Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mengetahui: (1) pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta; (2) pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta; dan 3) pengaruh minat belajar dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta.Populasi adalah kelas OTKP tahun 2017/2018 SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta jumlah 53 siswa dengan metode korelasional dan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel ialah keseluruhan jumlah populasi. Tenik yang diterapkan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode angket didukung dokumentasi adalah metode yang dipakai teknik mengumpulkan data dengan SPSS 17 untuk menganalisa data.Kesimpulannya antara lain; (1) pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap (Y) siswa mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta sebesar 83,43%; (2) pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap (Y) siswa mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta sebesar 66,1%; (3) pengaruh positif dan signifikan  dan  terhadap (Y) siswa mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. Tingkat pencapaian variabel (Y) sebesar 81%. Dengan SE  sebesar 30,3%, SE  sebesar 30,4% dan SR ) sebesar 50,0%, SR () sebesar 50,1%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini: (1) pengaruh persepsi siswa terhadap keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar atau SMK Batik 1 Surakarta, (2) pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar atau SMK Batik 1 Surakarta, (3) pengaruh persepsi siswa terhadap keterampilan mengajar guru dan disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama pada hasil belajar mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Batik 1 Surakarta.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi adalah semua siswa kelas Manajemen Perkantoran di SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. Sampel 82 siswa adalah teknik sensus yang dipilih. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS 23.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian: (1) pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dalam hasil belajar, (2) pengaruh yang signifikan dari tampilan pembelajaran pada hasil belajar, (3) persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan disiplin belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Kontribusi efektif persepsi siswa tentang pengajaran mengajar guru (X1) sebesar 10,12%, kontribusi efektif disiplin belajar (X2) sebesar 26,87% dan kontribusi relatif persepsi siswa terhadap keterampilan mengajar guru (X1) sebesar 27,35%, kontribusi relatif belajar pembelajaran (X2) sebesar 26,87% dan kontribusi relatif persepsi siswa terhadap keterampilan mengajar guru (X1) sebesar 27,35% 72,64%.Kata kunci: keterampilan mengajar guru, disiplin belajar, hasil belajar

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to find out: 1) the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction of employees; 2) the effect of work discipline on job satisfaction of employees; and 3) the simultaneously effect of work motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction of employees.This study is a quantitative study with a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of The Regional Development Planning Board (BAPPEDA) of Salatiga City, totaling 40 employees. Tis research, the authors use a sample is taken whole from the total population or it’s called sampling jenuh technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. IBM SPSS 22.0 has been used in technique data analysis that is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show 1) there was a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by thitung > ttabel (3,784 > 2,026) and significance (0,001 < 0,05); 2) there was a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by thitung > ttabel (2,608>2,026) and significance (0,013 < 0,05); 3) there was a positive and significant simultaneously motivation and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by Fhitung > Ftabel (26,322>3,24). The results of this analysis supported this hypothesis

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan bagi para mahasiswa yang belum berpengalaman dalam menulis artikel ilmiah di jurnal internasional bereputasi, meningkatkan kualitas penulisan artikel ilmiah, dan mendorong serta meningkatkan jumlah publikasi hasil riset/penelitian di jurnal internasional bereputasi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan secara daring karena dalam kondisi pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terdiri dari beberapa tahap. Tahap pertama yaitu tahap perencanaan melalui diskusi terkait dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan dan penyusunan materi. Tahap kedua yaitu penyampaian materi dan diskusi melalui pelatihan penulisan artikel dengan menggunakan media aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Tahap ketiga adalah diskusi secara lanjut yang dilakukan secara daring dengan para peserta pelatihan yang masih membutuhkan pendampingan mengenai materi yang telah diberikan. Berdasarkan tanggapan yang diberikan oleh peserta bahwa dengan adanya pelatihan penulisan artikel jurnal internasional bereputasi ini sangat bermanfaat dan peserta termotivasi untuk meningkatkan dalam menulis artikel dari hasil penelitian agar artikel jurnal ilmiah layak untuk dipublikasikan pada jurnal internasional bereputasi. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan kemampuan penulisan artikel mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran tentang konsep dasar, etika penulisan karya ilmiah, dan penggunaan check plagiarism dan insert citation.

Abstract

The existence of a leader is related to the aspects of role models, protection, and decision making. Leaders stand at the forefront of creating the realization of community welfare. The public's initial perception of the figure who is believed to be an ideal leader is often broken by the pattern of policies taken after the election of the figure as a leader. This also applies at the village to provincial levels of government. This social portrait is quite risky because it saves a latent danger in the form of people's disappointment with the leader. Writing this article aims to (1) describe the ideal leader figure coveted by the community and (2) explain the importance of leadership aspects that are able to answer the challenges of the times.This writing is done in descriptive analytical with literature study. The results were obtained: (1) There are aspects that are missed consistently in the community, such as integrity, fairness, and responsibility. The characteristics of positive leaders are able to create public optimism in looking at the future. (2) Leadership based on the foundation of virtuous character is needed in dealing with the dynamics of a rapidly changing era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of infrastructure on the online learning motivation of PAP students, (2) the influence of the family environment on the online learning motivation of PAP students, and (3) the influence of infrastructure and family environment on the online learning motivation of PAP students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method with a population of 158 PAP students in the class of 2020 and 2021. The sample used is 113 PAP students. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant effect of infrastructure on learning motivation based on the results of the t-test (tcount 3,531 > ttable 1,981) and sig. 0.001 < 0.05, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of the family environment on learning motivation based on the results of the t-test (tcount 3.755 > ttable 1.981) and sig. 0.000 < 0.05), and (3) there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of infrastructure and family environment on learning motivation based on the results of the F test (Fcount 22.849 > Ftable 3.08) and sig. 0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) whether there is an influence of office layout on employee work effectiveness at the DPMPTSP Office of Karanganyar Regency, (2) whether there is an influence of work spirit on employee work effectiveness at the DPMPTSP Office of Karanganyar Regency, and (3) whether there is a combined influence of office layout and work spirit on employee work effectiveness at the DPMPTSP Office of Karanganyar Regency. This research is quantitative in nature and employs the correlational method. The population of this study consists of all employees of the DPMPTSP Office of Karanganyar Regency, totaling 50 individuals. The sampling technique used in this study is saturation sampling. Data collection is conducted through the distribution of questionnaires with Likert-scale responses. The validity of the data is tested using Pearson's product-moment correlation, while reliability is assessed using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis is performed using multiple regression analysis technique with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The research results indicate that 1) there is a positive and significant influence of office layout on employee work effectiveness. This is evidenced by the computed t-value being greater than the tabulated t-value (3,679 > 2,011) and a significance value (0,001 < 0,050), so it can be interpreted that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, 2) there is a positive and significant influence of work spirit on employee work effectiveness. This is evidenced by the computed t-value being greater than the tabulated t-value (2,215 > 2,011) and a significance value (0,032 < 0,050), so it can be interpreted that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, and 3) there is a positive and significant combined influence of office layout and work spirit on employee work effectiveness. This is evidenced by the computed F-value being greater than the tabulated F-value (36,034 > 3,190) and a significance value (0,000 < 0,050), so it can be interpreted that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis reveal ? = 38,579+0,409X1 + 0,259X2, and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 58,8%, which means that office layout and work spirit together influence work effectiveness by 58,8%, while the remaining 41,2% is influenced by other unexplained variables in this study. Thus, it can be concluded that the overall analysis results support the hypotheses proposed in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) find out whether there is an influence of independence on students' achievement motivation; (2) find out whether there is an influence of future orientation on achievement motivation; (3) find out whether there is an influence of independence and future orientation on achievement motivation. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive correlational methods.. The population in this study were all students in class XII Office Management Automation, totaling 87 students, spread across 44 students in class A and 43 students in class B. Determining the sample size in this study used the Slovin formula with a sample size of 71 students. The research sample was taken using a proportional probability sampling technique with a proportion of class A totaling 36 students and class B totaling 35 students. The primary data collection technique in this research comes from answers to questionnaires. This questionnaire method is arranged according to a Likert scale with positive to negative gradations. Secondary data collection techniques in this research come from data sources that are not directly collected by researchers through libraries, documentation, books, scientific journals, written archives relating to the object under study. The data analysis technique uses the help of the IBM SPSS version 26 program. The research results show that (1) there is a significant positive influence of the independence variable on achievement motivation. This is proven by the significance value of 0.046 < 0.05 and the value of tcount > ttable (2.028 > 1.995); (2) there is a significant positive influence of the future orientation variable on achievement motivation. This is proven by the significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and the value of tcount > ttable (3204 > 1.995); (3) there is a significant positive influence of the independence variable on achievement motivation. This is proven by the F test with a significance of 0.007 < 0.05 and a value of fcount > ftable (5.376 > 3.13). Based on the research results, it shows that the variables of independence and future orientation separately or jointly influence the achievement motivation variable..

Abstract

Computational thinking skills (CTS) play a crucial role across diverse domains, involving a thinking process that allows the execution of solutions by information processing agents. Measuring the level of CTS becomes essential to ensure that administrators effectively leverage technology. However, finding suitable instruments to measure and justify CTS levels in administration can be challenging. The selection of situational judgement test (SJT) is supported by its validity and reliability in assessing attributes, including professionalism. The instrument’s development includes face validity, discriminant validity (using Pearson correlation and Cronbach’s alpha), and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The study involved 111 undergraduate administration students from various Indonesian universities, and data were collected in 2023. Following a discriminant validity analysis, ten items were eliminated, while 23 met the criteria with p0.185. Subsequently, EFA yielded 16 items forming seven components, covering algorithmic thinking, problem-solving, technology literacy, problem abstraction, problem reformulation, data management in administration technology, and administrative data presentation with loading factor variations (0.421-0.868). The final instrument, consisting of 16 valid items and seven components, effectively evaluates the level of administrator computational thinking skills (ACTS) among administration students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine; 1) influence of organizational climate on teacher commitment, 2) influence of workload on teacher commitment, 3) influence of organizational climate and workload simultaneously on teacher commitment. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The population in this study were all subject teachers, totaling 62 people, with the research sample using a saturated sampling technique. The data was collected by Likert scale questionnaire.
