Abstract

This study aims to develop an RME-based hypothetical learning trajectory of least common multiple for elementary school students. This study used research & development based on the Plomp development model. The subjects of this study were 9fourth grade elementary school students in Pekanbaru, Riau. The data of this study was collected by distributing questionaires and conducting interviews. The data collected was analysed by using descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results indicated that the hypothetical learning trajectory developed was very valid with an average score of 84.37% and was very practical with an average score of 89.38% from the students and 88.89% from the teachers. Therefore, the RME-based hypothetical learning trajectory of least common multiple can be further used by elementary school students and teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the relationship between the interest in becoming an elementary school teacher and the teaching readiness of PGSD FKIP UNRI students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. This research was conducted at PGSD FKIP UNRI which involved 118 active students of PGSD FKIP UNRI class of 2018. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a sampling technique, namely total sampling. Total sampling is a sampling technique in which all members of the population are sampled in order to obtain representative research results. The validity test of the questionnaire used the product moment correlation technique, while the reliability test used the Alpha Cronbach formula. As for the prerequisite analysis test, the normality test and linearity test were carried out. Then do the hypothesis testing with the product moment correlation test. The level of significance of the analysis results was set at 5%. This data analysis technique was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 21 program. The results in this study can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between interest in being an elementary school teacher and Teaching Readiness of PGSD FKIP UNRI students class of 2018 which is shown by the results of the correlation coefficient r count (0,506) > r table (0,180).

Abstract

This study aims to describe and find out how professional competency knowledge of elementary school teacher candidates for PGSD FKIP Riau University students. The research method in this study is a survey method. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of numbers and primary data obtained through a distributed google form questionnaire. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires that have previously been validated by the validator. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive quantitative with statistical analysis. The data taken is then calculated the percentage of data from each indicator, then interpret the percentage score and analyze each indicator. This research involved 120 active students of class 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 PGSD FKIP Riau University. The results of the overall data recapitulation of each indicator of professional competence knowledge of prospective elementary school teacher students are 68.01% with a good category. It can conclude that the knowledge of the professional competence of prospective elementary school teacher students can be categorized as good. This research can be expected to become a guideline and evaluation for related parties in need. The results of this study are also expected to be used as study material for other researchers in analyzing the professional competence knowledge of prospective elementary school teachers.

Abstract

Nandung tradition, which originated in Rengat, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau, is a type of local wisdom that demands purpose and function, as well as value in character development as capital in local culture. The culture that is passed down from generation to generation can be used to extract local knowledge (local knowledge) and local wisdom (local wisdom) in overcoming various obstacles in the formation of character formation. The method utilized is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, with the goal of describing the Nandung tradition in the Rengat community of Indragiri Hulu Riau as a character determinant. Because it contains the value of religious education, the value of moral education, and the value of social education, the Nandung tradition is full of values in moulding character, according to the conclusions of this studythe importance of social and cultural education, as well as psychological and religious principles The Nandung tradition's ideals of local wisdom are important in moulding the Rengat Indragiri Hulu community's character in conformity with Islamic law and Indragiri Hulu Malay culture.

Abstract

Today, the people of the World including Indonesia have entered the era of industrial revolution 4.0 which is characterized by increasing internet connectivity, as well as the rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT). Efforts to improve the quality of human resources (HR) through education channels are the main key in following the development of the industrial revolution 4.0, one of which can be achieved by optimizing the use and application of digitalization technology in education. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pekanbaru applies web-based semester exams in the process of assessment and evaluation of students' learning. This study uses qualitative approach. The results of the study implementation of web-based semester exams history subjects in MAN 1 Pekanbaru there are four stages conducted, namely the petrencanaan stage, the organizing stage, the implementation stage and the reporting stage.While the inhibitory factors of the implementation of web-based semester exams are power outages and network loss, devices that often experience problems, exam problems that appear incomplete. The impact of the implementation of web-based semester exams on the effectiveness of historical learning assessment at MAN 1 Pekanbaru is economical, time effectiveness, assessment objectives and easy and flexible.

Abstract

This study aims to find out by using the make a match method in learning history in class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 3 Bangko Pusako with Youth Pledge material can improve student learning outcomes. This research was conducted in class XI IPS 2 which consisted of 30 students, namely 17 female students and 13 male students. This research is Classroom Action Research or PTK. This research consisted of 2 cycles namely cycle I and cycle II. Each cycle consists of 4 phases which are planning, action implementation, observation and finally reflection. Method of data collection in this study used teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets and test questions. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, in cycle I the results were obtained: 12 students who completed or 40% and 18 students who did not complete or 60%. Then in cycle II there was an increase, namely 27 students who completed or 90% and 3 students who did not complete or 10%. So it can be concluded that student learning outcomes per cycle that match the KKM criteria have increased by 50%.

Abstract

Suku mandailing merupakan salah satu suku bangsa yang mendiami sebagian kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan dan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, Sumatera utara. Sampai saat ini suku Mandailing telah menyebar keberbagai wilayah di nusantara termasuk di Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. Kebanyakan dari mereka bekerja di bidang pertanian namun ada pula yang bekerja diluar dari pertanian. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1.) Untuk mengetahui awal mula masuknya tata cara perkawinan suku mandailing di Kecamatan Mandau, 2.) Untuk mengetahui tata cara perkawinan suku Mandailing di Kecamatan Mandau sebelum adanya era globalisasi, 3.) Untuk mengetahui tata cara perkawinan suku Mandailing di Kecamatan Mandau pada era globalisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pada tahun 1957 sebagai awal mula masuknya suku mandailing di kecamatan Mandau sekaligus masuknya tata cara perkawinan yang di bawa oleh suku mandailing tersebut. Banyaknya suku mandailing yang hidup dan tinggal di kecamatan Mandau menunjukkan bahwa kecamatan Mandau memiliki potensi ekonomi yang cukup. Kedatangan mereka ke kecamatan Mandau untuk melakukan perubahan kehidupan mereka secara ekonomi dan juga keinginan mereka untuk mengenal dunia luar yang lebih luas. Tata cara perkawinan suku mandailing sebelum adanya era globalisasi di kecamatan mandau memiliki 18 tahapan dan setelah adanya era globalisasi tata cara perkawinan suku mandailing di kecamatan Mandau memiliki 10 tahapan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya perubahan tata cara perkawinan suku mandailing di kecamatan Mandau yaitu komunikasi, ekonomi, masuknya budaya lain, waktu dan pendidikan.

Abstract

Pekanbaru is the capital city of Riau Province which is dominated by the Malay community, where Islam is the majority religion. The existence of the temple as a place of worship for Hindus has had its own impact on the social and religious life of the people of Pekanbaru City. This study uses qualitative research methods to observe the object of research as a whole by presenting comprehensive data descriptively. Methods of data collection are done through the process of observation and interviews. The data analysis technique was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions (verification). The process of data validity using triangulation techniques. The results show that behind the construction of Pura Agung Jagatnatha there is a long history which is the most important part of the religious life of the Hindu community in Pekanbaru City. There is a development and existence of Pura Agung Jagatnatha as a house of worship that emphasizes diversity, where after the construction of Pura Agung Jagatnatha brought its own impact on the socio-religious life of the people of Pekanbaru City.Pekanbaru merupakan Ibu Kota Provinsi Riau yang didominasi oleh masyarakat Melayu, dimana Islam sebagai agama mayoritas. Keberadaan Pura sebagai rumah ibadah umat Hindu ternyata membawa dampak tersendiri bagi kehidupan sosial keagaaman masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif untuk mengamati objek penelitian secara menyeluruh dengan penyajian data yang komprehensif secara deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui proses observasi dan wawancara. Adapun teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data (display data), dan menarik kesimpulan (verifikasi). Proses keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dibalik pembangunan Pura Agung Jagatnatha terdapat sejarah panjang yang menjadi bagian terpenting bagi kehidupan keagamaan masyarakat Hindu di Kota Pekanbaru. Terdapat perkembangan dan eksistensi Pura Agung Jagatnatha sebagai salah satu rumah ibadah yang mengedepankan kebinekaan, dimana setelah dibangunnya Pura Agung Jagatnatha membawa dampak tersendiri bagi kehidupan sosial keagamaan masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru.
