Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze marketing strategies to attract shopping interest at the Sedekah Online Store. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative and the author uses a SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is a systematic identification of factors to formulate a marketing strategy. Then to find out the results of the SWOT analysis in the marketing strategy to attract shopping interest using the IFAS and EFAS matrices can be identified as important factors both from the internal and external environment which are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of shopping interest. The results of the analysis obtained is a growth oriented strategy, this strategy indicates a strong company condition and is able to continue to grow by taking the opportunities and opportunities that exist to achieve maximum turnover. This strategy was chosen because the calculation results are in quadrant I where the total score of strengths and weaknesses is 2.84 and the total score of opportunities and threats is 2.34. Positions in this quadrant are very profitable and can be applied to the fullest. Consumers' shopping interest can be increased by increasing promotions with the concept of shopping while giving charity and providing understanding to consumers about the benefits and importance of giving alms to society by using existing technological developments to make it easier for consumers to shop at the Online Alms Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relevance and implications of Maqashid Syariah and Muamalah in e-commerce transactions in Indonesia. The aim of this study is to understand how the principles of Maqashid Sharia and Muamalah can be applied in the context of e-commerce transactions, as well as to identify the benefits and challenges that arise in applying those principles. This research method uses a qualitative approach by conducting a literature review involving the study of scientific literature, official documents, and practice guidelines related to e-commerce and Islamic economics. Qualitative analysis was conducted to explore and understand the implications of Maqashid Sharia and Muamalah principles in e-commerce transactions in Indonesia. The results showed that Maqashid Syariah and Muamalah have significant relevance in the context of e-commerce in Indonesia. The application of these principles can ensure halal in transactions, maintain fairness, protect consumers, and create a business environment with integrity. However, there are challenges in implementing these principles, including a lack of awareness and understanding of the principles of Islamic economics, differences in interpretation, and limitations in monitoring and enforcing the rules. Therefore, collaborative efforts are needed between the government, business actors, and related institutions to increase understanding, develop codes of practice, and increase supervision in e-commerce transactions in accordance with Maqashid Syariah and Muamalah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana Penerapan Laporan Keuangan Masjid dan Sistem Manajemen Keuangan Dalam Memakmurkan Masjid di Masjid Nurul Islam, Karang Berombak, Kecamatan Medan Barat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian pada Masjid Nurul Islam, Karang Berombak, Kecamatan Medan Barat adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diambil dari hasil wawancara dan data sekunder di ambil dari laporan keuangan masjid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan laporan keuangan Masjid Nurul Islam, Karang Berombak, Kecamatan Medan Barat, Kota Medan berdasarkan ISAK 35 kurang memenuhi standar ISAK 35. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari penyajian laporan keuangan yang dibuat oleh Masjid Nurul Islam, Karang Berombak, Kecamatan Medan Barat tidak adanya melakukan penyajian laporan keuangan yang terdiri dari Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Penghasilan Komperehensif dan Laporan Perubahan Asset Neto tetapi hanya membuat dua laporan keuangan yaitu Laporan Arus Kas dan Catatan Atas laporan Keuangan. Dalam Sistem manajemen keuangan dalam memakmurkan masjid yang diterapkan oleh Masjid Nurul Islam, Karang Berombak, Kecamatan Medan Barat, Kota Medan sudah berjalan dengan baik dan efektif. Dimana Sistem manajemen keuangan yang diterapkan Masjid Nurul Islam, Karang Berombak, Kecamatan Medan Barat, Kota Medan berlandaskan dasar manajemen POAC yaitu Perencanaan (planning), Pengorganisasian (Organizing), Pelaksanaan (Actuating), dan Pengawasan (Actuating).Kata Kunci : ISAK 35, Laporan Keuangan, Manajemen Keuangan, Kemakmuran, Masjid

Abstract

The non-communicable disease with the greatest morbidity rate in Indonesian society is hypertension. Because the public frequently is unaware of this disease, the rise in incidence from year to year is highly concerning. An illness called hypertension is frequently experienced by elderly persons. The goal of this study was to determine how the prevalence of hypertension in Baja Kuning Village related to the characteristics of respondents based on age, gender, occupation, education, and history of hypertension. Cross-sectional study design using the Chi-Square statistical test and univariate and bivariate analysis are the methods employed. How to use a sphygmomanometer to assess hypertension by knocking on the doors of persons who are willing to have their blood pressure taken. According to the study's findings, there was a correlation between the characteristics of the respondents and the prevalence of hypertension based on age (p=0.001), gender (p=0.035), and previous hypertension (p=0.000). That is, there is a substantial correlation between the incidence of hypertension in Baja Kuning Village and the three variables. In Baja Kuning Village, Tanjung Pura District, the risk factor variables that cannot be adjusted tend to raise the risk of hypertension, according to the findings.

Abstract

This research aims to test the level of usability in fintech payment applications. The type of research in this thesis is quantitative. The data used is primary data which was processed through distributing questionnaires with variable instruments using a Likert scale which was distributed to respondents totaling approximately 100 people. The research method in this thesis uses a quantitative method using the PACMAD (People At The Center of Mobile Application Development) usability model. The data analysis technique used is a data analysis test consisting of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, and also using multiple linear analysis, which consists of F test, T test, and test the coefficient of determination (R²) using the SPSS version 22 application to process the data. The results of this research show that the effectiveness aspect has a significant positive effect on the usability of fintech payment applications. The efficiency aspect has a significant positive effect on the usability of fintech payment applications. The Satisfaction aspect does not affect the usability of fintech payment applications. The Learnability aspect has a significant positive effect on the usability of fintech payment applications. The Memorability aspect does not affect the usability of fintech payment applications. The error aspect does not affect the usability of fintech payment applications. And the risk aspect has a significant positive effect on the usability of fintech payment applications.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah non-muslim terhadap kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh Bank Syariah di kota Aek Kanopan. Ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Potential Gain In Customer Value (PGCV), serta mengidentifikasi fitur atau layanan apa saja yang harus diperbaiki oleh karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja layanan sehingga kepuasan pelanggan dapat dicapai. Analisis deskriptif kuantitatif adalah jenis penelitian yang menggambarkan variabel secara nyata dan didukung dengan data angka yang berasal dari situasi yang sebenarnya. Dalam penelitian ini, setidaknya 30 klien yang tidak beragama Islam menjadi responden. Selanjutnya, Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (CSI) dan Indeks Potential Gain In Customer Value (PGCV) digunakan, masing-masing dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Metode PGCV digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas atribut perbaikan pelayanan, sedangkan metode CSI mengukur seberapa besar tingkat kepentingan dan kepuasaan nasabah. Dari penelitian ini, nilai CSI sebesar 92% menunjukkan bahwa nasabah "sangat puas", dan PGCV menunjukkan atribut perbaikan dengan indeks 3,76, yaitu fasilitas parkir untuk nasabah yang akan melakukan transaksi berikutnya, dengan index 3,47 yang menunjukkan penampilan karyawan dan index 3,22 yang menunjukkan kesigapan karyawan dalam memberikan layanan. Oleh karena itu, sebagai bagian dari prioritas pelayanan Bank Syariah Indonesia Kab. LABURA untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, perusahaan harus melakukan perbaikan.

Abstract

One of the indicators of the viability of a bank is its profit. Profitability is an important indicator for the long-term survival of the operation of Islamic institutions. The formulation of this research problem is whether DPK and murabahah margin have a partial and simultaneous effect on CSR. Is there a simultaneous and partial influence of deposits, murabahah margins, and CSR on Bank Sumut Syariah's profits? Can CSR mitigate the impact of deposits and murabahah margins on Bank Sumut Syariah's profits? The research method used is the quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique. Secondary data in the form of quarterly financial statements of Bank Sumut Syariah is used for the 2019-2022 period. Classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F tests, coefficients of determination, and path analysis are used for data analysis. The results of this study show that: (1) Deposit margin and murabahah affect CSR, as shown by the findings of this study (2) Deposit and murabahah margin affect Bank Sumut Syariah's profit (3) CSR does not have an impact on Bank Sumut Syariah's income. The effect of deposits and murabahah margins on Bank Sumut Syariah's profit cannot be mediated by CSR as an intervening variable. Islamic banking is expected to increase profit generation so as to maintain bank operational stability by increasing fund collection and optimizing incoming revenue, based on research results.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi Badan Pusat Statistik kota medan dari periode 2019 hingga 2021 telah terjadinya peningkatan jumlah kemiskinan di kota medan di tahun 2021 sehingga peran dana zakat sangat diperlukan untuk mengatasi kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemberian dana zakat berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik di LAZISMU Kota medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah variabel dana zakat berpengaruh terhadap variabel kesejahteraan mustahik di LAZISMU Kota Medan. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui dari pengaruh variabel tersebut yaitu sebesar 34.5%. Dengan demikian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa besarnya dana zakat yang diberikan kepada mustahik sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik. Namun masih terdapat hal lain atau variabel lainnya yang mempengaruh kesejahteraan mustahik selain variabel dana zakat di LAZISMU Kota Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna melihat bagaimana kualitas produk rebranding dapat menarik minat para nasabah untuk menabung di Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Simpang Kayu Besar. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dimana peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara kepada pihak-pihak terkait dan melihat sumber-sumber pustaka lainnya. Dari hasil dari penelitian mengenai penerapan rebranding produk dampak positif yang didapat dalam melalukan strategi rebranding produk yaitu meningkatnya jumlah nasabah dan bertambahnya jumlah dana yang berhasil di akuisisi pada Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Simpang Kayu Besar.

Abstract

This research was designed to determine the influence of interest rates and inflation on the exchange rate in the post-Covid-19 economic recovery era in Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative using secondary data taken from the official BI website. The data used are exchange rates, interest rates and inflation from January 2019 to December 2022 on a monthly basis. To test this data, the multiple linear regression method was used. The results of this research show that the research results show that the calculated F value is 11.104 with an F table value of 2.901 so that the calculated F is greater than the F table (11.104 > 2.901). Analysis of the calculation results above also shows that sig. = 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Interest Rates and Inflation have a significant simultaneous effect on the Exchange Rate. partially interest rates and inflation have a significant effect on the exchange rate.
