Abstract

Citra merupakan salah satu aset penting bagi organisasi yang selayaknya harus terus menerus dibangun dan dipelihara. Citra yang baik, bukan hanya untuk menarik konsumen dalam memilih produk atau jasa, melainkan juga dapat memperbaiki sikap kepuasan pelanggan terhadap organisasi. Berdasarkan riset pendahuluan, diketahui bahwa Citra Persekolahan PGRI di Kabupaten Bogor relatif belum optimal. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian guna mendapat informasi variabel-variabel terkait dengan peningkatan Kualitas Layanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan strategi dan cara peningkatan citra organisasi dengan cara melakukan penelitian pengaruh antara variabel kepribadian, kepemimpinan melayani, budaya organisasi dan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti dan metode SITOREM untuk analisis indikator guna memperoleh solusi optimal dalam upaya peningkatan citra organisasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh kepercayaan, kenyamanan, dan kepuasan pelanggan dengan tujuan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan TB Mujur Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian korelasi dan menggunakan data primer. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 40 orang, yaitu responden adalah nasabah TB Mujur. Penelitian akan melakukan analisis dengan korelasi atau regresi berganda, oleh karena itu jumlah anggota sampel minimal 10 kali lebih besar dari variabel yang diteliti, karena dalam penelitian ini terdapat 4 variabel independen dan dependen, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pengambilan sampel yang ditargetkan, jumlah anggota sampel adalah 10 x 4 = 40. Teknik analisis terapan meliputi pengujian hipotesis klasik, analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan TB Mujur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengungkapkan hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan penerapan akuntansi digital terhadap kinerja keuangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang beroperasi di Kabupaten Subang. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menggabungkan karakteristik deskriptif untuk menggambarkan kondisi empiris serta pendekatan verifikatif guna menguji hipotesis mengenai pengaruh variabel-variabel utama. Data dikumpulkan secara langsung melalui instrumen kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 20 responden yaitu pelaku UMKM yang dipilih secara purposive, berdasarkan kriteria kepemilikan usaha dan tingkat adopsi teknologi digital. Sebelum dilakukan analisis statistik, seluruh data telah melalui serangkaian uji asumsi klasik, termasuk validitas instrumen, reliabilitas pengukuran, normalitas distribusi residu, keterkaitan antarvariabel (multikolinearitas), homogenitas varians (heteroskedastisitas), serta korelasi residual (autokorelasi), guna memastikan keandalan hasil analisis. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan (X1) dan adopsi akuntansi digital (X2) masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (Y) secara individu. Tidak hanya itu, uji simultan melalui analisis regresi linear berganda juga mengonfirmasi bahwa kedua variabel tersebut bersama-sama berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap perbaikan kinerja keuangan UMKM. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kemampuan pemilik usaha dalam memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar keuangan, serta pemanfaatan atau pengintegrasian sistem akuntansi digital secara teratur, merupakan kunci strategis dalam membangun stabilitas dan pertumbuhan keuangan usaha. Berdasarkan hasil ini, disarankan agar pemerintah daerah, lembaga keuangan, dan organisasi pendukung UMKM lebih intensif dalam menyelenggarakan program pelatihan berkelanjutan yang berfokus pada literasi keuangan dan pendampingan teknis dalam implementasi sistem akuntansi digital. Dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan edukatif dan teknis seperti ini, daya saing UMKM di daerah dapat diperkuat sekaligus mendukung pencapaian keberlanjutan usaha di tengah dinamika ekonomi digital yang kian pesat.

Abstract

Sekolah Minggu Buddha (SMB) memiliki peran strategis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai ajaran Buddha sejak usia dini. Namun, hingga saat ini masih ditemukan keterbatasan bahan ajar yang terstruktur dan sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan pembelajaran di SMB belum berjalan secara optimal, terutama bagi pembina yang belum memiliki pengalaman mengajar yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku ajar Sekolah Minggu Buddha berbasis cerita Jataka yang dilengkapi dengan aktivitas pembelajaran menyenangkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, dan implementasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, wawancara, observasi, serta validasi ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar yang dikembangkan dinilai layak oleh ahli materi, bahasa, dan media. Uji validitas isi menggunakan indeks Aiken menghasilkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,58 yang berada pada kategori memadai. Dengan demikian, buku ajar berbasis cerita Jataka ini dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar alternatif yang berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas dan daya tarik pembelajaran agama Buddha bagi anak-anak di Sekolah Minggu Buddha.

Abstract

Image is one of the important assets for an organization that should be continuously built and maintained. A good image is one of the important tools, not only to attract consumers in choosing products or services, but also to improve customer satisfaction attitudes towards the organization. Image also shows the existence of an organization in the public eye, namely showing the public’s view of the organization that is formed over a long period of time. A well-formed image will also have a good impact on achieving the goals set by individuals or organizations. Based on preliminary research, it is known that the Image of PGRI Schools in Bogor Regency is relatively suboptimal. Therefore, research is needed to obtain information on variables related to improving Service Quality. The purpose of this study is to carry out strategies and ways to improve organizational image by conducting research on the influence between personality variables, servant leadership, organizational culture and service quality. This study uses the path analysis method to determine the influence between the variables studied and the SITOREM method for indicator analysis in order to obtain optimal solutions in efforts to improve organizational image.

Abstract

The success and sustainability of an organization are largely determined by the willingness of employees to behave well not only when carrying out their main tasks, but also extra behavior in wanting to be good teachers. However, there are indications that teachers at the PGRI Vocational School in Bogor Regency only carry out basic tasks and do not demonstrate behavior that supports organizational effectiveness outside of this. This research aims to determine the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Self-Efficacy in Organizational Citizenship Behavior both partially and jointly. The population in this study were teachers at the PGRI Vocational School, Bogor Regency with a sample of 243 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and data processing was carried out by using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research results show that (1) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant relationship with teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (2) Self-efficacy has a positive relationship with teacher Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (3) Transformational Leadership and Self-Efficacy together have a positive and significant relationship with teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

Teachers are a vital part of educational management, and their organizational commitment is crucial for achieving the institution's goals. Organizational commitment reflects teachers' attitudes and feelings toward maintaining membership and carrying out their duties responsibly. Path analysis and SITOREM analysis are the quantitative methods used in this study. This study involved 237 permanent foundation teachers (GTY) from private vocational high schools in Bogor Regency, with a sample of 149 teachers selected using the Slovin formula. The study aimed to find the best methods, techniques, and solutions to increase teacher commitment to the organization by enhancing organizational support, servant leadership, personality, and job satisfaction. The results showed that organizational support, servant leadership, and personality significantly influenced job satisfaction and service quality. Job satisfaction served as a mediator, enhancing the influence of these three factors on service quality. One of the best ways to increase organizational commitment is to improve weak metrics (salary/wages, resource provision, empathy, supportive supervision, extroversion) and maintain strong metrics (coworker relations, emotional stability, conscientiousness, openness, listening, and trust). The results of the study show that job satisfaction is the main key to improving the quality of service and teacher commitment in the organization. These findings have implications for educational management by emphasizing the importance of developing policies based on job satisfaction, servant leadership, and organizational support as innovative strategies to improve service quality and teacher commitment.

Abstract

The quality of teacher service is an important element related to achieving national education goals and developing the whole Indonesian person. The initial survey of the quality of service of Civil Servant teachers in Senior High Schools in Bogor Regency has not achieved optimal results. Therefore, the quality of teacher service is interesting to study. This study aims to find efforts on how the quality of teacher service can be improved by examining the relationship between the quality of teacher service and the variables of teacher personality and organizational justice. The study used correlational statistical methods, and a SITOREM method analysis was conducted. The research analysis unit was Civil Servant teachers in Senior High Schools with a population of 279 and a sample of 103 teachers. The results of the study showed a positive relationship between teacher personality and the quality of teacher service, with a relationship strength of ry1 = 0.421 and there was a positive relationship between organizational justice and the quality of teacher service, with a relationship strength of ry2 = 0.297, so that the quality of teacher service can be improved through teacher personality and organizational justice. It can be concluded that to improve the quality of teacher service, one can pay attention to indicators that are not yet optimal for recommendations and determine the priority order of improvements that need to be made.

Abstract

Education is a planned process that is essential for exploiting the potential of students, including those in Islamic Religious Education (IRE). However, IRE teaching Effectiveness in the private vocational high schools in Bogor Regency is not ideal. The study will examine the connection between transformational leadership, cooperative models of learning, and learning motivation on the Effectiveness of teaching IRE, and to make strategic recommendations that can be applied in learning institutions. A quantitative research approach was employed, and the sample size consisted of a proportionate number of participants, totaling 168. Data were analyzed through the path analysis and also through the SITOREM (Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research on Education Management). The outcomes demonstrate that transformational leadership and the cooperative learning model have a strong and significant direct correlation with instructional Effectiveness. Additionally, learning motivation is a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between these variables and the increase in instructional Effectiveness. The other need that the research has identified is the necessity to enhance various indicators of progress, research conditions, and achievement to maximize instructional outcomes. The findings of this study recommend that educational institutions should increase the application of transformational leadership practices, adopt cooperative learning more frequently, and introduce strategies to enhance student learning motivation as an instrument to increase the IRE as a whole in a vocational high school.
