Abstract

Effect of noni fruit powder on digestive organs weight of broiler chickensABSTRACT. The experiment aimed to determine the effect of using Noni fruit powder (NFP) up to 10 percent in the ration on digestive organs weight of male broiler chickens fed commercial feed. A hundred day old male broiler chickens were used in this experiment. Chickens were divided into five treatment groups; R0 (control, chickens fed commercial feed without offering NFP), R1 (the ration contained 2.5 % of NFP), R2 (the ration contained 5 % of NFP), R3 (the ration contained 7.5 % of NFP) and R4 (the ration contained 10 % of NFP). Each treatment group was replicated 4 times. Chickens were housed in the colony cages where 5 chickens each. The ration and drinking water were offered ad libitum. Parameters measured were feed intake, slaughter weight, gizzard weight, liver weight, small intestine weight and length. The results showed that using Noni fruit powder in the ration up to 10 percent caused no significant different effect on all parameters. It concluded that Noni fruit powder can be mixed into the ration up to 10 percent without any adverse effect on the digestive organs.

Abstract

Effect of noni (Morinda citrifolia) fruit juice in drinking water on male broiler chicken performanceABSTRACT. The present study was conducted to determine the effect of Noni (Morinda citrifolia) fruit juice in drinking water on male broiler chicken performance. The study used 100 male broiler chicken at 3 days of age strain Platinum MB 202 produced by PT. Multi Breeder Adhirama Indonesia (Grup PT Jafpa Comfeed Indonesia) Bandar Lampung. The study was assigned into The Completely Randomized Design with 5 treatments and 4 replications. Chicken were housed in 20 unit colony cages in size 100 x 50 x 50 cm each. The treatments were level of noni fruit juice in drinking water; R0 (control, chicken were not drunk noni fruit juice), R1 (chicken drank water contained 2,5% noni fruit juice), R2 (chicken drank water contained 5% noni fruit juice), R3 (chicken drank water contained 7,5% noni fruit juice) and R4 (chicken drank water contained 10% noni fruit juice). Chicken fed similar ration containing 23.58% crude protein and 3943 kkal/kg gross energy. The selected noni fruit were mature fruit or has color white yellowish. Ration and drinking water were offered ad libitum. During the experiment, chicken were vaccinated only by Vaccine ND on 4 days of age. Chicken were kept for 4 weeks. Parameters measured were feed consumption, drinking water consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion ratio. Collected data were analyzed by analysis of variance and significant effect on the parameters were tested by Duncans Multiple Range Test. Result of this study showed that there was not significant (P0,05) effect noni fruit juice in drinking water on feed consumption, drinking water consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion ratio. It is concluded that noni fruit juice could be mixed into the drinking water of broiler chicken up to 10%.

Abstract

Kelurahan mendahara ilir merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang terletak di Kabupaten tanjung Jabung Timur Provinsi Jambi yang mayoritas masyrakatnya berprofesi sebagai nelayan, namum masyarakat nelayan belum mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat keramah lingkungan alat tangkap yang mereka gunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keramah lingkungan alat tangkap yang digunakan nelayan di Kelurahan Mendahara Ilir yang di lakukan pada bulan Juli–Agustus 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan melakukan pengamatan dan observasi secara langsung. Adapun Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat tangkap jaring insang dasar memiliki skor 27,56, sondong memiliki skor 18,54 dan togok memiliki skor 26,66 sehingga masih dikategorikan ramah lingkungan, sedangkan alat tangkap bubu memiliki skor 32,5 dan rawai memiliki skor 28,86 sehingga dikategorikan sangat ramah lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penilaian terhadap tingkat keramah lingkungan alat tangkap menurut kriteria FAO, alat tangkap yang digunakan nelayan Kelurahan Mendahara Ilir ada 5 jenis alat tangkap yaitu sondong dengan skor 18,54, Jaring insang dasar 27,56, rawai 28,86, togok 26,66, dan bubu dengan skor 32,5. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa yang mempunyai tingkat keramahan lingkungan paling tinggi adalah bubu dan yang paling rendah adalah sondong.

Abstract

One of the largest tributaries in the Batanghari area is the Batang Tebo River which passes through Bungkal Village. Currently, the Batang Tebo River is a place for waste disposal, garbage, oil spills, and even the biggest illegal gold mining (PETI). This resulted in a drastic decrease in fishermen in Batang Tebo waters using gill nets. The purpose of the study was to determine the structure of the fish community in Batang Tebo from the catch when using gill nets. This research was started on April 18, 2022 - May 31, 2022, and is located on the Batang Tebo River, Bungkal Village, Tebo Regency. The researcher thus causes the survey method and random sampling as the data collection. Collection of data from this research activity included the structure of the community caught by fishermen using gill nets. The catch data includes fish size, fish weight, total fish weight, and the fish species. The supporting data collect environmental parameters (temperature, pH, current speed, brightness). The number of fish catches produced during the research activity reached 292, with the composition of the catch consisting of 5 species, namely: Baung Fish (Hemibagrus Menerus), Sand Lambak Fish (Labiobarbus Festivus), Lais Fish (Cryptopterus Sp), Kapiat Fish (Barbonymus schwanenfeldi), Juaro Fish (Pangasius polyuranodon). The highest catch was Baung fish many as 89 fish lowe catch was Juaro fish as many as 17 dominant index was 0.23. Community structure of fish caught by Baung Fish, Flat Lambak Fish, Lais Fish, Kapiat Fish, and Juaro Fish. With diversity with medium, uniformity with (high), on dominance with (low), there are fish that dominate in the catch and are also supported by environmental parameters in the form of temperature, pH, brightness, and speed of current.

Abstract

The implementation of lesson study in the teaching process of physics education students during the PPL Program in the school aims to develop students' competence as future teachers through collaborative evaluation and continuous collaboration with other teachers. The observation results showed an increase in various competencies from cycles. The result of the pretest and posttest shows that the ratio of competence increased between students who thought by implementing lesson study and without implementing lesson study more than 2:1, which indicated that the implementation of lesson study could be implemented to increase teacher competence in the future. The qualitative analysis also shows that PPG students and students can benefit from lesson study, especially in developing knowledge and positive attitudes. PPG students can be open to giving or receiving criticism and suggestions from their fellow students. Generally, students showed positive responses (<90%) toward the learning process; it indicates that the learning process by implementing lesson study is classified in the acceptability category or acceptable to the students.

Abstract

Crispy chicken and crispy mushrooms are examples of processed products using crispy seasoned flour. There are many spice flour producers, from small, medium, and large to micro industries. UD. LIBAS is one of the producers of crispy seasoning flour on a home industry scale (MSMEs). This research aims to improve the quality of “IIBAS” crispy seasoned flour through product rebranding. The research stages that be carried out are the process of data collection, analysis, and interpretation to achieve the research objectives. The existing brand of crispy seasoning flour "IIBAS" includes main elements such as visual identity, product excellence and the values it promotes. Visual identity includes a logo, attractive packaging, tagline, and color choices that reflect the value and quality of the product. The brand positioning of "IIBAS" crispy seasoned flour includes superior taste and a more affordable price compared to competitors. Important attributes of "IIBAS" crispy seasoned flour include ease of reading information on packaging and product distribution, which is a top priority for improvement. The level of consumer satisfaction towards "IIBAS" crispy seasoned flour reached 79.42% (satisfied category). Thus, it is hoped that this branding will increase the value of UD. LIBAS's crispy seasoned flour products and increase market share and sales turnover, thereby increasing the profits of the MSME producers. Keywords: branding, crispy, logo, MSMEs

Abstract

MSME actors such as the Roti Bakar 19 Bandung are one of the economic institutions that contribute positively to economic growth so they need to be empowered as an integral part of the people's economy which has a strategic position, role and potential to create a national economic structure that is more balanced, developed and just (Amien & Zulkarnaen, 2022) . The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of price and product on perceptions of service quality at the Roti Bakar 19 Bandung in Makassar City. To analyze and test the influence of price, product, perceived service quality on consumer buying interest at the Roti Bakar 19 Bandung in Makassar City. To analyze and test the effect of price and product on consumer buying interest through perceptions of service quality at the Roti Bakar 19 Bandung in Makassar City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. This research was conducted at the Roti Bakar Bandung 19 Makassar City. Sampling used Malhotra theory by calculating 85 samples. The data collection method used in this research was by using questionnaires and interviews. Researchers used a Likert scale as a measurement scale for the questionnaire. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the product has an insignificant positive influence on quality of service with. Price has a significant negative influence on consumer buying interest. The product has a significant positive influence on interested in buying. Service quality has a significant influence on buying interest. Price has a significant influence on consumer buying interest through service quality. The product has a positive and significant influence on Consumer buying interest through service quality.
