Abstract

The village government's efforts in empowering women through the Matahari Farmer Women's Group program in Rantau Kasih Village, Lawang Wetan District, Musi Banyuasin Regency to provide positive and productive activities to mothers and, encourage and help the family economy. However, in this case, there is still a lack of understanding, knowledge, and attention given by the rantau kasih village government is also still lacking so that this program has not received optimal support to face the problems faced.  The purpose of this study is to determine the process and benefits of village government efforts in empowering women in the sun farmer women's group in rantau kasih village. The research method used by the author is qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study show that the village government's efforts in empowering women in the sun farmer women's group (KWT) program in 2022 in Rantau Kasih village are declared quite successful. The stages include planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, and each has an important role in achieving the goals of KWT Matahari.   Keywords: Group Matahari Farmer Women's Group; Village Government Efforts; Empowerment.

Abstract

The research aims to find out how the implementation of marriage regulations, Marriage Law no.  16 of 2019 in Kemuning District, Palembang City.  The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach.  Data collection techniques used include observation, interview and documentation methods, as well as sampling techniques, namely, with individuals and groups who may have information about the subject being studied.  Qualitative descriptive method was used as a research method.  As data collection methods, observation, survey and documentation methods were used, as well as sampling methods, namely, people who knew the subject of investigation in Kemuning District, Palembang City.  Furthermore, the results of the analysis and field results of this research use Van Metter and Van Horn's theory which includes 6 indicators, namely size and policy, resources, implementation characteristics, implementation attitude, communication between organizations, economic, social and political environment. This indicates that the government itself has not implemented it effectively.  good and optimal Decree Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage in Kemuning District, Palembang City.  The unfavorable social, economic and political environment causes the implementation of Law No. 16 concerning Marriage to not run smoothly and optimally.  Based on the research conducted, it was found that the implementation of the marriage dispensation by the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Kemuning District, Palembang City has not run well and optimally because the local government has not been optimal and the social, economic and political environment has not run well and optimally.   Keywords: Implementation; Marriage; Dispensation

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of Smart Governance in the use of the M-Passport application in the work area of the Immigration Office Class I Palembang City. The research method used is a qualitative method using a case study approach using various data collection procedures carried out in depth on an object, individual, group, etc. The results of this research and discussion use the theory of Gartner which has four indicators, namely Web presence (web presence). The results of this research and discussion use the theory of Gartner which has four indicators, namely Web presence (web presence) from the ease of accessing the M-Passport application can be said to be quite good, this is because there are still many negative responses from the public regarding the M-Passport application system, Interaction (interaction) at this stage is good because there are features that support getting information and there is also ease of sending and downloading application files, Transaction at this stage has gone very well, Transformation at this stage can be said to be good because there are many service innovations made by the Immigration Office Class 1 Palembang City as a tangible manifestation of commitment in making it easier for the communityBased on the results of research and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that it is good and is at the Transaction stage because the application can be used to transact both for the community and service providers.   Keywords: E-Government; Smart Governance; M-Passport; Passport
