71' Koperasi Karyawan PT. Nikiomas Gemilang merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan non bank di dalam perusahaan yang berfungsi memberikan pelayanan berupa pinjaman dan tempat menyimpan uang bagi para anggotanya. Misi Koperasi karyawan '71' PT. Nikomas Gemilang yaitu memberikan pelayanan terbaik seperti memberikan pinjaman secara angsuran yang dibayarkan kepada karyawan PT. Nikomas Gemilang yang merupakan anggota dari karyawan Koperasi '71' PT. Nikomas Gemilang. Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data PT. Nikomas Gemilang masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang berdampak pada keterlambatan proses pembayaran baik simpanan maupun cicilan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan bagi karyawan PT. Nikomas Gemilang. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut diperlukan suatu metode perancangan sistem, dan dikembangkan metode waterfall dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk pemodelan sistem visual, sedangkan pemrograman yang digunakan menggunakan bahasa dart dengan framework flutter dan database Mysql. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka peneliti akan membuat sebuah aplikasi simpan pinjam berbasis android dengan judul “Desain Aplikasi Simpan Pinjam Koperasi Pegawai‘ 71” PT. Nikomas Gemilang Berbasis Android".

Garbage problems are common in every city. However, this can be resolved with various solutions that can overcome these problems. One of them is by conducting field observations, then conducting socialization and social approaches to residents. In this way, the waste problem can be solved little by little. The results of the observations showed that there were piles of garbage in the residents' gardens and the amount of garbage scattered in the waterways due to the absence of trash cans and the difficulty of accessing garbage trucks to transport residents' garbage. Especially in this era of covid 19, we must maintain cleanliness from various viruses. Garbage is a small thing that can trigger a virus to grow. Therefore, a solution was found to overcome the waste. With the solution for making trash cans by KKM students, residents can throw garbage in its place and use an open-top Tossa motorbike because it is small and can enter the narrow road in the bogeg neighborhood of RT 1 RW 2, Banjar Agung village. This study aims to determine how quickly students' ability to respond to the material provided by the teacher and assessed through posttest questions with the category of learning outcomes given relative time according to the lesson hours and learning speed categories with a relatively faster time 30 minutes from the time of study hours. Because the mathematics learning outcomes at Serang 2 Vocational High School in Kota Serang are far from KKM expectations, in order to achieve values that exceed KKM with the help of teachers who play an important role in mathematics learning. The data collection technique is done by using the learning outcomes test, while in the learning speed category it uses time in minutes to complete the learning outcomes test. In this thesis, the validity and reliability of the instrument were carried out, then using the normality and homogeneity test and two-way ANOVA test on the hypothesis test. The results of the study explain that there is an influence of the teacher's role on the speed and learning outcomes of students with two-way ANOVA analysis has a value of 5.538 Fcount greater than Ftable 3.25 which means H0 is rejected

Main purpose of the studied was carried – out on 1. Improving the academic – value on Mathematics-problem and 2. Increasing speed learning-value of Mathematics-problems through technical CORE-Model. Total experiment sample of the studied consist of 20 person pupils respectively, was apply with 1st stage to training and guidance 2nd stage was conditioning environment and 3thstage was experiment-periode, neverthelese each stage consist of 10 days. Date were analised by two-ways classification without interaction. Result of the studied informs as follows: 1. Highly significance (0,1%) difference on improving of academic-value of Matematics-problems between CORE-Model with conventional-learning technics respectively 2. Highly significance (0,1%) difference on speed-learning of Matematics-problems between CORE-Model with conventional-learning technics respectively.

Pembelajaran statistik inferensial sangat penting untuk mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer di Universitas Banten Jaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kepercayaan diri mahasiswa dalam belajar statistik inferensial, dan juga seberapa besar motivasi yang dimiliki mahasiswa tersebut. Karena mata kuliah statistik inferensial merupakan mata kuliah yang di anggap sulit dan tidak bisa di aplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 86 peserta kelas statistik pada program studi Sistem Infomasi di Universitas Banten Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, juga menggunakan instrument yang digunakan untuk mengukur strategi motivasi belajar adalah instrument baku MSLQ (Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionaire). Faktor-faktor dari motivasi dan pembelajaran regulasi diri adalah: Self Efficacy, Intrinsic Factor, Test Anxiety, Cognitive Strategy Use, Self-Regulation. Pada mean atau rerata dari hasil output SPSS versi 23 adalah menunjukkan bahwa Self-Efficacy, Intrinsic Factor, Cognitive Strategy Use, dan Self-Regulation dengan hasil yang baik, serta pada Test Anxiety menghasilkan nilai yang cukup baik.

Pelepah pisang memiliki karakter berpori, berongga, serta berserat sehingga nilai densitasnya besar. Selain itu pelepah pisang memiliki kandungan selulosa lebih dari 50%. Pada umumnya, masyarakat kurang memperdulikan pelepah pisang, terutama setelah pohonnya berbuah. Kampung Kemeranggeng, kelurahan taman baru kecamatan taktakan, dikenal dengan pohon pisangnya. Bahan-bahannya mudah ditemukan dan murah harganya, seperti batang pohon pisang, tepung tapioka, garam, penyedap masakan, air kapur sirih, air mineral, dan minyak untuk menggoreng, cukup merendam potongan batang pisang dengan air garam, minimal 2 atau 3 jam, tidak perlu sampai semalaman.dicuci bersih dan diolah seperti biasa. teksturnya itu lebih rapuh dan tidak sama dengan keripik yang direndam Kapur Sirih, jadi kapur sirih ini berfungsi menghilangkan rasa sepet atau pahit pada pelepah pisang selain itu juga membuat tekstur pelepah pisang kuat dan lebih kokoh atau tidak rapuh. Bahan tambahan adalah , Tepung beras 5 takar tapioka 2 takar (untuk bahan tepung campuran 5:1) untuk takaran 5 sendok sayur, 5 centong tepung beras, 2 centong tapioca, 1 sdt bawang putih bubuk ( Garlic ), dan 1 bks penyedap ayam. Hasil pengolahan keripik pelepah pisang memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemajuan perekonomian di kampong Kemeranggen kelurhan Taan Baru Kecamatan Taktakan.

Poor waste management makes the quality of the environment decline. One of the cause of poor waste management was the increasing number of people accompanied by the increasing level of population consumption. However, this is not accompanied by increasing in quality of waste management. This happened because there was no internalized good understanding of waste, that every resident who lives will produce waste every day. This had become one of the focuses of work in community service activities carried out by lecturers with group 5 students at Banten Jaya University. Several work programs carried out in order to foster an understanding of the importance of waste management include a socialization program for waste sorting and the establishment of a waste bank, as well as a program for making biopore holes. This activity was carried out in a series of service activities for one month which taken place in Curug Manis Village, precisely in RT.007 RW.002 Kerasikan Masjid.

Thematic learning is being promoted where in one learning is interrelated. The purpose of this study is first, to find out how much students respond to the use of bilingual modules in thematic learning, and to find out how much thematic learning achievement using bilingual modules. This research was conducted at SDIT Widya Cendekia, Serang, Banten, using quantitative writers. The writers used a bilingual module on thematic learning therefore students were more interested and easier to learn. The activities of students who pay attention to the lessons explained by the teacher was still a few, therefore the subject matter delivered is poorly understood by students. Used of bilingual modules is one alternative that can be used thematic concepts it could be better understood by students. Learning media is used a bilingual module. In general students stated that they agreed to learn thematic using bilingual modules in class. This can be seen from the student response seen from the results of the questionnaire that as many as 77.1% of students gave a high response and 22.9% of students gave a low response. This means that bilingual modules are very effective in learning and their achievement.

The school library is one of the educational facilities supporting learning activities and has an important role in supporting the achievement of educational goals. At SMPN 1 Mandalawangi, the library plays a role in assisting students and teachers in obtaining subject matter references to support teaching and learning activities. In the library, activities such as visitor registration, book recording, book borrowing, returning transactions, and making reports at the library are still done manually, so it requires more time and effort, and mistakes often occur in finding the required data. The author designed a library management information system using a web-based QR Code to solve this problem so that activities can be carried out more quickly and easily. The Waterfall development method is used to build this web-based information system. The stages that are passed in this method are the Requirement, Design, Coding & Testing, Integration & Testing, and Operation and Maintenance stages. The information system is built using the JavaScript programming language, the ReactJS library, Cloud Firestore as the database, and UML as the system model. The final result of this design is to produce a library management information system using a web-based QR Code for the SMPN 1 Mandalawangi Library. It can be interpreted that the system that has been designed can facilitate library staff in the service process, data management, and making reports at the SMPN 1 Mandalawangi library.

PT. Sahabat Keramik Anugerah merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distribusi produk jadi berupa keramik yang berlokasi di Serang. Berdasarkan data penjualan PT. Sahabat Keramik Anugerah dalam satu tahun di tahun 2021 selalu terjadi fluktuasi yang tidak menentu. Diketahui bahwa rata-rata penjualan selama satu tahun di tahun 2021 yaitu sebanyak 24.479 dus. Dari permasalahan tersebut analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) dan strategi 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), hal ini penting dalam rangka merumuskan rencana pengelolaan strategis yang akan dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan. Implementasi strategi pemasaran menggunakan metode gabungan SWOT dan 4P yaitu lebih mengacu pada 4P. Dari perhitungan diagram cartesius berada di kuadran I dengan strategi S-O (Strengths-Opportunity). Implementasi berupa perusahaan memanfaatkan kualitas produk sesuai dengan 4P. Pengaruh promosi dan harga terhadap peningkatan penjualan yaitu sangat berpengaruh. Dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan 4P yaitu pengaruh promosi (gencar dalam melakukan promosi dan pemasaran) dan harga (harga produk terjangkau bagi konsumen di segala kalangan) terhadap penjualan. Total Rating promosi sebesar 56, dengan persentase 28,4%. Faktor tersebut memiliki total Rating dan persentase yang tinggi, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Kata kunci: Analisis, Pemasaran, Strategi , SWOT, 4P
