Abstract

Postpartum hemorrhage is one of the most common causes of maternal mortality worldwide. One of the main causes of maternal mortality is bleeding, it is estimated that around 70% of maternal mortality are caused by postpartum hemorrhage. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2022 the number of maternal mortalities in East Java was 499 deaths, the causes of which were found in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (24.45%) and bleeding (21.24%). The purpose of this systematic literature review is to summarize and examine the literature related to risk factors that affect postpartum hemorrhage. The framework used was PICOC with a population of laboring mothers who experienced postpartum hemorrhage. Systematic literature review using 1 data source, namely google scholar with 169 articles and filtering articles and critical appraisal so that 6 articles were reviewed. The 6 articles showed that age, parity, gestational distance, birth weight, prolonged parturition, perineal tear and type of delivery were associated with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage. It is recommended to increase education about healthy reproductive age, regulate the number of parity and maintain pregnancy distance, early detection of anemia, administration of 90 FE tablets during pregnancy, early detection of risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage, and delivery planning and prevention of complications.

Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the study conducted provides a description of the characteristics of post-op patients at the Regional General Hospital consisting of 39 respondents, most of whom were 36-45 years old with the majority of female gender and dominated by patients who work as housewives. There was a significant difference in the decrease in the level of pain in post-op patients after the influence of self-healing in the intervention group with an average decrease. There is an influence of self-healing on reducing pain levels in post-op patients.

The independent variable is the determinant factor while the dependent variable is the incidence of stunting in toddlers. Data collection uses questionnaires. The analysis uses descriptive analysis using frequency distribution while inferential analysis uses Chi-Square analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between perception (p-0.000), behavior (p-0.000) and socio-culture (p-0.001) with stunting incidence. Conclusion: there is a relationship between perception, behavior and socio-culture with the incidence of stunting. Abstract

Anemia is of particular concern to the health of mothers and children because iron deficiency can cause complications for both mother and baby. Anemia also has an impact on the fetus, such as impaired physical and cognitive development of children, increased morbidity in infants and young children, as well as low birth weight babies (LBW). So research is needed which aims to determine the effect of the incidence of anemia during pregnancy on the incidence of LBW. This type of research was ex post facto. Data was collected from secondary data, namely the mother's cohort report and the MCH handbook. The results showed that the proportion of mothers with at-risk age was 19.6%, at-risk parity was 67.4% and those with lower secondary education were 22.8%. The results of the analysis with the Fisher's Exact test showed a p-value of 0.001. It was concluded that the incidence of anemia in pregnant women affects the incidence of LBW.Keywords: anemia; low birth weight babies; pregnancy                                          ABSTRAK Anemia menjadi perhatian khusus bagi kesehatan ibu dan anak karena kekurangan zat besi dapat menyebabkan komplikasi bagi ibu dan bayi.
