Abstract

This study aimed to explore the influence of Arabic vocabulary absorption in the communication of the Gorontalo community and its impact on Arabic language learning. The research’s background was the long-term interaction between the Gorontalo and Arabic languages through Islamic religious teaching, which led to significant changes in the phonology, morphology, and semantics of the Gorontalo language. This research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive and contrastive analysis approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation in Limboto District, focusing on Pone and Biyonga villages. The study identified over 150 Gorontalo vocabulary words absorbed from Arabic, spanning various aspects of daily life, both religious and secular. Phonological and morphological changes demonstrated adaptation processes, while semantic changes reflected contextualization within the local culture. These findings underscored the importance of contrastive-based Arabic teaching approaches tailored for Gorontalo speakers, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of language learning. By addressing the specific linguistic characteristics of the Gorontalo language, such strategies could improve learners’ understanding and retention of Arabic vocabulary. In conclusion, this study provides significant insights into the linguistic interplay between Arabic and Gorontalo, offering a foundation for developing more contextualized and effective language learning strategies. It contributes to the broader field of sociolinguistics and language pedagogy.

Abstract

This paper elaborates about educational character based on Prophet Muhammad Saw’s traditions. Some problems are arising on our youth generation, such as narcotic distribution, free sex, students fighting, etc., make us and education practical to find a solution in order to save the generation. Finding solution for the problems have been mentioned above is not too difficult, since we are serious to study and understand Islam teaching. It is because one of the main objectives of delegating Prophet Muhammad Saw is to repair human character. The Prophet Muhammad Saw) that all his attitude and behaviour are reflection from Al Qur’an has been succeed to build one generation is known as Rabbani, namely the generation who perfect on their belief of God and their character. The qualified education theory is valid theory logically and comes from outdebating source or reference, and the theory is only met in the Quran and the traditions of the prophet Muhammad Saw which are the main theme of this journal.

Abstract

The article aims to examine the impact of Covid 19 on the income of traditional market traders in East Limehe Village. In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak that is happening in the community, especially traders and also since several areas have imposed restrictions on the movement of people, the crowd has done partial quarantine so that many traders are losing money because buyers are very rare or even absent. Before Covid 19, visitors to the market were very busy. However, with the emergence of the Covid 19 pandemic which shocked all regions in Indonesia, especially East Limehe Village, the number of visitors who came has begun to decrease. The reason is because of the social restriction policies and prevention of the spread of Covid 19 imposed by the government. This research was carried out in the implementation of the KKS integrated community service program as an effort to participate in Tabongo District, especially East Limehe Village, so that the community, especially traditional market traders, during this pandemic period. The approach steps used are as follows: Planning, preparation, implementation.

Abstract

East Luwu Regency is one of the Second Level Regions in the province of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The regency originated from the expansion of North Luwu Regency which was passed by Law No. 7/2003 on 25 February 2003. Malili is the capital city of East Luwu Regency, located at the northern end of the Gulf of Bone. community engagement ensures the long-term success of bridge projects. By empowering communities, fostering transparency, and considering social and economic factors, we can build bridges that truly benefit everyone.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan pendampingan berbasis MGMP dalam upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru mata pelajaran dalam penulisan soal pilihan ganda yang baik dan benar, yang bermanfaat bagi Kepala Sekolah dalam rangka melaksanakan pendampingan berbasis MGMP bagi guru mata pelajaran/guru sasaran dalam menulis soal pilihan ganda yang baik dan benar. Hipotesis tindakan: jika pendampingan berbasis MGMP dilaksanakan dengan baik maka profesionalisme guru mata pelajaran dalam menulis soal pilihan ganda yang baik dan benar bagi guru SMA Negeri 6 Mataram semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 dapat ditingkatkan.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus, masing-masing siklus dua kali pertemuan. Tahapan setiap siklus adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah; 1) Hasil observasi Kepala Sekolah  maupun observasi guru selama proses pembimbingan telah memperoleh skor rata-rata >  4,0 (Kategori baik), 2) Hasil kerja guru dalam menulis soal pilihan ganda secara klasikal  memperoleh prosentase > 85% tuntas, dan secara individual memperoleh  nilai rata-rata > 85,00. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I observasi Kepala Sekolah rata-rata (3,58), observasi guru rata-rata (3,54) dan hasil kerja individual rata-rata nilai (76,29) dengan prosentase ketercapaian (16,67%). Pada siklus II observasi Kepala Sekolah rata-rata (4,42) observasi guru rata-rata (4,11) dan hasil kerja individual rata-rata nilai (94,47) dengan prosentase ketercapaian (94,44%). Indikator keberhasilan telah tercapai, penelitian di nyatakan berhasil dan dihentikan pada siklus II. Sistem pendampingan berbasis MGMP sangat efektif dalam upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru mata pelajaran di SMA Negeri 6 Mataram dalam menulis soal pilihan ganda sesuai dengan kaidah yang berlaku. Disarankan agar Kepala Sekolah lainnya mencoba untuk mengadakan pembinaan, pembimbingan, dan atau pendampingan bagi guru mata pelajaran di sekolahnya dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi, kualitas, dan profesionalisme guru dalam bidang pedagogic terlebih khusus bagi kompetensi/kemampuan menulis soal pilihan ganda yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan kaidah yang berlaku.
