Abstract

Sampah masih menjadi isu utama lingkungan hingga saat ini. Pasca Pandemi tidak membuat gaya hidup masyarakat berubah dalam menangani sampah, yang seharusnya masyarakat menjaga kebersihan diri dan lingkungan. Lingkungan akan bersih bersumber dari kedisiplinan pribadi dan kepedulian diri terhadap lingkungan. Salah satunya adalah hal kecil dengan disiplin mengelola sampah rumah tangga. Memilih produk yang akan dikonsumsi dan mulai dapat memperlakukan sampah yang ditimbulkan dari hasil konsumsi. Membuang sampah, Memilah sampah, membuat sampah organic menjadi pupuk organic baik cair maupun padat. Dari pemahaman teori diaplikasikan hal kecil akan kesadaran kebersihan di lingkungan rumah akan berdampak pada lingkungan global. Manusia dapat merubah dunia dari diri sendiri dengan pemahaman ilmu, disipilin dan empati. Sampah di pilah dengan menyediakan 3 tempat sampah sesuai dengan jenis sampah. Sampah organic diolah menjadi pupuk dengan menyimpannya dalam wadah tertutup atau lubang di tanah dan diberikan cairan EM4, cairan gula merah atau air tape. Dengan sedikit usaha sampah organic akan berkurang di tempat sampah. Tim PKM focus ke sampah organic karena untuk kegiatan kreatif selain itu dapat menimbulkan bau juga tidak sedap dipandang mata

Abstract

Even in Surakarta, traditional marketplaces continue to play an essential role in the commercial activities that take place in Indonesia. Because of the proliferation of digital technology, the utilization of social media in marketing endeavors has become increasingly important. On the other hand, there is currently a dearth of research about the influence that social media marketing operations have on value equity, brand equity, and customer relationship equity in traditional markets. In the Ngarsopuro Market in Surakarta, the purpose of this study is to provide an explanation of the potential social media marketing actions that have the potential to influence those three equity factors. The strategy known as Partial Least Square (PLS) is utilized as a device for doing data analysis in this study. Through the use of questionnaires, information was gathered from 230 individuals who have visited Ngarsopuro Market and have engaged in the practice of online shopping. A favorable impact on value equity, brand equity, and relationship equity has been observed at Ngarsopuro Market as a result of the utilization of social media, as demonstrated by the findings of the study. In addition, the investigation revealed that value equity, brand equity, and customer relationship equity all play a key role in the decision to make a purchase in the Ngarsopuro Market. Therefore, in order to maintain conventional markets, it is anticipated of sellers that they would make more efficient use of social media, give relevant information about their products, and increase consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this problem study is to determine the real impact related to customer satisfaction that is not optimal and buying interest in Sinar Mas Karanganyar Electronic Store related to service quality, product quality and Price Perception. The population of this study was customers as many as 100 respondents.Data collection method with questionnaire method The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS v.3.2.7 with SEM Analysis (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study show that Product Quality, Service Quality and Price Perception affect Consumer Satisfaction. While Product Quality, Service Quality, Price Perception and Consumer Satisfaction do not affect Consumer Buying Interest.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in providing employment opportunities, especially when job competition in the formal sector is intense. Eliza Catering, an MSME located in Surakarta city, operates in the culinary sector and traditionally maintains simple financial records. This practice hampers the ability to accurately measure the company's performance and determine its profitability. This research aims to document the daily transactions of Eliza Catering using the BukuKas application and to generate financial reports in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (FAS) EMKM. The data analysis process involved three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that Eliza Catering previously only recorded income, lacking comprehensive financial documentation. By utilizing the BukuKas application, daily transactions were systematically recorded. The Extreme Programming method was employed to develop this research system, resulting in the preparation of financial reports based on FAS EMKM, which include profit and loss statements, financial position reports, and notes to the financial statements.

Abstract

The purpose of community assistance activities is to provide socialization and assistance in filling the Annual Tax Return through E-Filling for 25 UMKM Members of ACSB Surakarta.  The activity was carried out on Tuesday, March 27, 2024 at the ACSB Surakarta office using the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method. Socialization and assistance on taxation provisions for MSMEs, procedures for submitting e-fin application forms, registering e-filling accounts and activating e-filling accounts to create e-filling accounts in organizing SPT 1770, SPT 1770s and SPT 1770ss and implementing online SPT filling in e-filling, so that MSMEs members of ACSB Surakarta can report their SPT. The results of mentoring activities participants can understand tax obligations, fill in the Annual Tax Return correctly, avoid delays in tax payments, and increase awareness about the importance of taxes.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean B Surakarta sehingga variabel penelitian ini adalah kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi dan kinerja pegawai. Sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data dengan Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan, secara parsial variabel disiplin kerja (X2) dan variabel kompetensi (X3) menunjukkan nilai t hitung > t tabel artinya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan untuk variabel kompensasi X1 menunjukkan nilai t hitung < t tabel secara parsial variabel kompensasi X1 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil uji regresi menunjukan semua variable independent berpengaruh positif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan secara empiris signifikansi pengaruh ekuitas merek terhadap niat pembelian kembali dengan mediasi kepuasan dan moderasi nilai yang dirasakan pada pelanggan di Teknologi Pengangkutan Indonesia. Populasi sejumlah 200 pelanggan. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner atau angket. Sampel diambil 50% dari populasi sejumlah 100 respenden dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Analisis data dengan uji instrumen, uji linearitas, uji hipotesis, dan analisis peran mediasi dan moderasi dengan bootsrap process hayes. Hasil Uji t membuktikan  ekuitas merk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan, ekuitas merk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pembelian kembali, kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pembelian kembali, kepuasan terbukti efektif sebagai pemediasi pada pengaruh ekuitas merk terhadap niat pembelian kembali, nilai yang dirasakan terbukti tidak efektif dalam memoderasi pada pengaruh ekuitas merk terhadap niat pembelian kembali. Hasil uji secara serempak (uji f) dapat disimpulkan secara bersama-sama variabel ekuitas merk dan kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pembelian kembali. Hasil Uji R2 total sebesar 0,9538 Artinya niat pembelian kembali di jelaskan oleh ekuitas merk dan kepuasan sebesar 95,3 % dan sisanya sebesar 4,7 % dijelaskan variabel lain diluar model penelitian. Kesimpulan analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung ekuitas merk terhadap niat pembelian kembali pelanggan melalui kepuasan lebih dominan, hal tersebut ditunjukkan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,4405 dan nilai signifikansi 0,0000. Artinya Kepuasan sebagai variabel pemediasi efektif dalam memediasi hubungan ekuitas merk dengan niat pembelian kembali. Kesimpulan hasil analisis moderat bahwa variabel Nilai yang dirasakan sebagai variabel moderasi terbukti tidak efektif dalam memoderasi pada pengaruh ekuitas merk terhadap niat pembelian kembali

Abstract

Purpose This study aims to investigate how elements such as green perceived value, green products, and environmental concern influence consumer attitudes while examining the role of consumer awareness of green products in promoting environmentally friendly purchasing behavior. Design/Methodology/Approach Data were collected from 111 respondents using convenience and purposive sampling methods. The relationships between green perceived value, green products, environmental concern, green product awareness, and consumer attitudes were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Validity and reliability were assessed through convergent and discriminant validity, while hypothesis testing was conducted using the bootstrapping method. Findings The findings reveal that green perceived value and environmental concern positively influence consumer attitudes toward purchasing eco-friendly housing. However, green product awareness does not significantly moderate these relationships. Low consumer awareness limits the positive impact of green value and environmental concern, underscoring the need for enhanced consumer education to foster pro-environmental purchasing behavior. Originality/Value This study provides a novel analysis of green product awareness as a moderating factor in green marketing and consumer attitudes, focusing on non-subsidized housing in Surakarta. The findings offer valuable insights for developers to create effective marketing strategies and for policymakers to expand green building certification programs and promote the adoption of eco-friendly housing solutions by emphasizing the benefits of environmentally friendly products.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi rendahnya literasi digital dan keterbatasan akses pasar pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Gemolong, Kabupaten Sragen. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan kapasitas digital dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk melalui penerapan Marketplace Hybrid BLANJAdiPOS, sebuah model integratif yang menggabungkan sistem penjualan daring dan luring berbasis jejaring Kantor Pos. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan praktik langsung (learning by doing) yang melibatkan 30 pelaku UMKM dari sektor kuliner, kerajinan, dan pertanian. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan observasi, kuesioner pra dan pascakegiatan, serta refleksi kelompok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata literasi digital sebesar 97%, dengan 80% peserta berhasil mengunggah produk ke platform BLANJAdiPOS. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menumbuhkan motivasi dan kolaborasi antar pelaku usaha, Perguruan tinggi, BlanjaDi Pos dan harapannya dengan BumDes dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai sarana pengembangan usaha. Penerapan model marketplace hybrid berbasis komunitas ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat kapasitas ekonomi digital masyarakat desa dan dapat direplikasi sebagai strategi pemberdayaan UMKM berkelanjutan di wilayah pedesaan Indonesia.

Abstract

Traditionally, individuals wishing to sell scrap or secondhand goods often rely on waiting for mobile collectors to pass by, which is inefficient and time-consuming. Furthermore, the prices of certain scrap items frequently fluctuate without the seller's knowledge, leading to a lack of transparency and fairness in transactions. To address these issues, this study developed a smartphone-accessible system designed to streamline and facilitate transactions for secondhand goods. This research introduces Trashgo, a Spiral-model-based application that serves as an online platform for trading waste and scrap materials. The system features a dynamic pricing mechanism that updates in real-time, keeping users informed of current market values and enabling them to make informed decisions. Additionally, the application integrates Location-Based Services (LBS), allowing for real-time tracking of both collectors and customers, optimizing logistics and simplifying the pick-up process for scrap dealers. By facilitating faster and more efficient transactions, Trashgo aims to enhance the overall user experience, ensuring that both buyers and sellers benefit from fair pricing and improved convenience. The implementation of Trashgo seeks to foster efficient and transparent transactions, ultimately contributing to the reduction of waste and the promotion of sustainable practices within the secondhand goods market.
