Abstract

Mahalnya biaya masuk ke TK/PAUD dan rendahnya pendapatan keluarga menyebabkan banyaknya anak usia dini yang tidak dapat menikmati pendidikan TK/PAUD. Semua benda di sekitar kita bisa dijadikan media belajar. Salah satu media yang aman dan murah bagi anak adalah media belajar dari limbah plastik. Pemamfaatan limbah plastik yang aman bagi anak, murah dan mudah diperoleh adalah alternatif mainan yang dapat dimodifikasi atau dibentuk menjadi media belajar melalui pendekatan bermain sambil belajar yang menyenangkan agar anak usia dini dapat berkreatifitas dengan memamfaatkan sumber daya yang terbuang dan dapat mempertinggi proses penalaran yang cinta lingkungan pada anak, sehingga ketika orang tua mendaftarkan anaknya masuk ke TK/PAUD  biaya pendaftaran tidak mahal karena biaya media pembelajaran yang digunakan sebagian besar adalah media dari limbah plastik.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the village government performance, especially in terms of cooperation, discipline, creativity, responsibility as well as identify obstacles and barriers to the performance of the Government of the District Rural Middle Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang. Issues to be raised in this study are: (1) the performance of the Government of the District Rural Middle Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang, (2) Barriers, constraints and performance tasks Village Government, (3) prevention efforts and performance bottleneck tasks Village Government Central City Subdistrict Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang. This study uses a qualitative description as a method of data analysis that takes research location in Airport Village Head Office Central District of Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang. Source of data in this study is the Village Head and local villagers. Data were collected by interviews and documentation. These results indicate that the performance of the Government of the District Rural Middle Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang in terms of the gobernance process that emphasizes teamwork, discipline, creativity and responbilities have not been able provide maximum services that fit the needs of the community.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor yang bertujuan untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa yang tertulis dalam pembukaan UUD 1945 alinea 4: “Mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan ikut melaksanakan ketertiban dunia yang berdasarkan kemerdekaan perdamaian abadi dan keadilan sosial…”. Hal ini berarti bahwa setiap warga Negara berhak mendapat kesempatan meningkatkan pendidikan sepanjang hayat, karena pendidikan diselenggarakan secara demokratis dan keadilan serta menjungjung tinggi Hak Asasi Manusia, nilai keagamaan, nilai kultural dan kemajemukan bangsa. Tempat berlangsungnya pendidikan adalah lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat. Maka perlu kerjasama antara tiga lingkungan ini untuk mencapai pendidikan. Sekolah merupakan lembaga pendidikan formal yang didirikan untuk mengemban tugas dan mewujudkan aspirasi-aspirasi nasional, cita-cita bangsa serta tujuan pendidikan. Sekolah merupakan suatu institut yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dan untuk masyarakat. Sekolah mempunyai tugas menyiapkan anak didik menjadi anggota atau warga masyarakat sesuai dengan cita-cita, harapan dan nilai yang dianut dan dijunjung tinggi di lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine program effectiveness empower street children and street children empowerment program that has been done in the House of Music on Foundations of Urban Social Working Group (KKSP). The study population was the whole street children in the House of Music - KKSP who move the red light intersection Simpang Pos totaling 193 street children. Samples were taken 10% of the number of street children that 20 street children. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Instrument filtering the data used were interviews and observation and tabulation of the data contained in a single tabulation. From this research, the writer can say that the empowerment of street children has been done in the House of Music - KKSP have some kind of empowerment programs such as the field of non-formal education, the arts of music and sports. Program services in the field of non-formal education and the art of music in its implementation has been effective because it has been the achievement of each of these programs. While services in the field of exercise undertaken by the manager of street children is still not effective. Limitations fasilisas and supplies to make street children prefer to practice the skills of music rather than sports.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the responsiveness of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) serving the community in the administration of Population Administration at Medan Johor Sub-district office. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The location of this research is Medan Johor Sub-district Office on Jln. Cipta No. 16 Pangkalan Mashhur, Medan Johor. Techniques of collection the  data through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique carried out provides a clear picture of the research problem to be discussed and subsequently the data is presented qualitatively by reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the responsiveness of the State Civil Apparatus in the administration of population administration services in the Medan Johor Sub-district office has been going well. Related to responding to the applicant, speed, accuracy, accuracy, and responding to complaints, while regarding the timeliness indicators have not been implemented optimally. The supporting factor of responsiveness is in the form of a community that can listen well to the instructions of officers. Besides the inhibiting factors of responsiveness in the form of a network that is suddenly offline, people who do not want to be invited to cooperate, and the absence of printing machines in Medan Johor Sub-district office.

Abstract

Guru membutuhkan adanya publikasi ilmiah untuk memenuhi  persyaratan kenaikan pangkat dan jabatan fungsionalnya, sementara kemampuan guru dalam menyusun dan mengembangkan PTK  masih sangat rendah. Guru memiliki pemahaman yang lemah dalam pembuatan publikasi ilmiah. Guru merasa kesulitan untuk melakukan refleksi pembelajaran, perilaku dan pola pikir yang belum terbiasa dan merasa belum mampu menghasilkan publikasi ilmiah. Pendampingan PTK dan Publikasi Ilmiah dilaksanaan dari bulan Juni sampai dengan bulan September 2015. Pelaksanaan dimulai dengan menyiapkan material yang dibutuhkan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan. Panitia selanjutnya mengundang guru PKn untuk mengikuti pendampingan. Pada akhir sesi pendampingan, peserta diminta untuk membuat proposal penelitian PTK berdasarkan materi yang sudah didiskusikan. Tugas mandiri diberikan selama  dua minggu dengan pendampingan narasumber. Proposal yang telah disempurnakan dengan pendampingan narasumber dikumpulkan sebagai tagihan bagi peserta pelatihan. Setiap peserta akan mendapatkan sertifikat pelatihan yang disiapkan panitia. Laporan PTK yang terkumpul selanjutnya disusun dalam bentuk artikel ilmiah sehingga dapat publikasikan.  Luaran dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menghasilkan  3 Laporan PTK untuk pembuatan publikasi ilmiah dan tiga keping video pembelajaran inovatif  yang dilaksanakan oleh guru.

Abstract

Recently, Indonesia experienced a major disaster caused by Covid-19 which was also experienced by other countries such as China. This had a huge impact so as to shake the stability of the country. Attacking public health, especially the economy. The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has occurred since March 2020 until now. This also has an impact on the income of creative businesses or home industries. This research will specifically examine the role of Putri Ranjani Manisan product standardization in the Business Group for Increasing Prosperous Family Income (Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejahtera/ UPPKS) Kasih Ibu Kampung KB, Limau Sundai Binjai Village and product commercialization in an effort to increase income during this pandemic. The research method used to examine this research is to use qualitative method with an experimental approach to the existence of the creative industry "Putri Ranjani Manisan" in the Business Group for Increasing Prosperous Family Income (UPPKS) Kasih Ibu Kampung KB Limau Sundai Binjai Village. The research results show that the role of standardization is very helpful in increasing the quantity of product sales during this pandemic. The role of standardization also supports the quality of product quality, from taste, hygiene, packaging, and halal certificates to products. During the pandemic, consumers prioritize trust in clean and hygienic products and can be trusted through MUI halal certificate. In addition, home industrial products must also have good and clean management in the process of managing products, especially food products. Therefore, local governments must play a role in providing support for creative household businesses so that they are more able to compete in the global market and support the regional economy.

Abstract

This community service program generally aims to increase the income of housewives in processing banana sale products in Sidodadi Village, Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency. This service has specific targets and outcomes. Specific targets and outputs that will be produced include: One article published through ISSN online journals, Publications in mass print / online / university repository, Increasing competitiveness (increasing quality, quantity, and value added of goods, services, trademarks ), Increasing the application of science and technology in society, Improving community values (arts, culture, social, peace, education, health). The method of approach in the implementation of community service activities, through the method of exposure and discussion, training, assistance, simulation, observation, interviews, field notes, and cooperation with the main objective to improve the economy of the village of Sidodadi Romania through processing banana sale.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Civics learning in improving morality as an alternative to delinquency prevention for class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Bangun Purba, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. This research consists of two variables. Data collection techniques used are the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation. Total population, namely all students of class XI totaling 178 students. The sample taken in this study were 27 students, namely 15% of the total population using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique using Correlation Test, Determination Test and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence on the role of Civics in improving morality as an alternative to preventing student delinquency, which has a very good effect. From the results of calculations using product moment correlation, rcount is 0.6917 while rtable at n-2 = 27-2 = 25 at an error rate of 5% is 0.3809, thus the price of rcount > rtable is 0.6917 > 0.3809 so that the correlation coefficient variable X and variable Y are significant and classified as strong. Based on the hypothesis test, it is obtained that tcount > ttable, then tcount = 4.76 > 2.0595 at a significant level of 5% so that the alternative hypothesis states that there is an Influence of the Role of Civics Learning in Improving Morality as an alternative to preventing student delinquency in SMA Negeri 1 Bangun Purba in the 2020 Academic Year/ 2021 is acceptable.
