Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendayagunaan wakaf produktif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat pada Yayasan Baitur Rahmah Sejahtera. Objek penelitian ini yaitu Yayasan Baitur Rahmah Sejahtera. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner yang berisikan pernyataan yang akan disebar kepada responden yaitu 30 orang penerima manfaat (mauquf ‘alaih) di Yayasan Baitur Rahmah Sejahtera. Uji prasyarat analisis memanfaatkan pengujian reliabilitas, serta pengujian validitas dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 25. Berdasarkan pengujian koefisien determinasi (R Square) diketahui bahwa pendayagunaan wakaf produktif berpengaruh sebesar 43,4% terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Berdasarkan nilai t hitung yang didapat dari pengujian t (parsial) didapatkan nilai t hitung (4,632) > t tabel (2,048) dengan tingkat signifikansi < 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima dapat dikatakan bahwa pendayagunaan wakaf produktif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Lumajang is one of the areas in East Java, Indonesia, with a Muslim majority population. As Muslims, we must understand sharia rules, including how to manage sharia-based finance. Based on the results of the interviews, it was found that the majority of Lumajang District PKK cadres who are Muslim still do not optimally understand how to manage finances based on Islamic rules. Therefore, financial management training is needed from a sharia perspective to increase people's knowledge and abilities in managing finances according to Islamic rules to bring goodness to the world and the hereafter. Sharia-based financial management training is carried out through preparation, pre-test, training implementation, and post-test. The training results showed that the participant's understanding of sharia-based financial management increased from an average pre-test score of 71% and an average post-test score of 85%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in consumer attitude toward brand and advertising, and purchase intention when consumers encounter halal cosmetic advertising on Instagram using different types of endorsers and presentation modalities. The halal industry is increasingly experiencing rapid development, including in the halal cosmetic industry. Halal cosmetics is starting to be liked by young people. To reach the young segment of the market, halal cosmetics use social media such as Instagram to do marketing. An experiment design was conducted involving 132 undergraduate students. The data analysis method used was MANOVA. The results of this study indicate that the use of influencers is more effective in generating positive consumer attitudes compared to celebrity endorsers. Halal cosmetic marketers who advertise on Instagram want to make consumers pay more attention to the advertisements posted by these marketers and not scroll to other feeds, it is suggested that they use influencer endorsers and rich modality strategies in their advertisements. This research has novelty in providing an overview of marketing halal products on social media, especially on Instagram

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan pengoptimalan dalam memberdayakan yatim dhuafa melalui pendayagunaan dana ZIS pada program Sanggar Lestari di LAZ Saku Yatim Indonesia serta menganalisis faktor pendorong dan penghambat dari pelaksanaan program Sanggar Lestari di LAZ Saku Yatim Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan secara deskriptif yang dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data dan berdasarkan triangulasi sebagai uji validitas data serta menggunakan analisis SWOT. Data dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh secara langsung yaitu bersumber dari hasil wawancara dengan para informan serta melalui observasi langsung di lokasi objek penelitian. data sekunder pada penelitian ini diperoleh secara tidak langsung yaitu bersumber dari pencatatan dan studi kepustakaan, seperti buku, jurnal penulisan, artikel terkait serta dokumen administratif lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pemberdayaan yatim dhuafa melalui program Sanggar Lestari telah optimal dari segi materi pembelajaran terutama siswa binaan setingkat SD berdasarkan peningkatan kemampuan dan nilai akademik, namun untuk setingkat SMA materi pembelajaran belum optimal. Untuk bantuan beasiswa sekolah telah optimal dari segi kepuasan mustahik yang terbantu dalam pembiayaan sekolah. Terdapat faktor pendorong dan penghambat dari pemberdayaan Sanggar Lestari sehingga dapat memaksimalkan strategi terutama menggunakan strategi SO (Strength Opportunities) untuk pengoptimalan program pemberdayaan secara maksimal.

Abstract

Halal tourism in practice is still full of uncertainty. This is due to inconsistency from Muslims, especially in Blitar Raya. This article will discuss three issues, the first is about why halal tourism is still full of uncertainty, the second is designing a Muslim-friendly tourism categorization that supports the implementation of Muslim-friendly tourism and the third is discussing the digitalization of quality Muslim-friendly tourism. This research uses a qualitative method with a mixed approach. The first result of this research is that Muslim-friendly tourism has a high level of uncertainty and causes inconsistencies. Second, uncertainty regarding Muslim-friendly tourism can be minimized by categorizing Muslim-friendly tourism starting from the red, yellow and green categories. Third, this categorization needs to be supported by digitalization to encourage the availability of Muslim-friendly tourism in Blitar Raya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer behavior in buying halal food and beverages in Indonesia for the millennial generation. These factors include halal awareness, halal certification and attitudes which are important factors in influencing buying behavior directly or through buying intention as a mediating/intervening variable. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a total of 206 millennial Muslims who consume the halal product in Indonesia and also part of society with births in late 1980 to early 2000 using non-probability sampling. To assist in data analysis using sem-pls with PLS-4 application. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between halal awareness, halal certification and attitudes towards consumer buying behavior which is mediated by purchase intention. In addition, for a direct relationship between halal certification and attitudes toward buying behavior, a positive and significant effect was found. Interestingly, it was found that halal awareness has no significant effect on consumer buying behavior. This study can be used also by companies and for marketing discussions to develop halal food and beverage products for Muslim consumers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kabupaten Sumenep terbagi menjadi dua wilayah daratan dan kepulauan; memiliki 27 kecamatan dan 328 desa. Kabupaten Sumenep, pada tahun 2009, memiliki luas areal persawahan 29.895 hektar dengan tingkat produksi 1.784.245,8 kuintal. Kabupaten Sumenep memiliki lahan pertanian dan perkebunan yang dapat menghasilkan padi, jagung, dan kacang-kacangan. Sementara perkebunannya menghasilkan produk unggulan berupa singkong dan tembakau. Selain itu, Sumenep juga memiliki jenis sapi dan kambing yang juga bisa dikembangkan. Meski memiliki lahan yang luas, Sumenep belum memiliki koperasi yang dapat mengoptimalkan produksi dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi hasil pertanian dan perkebunan. Oleh karena itu, Tim PKM mendampingi masyarakat dalam mempersiapkan pendirian koperasi untuk memaksimalkan output dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi masyarakat. Dokumen pendirian yang dirancang antara lain fotokopi KTP 22 pendiri, draft AD-ART, surat kuasa mengurus pembentukan koperasi, kegiatan minimal tiga tahun ke depan, dan rancangan anggaran pendapatan. Dokumen lainnya yang dibuat adalah struktur kepengurusan, dokumen pendirian koperasi, dan dokumen lainnya yang dibutuhkan dalam pendirian koperasi. Semua berkas administrasi yang telah disiapkan kemudian diserahkan ke Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM untuk mendapat persetujuan dari instansi terkait. Hasil dari pendampingan ini diharapkan dapat membantu para petani dan peternak dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan memberikan nilai tambah terhadap hasil pertanian dan peternakan di Kabupaten Sumenep.

Abstract

Pegadaian Sharia offers a fexible gold investement product ‘Gold Saving’ which since it was launched in 2015, it has become the most popular. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of islamic promotion and quality of islamic services to customer’s purchase decision to be customer of Pegadaian Sharia Gold Saving at Gresik Regency. Using multiple linear regression analysis to analyze data and test hypotheses with SPSS version 23. This research model has two independent variables, namely islamic promotion and quality of islamic services, then the model has one dependent variable that is purchase decision. Data were collected by using questioner and measured by likert scale, distributed to 96 respondents of the Gold Saving customer’s of Pegadaian Sharia in Gresik Regency, sample selected using simple random sampling terchnique. The result found that islamic promotion didn’t significant effect to the customer’s purchase decision. Then, the quality of islamic service has positive and significant effect on customer’s purchase decision. However, the result of t-test found these islamic promotion and quality of islamic service has affect in simultaneous on customer’s purchase of Pegadaian Shariah Gold Saving.

Abstract

Abstract :This research is focused on discussing the application of Islamic business ethics used by restaurant restaurants in Sidoarjo namely Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo. In Islam, an economic activity carried out by a Muslim must have mutual benefit elements or values. The application that is carried out is also applied in every aspect of the economy consisting of the organization of production, consumption and distribution. Researchers use the basic values of Islamic business ethics as a reference to measure the application of Islamic business ethics including Unity, Balance, Free Will, Responsibility, and Truth: Virtue and Honesty. Through a qualitative approach, there are two issues that must be answered namely how the application of Islamic business ethics in Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo is carried out and how Islamic business ethics principles are carried out in their success in doing business. Like praying 5 times, Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza is still running buying and selling activities and serving buyers. So that researchers can collect three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study indicate that Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo applies Islamic business ethics in doing business but on the principle of unity Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza, has not been fully expected. For example, when the Adhan reverberated employees and employees were still making buying and selling transactions and serving consumers. The principles of Islamic business ethics used include the principle of balance, the principle of free will, the principle of responsibility and the principle of truth: virtue and honesty.

Abstract

There are no institutions that utilize the potential of cash waqf make this study aimed to determine the literacy level of the students Economics Faculty, State University of Surabaya regarding cash waqf. so that stakeholders can take advantage of the cash waqf  potential in Economics Faculty, State University of Surabaya. The method used in this researched was descriptive qualitative.  The results of this study indicated that in majority at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya, have a very minimal level of literacy or understanding. The results of the research can provide a picture for stakeholders about the conditions in the environment.  Furthermore, only students majoring in Islamic Eonomics who had knowledge above the average of other majors students but were still classified into low levels because the knowledge of the students majoring in Islamic Economics was only limited to basic knowledge.
