Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada gedung Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bina Putera yang memiliki luas tanah 1172 m2. Pada tahun 2017 sampai 2019 terdapat kenaikan jumlah siswa sebesar 55,7 %, sehingga perlu penambahan ruang kelas baru. Dimana luas lahan sudah tidak dapat digunakan untuk membangun ruang kelas secara horizontal, maka sekolah menambah ruang kelas secara vertikal pada bangunan 2 lantai menjadi 3 lantai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengujian mutu beton menggunakan Hammer Test didapatkan hasil 20,75 MPa, kemudian dilakukan permodelan analisis menggunakan software Etabs V9.5.0 dan perhitungan manual berdasarkan SNI 03-2847-2002, SNI 03-1726-2012, dan SNI 1729-2015. Pada analisis ini dibuat 3 tahap, pertama kondisi awal pada bangunan eksisting, kedua analisis struktur eksisting dengan beban tambahan ruang kelas baru, dan ketiga analisis dengan beban tambahan dan perkuatan struktur. Hasil analisis struktur tahap 1 dan 2 menyatakan elemen struktur balok mengalami over strengh (O/S) atau tidak dapat menahan beban tambahan ruang kelas baru. Dengan adanya data tersebut maka dilakukan perhitungan perkuatan struktur menggunakan metode concret jacketing dengan tebal 10 cm dan jumlah tulangan longitudinal 5D16 sengkang Ø8-100 serta metode perkuatan dengan profil baja WF 200.200.8.12. Estimasi biaya perkuatan concrete jacketing lebih mahal dari perkuatan profil baja dengan selisih harga Rp 11.771.225,00 atau 81%.

Abstract

Wilayah Kota Bogor memiliki potensi bencana alam diantaranya tanah longsor, pohon tumbang, bangunan ambruk, kebakaran, banjir, angin puting beliung, dan gempa bumi. Sering kali ditemukan bangunan sekolah didirikan di area yang berpotensi bencana alam. SIT Aliya Bogor dibangun dengan kondisi kearah vertikal sebagai upaya optimalisasi lahan yang semakin terbatas. Maka perlu dilakukan penilaian untuk mengetahui tingkat kerentanan bangunan sekolah terhadap bencana gempa dengan menggunakan Metode Rapid Visual Screening (RVS) dan Metode Hazus. Formulir RVS didapatkan dari desain spectra dan respon spectrum, yaitu level moderarately high seismicity berdasarkan koordinat bangunan. Dari hasil RVS didapatkan nilai kerentanan bangunan SIT Aliya Bogor sebesar 0,083% dengan mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 3,083. Dari 6 gedung 1 gedung memiliki vertical irregularity dan plan irregularity, 3 gedung memiliki vertical irregularity, 2 gedung tidak memiliki penyimpangan dengan tipe bangunan C1 dan tanah diasumsikan tanah sedang (tipe D) karena tidak ada penyelidikan tanah pada lokasi tersebut. Dan hasil Metode Hazus, probabilitas kerentanan bangunan yang didapatkan sebesar 6,1923% dengan nilai Sd = 0,065. Moderate – code seismic design level direncanakan pada seismic design level dan tipe bangunan C1M disamakan dengan RVS. Secara keseluruhan bangunan sekolah memiliki potensi kerentanan terhadap gempa.

Abstract

Ciapus Sub Watershed is part of the Cisadane watershed which passes through 3 (three) sub-districts in Bogor Regency, namely Dramaga District, Ciomas District, and Tamansari District. From 2011 to 2020 housing construction in Dramaga, Ciomas and Tamansari sub-districts increased. High enough rainfall and continuous land changes will result in water infiltration not functioning properly and will cause an increase in surface runoff. Therefore, it is necessary to know how much influence changes in land cover have on the runoff discharge of rainwater in the Ciapus sub-watershed. The purpose of this study was to identify changes in land cover in the Ciapus sub-watershed and to determine the magnitude of the increase in runoff due to changes in land cover in the Ciapus sub-watershed. The results of the analysis of the Ciapus sub-watershed have 8 types of land cover, namely water bodies, primary dry land forest, secondary dry land forest, gardens, dry land agriculture, mixed dry land agriculture, rice fields and settlements. The biggest change in land cover area between 2011 and 2020 is the increase in residential area of ​​2441.59 ha. Meanwhile, dry land agriculture experienced the largest reduction in area of ​​1288.68 ha. Based on the calculation of runoff discharge using the rational method, the amount of discharge that occurred in 2011 was 153.31 mm/second while in 2020 it was 214.99 mm/second

Abstract

Telah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat oleh dosen dengan objek sasaran pada manajemen Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT) Aliya di Kota Bogor, melalui ide, implementasi, dan pendanaan mandiri. Tujuan observasi awal ini, yaitu pemaparan dan penjabaran sejumlah topik yang berkaitan dengan disiplin keilmuan di bidang keteknikan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan untuk pemaparan sejumlah topik, dilakukan melalui penerbitan surat permohonan dari Direktur SIT Aliya ke Dekan Fakultas Teknik dan Sains (FTS), penerbitan surat tugas dari Dekan FTS, dan penyampaian sejumlah topik disertai deskripsi yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi SIT Aliya, sedangkan penjabaran lebih lanjut terhadap topik yang disepakati, dilakukan melalui penjabaran dalam rentang waktu dan kesempatan dan tinjauan lapangan dan pengukuran sejumlah parameter. Hasil kegiatan berkenaan dengan sejumlah topik di bidang keteknikan, berupa pemaparan dan diskusi yang telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 dan 24 Oktober 2019, sedangkan penjabaran berkenaan dengan sejumlah topik yang disepakati, berupa kegiatan presentasi dan diskusi yang dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis, 21 November 2019 dan ditundaklanjuti dengan tinjauan lapangan dan pengukuran parameter. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimupulkan, bahwa topik-topik sesuai disiplin keilmuan di bidang keteknikan dan pemilihan topic yang disepakati untuk kondisi kekinian dan kedisinian di lingkungan SIT Aliya Kota Bogor sangat relevan dan diperlukan.

Abstract

Bogor Market building until now is still operating in serving trade and sale and purchase transactions of various kinds of community needs in Central Bogor and surrounding areas to maintain market conditions, renovations are needed, one of which will currently be carried out in Bogor market is to renew the floor tiles on the ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor, but, thus it is necessary to conduct a study to determine whether the structure of the building is still strong to withstand the load on it after experiencing the addition of the load, from the results of field observations obtained from the addition of the thickness of the mortar is as high as 5 cm in accordance with PPURG load weight for mortar is 21 kg / m² then obtained the addition of a load of 5 x 21 kg is 105 kg/m² with analysis using softwere Etabs obtained the maximum moment value on the beam of 204.076 KNm then the required reinforcement needs of 1315 mm², after the value of the maximum moment and the need for reinforcement obtained then compared with the moment and the need for existing reinforcement, it can be concluded that all the beams of the X-axis direction (longitudinal direction) are able to withstand the load on it, while for the Y-direction beams can not withstand the load on it, due to the additional load so that the need for reinforcement is needed more. Then the recommendations given are due to the need for reinforcement on the Y axis is not sufficient, it is recommended the addition of steel plates as a substitute for the need for reinforcement to withstand the load after renovation.

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu dan fungsi perumahan dan permukiman perlu dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjaga pertumbuhan dan perkembangan perumahan kumuh dan permukiman kumuh sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman. Menyikapi hal ini, Suku Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat berencana mengubah suatu kawasan di RW 06 Kelurahan Jatipulo, Jakarta Barat menjadikan layak huni. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data kondisi eksisting lingkungan, potensi lingkungan, permasalahan lingkungan dan penataan lingkungan untuk menanggulangi dan mengurangi tingkat kekumuhan serta mewujudkan suatu kawasan yang tertata sesuai dengan peruntukan lahan di lingkungan perumahan dan permukiman dilihat dari aspek fisik lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode survei dan wawancara melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan mengumpulkan data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kondisi eksisiting ditemukan pencemaran lingkungan, jaringan jalan lingkungan yang rusak, drainase yang kurang memadai, tidak ada proteksi kebakaran, pengolaan sampah yang kurang memadai, serta tidak ada penerangan jalan umum (PJU) dan ruang terbuka hijau/RTH. Perlunya penataan infrastruktur jalan, drainase, persampahan, rambu jalan dan penghijauan.

Abstract

Tanjakan Dramaga road section is a means of land transportation that is devoted to access Pesantren, Tamansari, and Gunung Salak Tourism, which is currently experiencing damage at several points including damage to potholes due to overflow of water from drainage channels that are not functioning properly, asphalt that is damaged and peeling, and the loads of passing vehicles. To Improving the effectiveness and it is necessary to have an appropriate treatment that can overcome the damage to the road segment and so that the road can last a long time, this study Analyze of road stiffness using the standard AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) method, and geometric calculations of road conditions using the AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) standard and 2002 Bina Marga. The results of the analysis obtained thickness according to the conditions of nine tables AASHTO 1993 is 26 cm with longitudinal reinforcement D12-300 mm, transverse reinforcement D31-840 mm, Dowel or Tie bar used with a diameter of 12 mm, a length of 650 mm, and a distance of 300 mm and the geometric results of the road analysis are full circle. Abstract

The rapid population growth in Indonesia has also increased the need for housing, according to data from the Ministry of Home Affairs through the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registry (Dukcapil) as of June 30, 2020, 268,583,016 people. The Ministry of PUPR said that housing needs in Indonesia are still high, to fulfill them not only from the state budget, but must work together with banks, developers, and local governments. Structural analysis carried out on a one-story compartment type residential building located in one Sentul Indah Residence (SIR) housing block in the Bogor Regency area is very important to ensure that building users are in a safe condition. The research was conducted by testing the concrete quality (fc) of existing columns, beams, and obtained concrete quality values sequentially of 30 MPa, 25 MPa, then modeling the existing structure using the ETABS application and obtained the results that the loads acting on the building and the combination of loads based on SNI were declared safe against the influence of external forces on the building by not finding structural elements that experienced over strenght (O/S). The results of the structural analysis plan based on SNI obtained the dimensions of a residential building with a size of 30 meters x 60 meters, reinforced concrete structure. The concrete material used is concrete with a quality (fc) of 30 Mpa. Column dimensions 20x20 cm with 2D12 main reinforcement and shear reinforcement and shear reinforcement diameter 10-70, beam dimensions 15x20 cm with 2D12 main reinforcement and shear reinforcement diameter 10-100.

Abstract

Mosques serve as a place of worship and foster Muslims who live around the mosque, so the function of this can give a positive impact for Muslims' life. Mosques also function as a place for developing people's activities from the time of Prophet Muhammad to the present. It certainly plays important roles so the condition of the mosque, especially the interior, needs to have comfort element in order to get more solemnity when carrying out those activities. Mosque Al-Hidayah is located in Kampung Belentuk RT 001 RW 001, Kelurahan Cimahpar, Kecamatan Bogor Utara, Kota Bogor. This Belentuk village area has a land area of 23 hectares with a Muslim population of 1571 and 807 of them are men. This village has three mosques which Masjid Al-Hidayah is one of them. At this time, mosque Al-Hidayah has land area of 339 m2 with a building area of 128,9 m2 so that the room capacity can only accommodate 106 people. The number of men of Kampun Belantuk are divided into those three mosques of the village, even so, Mosque Al-Hidayah is not able to accommodate the number of people especially on Friday prayer because the number of worshipers is more than the current capacity of the mosque. The result of the analysis shows the need for prayer space is 330 m2 to accommodate 270 worshipers in prayer activities, especially Friday prayers, then the result of the analysis of the existing concrete structure were carried out by means of a concrete bounce test using the Hammer test, it is known that the average value of the concrete quality in the column is fc'=13.34 MPa, the block is equal to fc'=14.41 MPa. It indicates that the quality of the existing concrete of the Al-Hidayah Mosque does not meet the requirements of SNI 2847-2019 Article 19.2 concerning the minimum allowable normal concrete quality, then the design is carried out according to space requirements and a structural analysis is carried out on the planned design. The planned design is based on the existing space and land requirements which are 15 m x 14 m with a height of 3.5 m per floor and structural analysis is declared safe.

Abstract

Keberadaan Landasan Pacu (runway) yang memadai baik itu dalam ukuran (dimensi) maupun kapasitas layanan terhadap suatu jenis pesawat terbang terutama pesawat terbang berbadan lebar seperti jenis Boeing 737 pada suatu bandar udara, merupakan sesuatu hal yang perlu diperhatikan dikarenakan berhubungan dengan tingkat layanan dan faktor keamaan penerbangan yang dapat diberikan oleh sebuah bandar udara.Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, tahapan pengembangan landasan pacu tersebut haruslah memperhatikan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhinya salah satu faktor utama yang menjadi dasar perencanaan pengembangan landasan pacu adalah faktor klimatologi yang meliputi ketinggian lokasi bandara, kelembaban udara, curah hujan, arah angin, temperatur dan lain sebagainya. Faktor klimatologi memberikan kontrbusi berupa koreksi terhadap ukuran landasan pacu yang ada pada bandar udara tersebut. Selain faktor tersebut, pengembangan landasan pacu juga harus memperhatikan standarisasi dari ICAO dan FAA yang merupakan lembaga internasional yang mengatur tentang standarisasi sebuah Bandar udara
