Abstract

Kerthi Sari Jaya Pedungan Cooperative Denpasar is one of the companies engaged in microfinance. The main basis for cooperative activities is trust, both in terms of raising funds and distributing funds. In the competition between cooperatives in collecting public funds, many efforts have been taken by cooperatives, including promoting types of savings that are equipped with a number of attributes that can stimulate people's interest in saving. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at the Kerthi Sari Jaya Pedungan Cooperative, Denpasar. To find out and analyze the influence of servant leadership on employee performance at the Kerthi Sari Jaya Pedungan Cooperative, Denpasar. And to find out and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Kerthi Sari Jaya Pedungan Cooperative, Denpasar. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and the sampling method used was a saturated sample, namely all 35 employees. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the process of this research, there are limitations experienced, namely, in the data collection process, the information provided by respondents through questionnaires sometimes does not show the actual opinion of the respondents.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the important elements in driving the progress of an organization. Employees who have the ability to carry out their duties and responsibilities well can help the organization to continue to grow and develop. Employee performance plays an important role in an organization. This also happened to PT. Adika Jaya Dewata Denpasar, therefore this study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, work ability and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Adika Jaya Dewata Denpasar. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Adika Jaya Dewata Denpasar which reached 110 people, so the number of sample members was 40 people as respondents. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. That is, the better the organizational climate, the better the performance of employees, and vice versa if the organizational climate is not good, it will have an impact on decreasing employee performance. It is the same with work ability which has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that if work ability then employee performance will increase, on the contrary if work ability is poor then employee performance will decrease and the same is the case with work motivation which has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning if employees have good work motivation then employee performance will increase, and vice versa if there is a decrease in work motivation by employees it will have an impact on decreasing employee performance.

Abstract

The company expects good performance from each employee in carrying out the tasks assigned by the company. If the individual in the HR office can run effectively, the company will continue to run effectively. Employee performance plays an important role in an organization. This also happens to CV. Cahya Printing Bali, therefore this study aims to determine the Effect of Communication and Work Experience on Employee Performance on CV. Cahya Printing Bali. The population of this study were all employees of CV. Cahya Printing Bali as many as 30 people, using saturated sampling for all members of the population used as respondents. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis results show that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the communication, the better the employee's performance, and vice versa, the lower the communication, the lower the employee's performance. Similarly, work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this means that if work experience increases, employee performance will increase, otherwise if work experience is decreased, employee performance will decrease.

Abstract

The company will certainly create a strategy to be able to better satisfy its visitors on the one hand and on the other hand can improve the performance of its employees. For this reason, the role of competence, work discipline and motivation by employees is needed so that it is important for companies to retain these potential employees. This study aims to determine empirically the effect of competence, work discipline and motivation at PT Bhanda Reksa (PERSERO) Gianyar Regency. The population used in this study were all employees of PT Bhanda Reksa (PERSERO) Gianyar Regency, amounting to 36 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample or census, namely sampling that takes into account the consideration that the entire population is the sample. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. Prior to the analysis, the test was carried out first and continued with the classical assumption test consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bhanda Reksa (PERSERO) Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

Facing the current era of increasingly stringent business competition, the performance of employees is required to continue to increase, so that business entities continue to exist, they must have the courage to face them, namely to face change and win the competition. There are three factors that affect employee performance, namely work discipline, job satisfaction, and employee commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction, and employee commitment on employee performance at the LPD in Mengwi Traditional Village. The method of determining the sample used is saturated sampling or census method with a total of 37 employees as respondents. The population in this study were employees of the Mengwi Traditional Village LPD. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline, job satisfaction, and employee commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if work discipline, job satisfaction, and employee commitment increase, employee performance will also increase.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas menjadi prioritas dan kebutuhan utama setiap perusahaan. Setiap perusahaan tentunya akan berusaha untuk mendapatkan SDM yang hebat dan berkualitas agar dapat mendukung efektifitas dalam pekerjaan dari sebuah perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Kinerja karyawan menjadi peranan penting dalam suatu organisasi. Hal tersebut juga terjadi pada Villa Taman Sari Pengubengan Kerobokan Badung, maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Kompetensi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Villa Taman Sari Pengubengan Kerobokan Badung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Villa Taman Sari Pengubengan Kerobokan Badung sebanyak 35 orang, dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh yang seluruh anggota populasi digunakan sebagai responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ini artinya semakin baik beban kerja maka kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat pada Villa Taman Sari Pengubengan Kerobokan Badung. Sama halnya dengan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Ini artinya berarti bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi maka kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat pada Villa Taman Sari Pengubengan Kerobokan Badung demikian sebaliknya bilamana kompetensi kurang baik maka kinerja karyawan akan menurun dan sama halnya dengan Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Ini artinya semakin tinggi motivasi maka kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat pada Villa Taman Sari Pengubengan Kerobokan Badung.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting dalam sebuah organisasi. Setiap organisasi juga akan selalu meningkatkan kualitas sumber dayanya agar kinerjanya memuaskan. Kinjera karyawan yang baik dapat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan beban kerjadan stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gayakepemimpinan, beban kerja,stress kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Desa Petang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 35 karyawan dengan menggunakan metode Sampling Jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis determinasi dan uji t. Hasil uji dalam penelitian ini adalah Gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Beban kerjaberpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Stres kerjaberpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Employees have a very important role, where they must spare their energy and thoughts to achieve company goals. The management of corporate culture is directed to the ability to encourage company performance through improving employee performance. The purposes of this study are to examine and analyze the effect of organizational culture and competence on organizational commitment, employee performance, and employee performance. The population and the respondents were 76 people in the Karangasem Regency Government. This study used the SEM analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The findings indicate that organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. Competence affects both the organization's commitment and employee performance positively. Organizational commitment also affects the performance of employees positively and and mediate the relationship between organizational culture and competence on employee performance.

Abstract

The development of the Creative Economy sector in collaboration with the IKM Sector to maintain local culture so it continues to grow and be sustainable. The development of IKM creativity is facilitated by the Denpasar City Government through the Denpasar Festival which is expected to be able to build an ecosystem, brand image and creative economy networking. For this reason, event implementation as one of the promotional media, so that the IKM brand image can be known by the wider community, both domestically and abroad. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of product quality and product value on the brand image of IKM and moderated by the event. Respondents in this study were IKM who participated in the Denpasar Festival event for 3 consecutive years (2017 to 2019). The number of respondents used was 154 IKM using a sampling technique called Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This research used SEM analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, product value has no effect on brand image, events can moderate the effect of product quality on brand image, and events are not able to moderate the effect of product value on brand image.

Abstract

Employee commitment is influenced by organizational climate and fairness to be able to grow and develop within an organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational justice on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Denpasar City Revenue Service. The hypotheses proposed based on existing theoretical studies and the existence of the phenomena summarized in the problem formulation are: organizational commitment is positively affected by organizational climate; organizational justice has an effect on organizational commitment as positively; organizational climate has an effect on job satisfaction as positively; job satisfaction is positively influenced by fairness organization; and organizational commitment is positively effected by job satisfaction. The design of this research system is oriented to the pattern of calculating quantitative data on the existence of questionnaires distributed to 83 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data both qualitative and quantitative which are then analysed by PLS-based SEM, while the results found are as follows: organizational commitment is positively and significantly affected by organizational climate; organizational justice has an effect on organizational commitment is positively and significantly; job satisfaction is positively and significantly affected by organizational climate; organizational justice has an effect on organizational justice is positively and significantly; and organizational commitment is positively and significantly influenced by job satisfaction.
