. This type of research is a descriptive-qualitative field research, the method used by the author is a method for examining an object from a state of condition or a system of thought from the subject, the researcher collects a number of data obtained directly from the research location using information obtained from the object research through data collection instruments namely observation and interviews. Because Zuhdi teacher recitation worshipers at the Mosque of Jami are very many and from various backgrounds. Data collection techniques used are fanaticism scale, semi-structured interviews, and non-participant observation with subjects totaling 4 people with characteristics of recitation congregation aged 20-50 years. Based on the results that researcher have obtained in all four subjects have a dimension of fanaticism, the amount of interest and love for one type of activity, S and MI subjects have a strong interest, while the MA and Z subjects have a very strong interest because it attaches photos of Master Zuhdi at home and even saves photos and his deeds in special notes. So, fanaticism is a concept adopted by someone who has contributed to his life and makes his emotions become more mature or wise. Fanaticism in this study is one form of love and belonging to a society/group of figures who are believed to have made a major contribution in themselves and their lives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the personality level of Islamic Psychology Study Program students, to see the stress level of Islamic Psychology Study Program students and to see the relationship between the student's personality and the stress level of Islamic Psychology Department students. This research used field research with quantitative. The population of this study was the students of the Islamic Psychology Study Program at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin adding 565 students. The sampling technique uses probability sampling techniques. The research sample consisted of 113 students. The results of the study: 1) There is a significant relationship between Mushin personality and stress levels with a significance level of 0.001 (p <0.050) and together it makes an effective contribution of 10.1%. 1% (25 people), medium intensity 58.4% (66 people) and low intensity 19.5% (22 people). 3) Data on the results of stress levels in the high category 26.5% (30 people), medium intensity 62.8% (71 people), and low intensity 10.6% (12 people).

Abstract

Employee happiness greatly affects their performance. With higher happiness, middle-aged employees will be more optimal so that they can make a positive contribution to their family and the surrounding environment. The purpose of this research is to know a picture of happiness and to identify the happiness factor felt by middle age female employees at Kumala Laundry, Banjarmasin City. This research is field research, qualitative research methods. The research subjects were 2 women working at Kumala Laundry in Banjarmasin City. Data collection techniques using interviews and observations. The results obtained showed that happiness in middle age female employees was in the cognitive and affective aspects. From the cognitive aspects of subjects S and A have different life satisfaction. The affective aspect of the two subjects also had different results, but they both accepted and were grateful for what they got. The factors that affect the happiness of subject S are money, marriage, social life, health and religion, while subject A is money, marriage, age, health and religion

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, which has an increasing number of cases every day, and brings many changes in various aspects of life has resulted in many individuals who feel anxiety from the virus, including students. To overcome this anxiety by increasing worship, which in this case is related to religiosity. The research objective was to determine the level of religiosity and anxiety of UIN Antasari Islamic Psychology Department students in facing the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the relationship between the two.This research uses quantitative research methods. The population was 565 students of the Islamic Psychology Department, while the sample was 113 students. The sampling technique is the random sampling technique. Research results: 1) There is no low-frequency religiosity level. Medium frequency 22 people (19.5%). High frequency 91 people (80.5%). 2) Low-frequency anxiety level does not exist. Medium frequency 74 people (65.5%). High frequency of 39 people (34.5%). 3) There is a significant relationship between religiosity and anxiety with a value of rxy = 0.208 and a significant level of p = 0.027 where (p <0.05) and together provide an effective contribution of 20%. And there is also a positive relationship in which the higher the level of religiosity, the higher the level of anxiety.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to examine and know more deeply how the concept of punishment of the two figures, as well as compare the two concepts to find similarities and differences. This research uses qualitative approach, type of literature (library research), with comparative method. Analysis techniques used are content analysis techniques and comparative analysis techniques. From the results of the study, the authors found that, although the two discussed both methods of punishment, there are differences in terms of the formation of the concept of thought, namely on the source of thought, the type of reasoning used, the figure or model in the concept of thought, the intended subject and the lack of orientation. In addition, there are similarities and differences in terms of the content of thought, similarities obtained in terms of principle or causality, utility or usefulness, the presence of side effects, as well as the priorities of theory. While the differences are obtained in terms of the specifics of the discussion, the purpose of punishment, opinions in looking at punishment, the pattern of punishment, the absence of stages of application, intervention, and approval of the use of punishment.

Abstract

AbstractLecturers are professionals and scientists with the main task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, and art through research, education, and of course community service. One of the efforts to improve the ability of lecturers is to pay attention to their workload. The workload received by the individual can produce pressure that is manifested under certain conditions. Preliminary studies conducted by the author, namely lecturers with additional tasks who received assignments regarding optimizing the Tri Dharma of higher education also turned out to be charged with administrative affairs of institutions, coupled with human resource problems. The research used is a qualitative type with a case study approach. The subject is a lecturer with additional assignments at the Islamic Psychology Study Program, Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques using interview techniques. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study obtained different perceptions of the workload of 4 subjects.
