Abstract

Abstract: Personalize And Digital Teaching Platform (Mixed Learning, Online Learning, Adaptive Learning)This paper, entitled Personalization and Digital Teaching Platforms (Blended Learning, Online Learning, Adaptive Learning, etc.) has problems (1) How important is personalization in digital learning, (2) How is the relationship between personalization and various important elements in digital learning? The purposes of this paper are (1) To find out how important personalization is in digital learning, (2) To find out how personalization is related to various important elements in digital learning. The writing method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are documentation techniques and data processing techniques using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results show that personalization in digital learning is very important because it is a change in teaching methods and methods in accordance with advances in science and technology. Personalization is closely related to an important element in learning, namely the use of the internet as the main media in the e-learning model. Furthermore, the personalization system is carried out to increase the ability or absorption of students in the use of technology. Approaches that can be taken in personalizing digital learning include: Blended learning (a model or strategy which is basically a combination of the advantages of face-to-face and virtual learning), Online learning (Online learning is the result of learning delivered electronically with using computers and computer-based media), Adaptive learning (adaptive learning), adaptive mobile learning is a multi-media learning program that presents learning media with mobile devices and has the ability to adapt to the characteristics of user learning styles (student learning styles). Abstrak: Personalisasi Dan Platform Pengajaran Digital (Blended Learning, Online Learning, Adaptive Learning)Tulisan yang berjudul Personalisasi dan Platform Pengajaran Digital (Blended Learning, Online Learning, Adaptive Learning, dll) ini memiliki masalah (1) Bagaimana pentingnya personalisasi dalam pembelajaran digital, (2) Bagaimana keterkaitan antara personalisasi dengan berbagai elemen penting dalam pembelajaran digital? Tujuan tulisan ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana pentingnya personalisasi dalam pembelajaran digital, (2) Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana keterkaitan antara personalisasi dengan berbagai elemen penting dalam pembeljaran digital. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode deskritif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah teknik dokumentasi dan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa personalisasi dalam pembelajaran digital sangat penting karena merupakan suatu perubahan dalam metode dan cara mengajar sesuai dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan ilmu teknologi. Personalisasi sangat terkait dengan elemen penting dalam pembelajaran, yaitu pada pemanfaatan internet sebagai media utama dalam model pembelajaran e-learning. Selanjutnya, system personalisasi dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan atau daya serap siswa dalam penggunaan teknologi. Pendekatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam personalisasi pembelajaran digital antara lain seperti: Blended learning ( Model ataupun srategi yang pada dasarnya merupakan gabungan keunggulan pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara tatap muka dan  secara virtual), Online learning (Pembelajaran online merupakan hasil dari suatu pembelajaran yang disampaikan sacara elektronik dengan menggunakan computer dan media berbasis computer), Adaptive learning (pembelajaran adaptive), adaptive mobile learning adalah program multi media pembelajaran yang menyajikan media pembelajaran dengan perangkat bergerak dan memiliki kemampuan untuk menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik gaya belajar pengguna(student learning styles).

Abstract

Kajian ini menyangkut tentang Pendidikan Inklusi dalam Pembelajaran Beyond Centers and Circle Time (BCCT) di PAUD Griya Ceria Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya ialah untuk mengkaji: Pertama, Bagaimana pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi dalam pembelajaran BCCT di PAUD Griya Ceria Banda Aceh; Kedua, Apakah hasil yang dicapai dari pelaksanaan Pendidikan Inklusi dalam pembelajaran BCCT di PAUD Griya Ceria banda Aceh; dan Ketiga, Apakah faktor pendukung dan penghambat/kendala dari pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi dalam pembelajaran BCCT di PAUD Griya Ceria banda Aceh. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan pada PAUD Terpadu Griya Ceria Banda Aceh yang berada. Pemilihan tempat sebagai lokasi penelitian berdasarkan beberapa pertimbangan, antara lain: keberagaman peserta didik yng merupakan filosofi PAUD Terpadu Griya Ceria, sehingga peserta didik memiliki kesempatan belajar yang sama. PAUD Terpadu Griya Ceria juga menerima anak berkebutuhan khusus yang beragam.Kemudian, kurikulum yang diterapkan PAUD Terpadu Griya Ceria juga menggunakan metode BCCT. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data yang utama dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi paad PAUD Terpadu Griya Ceria ialah mengalami kemajuan yang luar biasa; 2) Hasil yang dicapai pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi dalam pembelajaran inklusi pada PAUD Terpadu Griya Ceria terdapat perubahan positif yang cukup signifikan; dan 3) Terdapat faktor pendukung dan kendala pendidikan inklusi pada PAUD Terpadu Griya Ceria. Faktor Pendukung diantaranya ialah: 1) Guru dan Kurikulum BCCT yang digunakan sangat sesuai dan menyentuh semua kebutuhan anak dan menggunakan Rancangan Program Individu untuk ABK. Sedangkan Kendalanya ialah: 1) sikap orang tua siswa yang kurang siap terhadap dianugerahi anak-anak inklusi; 2) Kemampuan guru dalam memahami BCCT atau pendekatan sentra, kemampuan menghadapi anak, dan memecahkan masalah di lapangan; dan 3) Sarana dan Prasarana masih kurang memadai

Abstract

Currently, transformation has occurred so quickly, the Industrial Revolution Era was one of the eras of very rapid technological development. With the rapid development of technology, various knowledge, new skills, and new leadership have been born in realizing the competitiveness of an educational institution. This article aims to describe the leadership of school principals in the technological era. The writing of this article uses a qualitative descriptive approach (library research), by conducting a careful review of some material and leadership theory. The results of the study show that: 1) a leader or leaders in the technological era in order to bring a team to a better realm, must master 10 (ten) skill models namely complex problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, management ability, coordination, emotional intelligence , making policies/decisions, service orientation, negotiation, and cognitive flexibility; 2) There are digital leadership characteristics that exist in a school principal in the Technology Age, including: responsibility and innovation in order to direct the organization to transform towards digital; 3) The implementation of digital leadership in educational institutions, of course, must be carried out by a Principal with several stages, namely: The emerging, implementing, instilling and transforming stages, and 4C, namely; critical in thinking and able to generate solutions, communication, collaborative, as well as creative and innovative.

Abstract

This study concerns the process of resolving the Aceh’s conflict and the role of one of the leaders in Aceh's peace, Farid Husain. The purpose of this study is to examine and to discuss the history of the resolution of the Aceh’s conflict, and the role of Farid Husain in Aceh peace In collecting the data, this study uses historical and descriptive analytical methods. The method of data collection is through three methods, namely observation, interview and documentation study. The results showed that during the conflict in Aceh, very much effort was made by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to resolve the Aceh’s conflict, starting from the reigns of President Soekarno, Suharto, BJ, Habibie, Abdurrahman Wahid, Megawati Soekarno Putri, to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono's Government and Vice President M. Jusuf Kalla who became the solution to the peaceful conflict in Aceh through intensive direct dialogue between facilitated by the Crisis Management Initiative (CMI). Farid Husain was one of the people involved in the Aceh peace process who played a role in opening communication with GAM leaders and working behind the scenes to supply information about Aceh and GAM in the interests of the Indonesian peace team in resolving the Aceh conflict through peaceful means. The results of the study also found that the Aceh peace process was collectively carried out by various parties, not involving one actor, one of which was Farid Husain who played the role of To See The Actor, also involving various other figures including the Acehnese leaders themselves.

Abstract

The birth of the caning law in Aceh certainly aims to regulate the life order of the people in Aceh both in terms of behaviour and social aspects so that it is achieved well and is safe and prosperous based on Islamic teachings and norms. This article will briefly describe the effectiveness of applying the caning law in Aceh after enacting the Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat Law. This research is qualitative with an anthropological approach using ethnographic methods with data collection techniques using three kinds of methods: in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. In contrast, data analysis uses four stages: data reduction, data organization, data verification, and conclusion. The research results show that the implementation of caning has not been able to reduce violations of Islamic law, especially in several regions. This is proven by increased cases recorded at the Aceh Sharia Court. The current ineffectiveness of caning is also influenced by the financial aspect, namely the very large budget for the caning procession activities, which is borne by the District/City Regional Governments in Aceh through the District/City Revenue Expenditure Budget (APBK) with a nominal value of one caning procession being quite large. So that it is necessary to redesign the implementation of caning in Aceh practically and economically by referring to the opinion of the Shafi'i school of fiqh, which states that the execution of caning punishment is sufficient to be witnessed by four believers, the procession of caning punishment can be carried out in a simple place, and it is enough to be witnessed by law enforcement officials to minimize budget spending so that it is more effective and efficient. Abstrak: Lahirnya hukum cambuk di Aceh tentunya bertujuan untuk mengatur tatananan hidup masyarakat di Aceh baik dalam aspek tingkah laku maupun aspek sosial agar tercapai dengan baik dan aman sejahtera berdasarkan ajaran dan norma-norma Islam. Artikel ini akan memaparkan secara singkat tentang efektifitas penerapan hukum cambuk di Aceh pasca pemberlakuan Qanun Aceh Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Hukum Jinayat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan antropologis menggunakan metode etnografi dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga macam cara yaitu wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan empat tahapan yaitu: reduksi data, pengorganisasian data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan hukum cambuk belum mampu menurunkan kasus pelanggaran syariat Islam terutama di beberapa daerah. Hal ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya kasus yang tercatat pada Mahkamah Syari’iyah Aceh. Belum efektifnya cambuk dilaksanakan saat ini juga dipengaruhi oleh aspek finansial yaitu anggaran yang sangat besar untuk kegiatan prosesi hukuman cambuk yang dibebankan kepada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Aceh melalui Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Kabupaten/Kota (APBK) dengan nominal satu kegiatan prosesi cambuk berjumlah cukup besar sehingga perlu adanya redesain pelaksanaan cambuk di Aceh secara praktis dan ekonomis dengan merujuk kepada pendapat fiqh Mazhab Syafi’i yang menyatakan bahwa eksekusi hukuman cambuk cukup disaksikan oleh empat orang mukmin. Prosesi hukuman cambuk dapat dilaksanakan pada tempat sederhana dan cukup disaksikan oleh aparatur penegak hukum dengan tujuan untuk meminimalisir pengeluaran anggaran agar lebih efetif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Efektifitas, Hukum Cambuk, Qanun Aceh, Hukum Jinayat.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is a must to meet the needs of the school and community. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs to improve education. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews and documentation study. Subjects were Principal, Vice Principal, committees and supervisors. The results of the study will describe how Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation of education quality improvement programs are carried out by Fatih Billingual School in Aceh every year, but also conducted on a monthly and semester basis. includes internal evaluation and external evaluation as a reference for improving the quality of schools in Aceh.

Abstract

In construction projects, inaccuracies in planning procedures often lead to failures or delays. Given the importance of timely project completion in the competitive construction service industry, the Critical Path Method (CPM) is recommended for scheduling. This method allows for highly detailed time planning by breaking down the work into small items, enabling accurate duration calculations for each activity. This study focuses on rescheduling the construction of the Preprocessing Building (steel structure) at PT. Putra Kuala Tanjung's project. By breaking down the work and performing forward and backward calculations, the author successfully determined the duration of each activity and identified critical tasks. As a result, the project duration was reduced from 252 working days to 156 days, demonstrating a time savings of 96 days.

Abstract

Abstract: Educational Human Resources are sources that play an active role in an educational institution in the process of creating qualified and competent graduates in their fields. This paper will examine the concept of developing educational resources from Ibn Sina's perspective and its relevance to the context of developing Islamic society. This article is a literature review with the sources used in consisting of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the main source that is used as a reference in this writing, namely books or journals related to Ibn Sina's educational thoughts, and secondary data in the form of supporting sources related to education, development, and education. The data analysis technique uses the content analysis method with 4 stages, namely: 1) data classification; 2) data sorting; 3) leveraging/deepening data; and 4) Drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the concept of development of Human Resources for Education in Ibn Sina's perspective is very relevant to the context of developing Islamic society today, he argues that the development of human resources for education is the first step that must be done directly or indirectly. Because educational human resources are closely related to efforts to prepare development education graduates for the community in the context of developing Islam by implementing a social system that has Islamic philosophical values (khaira ummah), which includes developing the abilities possessed by a human being, namely Spiritual which consists of reason, character and body which consists of limbs, through a process obtained during education.Keywords: Development; Human Resources; Education; Ibn Sina.Abstrak: Sumber Daya Manusia Pendidikan merupakan sumber yang berperan aktif terhadap jalannya suatu lembaga pendidikan dalam proses menciptakan lulusan yang bermutu dan berkompeten di bidangnya. Tulisan ini akan mengkaji tentang konsep pembangunan sumber daya manusia pendidikan perspektif Ibnu Sina dan relevansinya dengan konteks pengembangan masyarakat Islam. Artikel ini merupakan kajian kepustakaan dengan sumber yang digunakan dalam terdiri dari data Primer dan data sekunder. Data Primer berupa sumber utama yang menjadi rujukan dalam penulisan ini yaitu buku atau jurnal yang berkaitan dengan Pemikiran pendidikan Ibnu Sina, dan Data Sekunder berupa sumber pendukung yang berkaitan dengan pembangunan pendidikan, pembangunan, dan pendidikan. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis konten dengan 4 jenis tahapan yaitu: 1) klasifikasi data; 2) pemilahan data; 3) verifikasi/pendalaman data; dan 4) penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil kajian diperoleh hasil bahwa dalam konsep pembangunan Sumber Daya Manusia Pendidikan dalam perspektif Ibnu Sina sangat relevan dengan konteks pengembangan masyarakat Islam saat ini, dirinya berpendapat bahwa pembangunan sumber daya manusia pendidikan merupakan langkah awal yang harus dilakukan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Karena pembangunan sumber daya manusia pendidikan berhubungan erat kepada upaya mempersiapkan lulusan lembaga pendidikan untuk mengabdi kepada masyarakat dalam rangka melakukan pengembangan masyarakat Islam dengan mengimplementasikan sistem kemasyarakatan yang memiliki nilai-nilai philosofis keislaman (khaira ummah), yang di dalamnya berupa pengembangan kemampuan-kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh seorang manusia yaitu Rohani yang terdiri dari akal, budi pekerti dan Jasmani yang terdiri dari anggota badan, melalui proses yang diperoleh selama pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Pembangunan; Sumber Daya Manusia; Pendidikan; Ibnu Sina.

Abstract

Calligraphy artwork is a work of art that is very popular with the general public, so it often becomes one of the branches of the competition in the Musabaqah Recitations of the Quran, namely the Musabaqah Khatil Qur'an branch. Therefore, not a few make calligraphy a profession and make it a business as a source of livelihood. This study aims to find out the review of Islamic economics in the business of calligraphy artwork. The author uses a descriptive qualitative method in conducting this research, using a literature review approach and conducting interviews with respondents who are resource persons about the calligraphy business world. The results obtained from this study are that Islamic economics does not interfere in how to find wealth, but Islamic economics leaves this matter to humans and recommends seeking wealth with expertise and knowledge. The calligraphy business is one of the jobs that requires expertise and knowledge to run the business, the business of calligraphy artwork is part of producing goods or services through handicrafts which is legally permissible as recommended by Ali Bin Abi Talib to learn calligraphy, because calligraphy is a door of fortune / business opportunities.
