Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the E-Planning application in the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of North Sumatra, the obstacles in implementing the e-planning system. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study using interviews in data collection. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative research type with locations in North Sumatra BAPPEDA. The methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that in practice the implementation of the e-planning system has been carried out well, but there are several obstacles, namely, human resources that are not evenly distributed in regional development planning, inconsistency in development planning due to political pressure and frequent changes that occur. The way for North Sumatra BAPPEDA to overcome these obstacles is by conducting training, implementing e-planning and following changes quickly and precisely.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi dan promosi terhadap tingkat penjualan kue pukis. Kue pukis merupakan salah satu jajanan tradisional Indonesia yang masih digemari oleh berbagai kalangan masyarakat. Kue Pukis Kotabaru adalah sebuah usaha franchise makanan yang memproduksi makanan berjenis pukis dan martabak. Usaha ini didirikan di kota Yogyakarta dan saat ini telah berkembang ke 8 daerah di Indonesia. Mereka menetapkan lokasi berdasarkan tingkat strategis dan kemudahan aksesibilitas. Promosi dilakukan melalui media digital, khususnya Instagram, dan dilihat dari jumlah like dan comment. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan alat wawancara secara mendalam kepada narasumber yakni pemilik usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi dan promosi sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat penjualan kue pukis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi lokasi dan promosi adalah kunci dalam meningkatkan penjualan kue pukis dan menyarankan penjual untuk tetap terus mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang digunakan dengan melihat perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat dan pengembangan digitalisasi. Bukan hanya berdasarkan promosi, kualitas produk dan pelayanan yang baik tentu akan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Sidikalang is known as a producer of robusta coffee beans which are known to have high levels of caffeine, reaching 70-80%. The quality of the coffee beans produced has stronger physical and taste characteristics. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Marketing Mix(4p) on consumer purchasing decisions for Sidikalang Coffee (Case study of Sidikalang's Tapik Coffee). This type of research used is quantitative research. Data was collected using questionnaire data and direct surveys filled with 100 respondents. The analysis tools used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). The results of the study concluded that the Product, Price and Promotion Variables had a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Sidikalang's coffee consumers (partially). Location did not have a significant effect on the purchase decision. Sidikalang's appearance, which is so delicious, is no longer in doubt about its quality.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, which number in the thousands, actually have enormous potential in the economic sector. However, the potential of Islamic boarding schools has not been given much attention, either by the government or the Islamic boarding schools themselves. The number of Islamic boarding schools in North Sumatra is 183, one of which is the Dar Ma'rifat Islamic Boarding School in Kelambir Lima Village, Hamparan Perak Village, Deli Serdang Regency. So that the economic empowerment of Islamic boarding schools greatly contributes to improving the welfare of the people of North Sumatra in general and the Islamic boarding school students in particular. This community service provides significant benefits for the students and female students of the Darul Ma'rifat Islamic Boarding School. To achieve a better and more sustainable impact, further efforts need to be made in providing education, mentoring and support in the strategic role of Islamic boarding schools in economic empowerment for students at the Darul Ma'rifat Islamic Boarding School, Kelambir Lima Village, Hamparan Perak Village, Deli Serdang, especially in financial management towards independent Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this research is to find out the Population Administration Service at the Population and Civil Registration Office of North Sumatra Province. This research is motivated by the number of community complaints against the Population Administration service at the Population and Civil Registration Office of North Sumatra Province. The author conducted this study to find out the services of the Population Administration at the Kampar Regency Population and Civil Registration Office as well as obstacles in the implementation of population administration services at the North Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of promotion, loan disbursement procedure, syaria aspect, and location on the interest of customers using rahn products on syaria pawnshops. The research used quantitative research. The population in this research is all customers who used rahn products on syaria pawnshops. The technique of sampling method used convenience sampling and retrieved samples of 100 respondents. For data analysis method, using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results of this study indicated that promotion, loan disbursement procedure, syaria aspect, and location simultaneously affect the interest. Partially, the result shows that promotion, loan disbursement procedure, syaria aspect, and location have a significant effect on the interest of customers using rahn products at the  Kuala Simpang  Syariah Pawnshop Head Office

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of incoming and outgoing mail and the obstacles in the management of incoming and outgoing mail. In this study using a qualitative method. Interviews, observations, and literature studies were used to obtain data in this study. The conclusions in this study are: (1) Management of incoming mail: (a) Receipt of letters, (b) Recording of letters, (c) Attachment of Disposition Sheets, (d) Directions to Management, (e) Follow-up, (f) Storage. (2) Management of outgoing mail: (a) Drafting of Letters, (b) Tiered Approval, (c) Numbering, (d) Distribution, (e) Storage. (1) Barriers to management of incoming mail: (a) Receipt and Processing Time of Letters, (b) Leaders who are on Overseas or Overseas Service Tasks, (c) Difficulty in finding letters because they are still using the agenda book system, (d) Loss of letters - a letter that should be archived. (2) Obstacles in managing outgoing mail: (a) Error in numbering outgoing letters to be sent, (b) Anti-datir letters are sometimes still used in making outgoing letters.

Abstract

In the development of sharia pension funds, important actions are needed to strengthen the institution. The most basic action is to uphold the Principles of Good Islamic Pension Fund Governance (GIPFG). This study aims to find out how the management of the Pos Indonesia Pension Fund is in accordance with the principles of Good Islamic Pension Fund Governance, and what are the obstacles in implementing the GIPFG Principles. This research is a qualitative research. Research subjects in this study were taken by purposive sampling, namely the HR department and the Head of Secretariat and General Affairs. The results of this study indicate that according to the guidelines for the implementation of governance of the Pos Indonesia pension fund Number: KD 161/DIRUT/1217 the management of the Pos Indonesia Pension Fund has not been managed in sharia or not in accordance with the Principles of Good Islamic Pension Fund Governance. Dapenpos' obstacles in implementing the Principles of Good Islamic Pension Fund Governance are because this company is not an Islamic company, there is no role of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) which regulates and oversees the management of Postal pension funds, regulatory restrictions on Islamic pension funds, restrictions on Islamic investment instruments, HR restrictions, the unclear management model of Islamic pension funds, as well as the lack of understanding of Islamic pension funds. Currently the management of Pos Indonesia pension funds is guided by the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 16/POJK.05/2016 concerning Pension Fund Governance which carries out the principles of Good Pension Fund Governance (GPFG), namely Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Justice.

Abstract

PT. Telkom is one of the telecommunications service providers in Indonesia. The BGES unit is a unit that works in the field of marketing. The BGES unit serves Corporate customers to meet the customer's internet service needs. The success of a company is measured by the level of customer satisfaction. CRM is the company's ability to maximize customer value on an ongoing basis by allocating resources more effectively focused on potential customers which in turn can increase revenue, profitability and company value. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is able to influence the customer's desire to be able to develop true relationships, because the convenience obtained through good and efficient relationships between companies and consumers will create a long-lasting approach.

Abstract

: Employee performance must be considered because it is one of the keys to success. If an agency carries out agency activities with poor performance, the agency's image will be unfavorable. According to Law Number 5 of 2014 Concerning the Principles of Civil Service, it gives the understanding that a Civil Servant is every citizen of the Republic of Indonesia who has fulfilled the specified requirements, is appointed by an authorized official and entrusted with other state duties, and is given employee benefits based on statutory regulations. -applicable invitations. In this case, discipline is a process used to deal with performance problems.
