Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini secara umum bertujuan untuk Standarisasi Produk “Industri Olahan Rumah Tangga Manisan”pada Kelompok Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejahtera (UPPKS) Kasih Ibu Kampung KB Kelurahan Limau Sundai Binjai.PKM ini memiliki target khusus dan luaran. Target khusus dan luaran yang akan dihasilkan berupa satu artikel yang dipublikasikan melalui jurnal BerISSN online, prosiding dari seminar nasional berISBN online, publikasi pada media massa cetak/online/repocitory Perguruan Tinggi, peningkatan daya saing. Mitra dalam PKM ini adalah “Putri Ranjani Manisan” dan “Juliani Manisan”.  Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh anggota mitra pengelola manisan yaitu desain produk kemasan yang kurang menarik, proses sertifikasi halal produk, alternatif pemasaran dan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Produk yang dihasilkan tidak mampu bersaing dengan produk sejenis yang dipasarkan di pasar modern sehingga hanya dipasarkan di warung-warung desa dan pasar tradisional dikarenakan tidak memiliki desain kemasan yang menarik dan sertifikat halal.Halini tentu menghambat peningkatan pendapatan mitra. Sehubungan dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, maka pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akan diwujudkan standarisasi dan sertifikasi halal produk dari LPPOM MUI, desain kemasan yang menarik, pelatihan pembukuan dan pemasaran secara online. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah metode pendidikan, sosialisasi, pendampingan standarisasi produk, pelatihan pembukuan dan manajemen usaha, pelatihan pemasaran secara online. Tingkat keberhasilan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dana BOPTN ini akan terukur dari dihasilkannya : 1) Desain Kemasan yang menarik yang memiliki logo halal, 2) Sertifikat Halal dari LPPOM MUI dan  3) Laporan Keuangan serta 4) Akun Toko Online.

Abstract

This Community Partnership Program (PKM) generally aims to assist Business Groups in making Serundeng Kepah as a typical Tanjungbalai dish in making this product utilizing marine food or natural resources in Tanjungbalai City. Partners in this PKM are Business Groups in Pantai Burung Village, South Tanjungbalai District, Tanjungbalai City. The problem faced by partner members is the lack of knowledge in managing and utilizing existing natural resources as a product of the Tanjungbalai food development business. The method used to achieve the objectives of this service activity is the method of education, socialization, assistance in product manufacture, and business management on products that have been produced. The results of the activities, an increase in the quality of human resources in knowledge in the management and utilization of local natural resources and business management; Serundeng Kepah Products as Tanjungbalai Specialty Food; and Logo Making, Packaging design and product IPR.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the responsiveness of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) serving the community in the administration of Population Administration at Medan Johor Sub-district office. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The location of this research is Medan Johor Sub-district Office on Jln. Cipta No. 16 Pangkalan Mashhur, Medan Johor. Techniques of collection the  data through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique carried out provides a clear picture of the research problem to be discussed and subsequently the data is presented qualitatively by reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the responsiveness of the State Civil Apparatus in the administration of population administration services in the Medan Johor Sub-district office has been going well. Related to responding to the applicant, speed, accuracy, accuracy, and responding to complaints, while regarding the timeliness indicators have not been implemented optimally. The supporting factor of responsiveness is in the form of a community that can listen well to the instructions of officers. Besides the inhibiting factors of responsiveness in the form of a network that is suddenly offline, people who do not want to be invited to cooperate, and the absence of printing machines in Medan Johor Sub-district office.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and validate Eco-Literacy Citizenship Education materials based on cultural value. This teaching material was developed in the Citizenship Education (PKn) subject in Higher Education. The development of teaching materials aims to strengthen citizenship competence, especially students' responsible attitudes towards various global issues such as the environment. The teaching materials developed integrate the principles of environmental awareness and the values ​​of Indonesian local wisdom. The method used is research and development (R&D) by Borg and Gall (1983). Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The subjects in this study were adjusted to the stages of the research. For introduction, the respondents were 30 Universitas Negeri Medan’s students from the three of study programs, namely Elementary School Teacher Education, Computer Science Engineering Education and Pancasila and Citizenship Education. At the planning stage and initial product development, the subjects of the research were 4 lecturers of Citizenship Education courses. While at the stage of field testing, the subjects of the research were 2 experts on the subject of Citizenship Education. The results of the study indicate that Eco-literacy Citizenship Education Materials based on cultural value are needed to strengthen student citizenship competencies. Expert validation results get an average score of 86.50. These results indicate that the teaching materials developed are categorized as suitable for use in the next test.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine program effectiveness empower street children and street children empowerment program that has been done in the House of Music on Foundations of Urban Social Working Group (KKSP). The study population was the whole street children in the House of Music - KKSP who move the red light intersection Simpang Pos totaling 193 street children. Samples were taken 10% of the number of street children that 20 street children. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Instrument filtering the data used were interviews and observation and tabulation of the data contained in a single tabulation. From this research, the writer can say that the empowerment of street children has been done in the House of Music - KKSP have some kind of empowerment programs such as the field of non-formal education, the arts of music and sports. Program services in the field of non-formal education and the art of music in its implementation has been effective because it has been the achievement of each of these programs. While services in the field of exercise undertaken by the manager of street children is still not effective. Limitations fasilisas and supplies to make street children prefer to practice the skills of music rather than sports.

Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mengurai terkait implementasi desain pembelajaran PPKn berbasis ICT pada SMP Negeri 2 Delitua. Guna mendekatkan masalah ini dipergunakan acuan teori sarana IT dalam dunia pendidikan berperanan penting dalam mengatasi masalah-masalah keterbatasan sarana pendidikan atau sarana yang mendukung dalam proses belajar mengajar. Data-data diperoleh melalui dokumetasi, wawancara, dan observasi dengan analisis data berupa reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaran (PPKn) di SMP Negeri 2 Delitua banyak memanfaatkan berbagai media pembelajaran seperti Powerpoint, Video Animasi, Video Film, Software Quiz berupa Quizizz, Kahoot, dan Google Form dalam wujud penerapan desain pembelajaran berbasis ICT. Guru PPKn mengatakan jika dengan media pembelajaran ini dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi guru PPkn menyampaikan materi ajar dan dapat membangun sebuah pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, Inovatif, dan kreatif. AbstractThis article aims to describe the implementation of ICT-based Civics learning design in SMP Negeri 2 Delitua. In order to bring this problem closer, it is used as a theoretical reference for IT facilities in the world of education, which play an important role in overcoming the problems of limited educational facilities or facilities that support the teaching and learning process. The data were obtained through documentation, interviews, and observations with data analysis in the form of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) subjects at SMP Negeri 2 Delitua use a lot of learning media such as Powerpoint, Video Animation, Video Film, Quiz Software in the form of Quizizz, Kahoot, and Google Form in the form of implementing ICT-based learning designs. The Civics teacher said that with this learning media it could make it easier for Civics teachers to deliver teaching materials and could build a more interesting, innovative, and creative learning.

Abstract

Abstract

Keberhasilan proses pembelajaran tergantung pada motivasi siswa dalam belajar. Oleh karena itu, guru perlu mengembangkan motivasi belajar siswa. Saat ini, banyak siswa yang kekurangan motivasi dalam belajar. Ini dapat diamati dari sikap siswa yang tidak tertarik dalam proses pembelajaran. maka tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji peran guru dalam mengingkatkan motivasi belajar Siswa di SD Negeri 01 Bilah Barat Rantau Prapat. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi dan Wawancara dengan analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Miles dan Huberman yaitu Reduksi Data, Display Data, Verifikasi data dibantu oleh Software Atlas.TI sebagai keterbaharuan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Peran guru SDN 01 Bilah Barat Rantau Prapat sangat begitu besar dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dapat melalui metode belajar yang bervariasi, penggunaan media belajar, pemberian pujian atau reward, pemberian hukuman, dan faktor-faktor lainnya.

Abstract

AbstractThe partner in the PKM program is the group of working housewives at Amal Tani Plantation village, Sirapit District, Langkat Regency. Based on the observation in the village, there are a lot of palm sticks wastes from the palm plantation. The interview carried out to the creative housewives resulted in some problems that they face, namely: (1) their husbands work only as the labor in the palm plantation, so the income is not sufficient for the family, (2) the knowledge of the women about the palm sticks waste from the palm plantation is still low, (3) the knowledge in business management is still low as well, (4) there are no special production tools in making tissue boxes, bags, and purses. The solutions proposed to solve the problem of the partner are: (1) empowering the group of creative housewives by using the resources in the village such as the sicks waste from the palm plantation for gardening rib-broom, bedroom rib- broom, plates, fruit basket, mineral water container, bag, and purse. (2) training about the rib waste from the palm plantation and the accompaniment followed-up by the practice to process the sticks waste from the palm plantation by presenting a competent source, (3) training and the accompaniment of business management in marketing and accounting, (4) providing the production tools and design making and the other kinds of handicraft made of rib waste from the palm plantation. The success of the service program will be measured from the output, such as: (1) the guidance of using the sticks waste from the palm plantation to become the gardening rib broom, bedroom rib broom, plate, fruit basket, tissue box, purse and bag, (2) product innovation from the sticks waste of the palm plantation, such as the yard broom, bedroom broom, plate, fruit basket, tissue box, purse and bag, (3) the report of the financial transaction in the cash book, (4) production tools to make the tissue box, purse, and bag by using ATBM.Keywords: Empowerment, Accompaniment, Palm Stick Waste, Product Innovation.

Abstract

Gotong royong sebagai akar peradaban bangsa kini keberadaannya mulai memudar disebabkan perkembangan zaman yang membentuk sikap individualisme. Dampaknya kesadaran warga untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan di lingkungan masyarakat semakin lemah. Sebagai jati diri bangsa, gotong royong dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menguatkan partisipasi warga. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gotong royong dalam memperkuat partisipasi warga negara (civic participation). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gotong royong yang dilakukan atas dasar tanggung jawab mampu mendorong seseorang untuk berpartisipasi. Tanggung jawab tersebut timbul dari kesadaran pribadi bahwa dirinya merupakan bagian dari masyarakat yang mempunyai kewajiban untuk berpartisipasi dalam memberikan perubahan yang lebih baik bagi lingkungan sekitar. Kata Kunci: Gotong Royong, Kerja Sama, Memperkuat Partisipasi Warga Negara
