Abstract

Home industry has an important role in boosting the country's economy. It helps improve the community's economy by creating jobs and increasing people's income. This research aims to analyze the role of the krecek home industry in increasing the economic independence of female workers and to analyze the economic independence of female workers who work in the krecek industry. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach which is analyzed using data reduction and based on technical triangulation as a test of data validity. The results of this research show that the krecek home industry has a role in increasing the economic independence of female workers. This can be seen from the increase in income and economy experienced by female workers and they become more responsible and have initiative when solving problems they experience. In terms of economic independence, female workers here cannot yet be called completely financially independent, this is because they are still dependent on consumer debt, do not understand cash flow management, do not have investments because the wages they are given are still not fully sufficient for their needs.

Abstract

Islam is a complete and perfect religion as well. It governs human behavior in everything, including aqidah worship and muamalah. One of the muamalah practices is in terms of profit-sharing cooperation in agriculture. Ngalak Paron is a practice of cooperative production sharing in agriculture between landowners and sharecroppers with revenue sharing according to the agreement of both parties. In practice, Ngalak Paron is the same as a mukhabarah contract, where capital or seeds come from sharecroppers. This research was conducted with the aim of determining whether the practice of Ngalak Paron is in accordance with the Islamic economy. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of Ngalak Paron research conducted in Gunung Sereng Village have fulfilled the pillars and requirements of the mukhabarah contract so that the practice of Ngalak Paron carried out is in accordance with Islamic Law, so that the practice of Ngalak Paron using the mukhabarah contract can be carried out.Keywords: Ngalak Paron, Mukhabarah, Islamic Law Abstrak Islam adalah agama yang lengkap dan sempurna juga. Yang mengatur perilaku manusia dalam segala hal, termasuk aqidah, ibadah dan muamalah. Salah satu dari praktik muamalah yaitu dalam hal kerja sama bagi hasil di bidang pertanian. Ngalak Paron merupakan praktik kerjasama bagi hasil dalam pertanian antara pemilik lahan dengan petani penggarap dengan pembagian hasil sesuai kesepakatan kedua belah pihak. Dalam praktiknya Ngalak Paron sama dengan akad mukhabarah, dimana modal atau benih berasal dari petani penggarap. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui praktik Ngalak Paron apakah telah sesuai dengan ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian Ngalak Paron yang dilakukan di Desa Gunung Sereng telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat dari akad mukhabarah sehingga praktik Ngalak Paron yang dilakukan telah sesuai dengan Hukum Islam, sehingga praktik Ngalak Paron menggunakan akad mukhabarah boleh dilakukan. Abstract

Abstract The use of waqf instruments to solve social and economic problems provides an opportunity to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. This article aims to analyze the use of waqf in Mandiri Waqf during the Covid-19 pandemic and its compatibility with the concept of maqashid sharia. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted by direct interviews with waqf institutions and supported by secondary data obtained from various sources. The results of the study show that in the perspective of maqashid sharia, the utilization of waqf in independent waqf is in line with the objective of waqf, namely that the principal assets of waqf must be maintained so that the benefits can be taken in the long term. The waqf program run by institutions during the pandemic can be divided into three according to the concept of the needs of Maqashid Syariah Imam As-Syatibi, namely dharuriyah, hajiyah, and tahsiniyah. Keywords: Waqf utilization; Maqashid sharia; Pandemicontent Abstrak Pemanfaatan instrumen wakaf untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan sosial dan ekonomi memberi peluang untuk menangani pandemi Covid-19. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis pemanfaatan wakaf di Wakaf Mandiri pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan kesesuaiannya dengan konsep maqashid syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung kepada pihak lembaga wakaf serta didukung data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perspektif maqashid syariah, pendayagunaan wakaf di Wakaf Mandiri telah sesuai dengan tujuan wakaf yakni dimana harta pokok wakaf harus dijaga agar dapat diambil manfaatnya dalam jangka panjang. Program wakaf yang dijalankan oleh lembaga pada masa pandemi dapat dibagi menjadi tiga sesuai konsep kebutuhan pada Maqashid Syariah Imam As-Syatibi, yaitu dharuriyah, hajiyah, dan tahsiniyah. Abstract

This study explores the factors influencing interest in halal certification, focusing on certification fees, government involvement, and the certification process, particularly for halal MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). A survey of 65 respondents from businesses in Indonesia and Malaysia was analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0, a tool for Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that certification fees (p-value = 0.226) and government involvement (p-value = 0.966) do not significantly affect interest, while the certification process (p-value = 0.009) has a significant impact. These findings suggest that simplifying the certification procedure could increase participation, especially for MSMEs facing challenges related to cost and understanding the process. The study’s practical implication is that certification bodies should prioritize simplifying the process to encourage more MSMEs to pursue halal certification. This research provides valuable insights for academic research, industry practices, and MSME empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of prices and Islamic service quality on customer satisfaction at Anugah Motor workshop. This study used a quantitative method with regression analysis using the SPSS 25 version. The instrument used questionnaires and they were distributed to 100 respondents. The determination of the respondents used a purpose sampling technique. The distribution of the questionnaire was carried out both online and offline. Respondents' answers were measured using a Likert scale. The results of the analysis showed that partially, the price variable did not have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Besides, the Islamic service quality variable partially had a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the price and Islamic service quality variables had a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Madrasah sebagai ekosistem pendidikan dan pembentukan karakter memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam menyiapkan siswa yang tangguh menghadapi transformasi sosial, Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman bagi Siswa Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Ihsan khususnya berkaitan dengan literasi finansial syariah untuk peningkatan Pemahaman dan kesejahteraan. Program pemahaman literasi keuangan di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Ihsan Lamongan dilakukan dengan pendekatan Workshop yang berfokus pada potensi peserta didik. Workshop Literasi keuangan di sekolah terbukti efektif meningkatkan pemahaman keuangan syariah siswa. Hasil workshop menunjukkan nilai literasi keuangan kategori sangat tinggi, menunjukkan siswa makin cerdas dalam mengelola keuangan. Kegiatan ini membentuk siswa yang berakhlak dan cerdas finansial. Agar berkelanjutan, madrasah perlu mengintegrasikan program ke kurikulum, melatih pengasuh, meningkatkan literasi digital, menjalin kemitraan, dan melakukan evaluasi rutin. Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Ihsan Lamongan menjadi model madrasah yang tangguh dan mandiri ekonomi.

Abstract

Several things affect the achievement of targets, such as internal and external factors of the zakat management organization. The level of compliance with paying zakat is one of the external factors that can affect the receipt of zakat. So, this research will examine indicators that affect the level of compliance to pay zakat in Indonesia, using religiosity, knowledge, and characteristics of muzakki. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach with probit regression. This research collects 200 respondents as samples from Muslim-majority areas, such as East Java, Yogyakarta, Central Java, and South Sulawesi. It is hoped that this research will find indicators that can influence the level of muzakki compliance in paying zakat. The probit regression results, of all the variables used, there are two significant variables, namely religiosity and knowledge. Meanwhile, demographic variables such as age, income, education, marital status, and gender are insignificant because some people who pay zakat are not based on whether they have reached nishab. They always set aside 2.5% of their income for zakat after payday. The statement reinforces other evidence that people who pay zakat in Indonesia are more driven by factors of faith and trust. Theoretically, this study offers a new research model to explain muzakki compliance in paying zakat. Empirically, this research contributes to zakat managers' focus programs on increasing religiosity and knowledge of muzakki.

Abstract

The high number of poor families and the lack of employment opportunities. The solutions offered are training in processing superior products, thus opening up new job opportunities and motivating the community to be independent. One of the potential possessed by Wonosalam Subdistrict is cow milk production. To increase the added value of dairy products in this area, we carry out a training to process superior products in Wonosalam District. The output of this PKM activity is the creation of a superior village product in the form of Jackfruit Milk Pie. Jackfruit milk pie made from milk and jackfruit. The object of this training is the female population both classified as working age (15-64) and outside of working age (64+). For women who are of working age, this activity will provide business opportunities for them, so they can try to be independent. For female residents outside the working age will motivate them to work, thereby reducing the burden of family dependence.

Abstract

Penerapan standar kebersihan pada tempat makan di kawasan wisata penting untuk memberikan rasa aman kepada wisatawan serta menjaga daya saing destinasi wisata. Pantai Pudak merupakan salah satu tempat tujuan wisata yang baru dikembangkan di wilayah pesisir selatan Kabupaten Blitar. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan higiene sanitasi jasa boga di daerah pariwisata adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan rutin mengenai higiene dan sanitasi makanan bagi pengelola warung atau rumah makan untuk memastikan bahwa standar kebersihan tetap terjaga. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan secara umum untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan higiene sanitasi pada pengelola warung yang berada di sekitar Pantai Pudak, desa Ngadipuro Blitar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah edukasi hygiene sanitasi dengan menggunakan media PPT dan poster dilanjutkan dengan diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa 90% peserta kegiatan PKM mengalami peningkatan pada pengetahuan dengan peningkatan skor pre test dan post test dari 92,5 menjadi 97,5 poin. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini bahwa edukasi mengenai higiene sanitasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

Tanaman padi menjadi salah satu sumber bahan pokok yang paling besar dikonsumsi manusia, namun serangan hama pertanian sering kali menjadi masalah yang membuat tanaman padi mengalami penurunan produktivitas, selain itu perubahan iklim dan kebutuhan energi yang kian meningkat memicu pengembangan sistem pertanian pintar. Integrasi Teknologi IoT untuk Pengendalian Hama dan Optimasi VPD pada Pertanian Padi Berbasis PLTS menjadi salah satu terobosan teknologi dalam bidang pertanian untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Teknologi ini merupakan pengembangan sistem pertanian cerdas yang dapat mengendalikan hama serta melakukan pemantauan mikroklimat untuk meningkatkan produksi maupun kualitas hasil panen pada kelompok tani Jombang. Sistem ini terinterasi dengan Internet of Think (IoT) serta berbagai jenis sensor seperti sensor suhu, kelembaban, lidar, rain drop, intentitas cahaya, curah hujan, tekanan udara, moinsture, pH, kecepatan angin yang berfungsi untuk mengumpulkan data secara real-time sebagai dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan pengendalian hama serta optimasi kondisi tanaman. Sistem ini ditenagai oleh panel surya yang dikombinasikan dengan baterai, sehingga dapat beroperasi secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan.
