Wisata Padepokan Lembah Sumilir merupakan salah satu wisata sebagai upaya pengembangan pedesaan melalaui sektor pariwisata yang menyajikan segala sumber daya yang masih natural/alami di Desa Wonosalam,selain itu wisata ini tidak sebatas hanya mengembangkan aspek lingkungan konservatisme,namun juga memberikan dampak ekonomi bagi masyarakat sekitar. Dalam wisata ini terdapat konsep edukasi dan budaya yang berdampingan dengan alam,tadinya wisata ini hanyalah tanah yang dipenuhi semak belukar yang pada akhirnya diinisiasi oleh masyarakat sebagai obyek wisata.Namun dalam pembangunannya masih banyak kekurangan yang perlu dibenahi baik dari segi SDM, Pengembangan infrastruktur maupun pemasaran untuk mengenalkan wisata padepokan lembah sumilir.Untuk mewujudkan itu maka dilakukan pendampingan dalam pengembangan wisata ini,adapun kegiatan ini dilakukan kurang lebih selama 3 bulan ketika kuliah kerja nyata berlangsung.Tujuan ini adalah sebagai upaya mengembangkan potensi yang ada untuk membantu pemberdayaan masyarakat.Solusi yang diberikan yaitu musyawarah untuk tahap perencanaan,pembuatan grand design, pembuatan media sebagai infrastruktur,dan penguatan pengetahuan kepada masyrakat sekitar terkait wisata dan pemasarannya.

ABSTRAKCPO merupakan salah satu komoditas yang menjadi andalan ekspor bagi Indonesia. CPO berperan penting sebagai salah satu sumber devisa bagi negara karena dapat menghasilkan sebesar 80% dari total nilai ekspor pertanian Indonesia. Negara yang menjadi tujuan utama Indonesia dalam mengekspor CPO adalah ke pasar India yang merupakan pengimpor CPO terbesar di dunia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui daya saing CPO Indonesia dibanding dengan kompetitor utamanya yaitu Malaysia, Thailand dan Kamboja di pasar India. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder berbentuk deret waktu tahun 2010 hingga 2020 yang diperoleh dari berbagai lembaga nasional maupun internasional. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis RCA dalam mengetahui daya saing CPO Indonesia. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan RCA menunjukkan bahwa ekspor Indonesia setiap tahunnya memiliki daya saing di pasar India. Melalui nilai rata-rata RCA, Indonesia berada pada posisi teratas yang menunjukkan bahwa daya saing ekspor CPO Indonesia lebih tinggi dibanding pesaingnya mulai tahun 2010 hingga 2020. Hal ini disebabkan Indonesia memiliki wilayah perkebunan sawit jauh lebih besar yang membuat produksi serta ekspor CPO Indonesia lebih tinggi dibandingkan pesaingnya.Kata kunci: Ekspor; CPO; RCAABSTRACTCPO is one of the mainstay commodities for Indonesia's exports. CPO plays an important role as a source of foreign currency earnings for the country because it can produce 80% of the total value of Indonesia's agricultural exports. The country that is the main destination for Indonesia in exporting CPO is to the Indian market, because India is the largest CPO importing country in the world. The purpose of this study is to determine the competitiveness of Indonesian CPO compared to its main competitors, namely Malaysia, Thailand and Cambodia in the Indian market. The data used are secondary data in time series format from 2010 to 2020 obtained from various national and international institutions. This research method uses RCA analysis to determine the competitiveness of Indonesian CPO. The results of calculations using RCA show that every year Indonesia's exports are competitive in the Indian market. From average RCA value, Indonesia is in the top position which shows that Indonesia's CPO export competitiveness is higher than competitors from 2010 to 2020. This is because Indonesia has a wider area of palm oil, which makes Indonesia's CPO production and exports much higher than competitors.Keywords: Export; CPO; RCA

The perpetrators of Small and Medium Enterprise in Tlumpu village of Blitar city is growing every year. In this development, The Small and Medium Enterprise needed some permits to get some legality and protection from the goverment. However, the perpetrators of Small and Medium Enterprise still lack knowledge about to create mechanism of Business Identification Number (NIB) via Online Single Submission’s (OSS) web. This community service aims to clear this problem, which aims to introduce, increase knowledge and assist the perpetrators of Small and Medium Enterprise to create Business Identification Number (NIB) via Online Single Submission’s (OSS) web. There are three implementation methods used, namely socialization, training, and mentoring. The implementation of activities includes the delivery of theory, making licences and submitting business legality letters. The result of this activity is, perpetrators of Small and Medium Enterprise in Tlumpu village of Blitar city show increased knowledge about business legality.

Trauma is a condition caused by old wounds that occurred in the past and requires psychological treatment to restore an effective life. There is also the impact of trauma condition on the economy of the residents of Bades Village, Pasirian District, Lumajang Regency. Trauma Healing is the process for someone who want to forget the chaotic feelings of something that has happened and decided to continue living in peace without anxious. The purpose of this program is to provide entertainment and psychological treatment in order to reduce the impact of their past trauma. The essence of this research is that Trauma Healing activity is very important for disaster victims It is necessary to have cooperation from various parties to help each other in handling trauma experiences, because the journey of life it will be very long and the disaster victims need to be heal from their wounds.

The perpetrators of MSMEs in the Garbage Bank of Gunung Anayar Tambak Village have not developed towards Branding Pckaging every year. In its development, MSMEs need Branding Pcakaging for product packaging for scented candles from waste banks. However, MSME actors in Gunung Anyar Tambak are still lacking in knowledge and mechanisms for making branding packaging. This community service activity aims to solve these problems, which aims to introduce, increase knowledge and assist MSME actors in making branding packaging. The implementation method used there are 3 stages, namely socialization, training and mentoring. The implementation of the activities includes the delivery of theory, making branding packaging for the business being developed. The results of this activity are the MSME actors in Gunung Anayar Tambak Village, Surabaya City showing an increase in knowledge about business legality.

In Indonesia's economic development, SMEs have an important role because it is a sector where many workers are absorbed. The SME sector is a sector that was able to survive the 2 major crises that occurred in Indonesia, namely the Asian financial crisis that took place in 1998 and the global financial crisis in 2008. The purpose and objectives of this research are to analyze whether or not Indonesia's economic growth has been affected by the labor of SMEs, investment SMEs, and exports of SMEs. The multiple linear regression analysis technique was applied in this study so that the results obtained were that Indonesia's economic growth was positively but not significantly affected by the SME labor in 2005-2019. Indonesia's economic growth was negatively and insignificantly affected by SME investment in 2005-2019. Indonesia's economic growth was significantly positively affected by SME exports in 2005-2019.

This study aims to test the effect of service quality and price perception on repurchase intentions through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Juanda Airport Surabaya for Citilink airlines. This research is descriptive and quantitative using SEM-PLS analysis tool with the help of Smart-PLS software. The data consisted of primary data collected from 102 respondents using accidental sampling to determine the sample. The results show that the quality of service has a tremendously positive influence on repurchase interest, but price perception has no significant effect. Customer satisfaction influences an intervening variable between service quality and repurchase intent but does not exist as an intervening variable between price perception and repurchase intent. Based on the historical background discussed and in comparison with the results of previous studies, this study attempts to examine the relationship among service quality, customer satisfaction, price perception, and repurchase interest of Citilink Airlines located at Juanda Airport in Surabaya. Taking case studies at this airport is because Juanda Airport is the main base of Citilink airlines and is one of the main airports with a relatively high passenger density in Indonesia.

Regional economic development aims to facilitate employment opportunities or job opportunities in large numbers for the local area. In an effort to realize this goal, to obtain regional development initiatives, collaboration between the regional government and the local community must be carried out. Therefore, the participation of local governments and residents who are willing to interpret the capacity of the resources needed to develop and design the regional economy. This study aims to examine the economic sectors in Sukabumi Regency that are unique, have potential, and can be improved to promote economic growth. For Sukabumi Regency and West Java Province over a five-year period, this study uses secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics. between the years 2016 - 2020. The leading sector analysis techniques used through 3 stages are Location Quotient, Shift Share, Typology Klassen. The results of this study indicate that from the results of the analysis of leading sectors to support the economy in Sukabumi Regency, there are 10 basic sectors. besides that there are 8 sectors in quadrant 1, 2 sectors in 2nd quadrant, 4 sectors in 3rd quadrant, 3 sectors in 4th quadrant.

The purpose of this study is to prove whether or not there is an influence between the independent variables (PAD), Balance Fund, and Education Expenditure) on the dependent variable (IPM) in Tulungagung Regency in 2007 - 2021. The source of the data for this research is the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance. Tulungagung Regency BPS, Tulungagung Regency Regional Development Planning Agency and Tulungagung Regency BPKAD. Multiple linear regression is an analysis that researchers use to see whether or not there is an effect. The results of the research prove that the variable of the Balanced Fund and Education Expenditure has an effect on the growth of HDI. In contrast to the PAD variable, it does not affect the HDI in Tulungagung Regency.

In learning to study the effect of per capita income, for economic growth in Sidoarjo Regency, pay attention to household consumption and government spending. The Central Bureau of Statistics has provided secondary data for 15 years (2007-2021) for research. IBM SPSS Version 26 program is used in multiple linear regression analysis with table α = 5% or 0.05. Based on research findings, household consumer spending, per capita income, and government spending have a significant and insignificant effect on the economic development of Sidoarjo Regency.
