Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepala desa dalam menciptakan iklim pemerintahan yang baik. Pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) merupakan penyelenggaraan manajemen pembangunan yang kuat dan bertanggung jawab sesuai dengan prinsip demokrasi dan pasar yang adil, sehingga tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik berjalan baik secara politik maupun administratif untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan dan korupsi dana investasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Posisi pemerintahan yang paling dekat dengan masyarakat adalah Kepala Desa selaku Pembina, pengayom, dan pelayanan masyarakat sangat berperan dalam mendorong masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan Desa. Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa merupakan subsistem dalam penyelenggaraan sistem Pemerintahan Nasional, sehingga Desa memiliki kewenangan untuk mengatur dan mengurus kepentingan masyarakatnya. Dalam upaya mewujudkan Kepemimpinan yang efektif, maka kepemimpinan harus dijalankan sesuai dengan fungsinya. Fungsi pemimpin tidak sekedar berlangsung dua arah, tetapi juga perwujudan pelaksanaan hubungan manusia yang efektif antara pemimpin dan orang yang di pimpin baik dalam keikutsertaan mengambil keputusan maupun dalam melaksanakan. Untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan yang baik (Good Gevernance), maka kita harus terlebih dahulu mewujudkan pemerintahan yang bersih (Clean Governance). Karena pemerintahan yang bersih merupakan kunci dari terciptanya pemerintahan yang baik.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui problematika pembelajaran sejarah dalam era society 5.0 di SMA Negeri 13 Medan. Masalah difokuskan pada penerapan pembelajaran sejarah di kelas XI-MIA 5 SMA Negeri 13 Medan. Guna mendekati masalah ini dipergunakan acuan teori dari konsep pendidikan dalam era society 5.0 meliputi kreatifitas, berpikir kritis, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner atau angket dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa problematika pembelajaran sejarah dalam era society 5.0 di SMA Negeri 13 Medan meliputi sarana dan prasarana digital yang kurang memadai dan pembelajaran yang kurang maksimal akibat sarana dan prasarana digital yang kurang mendukung. Dan penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep pembelajaran di era society 5.0 yang meliputi kreatifitas, berpikir kritis, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi belum mampu terlaksana dengan baik pada pembelajaran sejarah di kelas XI-MIA 5 SMA Negeri 13 Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how the Government's Role in Overcoming Damage to Road Infrastructure in Bah Tobu Village, Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency. The research method used is descriptive research using qualitative methods. The results of this study are that the inhibiting factor in the construction of road infrastructure in Simalungun Regency is the limited budget or available funds, while the development that will be carried out is quite large and extensive with limited budgets available, so the development is not smooth. And also the lack of attention from the Simalungun government and sustainable road maintenance. With road damage such as being able to hamper travel and can cause traffic accidents, it is hoped that the regional government or related agencies will immediately follow up on this matter.

Abstract

The Village Government plays a role in the management and implementation of government in the Village in order to realize village autonomy. The purpose of this research we are conducting is to find out how big the role of the Regional Government is in tackling waste on Jln RS Haji Medan Estate. The method in this research is descriptive research using the qualitative, where the data and information related to research issues obtained through literature studies and field visits are analyzed qualitatively, to then be interpreted according to the meaning contained in the data and information. Medan will have a bad impact on the surrounding residents. After investigating more deeply, it turns out that the village government does not care about the community, because garbage that is allowed to accumulate and scatter can be a source of disease for Medan Estate villagers. However, the material contained in the Village Head's decision letter has not been systematically which is in accordance with the standards of environmental management and protection as stipulated in Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning environmental protection and management. Therefore, we would like to review why the local government does not set special rules in the village so that it does not dispose of waste carelessly which is out of place.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the big countries in the world with a lot of diversity in terms of ethnicity, religion, language and culture in general. Maintaining and fostering diversity has become a necessity and an important issue in the life of the Indonesian nation state since the beginning of independence. again causing conflict. From the results of interviews with Unimed students, they suggested efforts that could be made by all Indonesian citizens, especially by the students themselves, namely first instilling an attitude of tolerance. The type of research used in this research was qualitative research using descriptive qualitative methods. to emphasize the search for meaning, understanding and concepts, characteristics and symptoms, symbols and descriptions of a phenomenon that is natural and comprehensive and presented in a narrative manner by prioritizing quality and following research procedures. interview field notes and other materials in a way that is easy to understand and the results are easy to communicate to others where using interview data collection techniques to Medan State University students, conducting observation and study of literature by obtaining information through books and journals.

Abstract

Konflik antara Rusia dan Ukraina meningkat pada akhir Februari 2022, yang merupakan peristiwa politik global yang kompleks dengan implikasi, ekonomi, dan keamanan global yang signifikan. Abstract

Social Science Education (IPS) has an important role in this regard. However, so far the social studies learning process has placed more emphasis on the knowledge dimension. Lack of attention to the dimensions of thinking skills. Therefore, in learning with a new paradigm it is hoped that the dimensions of thinking skills will be explored more. With a learner-centered process skills learning approach. Social Science Education (IPS) has an important role in this regard.The purpose of social studies learning is for students to have the ability to understand concepts related to people's lives and have important skills in the midst of world developments to be able to contribute to creating better living conditions. The research method used in this study was the library research method. research. The results of the study show that in understanding social studies material, teacher strategies are needed in overcoming learning difficulties of students in social studies subjects. Strategy is a pattern, a strategy that is planned and determined intentionally to carry out activities or actions in learning and outside learning.

Abstract

One of the subjects taught is Social Sciences (IPS). IPS includes the study of social, economic, political, and geographical aspects. The main goal in the learning process is to achieve optimal learning outcomes in social studies subjects. However, students' learning outcomes in social studies are often not as expected. Several factors can cause this, including the lack of relevant and interesting material, ineffective teaching methods, and lack of interaction between students and the material being taught. The method used in this research is the literature study method where this literature study uses several references that can be used as guidelines in preparing articles. The teacher's role is very important in learning, because the teacher is responsible for guiding, planning, implementing, and evaluating learning. The teacher is also one of the determining factors for the success of learning. Therefore, it is important for teachers to integrate learning needs with learning objectives. To make learning easier for students, teachers can use various learning methods to convey subject matter. Using the right method can make it easier for students to acquire knowledge.

Abstract

The low achievement of the Civics curriculum test for fifth grade students at SD No. 2 Great Ruins. This is because students are not interested in learning, do not feel compelled to ask questions or respond to their teacher's questions, and do not interact much with each other or their teacher. The purpose of this research is to improve students' academic achievement. This research is a group-based research known as Participatory Action Research (PAR), which combines elements of planning, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques include administering tests (before and after the fact), making in-depth observations, and keeping detailed records. On the other hand, both qualitative and quantitative approaches to data analysis are used. Information was collected qualitatively through classroom observations (such as observation notes, teacher activities, and students' participation in class exercises) and quantitative information through tests of the material being studied. The results of this study showed that student learning outcomes increased, with an average value of 70.9% and an average percentage of 70% for student learning outcomes in Cycle I and an average value of 77.4% and an average percentage of 70% for student. learning outcomes in Cycle II respectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Media Massa Terhadap Partisipasi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Geografi di Universitas Negeri Medan Dalam Pemilihan Umum” Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji Pengaruh media massa terhadap partisipasi mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Medan dalam pemilihan umum, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi politik mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Medan, serta bagaimana mengetahui bagaimana peran penting media massa dalam membentuk opini dan partisipasi politik masyarakat, termasuk mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Medan. Nantinya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat untuk Memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pengaruh media massa terhadap partisipasi politik mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Medan.
