Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi analisis kualitas pelayanan pembuatan SIM C di Polres Konawe Selatan. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menjelaskan beberapa indikator yang digunakan dalam mengukur kualitas pelayanan yaitu tangibel (berwujud), reabillity (kehandalan), responsiviness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan) dan empahaty (empati). Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan teknik observavsi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian Kualitas pelayanan pembuatan SIM C di Polres Konawe Selatan dilihat dari indikator tangible, menunjukkan pelayanan yang baik melalui kedisiplinan petugas. Selain itu, sarana dan prasarana sudah memadai dalam melakukan proses pelayanan. Dilihat dari indikator kehandalan, menunjukkan pelayanan yang baik dengan pekerjaan petugas yang cermat dan hemat waktu, selain itu para petugas juga memiliki kemampuan dalam membantu pemohon yang mendapat kesusahan. Dilihat dari indikator daya tanggap, petugas di Polres Konawe menunjukkan sikap yang responsif kepada pemohon dan bekerja dengan cepat. Sedangkan indikator jaminan, dilihat dari keberanian para petugas menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu, apabila terjadi hambatan yang menyebabkan tidak dapat tepat waktu maka petugas memberikan jaminan kepastian dalam beberapa waktu. Pada indikator empati, petugas selalu menunjukkan keramahan, kesopanan dalam proses pelayanan dan mendahulukan kepentingan para pemohon.Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, SIM C, Polres Konawe Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kualitas Pelayanan Rumah Sakit Terhadap Pasien Rawat Jalan Pengguna Kartu Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial diRumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Baubau. Studi ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif sedangkan sumber data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan RSUD Kota Baubau merupakan kulitas pelayanan yang baik dimana hal tersebut dapat dinilai dari ketersediaan dan kondisi fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang cukup lengkap dan baik untuk rumah sakit dengan kualifikasi tipe C . Keberadaan sarana dan prasarana tersebut didukung dengan sikap petugas yang disiplin dan profesional dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada para pasien yang ditunjukkan dengan sikap yang handal dimana petugas rumah sakit selalu datang tepat waktu dan adil dalam memberikan pelayanan. Tidak hanya itu, petugas rumah sakit juga telah mampu memberikan pelayanan yang tepat dan cepat kepada pasien dengan tetap mengutamakan sikap sopan, santun, dan empati sehingga pasien merasa nyaman dan yakin untuk berobat di RSUD Kota Baubau.Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Rumah Sakit, Pasien Rawat Jalan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of division of tasks, work climate and additional employee income on employee performance. The research uses a quantitative approach, involving 37 respondents taken randomly from 58 employees who make up the study population. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale, (1-5), data analysis uses a multiple regression model with SPSS version 26.0 facilities and hypothesis testing uses an alpha of 0.05. Research results 1) The division of tasks, work climate and provision of TPP have a significant effect on employee performance. The three variables show a significant positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the better the division of tasks, the conducive work climate and the fair provision of TPP, the higher the employee performance; 2) The results of the partial test also prove that the division of tasks has a significant effect on employee performance, the effect is positive and significant, meaning that a proportional division of tasks increases employee performance; 3) Work climate has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the more conducive the work climate is, the higher the employee performance in carrying out their duties; 4) Provision of TPP has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the fairer the TPP is, the employee's performance will also increase.

Abstract

Context is recognized as having an influence on the efficient operation of public administration, including the management of local government assets. However, there is a lack of research exploring the topic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the context of asset management of the South Konawe Regency government. The context of asset management is analyzed from four aspects, namely needs, root problems, opportunities, and objectives of asset management. This research uses a qualitative method approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative analysis of interactive models. The results show that there is a lack of clarity in the context of regional asset management, with differences between ideality and reality, which has the potential to harm the efficiency and achievement of long-term goals of local governments.

Abstract

Open Journal System (OJS) merupakan suatu manajemen jurnal online berbasis web yang dikembangkan oleh PKP. OJS memudahkan pengelolaan penerbitan jurnal secara online mulai dari penerimaan naskah dari penulis, distribusi naskah, pemeriksaan naskah, penyuntingan naskah hingga penerbitan jurnal. Banyak mahasiswa utamanya di kalangan S1 yang belum memahami bagaimana mempublikasikan karyanya dengan baik dan benar. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu pelatihan terintegrasi untuk memperkenalkan bagaimana cara mencari jurnal ilmiah bukan predator dalam proses publikasi karya ilmiah mereka Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan untuk membimbing mahasiswa dalam pemilihan jurnal sebagai sarana publikasi karyanya sebagai syarat kelulusan. Kewajiban publikasi bagi mahasiswa sangat penting untuk mencegah pelanggaran integritas akademik .Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan cara penggunaan fitur-fitur Open Journal System (OJS) mulai dari proses pendaftaran sampai submit artikel, memberikan bekal teknik-teknik kepada peserta pelatihan cara menyesuaikan artikel dengan panduan penulisan atau template jurnal publisher yang meningkatkan kualitas penulisan dan jumlah publikasi artikel ilmiah bagi mahasiswa.

Abstract

The important role of employees in interactions between government and society in sub-districts attracts attention, especially regarding discretionary behavior such as job crafting which is considered to improve public services. The aim of this research is to determine the proportion of employees in the sub-district who are actively involved in job crafting behavior in improving public services, and to identify variations in the level of involvement among employees in the three dimensions of job crafting. This research used quantitative methods and involved all 39 employees from a sub-district government in Kendari City. Data was obtained through the use of a questionnaire with a Likert scale and distributed directly manually, and then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis. The research results show that the majority of employees in this sub-district are active in job crafting, achieving around 75.9% ideal scores. However, variations in the level of involvement are seen among the dimensions of job crafting, namely seeking resources, seeking challenges, and reducing demands on the job. With a high standard deviation, it shows significant variation in the level of job crafting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Buton Utara. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini berupa penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penetuan informan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang menggunakan model analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan mendasarkan pada pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Efektivitas Pelayanan dalam Penerbitan Sertifikat Hak Milik Atas Tanah pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Buton Utara dinilai kurang efektif. Hal ini ditinjau dari 4 aspek: 1) pencapaian tujuan, 2) ketepatan waktu, 3) manfaat, 4) hasil. Dari 4 Aspek tersebut diketahui yang masih dalam masalah adalah aspek ketepatan waktu dan aspek hasil yakni dalam Penerbitan Sertifikat Hak Milik Atas Tanah di Kabupaten Buton Utara masih belum sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur yang ditetapkan disebabkan beberapa masalah, seperti: pejabat yang diberi wewenang untuk menandatangani sertifikat tidak berada ditempat, jaringan yang lambat, dan berkas pemohon yang kurang mengakibatkan berkas tersebut harus diperbaiki dan dikembalikan untuk dilengkapi oleh pemohon dengan membutuhkan waktu yang lama, adanya sanggahan, adanya sengketa tanah, padatnya jadwal petugas di lapangan sehingga terjadi penumpukan pekerjaan. Serta aspek Hasil dari Penerbitan Sertifikat Hak Milik Atas Tanah pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Buton Utara masih belum sesuai dengan harapan pemohon yakni masih terjadi kesalahan pada saat pencetakan sertifikat.

Abstract

The Civil Registration and Population Office of Central Buton Regency has implemented population policies and provided electronic identity card services based on directives from the central government. This study aims to analyze the impact of implementation integrity and service quality on public satisfaction in the process of obtaining electronic identity cards. The research uses a quantitative method, with primary data as the main source of information. The research strategy employed is a survey involving 248 randomly selected samples. The data analysis technique used is inferential statistical analysis with multiple linear regression procedures in IBM SPSS Statistics version 26.0. From the unstandardized coefficients of the constant (intercept), implementation integrity (X1), and service quality (X2), a multiple regression equation can be formulated as Y=3.267+0.219⋅X1+0.232⋅X2. Individually, both implementation integrity and service quality positively affect public satisfaction. Simultaneously, these two variables influence public satisfaction in the process of obtaining electronic identity cards by 27.2%, while the remaining 72.8% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of organizational learning and job crafting in enhancing the effectiveness of asset management in South Konawe Regency. The primary issue addressed is the low effectiveness in asset management aspects, such as planning, procurement, utilization, assessment, and administration. This research examines how individuals, through job crafting, can improve asset management performance and support more effective organizational learning. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, document studies, and observations at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, as well as related agencies such as the Education and Health Offices. The findings indicate that limited organizational learning and a lack of policies supporting collaboration and the use of technology hinder asset management effectiveness. Job crafting, focusing on task crafting, relational crafting, and cognitive crafting, can improve collaboration and enhance employees' understanding of their contributions to organizational goals. This study suggests that policies should better support team-based learning, technology, and cross-unit collaboration. Leadership must also promote job crafting implementation to boost employee motivation and commitment to more efficient asset management. This research is expected to provide a foundation for better policies and encourage more efficient and sustainable asset management practices in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of educational supervision conducted by school principals on the performance of elementary school teachers in Mawasangka Tengah District. The research used a quantitative method with a deductive approach and a positivist paradigm. The study involved 68 elementary school teachers from nine schools in Mawasangka Tengah District, selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Data analysis was performed using linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The findings indicated that educational supervision conducted by school principals has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers (p = 0.000), with an R = 0.692 indicating a strong relationship and R Square = 0.479 showing that 47.9% of the variation in teacher performance is influenced by educational supervision. These findings align with theoretical literature and previous studies that highlight the importance of professional support and feedback in educational supervision. However, challenges such as geographical accessibility and limited facilities also need to be addressed. Based on these results, it can be concluded that educational supervision by school principals plays a significant role in improving the performance of elementary school teachers in Mawasangka Tengah District.
