Abstract

Aktivitas bisnis dunia maya atau online shope begitu marak akhir-akhir ini, seperti COD, karena ini bagian dari muamalah bisnis maka bisnis bagi seorang muslim bukan hanya perkara untung rugi, namun lebih dari itu bisnis bicara surga dan neraka sehingga pengusaha ataupun juga bukan pengusaha wajib memahami terkait halal serta haram dalam bisnis dan muamalah. Bisnis adalah suatu aktivitas individu atau kelompok/organisasi untuk memproduksi dan memasarkan barang atau jasa kepada konsumen dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan atau profit. Jadi bisnis Islami adalah bisnis yang sesuai syariah Islam, demikian juga bahwa bisnis adalah sekumpulan aktivitas atau perbuatan manusia dimana perbuatan tersebut wajib terikat dengan syariah Islam, Bagi seorang Muslim berbisnis Islami itu merupakan konsekuensi dari keimanan, di samping itu bisnis Islami adalah solusi untuk masalah manusia, sekaligus akan membawa maslahat, maka wajib bagi seorang muslim terlebih dahulu memahami fikih bisnis sebelum terjun ke dunia usaha agar terbebas dari keharaman.

Abstract

This research is to find out whether the bonus given by PT. HNI-HPAI is in accordance with the ju'alah contract. The method in this study is a descriptive analysis method from personal studies on various information such as websites, desktop sites, and other social media. The research shows that PT HPAI adheres to a Multilevel Marketing business work system based on Islamic sharia. There is an element of service in the MLM system, meaning that a distributor sells goods that do not belong to him and he gets a wage from a percentage of the price of the goods and if he can sell according to the target he gets a bonus or gift set by the company. Bonuses or gifts in Islam are called al-jualah. Sell ​​is a wage or gift that has been promised to someone because he has done a job and the wage/gift can be given because the work that has been determined has been completed. According to the DSN fatwa NUMBER 62/DSNMUI/XII/2007 regarding the al-jualah contract, there are 5 conditions that must be considered by multi-level marketing companies, especially sharia-based MLM. PT. HNI-HPAI as a company that adheres to the MLM work system has met the requirements of the DSN fatwa. Keywords: MLM, ju'âlah, HNI-HPAI

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman zakat, pendapatan, dan altruisme terhadap kepatuhan pengusaha muslim untuk membayar zakat perniagaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik nonprobability sampling sebanyak 99 responden. Pemahaman zakat, pendapatan, dan altruisme memiliki kontribusi sebesar 85% terhadap kepatuhan pengusaha muslim membayar zakat perniagaan, sedangkan sisanya 15% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya di luar model penelitian ini. Hasil dari uji t disimpulkan bahwa variabel pemahaman zakat, pendapatan, dan altruisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pengusaha muslim untuk membayar zakat perniagaan di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Berdasarkan uji ANOVA, F-hitung diperoleh sebesar 179.653 lebih besar dari F-tabel (2.700), disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman zakat, pendapatan, dan altruisme berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepatuhan pengusaha muslim untuk membayar zakat perniagaan.

Abstract

Lots of life problems experienced by humans due to lack of wealth, but on the other hand, people who have excess wealth also experience many problems. Generally, people who have excess wealth will be arrogant and arbitrary, feel that everything can be managed and see other people who are below them in a small way. A study has found a clear link between wealth and indifference to the feelings of others. In Indonesia, we receive a lot of information through various media about the arrogant attitudes of rich people. Increasingly, news about this matter has become routine consumption for the community and of course it will have an adverse impact. For this reason, researchers want to further examine how the urgency of maqasid sharia is in managing assets. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. To answer the existing problems, researchers will use secondary data that has been previously published. This research concludes that humans must be aware of the nature of their existence and the various resources they have are not absolute ownership, because absolute ownership belongs only to Allah Swt. The big step to free oneself from mismanagement of wealth and greed is to return to God, Allah Swt. and focuses on how to be a better Muslim

Abstract

This research was carried out in order to gain a better understanding of cryptocurrencies, as well as the position of Islamic law in relation to them as a form of alternative investment in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative investigation utilizing phenomenological and descriptive methodologies. The data that was used came from the library and was backed by a number of papers and books that were linked to the issues that were investigated in this study using a syar'i normative methodology. It is possible to invest in Crytocurrency, trade Crytocurrency, or utilize Crytocurrency as a form of payment. In addition to Bitcoin, several other forms of Crytocurrency are also seeing widespread use. Different points of view on Crytocurrency can be found within the community, which can give rise to both pros and negatives. Because there is no legislation in Indonesia that recognizes Crytocurrency as a form of payment or currency, it is illegal to utilize Crytocurrency there. Since the price is still volatile and there are still flaws in the security, the discussion around cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin has not yet reached an advantageous point. Some Ulama say, from the perspective of Islamic law, that this kind of digital currency does not have clarity and cannot be physically seen, allowing for the possibility of fraud. As a result, they consider Crytocurrency to have aspects of Gharar. The usage of Crytocurrency in investment and trading makes it inseparable from speculation about the price, which is highly volatile and is solely used as a tool for making profits and losses. Maysir is a component of Crytocurrency. Because the significance of this crypto currency spans such a wide range of areas, particularly those pertaining to technology and the economy.

Abstract

One of the indicators of the viability of a bank is its profit. Profitability is an important indicator for the long-term survival of the operation of Islamic institutions. The formulation of this research problem is whether DPK and murabahah margin have a partial and simultaneous effect on CSR. Is there a simultaneous and partial influence of deposits, murabahah margins, and CSR on Bank Sumut Syariah's profits? Can CSR mitigate the impact of deposits and murabahah margins on Bank Sumut Syariah's profits? The research method used is the quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique. Secondary data in the form of quarterly financial statements of Bank Sumut Syariah is used for the 2019-2022 period. Classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F tests, coefficients of determination, and path analysis are used for data analysis. The results of this study show that: (1) Deposit margin and murabahah affect CSR, as shown by the findings of this study (2) Deposit and murabahah margin affect Bank Sumut Syariah's profit (3) CSR does not have an impact on Bank Sumut Syariah's income. The effect of deposits and murabahah margins on Bank Sumut Syariah's profit cannot be mediated by CSR as an intervening variable. Islamic banking is expected to increase profit generation so as to maintain bank operational stability by increasing fund collection and optimizing incoming revenue, based on research results.

Abstract

Tenis (Teh Nikmat Sidamanik) adalah salah satu Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang menghasilkan produk teh khas Sidamanik yang dikemas secara modern untuk menarik minat konsumen dan mengenalkan cita rasa teh khas Sidamanik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi bauran pemasaran 11P UMKM Tenis dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan penjualan produknya dan mengetahui faktor pendorong dan penghambat dari penerapan bauran pemasaran 11P. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis data model interaktif, uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa UMKM Tenis menerapkan strategi bauran pemasaran 11P dalam meningkatkan penjualan akan tetapi masih terdapat penerapan bauran pemasaran yang masih kurang efektif. Adapun faktor penghambat dalam implementasi bauran pemasaran 11P pada UMKM Tenis yaitu dari faktor Place, Promotion dan Process dan faktor pendukung yaitu dari faktor Product, Price, People, Physical Evidence, Packaging, Promise, Programming, and Partnership. Faktor-faktor yang terdapat pada penelitian ini masih terbatas, sehingga di penelitian selanjutnya peneliti lain diharapkan mampu mengkaji lebih luas tentang bauran pemasaran dengan teknik yang berbeda secara rinci dan kompleks.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what the motives of non-Muslims are to become financing customers at the AmanahInsan Cita (AIC) Sharia People's Financing Bank, Lubuk Pakam branch. This type of research uses aqualitative descriptive approach. The conclusions of this study in brief are: the motives of non-Muslimcommunities to become financing customers of BPRS AIC Lubuk Pakam Branch are based on promotions,products offered by the bank, transparency, and places or locations between people's residences that are easy toreach to the Bank. Things that must be considered and increased by the Bank to increase customers include:increasing fund distribution activities in the form of financing for the community to run optimally so as toincrease profits and improve the performance of a company. As well as increasing the work ethic of employeesso that under financing supervision it can reduce the level of risk in financing and marketing in the financingproducts contained in the BPRS AIC Lubuk Pakam Branch which are more in demand by the public.

Abstract

This study aims to statistically prove the effect of price, brand image and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Bella Square hijab among FEBI UINSU students. The sample method used in this study uses the formula hair, et al. The sample in this study were students who often buy or use Bella Square hijabs with a total of 75 people. The primary data obtained were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis through the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results of this study indicate that price has a significant effect on buyer decisions with a t-value of 2.074 > 1.6666, a significance of 0.002 <0.05. Brand image has a significant effect on buyer decisions with a t-value of 3.361 > 1.6666, a significance of 0.019 <0.05. Lifestyle has a significant effect on buyer decisions with a t-value of 2.011 > 1.6666, a significance of 0.001 <0.05. Price, brand image and lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Hijab Bella Square among FEBI UINSU students with an f count of 11,581 > 2.73 with a significance of 0.001 <0.05.
