Abstract

Administration is an administrative activity carried out in the organization using the tools or facilities in the office concerned. Administration is a subsystem in an office organization that serves as the main support of efforts to achieve the organization's overall goals in the form of services into and out of the organization. The purpose of this study is to find out the population administration services carried out by Peucangpari Village to the community. The method carried out in this research is the waterfall method is very suitable in making applications needed in the creation of administrative applications in the current peucangpari village, where the stages of this method are started by analyzing data so that the system will be developed according to user needs. Waterfall method (waterfall model) which begins with research on the current system, design, coding, and maintenance of the system. The results obtained from this study are about village administration applications that can be applied and implemented to assist village parties in providing services to the community.

Abstract

The Banten Province Land Transportation Management Office (BPTD) Region VIII oversees many Service Units (SATPEL) such as type A bus terminals, crossing ports, and weigh stations in Banten Province. The General Bureau is a Work Unit (Satker) tasked with handling requests for goods/services. Some problems occur in the process of requesting goods/services in the Office of the Land Transportation Management Center (BPTD) Region VIII of Banten Province, namely the submission process is still manual, so it takes a long time and the status of approval from each party who has a decision-making policy cannot be known directly. So to overcome the problems faced, it is necessary to design an information system for requests for goods and services that use the Waterfall method and the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​to create an expected information system, so that data processing can be processed more quickly and in control. Thus each Service Unit (Satpel) can submit a letter of submission of goods by accessing the goods/services procurement web online. Abstract

The Student Organization Monitoring Information System (SIMORA) is a student monitoring system for student organizations at Banten Jaya University using electronic device technology. Student organizations at the University of Banten Jaya currently in terms of administrative management such as correspondence, funding applications, proposals, accountability reports and announcements, activity information, and so on still use a manual system that still uses paper so it is vulnerable to data storage errors. All administrative activities will be archived and used as a reference in implementing activities for each student organization in the next period. The purpose of this research is to design a website for monitoring student organization activities and to help optimize the administrative process of student organizations through SIMORA. The system design method used in this research is using the Waterfall method so that it is easier to develop and use UML for visual system modeling. SIMORA is made website-based using the CodeIgniter framework. This student organization monitoring information system acts as a means of supporting the running of a web-based organization so that it can be accessed online with various service features that are mutually integrated with one another. This information system can facilitate the head of student affairs in disseminating information, disciplining student organizations regarding programs to be implemented, and supervising student organizations in terms of administration and student activities. This system can help discipline student organizations in submitting activities because, in the SIMORA system, they cannot propose activities if they are not in accordance with the Draft Activity Budget (RAK) this system also only enters submission data so as to minimize revisions to submissions.

Abstract

The data is recapitulated into a report to the institution. PPN Karangantu is an institution tasked with managing data on fisheries caught by fishermen. As an employee in the fisheries catch data management section, he is tasked with managing fishermen's catch data, starting from fishing vessel data, number of catches, types of catches, and recap reports. In this activity, the Enumerator had problems with the capture fisheries data management process. Based on the existing problems, employees to carry out rework so that the time required is longer. this paper uses the Waterfall method as a system development method, system modeling uses Unified Modeling Language (UML), as well as a system display design that provides a general description of the system being created. The result of this research is that the Fisheries Data Information System can assist the Karangantu PPN agency in reporting recap activities and managing fishing data.

Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross in Serang City has a command post that serves as an information center for disaster events in Serang City. The recording of disaster data carried out by the Command Post is usually by entering it into a .doc format, which makes data storage and presentation less effective. The reports are offline, making them difficult to access for people who want to know about disaster events. The above problem is solved by designing a web-based geographic information system application (web GIS) that can record and present disaster event information. The data collection method used in this research is direct observation and documentation to get the right data. The methodology used in designing this system is the waterfall method. This disaster geographic information system facilitates the preparation of disaster event reports containing coordinates and disaster coverage areas.

Abstract

PT. Kemakmuran Jaya Mandiri Is a company engaged in the sale of Honda motorcycles and service of spare parts.The service information system for motorcycle parts in the company currently uses a combination of spreadsheet technology and records in the customer service book.In addition to the above, an important concern is how the system is able to control every spare parts service data to provide accurate information and can be a control on every replacement transaction and spare parts requests, so that companies have no difficulty evaluating and recording every transaction.The method used to analyze the system that has been running in this company is using the observation method and also direct interviews.Speeds up the service process for replacing spare parts is easier to input and can reduce errors and mistakes. Help the sales counter to record every spare part that has been input and can make more effective reports

Abstract

Modul SAP yang diimplementasi di PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, tidak mempunyai sistem untuk optimalisasi pemuatan order ke kontainer. Sebelum implementasi SAP, proses memasukkan data order, optimalisasi pemuatan data order ke kontainer dan pembuatan surat jalan dilakukan semuanya pada sistem CSO (Container Stuffing Optimization), sehingga data order pasti sinkron dengan data surat jalan atau sesuai dengan aktual pengiriman. Setelah implementasi SAP, data order untuk optimalisasi pemuatan kontainer dimasukkan pada CSO (legacy system) sedangkan proses pembuatan surat jalan dilakukan pada SAP. Dua proses yang berbeda dilakukan pada dua sistem dengan platform berbeda. Penggunaan dua sistem yang berbeda mengakibatkan aktual pengiriman pada dokumen surat jalan tidak sesuai dengan data order dari pelanggan yang mengakibatkan komplain pelanggan. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah dengan melakukan migrasi data order hasil optimalisasi pemuatan pada CSO ke SAP sehingga data order terintegrasi dengan data surat jalan. Metode BDC dipergunakan untuk melakukan migrasi ke SAP yaitu dengan mentransfer data order hasil optimalisasi pemuatan dari CSO ke SAP serta mengotomatisasi proses picking dan packing di SAP untuk menghasilkan surat jalan. Hasil dari penelitian berupa sinkronisasi data order dan data surat jalan serta percepatan proses pembuatan surat jalan menjadi 3 kali lebih cepat dari semula sehingga dapat mengurangi komplain pelanggan dan mempercepat proses pengiriman. Hasil pengujian black box memperlihatkan fungsional sistem berjalan dengan baik.   Abstract SAP module implemented at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper does not have a system for optimizing the loading of orders into containers. Before implementing SAP, the process of entering order data, optimizing loading of order data into containers and creating delivery note was all done in the CSO (Container Stuffing Optimization) system, so that order data was definitely in sync with delivery note data or in accordance with actual delivery. After implementing SAP, order data for optimizing container loading is entered into CSO (legacy system) while the delivery note creation process is carried out in SAP. Two different processes are carried out on two systems with different platforms. The use of two different systems resulted in the actual delivery of the delivery note document not matching the order data from the customer which resulted in customer complaints. The solution to overcome this problem is to migrate the order data resulting from loading optimization in CSO to SAP so that the order data is integrated with the delivery note data. The BDC method is used to migrate to SAP, namely by transferring order data resulting from loading optimization from CSO to SAP and automating the picking and packing process in SAP to produce delivery note. The results of the research are in the form of synchronizing order data and delivery note data as well as accelerating the process of making delivery note documents to 3,775 times faster than before, thereby reducing customer complaints and speeding up the delivery process. The black box testing results show that the system functionality is running well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan suatu sistem informasi yang memudahkan proses pengolahan nilai dan pelaporan hasil belajar siswa secara komputerisasi. Hal ini untuk menjaga terjadinya pekerjaan yang berulang dan menghindari pemborosan terhadap biaya yang butuhkan untuk menggunakan kertas. Selain itu juga dapat membantu menyampaikan informasi perkembangan siswa kepada orangtua agar menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dimana hal ini menggambarkan pendekatan yang sistematis dan berurutan pada pengembangan perangkat lunak. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan pada perancangan aplikasi meliputi tahap perencanaan, tahap analisis, tahap perancangan dan implementasi serta teknik pemodelan yang digambarkan dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi pengolahan nilai raport berbasis web yang memudahkan guru dalam melakukan proses penginputan nilai terhadap hasil belajar siswa secara online, membangun sistem informasi berbasis web untuk penginputkan data nilai siswa dan pembuatan raport berdasarkan nilai yang didapatkan dari guru setiap kelas, membangun sistem informasi pengolahan nilai Raport di SMP Negeri 1 Petir  secara terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat mempermudah guru dalam pengolahan nilai raport SMP Negeri 1 Petir .Kata kunci : Nilai Rapot, Pengolahan data, Sistem Informasi, Waterfall, Web This research aims to develop an information system that facilitates the process of processing grades and reporting student learning outcomes in a computerized manner. This is to prevent repetitive work from occurring and avoid wasting the costs required to use paper. Apart from that, it can also help convey information about student progress to parents to make it easier and more efficient. This research uses the waterfall method, which describes a systematic and sequential approach to software development. The research methods used in application design include the planning stage, analysis stage, design and implementation stages as well as modeling techniques described in the Unified Modeling Language (UML).
